特開2021-160458号公報記載の技術では、予め設定された走行経路に沿って複数の移動体を隊列走行させる移動体制御システムであって、先行移動体および後続移動体の走行経路における前後加速度を演算する前後加速度演算部を備え、前後加速度演算部は、前後加速度を演算する演算式のゲインを、各移動体が搬送する搬送物の情報に基づいて調整している。

本開示は、搭載物を搭載した車両を走行させる場合に、道路形状の変化に関わらず、搭載物の転倒、傾斜を含む姿勢変化を回避して、安定して走行を継続することができる車両走行装置、車両走行プログラムを得ることが目的である。
本開示に係る車両走行装置は、搭載物を搭載可能な搭載物ホルダを備えた車両を走行させるための動力ユニットの駆動力及び制動力を制御する車両制御部と、前記車両が走行する走行路の状態情報を取得する走行路状態情報取得部と、前記走行路状態情報取得部で取得した前記走行路の状態情報に基づいて、前記搭載物ホルダと当該搭載物ホルダに搭載された搭載物との相対位置関係を所定の位置関係とするための前記車両の加減速情報を生成し、前記車両制御部に対して走行時の加減速命令を出力する走行制御部と、を有する。

本開示に係る車両走行プログラムは、コンピュータを、上記の車両走行装置の走行制御部として動作させることを特徴としている。
本開示によれば、搭載物を搭載した車両を走行させる場合に、道路形状の変化に関わらず、搭載物の転倒、傾斜を含む姿勢変化を回避して、安定して走行を継続することができる。

図1Aは車両10Aの平面図であり、図1Bは車両10Aの側面図である。車両10Aは、本体12が4個の車輪(タイヤ)14を介して、路面16に支持されており、タイヤ14が転動することで、車両10Aが走行する(図1の矢印Aを前進方向とする。)。
本体12には、搭載物ホルダ18が取り付けられている。搭載物ホルダ18は、箱型で、床面18Aの四方には壁体18Bが設けられている。
搭載物ホルダ18の床面18Aには、車両10Aによって移動させるための搭載物20が適宜搭載されるようになっている。
搭載物ホルダ18に搭載される搭載物20は、その形状は様々であり、また、1個の場合や複数個の場合もある。また、壁体18Bは、搭載物ホルダ18の床面18Aに搭載されている搭載物20の転倒防止として、機能する場合がある。
搭載物20は、予め輸送先(目的地)が決められており、例えば、事前に受けた指示情報、又は、搭載物20に貼り付けたられたバーコード等の識別ラベル(図示省略)を読み取ることで、車両10A側の自動運転制御装置22(後述)によって目的地が認識され、走行プログラムが構築される。
図1Cは、車両10Aにおける走行制御を実行するための制御システムが示されている。なお、以下に示す制御システムの構成は一例であり、車両10Aの走行制御のための制御系を限定するものではない。
車両10Aには、制御系システムとして、自動運転制御装置22及び車両制御装置24が搭載されている。
車両制御装置24は、車両10Aが走行しているときの駆動系統(エンジン制御、モータ駆動制御等)及び電気系統を含む制御を実行する。
車両制御装置24には、車両10Aの周囲を撮影するカメラ群(図1Cでは、一例として、前方向カメラ26A、左前方向カメラ26B、左後方向カメラ26C、右前方向カメラ26D、右後方向カメラ26E、及び後方向カメラ26Fを図示)が接続されている(総称する場合、「カメラ群26」という)。
また、車両制御装置24には、複数のミリ波レーダ及びLiDARを備えたレーダ群28が接続されている。
自動運転制御装置22は、車両制御装置24から自動運転に必要な情報(例えば、上記カメラ群26及びレーダ群28からの検出情報)に基づき、目的地への運転操作を確定し、車両制御装置24へ指示する。
なお、上記では、車両10A自体がそれぞれ自動運転する構成としているが、第1の実施の形態に係る車両10Aは、例えば、走行範囲が決められており、床面に走行誘導発信源(磁気レール等)が埋設されて、外部(集中指令装置等)からの指令で、当該走行誘導発信源に沿って走行する構成を否定するものではない。
ここで、第1の実施の形態の自動運転制御装置22における、加減速制御に特化した機能ブロック図を図2Aに示す。なお、図2Aは、第1の実施の形態に係る、加減速制御のための機能をブロック化したものであり、自動運転制御装置22のハード構成を限定するものではない。自動運転制御装置22は、例えばCPU(Central Processing Unit)及び書き換え可能な不揮発性メモリ等を含んで構成される。不揮発性メモリには後述するフローチャートを実行するためのプログラムが記憶され、CPUは、プログラムを読み出して実行することにより、後述するフローチャートの処理を実行する。
図2Aに示される如く、予め予測し得る走行経路情報(マップ情報)が記憶されたマップ情報記憶部30と、目的地が定まった時点で、現在地から目的地までの走行路における、道路情報を取得する道路情報取得部32を備えている。
道路情報とは、走行路の傾斜(上り坂、下り坂)、カーブ半径、走行路上の落下物、天候(特に、雪や雨等)により走行に支障を与えるファクタ(スリップ度合い、凹凸度合い)、及び、突発的なファクタ(工事等)を言う。
道路情報取得部32は、車両10Aの外部との無線通信で道路情報を取得すると共に、車両制御装置24に接続されたカメラ群26及びレーダ群28の検出信号を取得する。
マップ情報記憶部30及び道路情報取得部32は、それぞれ加減速度演算部34に接続されている。加減速度演算部34は、車両制御装置24から現在位置情報を取得し、これから走行しようとする走行路の状態(例えば、平坦、上り坂、下り坂)に基づいて、加減速度を演算する。演算は、上り坂の傾斜角度、車速、及び、搭載物20の状態(重量、重心)、床面18Aに対する設置面の摩擦係数等を演算変数として、予め定めた計算式に基づき実行される。
加減速度演算部34は、走行状態指示部36に接続されている。走行状態指示部36では、加減速度演算部34で演算した結果に基づいて、加減速度及び加減速を実行するタイミングを、車両制御装置24へ送出する。車両制御装置24では、駆動系統を制御することで、車両10Aは、走行状態指示部36で指示された加減速度によって走行する。
結果として、車両10Aが演算結果に基づく走行を実行することにより、搭載物20に加わる走行時の慣性力に起因する移動と、搭載物ホルダ18の前記状態に起因する移動とが相殺され、搭載物20が搭載物ホルダ18内で、位置の移動を抑制する走行状態を構築する。
以下に、第1の実施の形態の作用を、図2Bのフローチャートに従い説明する。
ステップ100では、自動運転制御装置22の加減速度演算部34が、マップ情報記憶部30からマップ情報を取得し、ステップ102で、加減速度演算部34が、道路情報取得部32から道路情報を取得し、ステップ104へ移行する。
ステップ104では、これから走行しようとする走行路の状態(例えば、平坦、上り坂、下り坂)に基づいて、加減速度を演算する。
次のステップ106では、走行状態指示部36が車両制御装置24へ、演算結果を送出する。
次のステップ108では、演算結果を取得した車両制御装置24が、駆動系統を制御することで、車両10Aは、走行状態指示部36で指示された加減速度によって走行する。
(実施例1)
図3は、第1の実施の形態の実施例(実施例1)に係り、車両10Aが走行路として、平坦路38→上り坂路40→平坦路42→下り坂路44→平坦路46の順に走行しようとしている状態の側面図である。

図3に示される如く、車両10Aが平坦路38を通常走行(予め定めた定速度走行)している先に、上り坂路40を認識すると、上り坂路40の手前で減速させる。また、車両10Aが平坦路42を通常走行(予め定めた定速度走行)している先に、下り坂路44を認識すると、下り坂路44の手前で加速させる。下り坂路44を下り終わった平坦路46では、通常走行となる。
このような加減速を実行することで、搭載物ホルダ18に搭載された搭載物20は、搭載した位置で安定し、移動や転倒が防止される。
(実施例2)
図4は、第1の実施の形態の実施例(実施例2)に係り、車両10Aが曲線路(カーブ)48を走行しようとしている状態の平面図である。

直線路から曲線路48に入り旋回を開始するとき、旋回外側方向に加速する(図4の点線50参照)。この加速により、搭載物20に加わる慣性力と遠心力とが相殺され、搭載物20の位置が安定し、移動や転倒が防止される。
(実施例3)
図5は、第1の実施の形態の実施例(実施例3)に係り、車両10Aが走行路として、平坦路52→上り坂路54→平坦路56の順に走行しようとしている状態の側面図である。上り坂路54は、効果的な減速の範囲である。

すなわち、通常走行中(平坦路52を走行中)は、搭載物20へ重大な影響を及ぼしにくい慣性力(急発進、急ブレーキがない慣性力)、かつ円滑に走行できるように設計されている。
一方、上り坂路54では、例えば、通常走行における慣性力/2<減速による慣性力とすればよい。
また、減速度を過度に大きくすることを防止するための指標として、減速による慣性力≦搭載物20の重力×sinθ-通常走行における慣性力とすればよい。sinθは傾斜率である。
これにより、上り坂路54における慣性力が、通常走行における慣性力以下に抑えられ、過度な減速を回避することができる。
なお、実施例3では、平坦路52→上り坂路54→平坦路56としたが、平坦路→下り坂→平坦路の場合は、加速することになる。
通常走行中の慣性力には、例えば、周辺に他車両が存在しないときの加速度や減速度を用いることができる。
また、安全性(例えば、周辺の他車両との相対距離や相対速度に応じて決定されるファクタ)や、機能性(例えば、坂道前後で半分以上減速しないようにすることで、円滑な移動が可能となる。)に応じて、加減速度を決定してもよい。
さらに、搭載物20の重力に応じて変更する等、状況に応じて加減速度を決定してもよい。
(実施例4)
図6は、第1の実施の形態の実施例(実施例4)に係り、車両10Aが曲線路(カーブ)58を走行しようとしている状態の平面図である。実施例4では、曲線路58における制約とその対策について考察した。

曲線路58において、曲線路58の外側方向への加速を変化させることで、搭載物20に加わる力の変化を抑制することができる(実施例2参照)。
例えば、曲線路58の横幅に制約がある等、旋回方向外側へ加速をし続けることが難しい場合に加速度を変化させる。
これにより、曲線路58の特定区間において、一定な横方向加速時の道路制約(以下の(1)式参照)以上の遠心力に対する慣性力(以下の(2)式参照)を出力し、カーブ特定区間に、搭載物20に加わる力の変化を一定走行時の道路制約(以下の(3)式参照)以上に緩やかにできる。
実施例4において、外向きの加速度をさらに弱め、内側へ加速度を持たせることもできる。
また、曲線路58に対する車両10Aの位置を、中央に近づけることで、円滑な走行につなげることができる。
特に、搭載物20が人である場合は、段階的に力を変化させることで、所謂乗り心地を向上させることができる。
また、人は姿勢を変えることができるので(力を感じると背もたれ等を使用する等)、緩やかに変化する力に対して、耐性が大きく、実施例4は、搭載物20が人の場合に、特に好ましい例となる。
[第2の実施の形態]
以下に、第2の実施の形態について説明する。第1の実施の形態と同一構成部分については、同一の符号を付してその構成の説明を省略する。

第2の実施の形態では、搭載物ホルダ18に不安定な状態で搭載されている搭載物20の位置(例えば、床面18Aの中央位置等)を、車両10Aの加減速によって、壁体18Bに接するように移動(摺動)させ、壁体18Bを支えとして、転倒防止を含む、搭載物20の走行時安定性を向上させることが特徴である。
このため、第2の実施の形態の特徴は、第1の実施の形態の構成に対して、車両10Aの搭載物ホルダ18に搭載される搭載物20の状態に関する情報(搭載物情報)を取得する機能が追加される。
搭載物情報としては、搭載物の形状、重量、物性、走行時の挙動等が挙げられるが、これに限定されるものではない。
図7には、第1の実施の形態に係る車両10Bが示されている。
車両10Bの搭載物ホルダ18には、搭載物情報を取得するセンサとして、以下のセンサが取捨選択して取り付けられている(総称する場合、単一のセンサを含め、センサ群60(図8A参照)という)。
取捨選択とは、センサ群60に属する以下のセンサの内、必要に応じて(以下に示す実施例を実施するために必要な)、1個又は複数のセンサを選択可能な構成であり、言い換えれば、全てのセンサが取り付けられていれば、全ての実施例の実施が可能となる。
(センサ1) 重量センサ60A
重量センサ60Aは、床面18Aに取り付けられており、搭載物20の重量を計測する。重量センサ60Aの検出情報により、搭載物20の有無、及び変位(床面18A上での移動)を検出することができる。

また、複数の重量センサ60Aを床面18Aに取り付けることで、床面18Aの重量分布を認識でき、重量分布から搭載物20の形状を推定したり、重量分布の変化から搭載物20の詳細な移動(移動方向、移動速度等)を推定することができる。
(センサ2) 重量センサ60B
重量センサ60Bは、重量センサ60Aと異なり、壁体18Bに取り付けられている。壁体18Bに取り付けられた重量センサ60Bが、断続的に重量を検出している場合は、搭載物20が壁体18Bから離れており、走行中の振動等によって壁体18Bを叩いている状態を認識することができる。
重量センサ60Bは、重量センサ60Aと異なり、壁体18Bに取り付けられている。壁体18Bに取り付けられた重量センサ60Bが、断続的に重量を検出している場合は、搭載物20が壁体18Bから離れており、走行中の振動等によって壁体18Bを叩いている状態を認識することができる。
また、重量センサ60Bが、連続的に重量を検出している場合は、搭載物20が壁体18Bに接している状態を認識することができる。
(センサ3) 硬度センサ60C
硬度センサ60Cは、超音波接触インピーダンス計測タイプ等の場合、構造上、プローブロッドの先端を測定対象(ここでは、搭載物20)に垂直に押し当てる必要があるため、ロボットアーム等の併用、又は、作業者の操作に基づく検出情報を受け付ける手段等が必要な場合があるが、例えば、搭載物ホルダ18の床面18Aの適宜箇所に取り付け、搭載物20の搭載の際に測定点の指標を目標として搭載することで、計測することも可能である。
硬度センサ60Cは、超音波接触インピーダンス計測タイプ等の場合、構造上、プローブロッドの先端を測定対象(ここでは、搭載物20)に垂直に押し当てる必要があるため、ロボットアーム等の併用、又は、作業者の操作に基づく検出情報を受け付ける手段等が必要な場合があるが、例えば、搭載物ホルダ18の床面18Aの適宜箇所に取り付け、搭載物20の搭載の際に測定点の指標を目標として搭載することで、計測することも可能である。
(センサ4) 振動センサ60D
振動センサ60Dは、加速度センサが適用可能であり、搭載物ホルダ18の適宜箇所に取り付けられている。

振動センサ60Dは、車両10Bの走行中(定速度走行、加減速走行等)に加わる搭載物20の振動(加速度)を検出する。検出した振動(加速度情報)に基づき、搭載物20と搭載物ホルダ18とに加わる力の関係を解析することができる。
また、振動センサ60Dでは、搭載物20の加減速による耐性を把握したり、共振周波数を把握する。特に、共振周波数を把握することで、車両10Bの走行(定速走行時の速度等)を変更することが可能である。
(センサ5) 形状センサ60E
形状センサ60Eは、床面18Aに搭載された搭載物20を検出範囲とする位置に取り付けられている(例えば、壁体18Bの角部等)。形状センサ60Eとしては、カメラ、LiDAR、レーダ、ソナー、熱波計等が適用可能であり、搭載物20の形状を把握することができる。
形状センサ60Eは、床面18Aに搭載された搭載物20を検出範囲とする位置に取り付けられている(例えば、壁体18Bの角部等)。形状センサ60Eとしては、カメラ、LiDAR、レーダ、ソナー、熱波計等が適用可能であり、搭載物20の形状を把握することができる。
図8Aは、第2の実施の形態に係る、加減速制御のための機能をブロック化したものであり、自動運転制御装置22のハード構成を限定するものではない。

また、第2の実施の形態に係る自動運転制御装置22は、センサ群60(センサ1~センサ5の何れか1個以上)からの情報を取得するセンサ情報取得部62を備えている。センサ情報取得部62は、センサ群60に属する各種センサ1~センサ5の何れか1個以上からの情報を取得する。
マップ情報記憶部30、道路情報取得部32、及びセンサ情報取得部62は、それぞれ加減速度演算部34に接続されている。加減速度演算部34は、車両制御装置24から現在位置情報を取得し、搭載物20の形状、これから走行しようとする走行路の状態(例えば、平坦、上り坂、下り坂)、並びに、走行中の搭載物20の状態(変位、振動等)に基づいて、加減速度を演算する。演算は、上り坂の傾斜角度、車速、及び、搭載物20の状態(重量、重心)、床面18Aに対する設置面の摩擦係数等を演算変数として、予め定めた計算式に基づき実行される。
加減速度演算部34は、走行状態指示部36に接続されている。走行状態指示部36では、加減速度演算部34で演算した結果に基づいて、加減速度及び加減速を実行するタイミングを、車両制御装置24へ送出する。車両制御装置24では、駆動系統を制御することで、車両10Aは、走行状態指示部36で指示された加減速度によって走行する。
結果として、車両10Aが演算結果に基づく走行を実行することにより、搭載物20を事前に、壁体18Bへ接触した位置に移動(摺動)させたり、複数の搭載物20同士の間隔を調整することで、走行時の慣性力に起因する移動に基づく、搭載物20の系統を抑制する走行状態を構築する。
以下に、第2の実施の形態の作用を、図8Bのフローチャートに従い説明する。
ステップ200では、自動運転制御装置22の加減速度演算部34が、マップ情報記憶部30からマップ情報を取得し、ステップ202で、加減速度演算部34が、道路情報取得部32から道路情報を取得し、ステップ203へ移行する。
ステップ203では、センサ群60から、搭載物20に係る各種検出情報を取得して、ステップ204へ移行する。
ステップ204では、これから走行しようとする走行路の状態(例えば、平坦、上り坂、下り坂)に基づいて、加減速度を演算する。
次のステップ206では、走行状態指示部36が車両制御装置24へ、演算結果を送出する。
次のステップ208では、演算結果を取得した車両制御装置24が、駆動系統を制御することで、車両10Aは、走行状態指示部36で指示された加減速度によって走行する。
(実施例5)
図9は、第2の実施の形態の実施例(実施例5)に係り、車両10Bが走行路として、平坦路64→上り坂路66の順に走行しようとしている状態の側面図である。
図9に示される如く、車両10Bには、搭載物ホルダ18の床面18Aの前方側に搭載物20が搭載された状態である。このときの搭載物20は、車両10Bの後方側の壁体18BとのクリアランスAがあり、比較的大きなクリアランスとなっている。大きなクリアランスとは、車両10Bの走行中に、搭載物20に後方へ倒れるような力が働くと、転倒する可能性がある大きさである。
ここで、車両10Bが、平坦路64を通常走行(予め定めた定速度走行)している先に、上り坂路40を認識すると、上り坂路66の手前の平坦路64で加速する。この加速により、搭載物20が、搭載物ホルダ18の後方に移動(床面18Aを摺動)する。このときの搭載物20は、車両10Bの後方側の壁体18BとのクリアランスBがあり、比較的小さなクリアランスとなっている。小さなクリアランスとは、車両10Bの走行中に、搭載物20に後方へ倒れるような力が働いても、壁体18Bが支えとなって、転倒しない大きさである。
車両10Bが平坦路64から、上り坂路66にさしかかると、搭載物20には、後方へ倒れるような力が働く。
しかし、事前に、搭載物20と車両10Bの後方側の壁体18BとのクリアランスBを小さくしておいたので(B<A)、搭載物20は、クリアランスBが無くなる程度の移動があるが、上り坂路66で後方へ倒れることはなく、安定した走行が継続される。
このような加速を実行することで、搭載物ホルダ18に搭載された搭載物20は、搭載物ホルダ18上で転倒することなく、安定して移動が可能となる。

このような、加速変化により、搭載物20が加速によって倒れることはなく、安全に、車両10Bの後方側の壁体18Bまで移動させることができる(実施例5参照)。
また、同様に、上り坂路70の道程においても、相対的に時系列で減速大→減速小の順番で減速する。なお、減速大から減速小までの変化は、段階的に限らず、連続的でもよい。
このような、上り坂路70での減速変化により、搭載物20が加速によって倒れることはない。
図10Bは、実施例6(図10A)の変形例であり、車両10Bが走行路として、平坦路74→第1上り坂路76→平坦路78→第2上り坂路80の順に走行しようとしている状態の側面図である。
第1上り坂路76を通過するまでは、図10Aと同様に加減速制御を行うことで、第1上り坂路76と第2上り坂路80の間の平坦路78では、搭載物20が既に、車両10Bの後方側の壁体18Bに近い位置になっている。このため、第2上り坂路80では、特に加減速制御を行わなくても、安定した走行が可能である。

このような回転機能を有する車両10Bを用いる状況として、図12A及び図12Bの状況を説明する。
図12Aは、車両10Bが走行路として、図示しない上り坂路を通過して平坦路86に至った状態の側面図である。
図12Aに示される如く、搭載物ホルダ18上の搭載物20を、搭載物ホルダ18の中央付近に搭載したが、図示しない上り坂路の走行によって、後方へ移動することがある。
この搭載物20を、基の位置(搭載物ホルダ18の中央付近)に戻すには、減速することで、搭載物20を移動(摺動)させることも可能であるが、それでは、走行スケジュールの遅滞を招く場合がある。
そこで、実施例8では、走行スケジュールに遅滞を及ぼさないように、まず、搭載物ホルダ18を180°回転(又は、車両10B自体を180°回転)させて、実質的に、搭載物20を搭載物ホルダ18における、車両10Bの前方とし、その後、加速によって、搭載物20を基の位置(搭載物ホルダ18の中央位置)に戻す。
なお、実施例8では、図示しない上り坂路から平坦路86に至ったときに、上記搭載物20の移動制御を行ったが、図示しないのぼり坂を見越して、予め移動制御を実行してもよい。
次に、図12Bは、車両10Bが走行中に、複数の搭載物(ここでは、異なる物性(形状、重量、重心)の2個の搭載物20A、20B)の相対位置が、適正状態(一定の間隔を持った状態)から逸脱した不適正状態(互いに接触した状態)を想定したものである。
ここで、搭載物ホルダ18を回転させると、搭載物20Aと搭載物20Bとは、遠心力により外方へ移動するが、異なる物性であるため、移動状況が異なり、結果として、搭載物20Aと搭載物20Bは適正な距離感となる。
その後、車両10Bの加減速によって、搭載物ホルダ18の中央へ移動させることで、適正状態とすることができる。

すなわち、第1の実施の形態の車両10A及び第2の実施の形態の車両10Bが、走行路面によって動き方が変わる制御(加減速制御)を、車両10C(介護ロボット)に実行させる際において、搭載物20(被介護者)の安全を確保することを目的としている。
図13で、車両10C(介護ロボット)が、直線路88から曲線路90にさしかかる状況を示す平面図である。
第3の実施の形態に係る車両10C(介護ロボット)では、直線路88から曲線路90へ移動する場合に、搭載物20(被介護者)又は走行経路の周囲に存在する人(図示省略)に対して、走行の変化を報知することが目的であり、その報知タイミング、報知手段、報知方法、報知内容は、以下の通りである。

また、視覚(光)を用いた報知以外に、聴覚を用いた報知としては、「動きが変わります」、「曲がります」、「カーブです」、及び「お気を付け下さい」等の音声報知や、音楽等の出力であってもよい。

すなわち、搭載物20間の動き難さの違い(重量や摩擦等)を利用して、加減速命令を出力する。搭載物20の動き難さの違いは、搭載物状態情報取得部(例えば、図7に示すセンサ群60)から取得する。
なお、搭載物20の動き難さは、対象走行路の走行によって引き起こされる移動量と、加減速命令による慣性力による移動量に相関があるため、搭載物状態情報取得部(例えば、図7に示すセンサ群60)から取得しなくてもよい。
例えば、遠心力であっても慣性力であっても、相対的に軽い物体は移動量が大きく、相対的に重い物体は移動量が小さいことが多い。この場合、曲線路進入前に外方向に慣性力をかけておくと、外側に軽い物体があった場合は遠心力による衝突が起きないし、内側に軽い物体があった場合は、クリアランスを小さくできるので、どちらの場合であっても、遠心力による衝突の衝撃を回避又は緩和することができる。
(実施例12)
実施例12は、請求項16に対応しており、第2の実施の形態において、図9では、対象走行路が平坦路64→上り坂路66の例を示したが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、対象走行路が曲線路の場合に、車両10Aが曲線路の進入前に搭載物20を、曲線路外側へ移動させて、搭載物ホルダ18と搭載物20との間の外側のクリアランスを小さくするように加減速命令を出力する。
実施例12は、請求項16に対応しており、第2の実施の形態において、図9では、対象走行路が平坦路64→上り坂路66の例を示したが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、対象走行路が曲線路の場合に、車両10Aが曲線路の進入前に搭載物20を、曲線路外側へ移動させて、搭載物ホルダ18と搭載物20との間の外側のクリアランスを小さくするように加減速命令を出力する。
これにより、曲線路外方向への転倒の抑制、又は搭載物ホルダ18と搭載物20とが接触するときの衝撃を緩和させることができる。

図15は、実施例13における搭載物状態情報取得制御を含む走行制御を実行するフローチャートであり、車両側制御と、センター側制御(インフラセンサ96によるセンシングを含む)との連携による処理の流れを示している。
図15Aは、車両10A側の制御ルーチンであり、ステップ300では、自動運転制御装置22の加減速度演算部34が、マップ情報記憶部30からマップ情報を取得し、ステップ302で、加減速度演算部34が、道路情報取得部32から道路情報を取得し、ステップ304へ移行する。
ステップ304では、センター94へ搭載物の状態情報を要求し、ステップ306へ移行する。ステップ306では、ステップ304による要求に対して、センター94から加速度命令を受信したか否かを判断し、肯定判定されると、ステップ308へ移行して、加速度命令に基づく演算結果を、走行状態指示部36が車両制御装置24へ送出する。
次のステップ310では、演算結果を取得した車両制御装置24が、駆動系統を制御することで、車両10Aは、走行状態指示部36で指示された加減速度によって走行する。
図15Bは、センター側の制御ルーチンであり、ステップ312では、車両側制御ルーチンのステップ304から情報要求があったか否かを判断し、否定判定された場合は、このルーチンは終了する。また、ステップ312で肯定判定されると、ステップ314へ移行してインフラセンサ96によるセンシング情報を受信する。
ここで、図15Cに示される如く、インフラセンサ96からの定期又は不定期に、車両10Aの搭載物状態情報をセンシングし(ステップ322)、センシング情報をセンター側へ発信している(ステップ324)。
図15Bに示される如く、ステップ314でセンシング情報を受信すると、ステップ316へ移行して、搭載物20の状態を推定し、次いで、ステップ318で、推定した搭載物20の状態に基づいて、加減速度を演算し、ステップ320へ移行する。
ステップ320では、加減速度命令を車両10A側へ送信し、このルーチンは終了する。
なお、インフラセンサ96が、例えば、道路に沿って設置されたカメラや、店頭に設置された監視カメラ等が適用可能であるが、固定設置されたカメラ以外に、ドローン等の移動カメラであってもよい。

図16Cは、搭載物20を搭載物ホルダ18に搭載する場合に、位置決めガイド156によって、物理的に搭載箇所を制限することで、搭載物20を搭載物ホルダ18の所定位置に位置決めすることができる。

実施例15は、請求項20に対応しており、第3の実施の形態において、図17に示される如く、一般道路の交差点158での車両10A(10B)の走行でも走行情報を報知することが好ましい機会が存在する。すなわち、交差点158において、車両10A(10B)が左折するとき、歩行者160に対して、走行情報(例えば、電光掲示板162による、「左に曲がります」という表記)を表示することで、歩行者160に注意を喚起することができる。
また、実施例15において、図18に示される如く、対象走行路164(例えば、一般道路の曲がり角)において、音(音楽等)を出力することで、注意喚起することができる。
以上説明したように、第1の実施の形態、第2の実施の形態、及び第3の実施の形態では、車両10A、10B、10Cが走行しているとき、搭載している搭載物20が、走行路の状況(上り坂、下り坂、凹凸路、曲線路等)によって、加減速制御を実行することで、搭載物20の姿勢を安定させ、例えば、転倒といった不具合が生じないようにすることで、安定した走行を実現することができる。なお、搭載物20の姿勢の安定には、加減速制御によって搭載物20を現在の位置を維持して安定させる場合と、加減速制御によって搭載物20を搭載物ホルダ18の壁体18Bに近づくように予め移動(摺動)させて、壁体18Bで支えることで転倒を防止する場合とを含む。

- 搭載物(20)を搭載可能な搭載物ホルダ(18)を備えた車両(10A)を走行させるための動力ユニットの駆動力及び制動力を制御する車両制御部(24)と、
前記車両が走行する走行路の状態情報を取得する走行路状態情報取得部(32)と、
前記走行路状態情報取得部で取得した前記走行路の状態情報に基づいて、前記搭載物ホルダと当該搭載物ホルダに搭載された搭載物との相対位置関係を所定の位置関係とするための前記車両の加減速情報を生成し、前記車両制御部に対して走行時の加減速命令を出力する走行制御部(34)と、
を有する車両走行装置。 - 前記走行制御部は、
前記走行路状態情報取得部で取得した前記走行路の状態情報から、前記車両が走行中の走行路の前途に上り坂路及び下り坂路の存在を認識した場合に、
