선박은 물 위의 교통기관을 총칭하며, 소형선을 제외한 거선을 통상 선박이라고 하며 이러한 선박은 대량의 화물을 일시에 수송할 수 있고, 운임이 싸다는 장점이 있어 세계 물자 수송의 절반이 해상 수송에 의존하고 있다.
한편 선박의 수출입절차는 선사와 고객사로부터 선적 요청을 접수받는 단계부터 시작되어, 통관, 국내운송, 입고확인, 선적,하역 입고확인 등의 절차를 걸쳐 당해 화물을 운송함으로써 완료된다.
이러한 선적 요청이나 각 주체 간의 정보전달은 팩스, 전화, 이메일 등을 통해서 주로 이루어지고 있는데, 이로 인해 정보전달이 일회성이고 비정형적이어서 전달과정에서 착오가 발행하는 문제가 일어난다.
또한, 이러한 방식으로 선적 의뢰를 접수받으면 내용을 자사의 시스템에 입력하고, 이를 선사, 고객사, 보관회사 , 보험사, 통관사 등 관련업체에 팩스, 이메일 전화 등으로 통보하게된다.
이런 방식으로 선적 의뢰가 끝나면 진행 현황이나 처리결과로 이들 관련업체에 팩스, 메일, 전화 등으로 일일이 확인한 후에 피드백을 위해 시스템에 입력하여야 하므로, 통상 한 건의 물류가 종결되기 위해서는 이러한 요청, 중간확인, 피드백 등의 작업이 반복되어 업무부담을 가중시키고 복잡한 업무 과정에서 착오가 발생하게된다.
또한, 일반적으로 선박의 화물 선적 방식은 인력의 경험에 의존하고 있으며, 물류 데이터의 효율적인 관리가 불가능하여, 선박의 하중 상태를 고려하지 않고, 작업시간에 쫓겨 특정 구역에 화물이 집중적으로 선적되거나 하역되는 경우가 발생하며, 이에 따라 하중과 정수압 그리고 부력의 차이로 선박의 구조적인 안전성 문제를 일으킬 수 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 선적된 화물에 대한 작업지시, 작업현황 및 검수 이력과 선박의 선적 상태를 효율적으로 관리하여 선적 작업의 효율성을 증대시키고, 선박의 적재된 화물 상태를 파악할 수 있어 적재 구역을 알맞게 배분하여 안정적으로 화물을 적재할 수 있으며, 작업지시 현황, 선적 현황 등의 입력된 정보들을 선사 또는 고객사에서 제공한 양식에 맞게 자동으로 수출 서류 파일을 생성하여 제공할 수 있는 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 목적들은 이상에서 언급한 목적들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 목적들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

상기 선박 관리 수단은 선박 관리 화면(1100)을 제공하고, 상기 선박 관리 화면(1100)은 선사 등록 버튼(1110)과 선사 리스트 화면(1120)을 포함한다.
상기 선사 등록 버튼(1110)은 선사의 일련 코드, 회사명, 연락처 정보를 입력하여 등록하기 위한 선사 등록 화면(1110a)을 출력한다.

상기 선박 리스트 화면(1220)은 등록된 선박 리스트를 출력하며, 원하는 선박을 검색할 수 있는 검색창이 제공된다.
또한, 상기 선박 리스트에 있는 등록된 선박들 중 하나가 선택될 경우 해당 선박에 대한 선박 현황 정보가 출력되며, 더불어 상기 선박 현황 정보를 도식화한 PORT VIEW와 BOTTOM VIEW를 엑셀 파일로 다운받을 수 있는 기능을 제공한다.

상기 작업 탭(200)은 작업자가 선택 시, 작업지시 항목(210), 지시현황 항목(220), B/L(Bill of lading) 지정 항목(230), STOWAGE 항목(240)을 출력하며, 각 항목을 클릭 시 관련 정보를 입력할 수 있는 화면이 출력된다.
또한, 상기 작업 탭(200)에서 상기 작업지시 항목(210)을 선택할 경우 컴퓨터가 작업지시 관리 수단으로 기능하고, 상기 지시현황 항목(220)을 선택할 경우 컴퓨터가 지시현황 관리 수단으로 기능하게하며, 상기 B/L 지정 항목(230)을 선택할 경우, 컴퓨터가 B/L 코드 관리 수단으로 기능하고, 상기 STOWAGE 항목(240)을 선택할 경우 STOWAGE 관리 수단으로 기능하게 한다.

도 11은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 작업지시 현황 화면을 보여주는 도면으로, 도 11을 참조하면, 상기 지시현황 관리 수단은 작업지시 현황 화면(2200)을 제공하고, 상기 작업지시 현황 화면(2200)은 작업지시 현황 업로드 및 다운로드 화면(2210)과 작업지시 현황 리스트 화면(2220)을 포함한다.
상기 작업지시 현황 업로드 및 다운로드 화면(2210)은 관리하고자 하는 선박 작업을 검색하여 해당 선박 작업의 작업지시 현황을 작성하는 보고서 파일을 다운로드할 수 있게 제공한다.
또한, 상기 작업지시 현황 업로드 및 다운로드 화면(2210)은 작성된 작업지시 현황 보고서 파일을 업로드할 수 있으며, 업로드된 작업지시 현황 보고서 파일을 기반으로 자동으로 작성된 BLOCK STOWAGE PLAN을 다운로드할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다.
또한, 상기 작업지시 현황 보고서 파일은 제품 리스트별로 작업지시 현황을 작성하여 업로드할 수 있으며,선적 작업이 진행되고 있는 위치 정보 작성하여 업로드할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 작업지시 현황 업로드 및 다운로드 화면(2210)은 "재업로드 양식 다운로드" 버튼을 클릭 시 상기 업로드된 작업지시 현황 보고서의 원본 양식에서 사전에 지정된 양식의 파일 형식으로 제공하는 기능을 포함한다.
또한, 상기 작업지시 현황 보고서에는 선박에 적재될 화물 정보와 제품 번호 중량, 크기 등이 기재될 수 있으며 더불어 선박에 적재될 각 화물의 구역별 위치가 입력될 수 있다.
따라서, 상기 선박에 적재될 각 화물의 구역별 위치가 입력되어 상기 작업지시 현황 보고서가 상기 작업지시 현황 업로드 및 다운로드 화면(2210)에 업로드될 경우 이를 기반으로 상기 BLOCK STOWAGE PLAN을 자동으로 작성될 수 있으며, 작업자는 상기 BLOCK STOWAGE PLAN을 검토하여 화물을 구역별로 적절하게 분배할 수 있다.
상기 작업지시 현황 리스트 화면(2220)은 업로드된 작업지시 현황 보고서 파일을 기반으로 목적지별로 작업지시 현황 정보를 출력한다.
도 12는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 B/L 코드 관리 화면을 보여주는 도면으로, 도 13은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 목적지별 B/L 코드 설정 화면을 보여주는 도면, 도 14는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 B/L 코드 리스트 화면을 보여주는 도면으로, 도 12 내지 도 14를 참조하면, 상기 B/L 코드 관리 수단은 B/L 코드 관리 화면(2300)을 제공하고, 상기 B/L 코드 관리 화면(2300)은 물품 목록 업로드 화면(2310)과 적재 물품 출력 화면을 포함한다.
상기 물품 목록 업로드 화면(2310)은 관리하고자 하는 선박 작업을 검색하여 해당 선박 작업과 관련된 적재 물품 목록(CARGO LIST)와 적재 물품 중량 목록(WEIGHT LIST)을 입력하는 보고서 파일을 다운로드할 수 있게 제공하고, 작성된 각 보고서 파일을 업로드 할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다.
상기 적재 물품 출력 화면은 검색된 선박 작업의 업로드된 적재 물품 목록과 물품 중량 목록에 기재된 정보를 출력한다..
한편, 상기 적재 물품 목록과 상기 물품 중량 목록을 입력하는 보고서 파일에는 B/L 코드가 각각 입력되어, 상기 물품 목록 업로드 화면(2310)에 각 파일을 업로드할 경우 자동으로 상기 적재 물품 출력 화면에 해당 작업의 B/L 코드가 자동으로 입력된다.
상기 B/L 코드 수동 설정 화면(2330)은 목적지별로 B/L 코드를 작업자가 수동으로 일괄 입력할 수 있도록 목적지별 B/L 코드 설정 화면(2320)을 출력하는 목적지별 B/L 코드 설정 버튼(d)과 주문번호 목록별로 B/L 코드를 작업자가 수동으로 일괄 입력할 수 있도록 주문번호 목록별 B/L 코드 설정 화면(2321)을 출력하는 주문번호 목록 버튼(e) 및 작성된 B/L 코드 리스트를 출력하고 해당 B/L 코드의 선적 작업 정보를 다운로드 받을 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 B/L 리스트 화면(2322)을 출력하는 B/L List 버튼(l)을 포함한다.
도 15는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제품검색 화면을 보여주는 도면으로 도 15를 참조하면, 상기 제품검색 수단은 제품검색 화면(2400)을 제공하며, 상기 제품검색 화면(2400)은 검색 화면(2410)과 제품 리스트 화면(2420)을 포함한다.
상기 검색 화면(2410)은 선박 작업 정보인 주문번호, 행번, 제품번호, B/L 정보(B/L Name, B/L No), 위치정보(H,R,T,S) 항목들을 입력받아 관련 제품을 검색할 수 있으며, 검색된 제품들을 엑셀 파일로 다운로드할 수 있게 제공한다.
상기 제품 리스트 화면(2420)은 검색된 관련 제품의 리스트를 출력하고, 작업지시 현황을 다운로드 받을 수 있는 기능을 제공한다.
또한, 상기 제품 리스트 화면(2420)에 출력된 제품 리스트들은 사용자가 각각의 선박 작업 정보를 수정하고 저장할 수 있는 기능을 포함한다.
도 16은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스캐너 화면을 보여주는 도면, 도 17은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스캐너 위치 정보 업로드 화면을 보여주는 도면으로, 도 16 내지 도 17을 참조하면, 상기 스캐너 관리 수단은 스캐너 관리 화면(2500)을 제공하며, 상기 스캐너 관리 화면(2500)은 선박 작업 검색 및 데이터 변환 화면(2510) 및 작업지시 리스트 출력 화면(2520)을 포함한다.
상기 선박 작업 검색 및 데이터 변환 화면(2510)은 등록된 선박 작업을 검색할 수 있고, 상기 선박 작업 정보를 스캐너에 등록하기 위한 데이터 형식으로 변환된 파일을 다운로드할 수 있게 제공하고, 검수작업 시 스캐너로부터 측정된 선박 작업 정보를 업로드 받기 위한 데이터 형식으로로 변환된 파일을 다운로드 받을 수 있게 제공한다.
상기 작업지시 리스트 출력화면(2520)은 검색되거나 등록된 선박 작업 리스트를 출력하고, 특정 선박 작업을 선택 시 검수작업이 수행된 스캐너의 위치 정보를 업로드할 수 있는 스캐너 위치 정보 업로드 화면(2521)을 제공한다.
도 18은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 선적 관리 화면을 보여주는 도면으로 도 18를 참조하면, 상기 선적 관리 수단은 선적 관리 화면(2600)을 제공하며, 상기 선적 관리 화면(2600)은 STOWAGE PLAN 다운로드 버튼(f)과 SUMMARY/HATCH 보고서 다운로드 버튼(g)을 포한한다.
상기 STOWAGE PLAN 다운로드 버튼(f)은 진행중이거나 완료된 선박 작업을 검색하여 해당 선박 작업의 STOWAGE PLAN 보고서를 다운로드할 수 있게 제공하며, 상기 STOWAGE PLAN 보고서는 선사 또는 고객사에서 제공하는 양식에 맞춰 자동으로 생성될 수 있다.
상기 SUMMARY/HATCH 보고서 다운로드 버튼(g)은 작업지시된 선박 작업에 대한 전체적인 정보를 요약해서 나타낸 보고서를 다운로드할 수 있게 제공하며, 선사 또는 고객사에서 제공하는 양식에 맞춰 자동으로 생성될 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 선박 작업에 필요한 항목들을 입력하여 선적 관리를 수행할 수 있고, 작업지시 현황, 선적 현황 등의 입력된 정보들을 선사 또는 고객사에서 제공한 양식에 맞게 자동으로 파일을 생성하여 제공할 수 있어, 선적 작업의 효율성과 편의성을 제공하고 선사 및 고객사의 요구에 신속히 대응할 수 있다.
또한, 선박의 각 구역에 적재된 화물의 상태를 파일로 제공함으로써, 선박 내에서 화물을 효율적으로 각 구역에 분배하여 선박의 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명은 바람직한 실시예를 들어 도시하고 설명하였으나, 상기한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며 본 발명의 정신을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 다양한 변경과 수정이 가능할 것이다.
본 발명은 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램에 관한 것으로, 선박 작업에 필요한 항목들을 입력하여 선적 관리를 수행할 수 있고, 작업지시 현황, 선적 현황 등의 입력된 정보들을 선사 또는 고객사에서 제공한 양식에 맞게 자동으로 수출 서류 파일을 생성하여 제공할 수 있어, 선적 작업의 효율성과 편의성을 제공하고 선사 및 고객사의 요구에 신속히 대응할 수 있어, 선박 관리 분야에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다

Claims (12)

  1. 컴퓨터를,
    선박 회사(이하, "선사", 이라함) 정보, 선박 현황, 고객사 정보 및 품명 정보를 등록할 수 있는 기본 정보 등록 탭과 현재 수행 중인 선박 작업을 조회하거나 새로운 선박 작업을 등록할 수 있는 작업 탭을 포함하는 메인화면을 출력하는 메인화면 출력 수단;
    상기 기본 정보 등록 탭에서 선사 항목을 선택할 경우 선사 관리 화면을 출력하는 선사 관리 수단;
    상기 기본 정보 등록 탭에서 선박 항목을 선택할 경우 선박 관리 화면을 출력하는 선박 관리 수단;
    상기 기본 정보 등록 탭에서 고객사 현황 항목을 선택할 경우, 고객사 관리 화면을 출력하는 고객사 관리 수단;
    상기 기본 정보 등록 탭에서 품명 현황 항목을 선택할 경우, 품명 관리 화면을 출력하는 품명 관리 수단;
    상기 작업 탭에서 작업지시 항목을 선택할 경우, 작업지시 관리 화면을 출력하는 작업지시 관리 수단;
    상기 작업 탭에서 지시현황 항목을 선택할 경우, 작업지시 현황 화면을 출력하는 지시현황 관리 수단;
    상기 작업 탭에서 B/L(Bill of lading)지정 항목을 선택할 경우, B/L 코드 관리 화면을 출력하는 B/L 코드 관리 수단; 및
    상기 작업 탭에서 제품검색 항목을 선택할 경우, 제품검색 화면을 출력하는 제품검색 수단;
    상기 작업 탭에서 스캐너 항목을 선택할 경우, 스캐너 관리 화면을 출력하는 스캐너 관리 수단;
    상기 작업 탭에서 STOWAGE 항목을 선택할 경우, 선적 관리 화면을 출력하는 선적 관리 수단;으로 기능시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체에 저장된 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 선사 관리 화면:은
    선사의 일련 코드, 회사명, 연락처 정보를 입력하여 등록하기 위한 선사 등록 화면을 출력하는 선사 등록 버튼; 및
    등록된 선사의 일련 코드, 회사명, 연락처 정보의 리스트를 출력하는 선사 리스트 화면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체에 저장된 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 선박 관리 화면:은
    선사들이 보유하고 있는 선박의 선박 코드, 선박명, 선사코드, 선사명, 선사 연락처 등 선박 현황 정보를 입력하여 등록하기 위한 선박 등록 화면을 출력하는 선박 등록 버튼; 및
    등록된 선박 리스트를 출력하는 선박 리스트 화면;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체에 저장된 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 고객사 등록 화면:은
    선사와 거래하는 고객사들의 고객사 코드, 고객사명 및 연락처들을 입력하여 등록하기 위한 고객사 등록 화면을 출력하는 고객사 등록 버튼; 및
    등록된 고객사들의 리스트를 출력하는 고객사 리스트 화면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체에 저장된 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 품명 등록 화면:은
    선적되는 화물 정보를 입력하여 등록하기 위한 품명 등록 화면을 출력하는 품명 등록 버튼; 및
    등록된 품명 리스트를 출력하는 품명 리스트 화면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체에 저장된 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 작업지시 관리 화면:은
    새로운 선박 작업 정보를 입력하여 등록하기 위한 작업지시 등록 화면을 출력하는 작업지시 등록 버튼; 및
    등록된 선박 작업 리스트를 출력 및 검색이 가능한 선박 작업 리스트 화면;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체에 저장된 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 작업지시 현황 화면:은
    관리하고자 하는 선박 작업을 검색하여 해당 선박 작업의 작업지시 현황을 작성하는 보고서 파일을 다운로드할 수 있게 제공하고, 작성된 작업지시 현황 보고서 파일을 업로드할 수 있으며, 업로드된 작업지시 현황 보고서 파일을 기반으로 자동으로 작성된 BLOCK STOWAGE PLAN을 다운로드할 수 있는 작업지시 현황 업로드 및 다운로드 화면; 및
    상기 업로드된 작업지시 현황 보고서 파일을 기반으로 자동으로 목적지별 작업지시 현황 정보를 출력하는 작업지시 현황 리스트 화면;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체에 저장된 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서,
    상기 B/L 코드 관리 화면:은
    관리하고자 하는 선박 작업을 검색하여 해당 선박 작업과 관련된 적재 물품 목록(CARGO LIST)와 적재 물품 중량 목록(WEIGHT LIST)을 입력하는 보고서 파일을 다운로드할 수 있게 제공하고, 작성된 각 보고서 파일을 업로드 할 수 있는 업로드 화면; 및
    업로드된 적재 물품 목록과 적재 물품 중량 목록에 기재된 정보가 출력되는 적재 물품 출력 화면; 및
    상기 적재 물품 출력 화면에 출력된 정보들 중 목적지별로 B/L 코드를 작업자가 수동으로 일괄 입력할 수 있도록 목적지별 B/L 코드 설정 화면을 출력하는 목적지별 B/L 코드 버튼과 주문번호 목록별로 B/L 코드를 작업자가 수동으로 일괄 입력할 수 있도록 주문번호 목록별 B/L 코드 설정 화면을 출력하는 주문번호 목록 버튼을 출력하는 B/L 코드 수동 설정 화면; 및 작성된 B/L 코드 리스트를 출력하고 해당 B/L 코드의 선적 작업 정보를 다운로드 받을 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 B/L 리스트 화면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체에 저장된 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 제품검색 화면:은
    상기 선박 작업 정보인 주문번호, 행번, 제품번호, B/L 정보(B/L NAME, B/L NO), 위치정보(H,R,T,S) 항목을 입력받아 관련 제품을 검색할 수 있고, 검색된 제품들을 엑셀 파일로 다운로드할 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 검색 화면; 및

    상기 스캐너 관리 화면:은
    등록된 선박 작업을 검색할 수 있고, 상기 선박 작업 정보를 스캐너에 등록하기 위한 데이터로 변환된 파일을 다운로드할 수 있으며, 검수작업시 스캐너로부터 측정된 선박 작업 정보를 업로드 받기 위한 데이터로 변환된 파일을 다운로드할 수 있게 제공하는 선박 작업 검색 및 데이터 변환 화면; 및
    검색되거나 등록된 선박 작업 리스트를 출력하고, 특정 선박 작업을 선택 시 검수작업이 수행된 스캐너의 위치 정보를 업로드할 수 있는 스캐너 위치 정보 업로드 화면을 제공하는 작업지시 리스트 출력 화면;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체에 저장된 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    상기 선적 관리 화면은
    진행중이거나 완료된 선박 작업을 검색하여 해당 선박 작업의 업로드된 보고서 파일들로부터 필요한 정보들을 자동으로 추출하여 생성된 STOWAGE PLAN 보고서를 다운로드할 수 있게 제공하는 STOWAGE PLAN 다운로드 버튼; 및
    선박 작업에 대한 정보를 요약해서 나타낸 보고서를 다운로드할 수 있게 제공하는 SUMMARY/HATCH 보고서 다운로드 버튼;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체에 저장된 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램
  12. 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항의 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램이 저장되고, 상기 선적 검수 통합 관리 및 수출 서류 자동생성 프로그램에 의해 선적 관리를 수행하는 컴퓨터.
