Abstract

一种多功能吸尘器，包括：机身(1)、储污箱(2)、电动地刷(3)、手持吸尘器(5)、清洁液箱(4)；手持吸尘器(5)可拆卸地插接在机身(1)的上端部，手持吸尘器(5)包括尘筒组件(51)，尘筒组件(51)包括尘气分离室(511)及储灰室(512)，尘气分离室(511)与储灰室(512)相互并列且独立设置，尘气分离室(511)位于储灰室(512)的上游；手持吸尘器(5)可拆卸地安装在机身(1)上；多功能吸尘器至少包括杆式吸尘器模式和手持吸尘器模式两种工作模式。

Description

多功能吸尘器
本公开要求在2022年7月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为202210906084.X的中国专利申请的优先权，以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及吸尘器技术领域，例如涉及一种多功能吸尘器。
背景技术
相关技术中，手持干湿两用吸尘器通常将储污箱设置在机身上或灰尘储污箱作为单独附件，这种设计导致手持吸尘器的主机虽然设计成可拆，但取下手持吸尘器单独使用时无法直接吸液体或灰尘，必须要添加其他附件才可以使用，非常不便。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种多功能吸尘器，优化了自身结构，能够方便用户手持操作吸尘，从而使用户得到较好的使用体验。
本申请实施例提供了一种多功能吸尘器，包括：机身，所述机身上设有储污箱；电动地刷，所述电动地刷可枢转连接至所述机身的下端部，且所述电动地刷上设置有可拆卸的清洁液箱；手持吸尘器，所述手持吸尘器可拆卸地插接在所述机身的上端部，所述手持吸尘器包括尘筒组件，所述尘筒组件包括尘气分离室及储灰室，所述尘气分离室与所述储灰室相互并列且独立设置，所述尘气分离室位于所述储灰室的上游；
所述多功能吸尘器至少包括以下两种工作模式：
杆式吸尘器模式，所述手持吸尘器与所述机身的上端部插接结合连接，且在所述手持吸尘器的吸力作用下，夹裹有污物的流体由所述电动地刷的吸入口进入储污箱进行第一级流体分离，灰尘和液体中的至少之一存储在储污箱内；第一级分离后的流体经所述机身上的流体通道进入所述尘筒组件进行第二级流体分离，分离后的清洁空气从所述手持吸尘器的排风口排出；
手持吸尘器模式，所述手持吸尘器与所述机身的上端部解锁分离并单独使 用，在所述手持吸尘器的吸力作用下，夹裹有污物的流体由所述手持吸尘器的进风口进入所述尘筒组件的所述尘气分离室进行尘气分离，分离后的灰尘存储于所述储灰室内，分离后的清洁空气从所述手持式吸尘器的排风口排出。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作说明。可以理解的是，此处所描述的实施例仅仅用于解释本申请。另外还需要说明的是，为了便于描述，附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部结构。
在本申请的描述中，除非另有明确的规定和限定，术语“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解，例如，可以是固定连接，也可以是可拆卸连接，或成一体；可以是机械连接，也可以是电连接；可以是直接相连，也可以通过中间媒介间接相连，可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以根据情况理解上述术语在本申请中的含义。
在本申请中，除非另有明确的规定和限定，第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触，也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且，第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方，或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方，或仅仅表示第一特 征水平高度小于第二特征。
在本实施例的描述中，术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为了便于描述和简化操作，而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作。此外，术语“第一”、“第二”仅仅用于在描述上加以区分，并没有特殊的含义。
参阅图1-8，本申请实施例提供的多功能吸尘器(例如：该多功能吸尘器可以是具有地面吸尘、地面清洗、手持吸尘三合一干湿两用多功能手持杆式吸尘器)包括：机身1、储污箱2、电动地刷3、清洁液箱4和手持吸尘器5。
手持吸尘器5可拆卸地插接在机身1上，例如，手持吸尘器5位于机身1的上端部。机身1上设有储污箱2；电动地刷3可枢转连接至机身1的下端部，且电动地刷3上设置有可拆卸的清洁液箱4。当运行该多功能手持杆式吸尘器时，需安装手持吸尘器5，手持吸尘器5设置为提取并收集待清洁表面污物。
手持吸尘器5，包括：尘筒组件51，尘筒组件51包括尘气分离室511及储灰室512，尘气分离室511与储灰室512相互并列且独立设置，例如，尘气分离室511与储灰室512可以为左右并列设置或者前后并列设置，尘气分离室511位于储灰室512的上游。
值得注意的是，本申请中的流体可以是洁净的气流，也可以是夹裹有污物的气流；该污物为灰尘、固态污质(如烟头、纸片、米粒等)和污液(如橙汁、脏水、蛋液等)中的至少一种。
其中一实施例中，清洁液箱4设置于清洁液供应组件中，清洁液供应组件还可以包括喷头和泵，泵设置为将清洁液从清洁液箱4导送至喷头，喷头作为清洁液供应组件的输出末端，将清洁液喷至或引导至电动地刷3的滚刷或地面，从而对地面的污物起到湿润的作用，以方便污物被吸尘器拾取及收集。
示例性的，清洁液箱4可拆卸地安装在电动地刷3上，通过将清洁液箱4设在电动地刷3上，无需设置较长的清洁液水管，且喷洒响应较快；另外，增重了电动地刷3，加大了下压地面的力，从而能够提升了清洁效果。
在其中一实施例中，清洁液箱4可拆卸地安装在机身1上，通过将清洁液箱4设置在机身1上，例如可以设置在机身1的后侧，与储污箱2对称设置，可使整机重量均匀，提高用户使用体验。
本申请中的吸尘器至少包括以下两种工作模式：
杆式吸尘器模式，手持吸尘器5与机身1的上端部插接结合连接，且在手持吸尘器5的吸力作用下，夹裹有污物的流体由电动地刷3的吸入口进入储污箱2进行第一级流体分离，灰尘和液体中的至少之一存储在储污箱2内，第一级分离后的流体经机身1上的流体通道进入尘筒组件51进行第二级流体分离，分离后的清洁空气从手持吸尘器5的排风口排出；
手持吸尘器模式，手持吸尘器5与机身1的上端部解锁分离并单独使用，在手持吸尘器5的吸力作用下，夹裹有污物的流体由手持吸尘器5的进风口进入尘筒组件51的尘气分离室511进行尘气分离，分离后的灰尘存储于储灰室512内，清洁空气从手持式吸尘器5的排风口排出。
在一实施例中，本申请实施例提供的多功能吸尘器，其仅通过一台机器即可实现相关技术多台机器才能实现的地面吸尘、地面清洗、手持吸尘的三种功能；通过杆式吸尘器模式中的二级流体分离，大幅地提高了清洁效率；通过手持吸尘器模式，丰富了手持吸尘器5的使用场景；满足了用户地面吸尘、地面清洗、手持吸尘的需求。
在一实施例中，手持吸尘器5还包括主机52、电池组件53和手柄54；尘筒组件51与主机52在流体方向上前后设置，手柄54的第一端固定在主机52上，手柄54的第二端固定在电池组件53上。
在一实施例中，手柄54的第一端固定在主机52的一侧并向后弯折至主机52的后方。手柄54包括手柄握持段5411，手柄握持段5411至少部分或全部形成在位于主机52后部的手柄段541。
在一实施例中，主机52包括真空电机和电源，真空电机设置为为吸尘器整机提供真空吸力，电源设置为为真空电机、泵和滚刷电机等提供电力。
在一实施例中，手持吸尘器5还包括设置在尘筒组件51一侧的进风管55，进风管55的第一端开口形成为手持吸尘器5的进风口，进风管55的第二端开口与尘气分离室511的入口流体连接。
在一实施例中，当手持吸尘器5的进风管55插接在机身1的上端部上时，储污箱2、尘筒组件51、主机52和手柄握持段5411均位于机身1和进风管55的同一侧。
在一实施例中，当手持吸尘器5的进风管55插接在机身1的上端部上时，尘气分离室511和储灰室512前后分布或者左右分布。
在一实施例中，当手持吸尘器5的进风管55插接在机身1的上端部上时，储污箱2、尘筒组件51、主机52和手柄握持段5411均位于机身1和进风管55的前侧，机身1和进风管55的轴线穿过电池组件53。例如，机身1、进风管55和电池组件53位于同一轴线上。
在一实施例中，当手持吸尘器5的进风管55插接在机身1的上端部上时，储污箱2、尘筒组件51、主机52和电池组件53均位于机身1和进风管55的后侧，尘筒组件51的储灰室512相较于尘气分离室511与进风管55的距离更远。
在一实施例中，尘筒组件51包括入口管道，入口管道设置在手持吸尘器5的进风口下游，并与电动地刷3的吸入口流体连接。入口管道可以流体连接至尘筒组件51的底部或侧部。
在一实施例中，尘筒组件51包括出口管道，出口管道与主机52的真空电机 流体连接。
在一实施例中，尘气分离室511内设置有旋风分离锥，使得分离效率更高。
在一实施例中，多功能吸尘器还包括接管件和刷头件，在单独使用手持吸尘器5时，接管件和刷头件设置为与手持吸尘器5接用；其中，接管件包括软管、长接管等，刷头件包括除螨刷、扁刷、毛刷、宠物刷等。
可以理解的是，手持吸尘器5单独使用时，可附接除螨刷、扁吸、宠物刷或软管，实现多种场景的全屋清洁。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能吸尘器，包括：
    机身，所述机身上设有储污箱；
    电动地刷，所述电动地刷可枢转连接至所述机身的下端部，且所述电动地刷上设置有可拆卸的清洁液箱；
    手持吸尘器，所述手持吸尘器可拆卸地插接在所述机身的上端部，所述手持吸尘器包括尘筒组件，所述尘筒组件包括尘气分离室及储灰室，所述尘气分离室与所述储灰室相互并列且独立设置，所述尘气分离室位于所述储灰室的上游；
    所述多功能吸尘器至少包括以下两种工作模式：
    杆式吸尘器模式，所述手持吸尘器与所述机身的上端部插接结合连接，且在所述手持吸尘器的吸力作用下，夹裹有污物的流体由所述电动地刷的吸入口进入所述储污箱进行第一级流体分离，灰尘和液体中的至少之一存储在所述储污箱内；第一级分离后的流体经所述机身上的流体通道进入所述尘筒组件进行第二级流体分离，分离后的清洁空气从所述手持吸尘器的排风口排出；
    手持吸尘器模式，所述手持吸尘器与所述机身的上端部解锁分离并单独使用，在所述手持吸尘器的吸力作用下，夹裹有污物的流体由所述手持吸尘器的进风口进入所述尘筒组件的所述尘气分离室进行尘气分离，分离后的灰尘存储于所述储灰室内，分离后的清洁空气从所述手持式吸尘器的排风口排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能吸尘器，其中，所述手持吸尘器还包括主机、电池组件和手柄；所述尘筒组件与所述主机在流体方向上前后设置，所述手柄的第一端固定在所述主机的一侧并向后弯折至所述主机的后方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能吸尘器，其中，所述手柄包括手柄握持段，所述手柄握持段至少部分或全部形成在位于所述主机后部的手柄段。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能吸尘器，其中，所述手柄的第二端固定在所述电池组件上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能吸尘器，其中，所述手持吸尘器还包括设置在所述尘筒组件一侧的进风管，所述进风管的第一端开口形成为所述手持吸尘器的进风口，所述进风管的第二端开口与所述尘气分离室的入口流体连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能吸尘器，其中，当所述手持吸尘器的所述进风管插接在所述机身的上端部上时，所述储污箱、所述尘筒组件、所述主机和所述手柄握持段均位于所述机身和所述进风管的同一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能吸尘器，其中，当所述手持吸尘器的所述进风管插接在所述机身的上端部上时，所述储污箱、所述尘筒组件、所述主机和所述手柄握持段均位于所述机身和所述进风管的前侧，所述机身和所述进风管的轴线穿过所述电池组件。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能吸尘器，其中，当所述手持吸尘器的所述进风管插接在所述机身的上端部上时，所述储污箱、所述尘筒组件、所述主机和所述电池组件均位于所述机身和所述进风管的后侧，所述尘筒组件的所述储灰室相较于所述尘气分离室与所述进风管的距离更远。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能吸尘器，其中，所述尘气分离室内设置有旋风分离锥。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能吸尘器，其中，所述手持吸尘器单独使用 时，可附接除螨刷、扁吸、宠物刷或软管，实现多种场景的全屋清洁。
