Description
本発明は、自動車や電車等の車両等における防振用途に用いられる防振ゴム組成物および防振ゴム部材に関する。
天然ゴム等のジエン系ゴム等を含有する防振ゴム組成物は、過加硫状態になると加硫戻りが発生する。加硫戻りは、ポリスルフィド結合とジスルフィド結合がモノスルフィド結合へ変化すると共に、モノスルフィド結合がチオフェン環の形成を伴う開裂反応が併発して加硫密度を低下させる現象であり、各種特性の劣化が懸念されている。
かかる防振ゴム組成物の耐加硫戻り性を向上させる手法は既にいくつか提案されている。例えば、防振ゴム組成物に添加する加硫戻り防止剤として、1,3-ビス(シトラコンイミドメチル)ベンゼン、1,6-ヘキサメチレンジチオ硫酸ナトリウム(例えば、特許文献1等参照)を用いることや、ジンクモノメタクリレート(ZMMA)等を用いること等が提案されている。
しかしながら、防振ゴム組成物において、耐加硫戻り性の向上だけではなく、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを高度に両立させる点に着目した研究は未だ十分に進んでいない。
本発明は、このような事情に鑑みなされたものであり、耐加硫戻り性を向上させながらも耐久性の低下を抑制し得る防振ゴム組成物を提供する。
即ち、本発明者らは、防振ゴム組成物の耐加硫戻り性を向上させる手法を種々検討する過程において、前記のような加硫戻り防止剤を用いる手法では、耐加硫戻り性は向上する一方、架橋構造の粗密化等に起因して耐久性が低下する場合がある点に着目した。
本発明者らは、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを高度に両立させる観点から更に研究を重ねた結果、意外にも、ビスマレイミド化合物、スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤、および硫黄系加硫剤の各含有量を特定範囲に制御すると共に、スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤と硫黄系加硫剤の質量比を特定範囲に制御することによって、耐加硫戻り性を向上させながらも耐久性の低下を抑制できる防振ゴム組成物を提供し得ることを見出した。
本発明者らは、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを高度に両立させる観点から更に研究を重ねた結果、意外にも、ビスマレイミド化合物、スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤、および硫黄系加硫剤の各含有量を特定範囲に制御すると共に、スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤と硫黄系加硫剤の質量比を特定範囲に制御することによって、耐加硫戻り性を向上させながらも耐久性の低下を抑制できる防振ゴム組成物を提供し得ることを見出した。
すなわち、本発明は、以下の[1]~[13]を、その要旨とする。

本発明の防振ゴム組成物は、耐加硫戻り性を向上させながらも耐久性の低下を抑制できる防振ゴム組成物を提供できる。
本発明の実施の形態について詳しく説明する。ただし、本発明は、この実施の形態に限られるものではない。
本発明の一実施形態である防振ゴム組成物(以下、「本防振ゴム組成物」という場合がある)は、(A)~(E)成分を含有する防振ゴム組成物であって、(A)成分100質量部に対して、(B)成分の含有量が0.6~5.5質量部、(C)成分の含有量が0.45~3.5質量部、(D)成分の含有量が0.25~5.5質量部であり、(D)成分に対する(C)成分の質量比〔(C)/(D)〕が0.15~5.0であることを特徴とする。

本発明では、(A)~(E)成分を含有する防振ゴム組成物において、(B)ビスマレイミド化合物、(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤、および(D)硫黄系加硫剤の各含有量を特定範囲に制御すると共に、(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤と(D)硫黄系加硫剤の質量比を特定範囲に制御することが重要である。これらを特定範囲に制御しない場合、耐加硫戻り性を向上させながら耐久性の低下を抑制できないため、本発明の課題を十分に解決できない。
以下、本防振ゴム組成物の構成原料等について詳しく説明する。
〔(A)ジエン系ゴム〕
本防振ゴム組成物は、ゴム成分として(A)ジエン系ゴムを含有する。(A)ジエン系ゴムとしては、例えば、天然ゴム(NR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム(NBR)、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴム(EPDM)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。なかでも、耐久性向上の観点から、天然ゴム(NR)が好ましい。
本防振ゴム組成物は、ゴム成分として(A)ジエン系ゴムを含有する。(A)ジエン系ゴムとしては、例えば、天然ゴム(NR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム(NBR)、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴム(EPDM)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。なかでも、耐久性向上の観点から、天然ゴム(NR)が好ましい。
本防振ゴム組成物に用いる(A)ジエン系ゴムとしては、天然ゴム(NR)を主成分として含有するジエン系ゴムが好ましい。ここで「主成分」とは、(A)ジエン系ゴム全量(100質量%)に対して50質量%以上含有することを意味するものであり、好ましくは60質量%以上、より好ましくは70質量%以上、更により好ましくは80質量%以上、特に好ましくは90~100質量%を含むものである。
なお、本防振ゴム組成物には、(A)ジエン系ゴム以外のゴム成分を実質的に含まないことが好ましく、例えば、(A)ジエン系ゴム以外のゴム成分の含有量は、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1質量部未満であり、好ましくは0.1質量部未満、より好ましくは0質量部である。
本防振ゴム組成物に含まれる(A)ジエン系ゴムの含有量は、本防振ゴム組成物全量(100質量%)に対して、通常、45質量%以上であり、好ましくは45~70質量%、50~65質量%程度である。
〔(B)ビスマレイミド化合物〕
本防振ゴム組成物は、特定量の(B)ビスマレイミド化合物を含有する。(B)ビスマレイミド化合物としては、例えば、N,N'-m-フェニレンビスマレイミド、N,N'-o-フェニレンビスマレイミド、N,N'-p-フェニレンビスマレイミド、N,N'-(4,4'-ジフェニルメタン)ビスマレイミド、2,2-ビス[4-(4-マレイミドフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパン、ビス(3-エチル-5-メチル-4-マレイミドフェニル]メタン等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。なかでも、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、N,N'-m-フェニレンビスマレイミドが好ましい。
本防振ゴム組成物は、特定量の(B)ビスマレイミド化合物を含有する。(B)ビスマレイミド化合物としては、例えば、N,N'-m-フェニレンビスマレイミド、N,N'-o-フェニレンビスマレイミド、N,N'-p-フェニレンビスマレイミド、N,N'-(4,4'-ジフェニルメタン)ビスマレイミド、2,2-ビス[4-(4-マレイミドフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパン、ビス(3-エチル-5-メチル-4-マレイミドフェニル]メタン等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。なかでも、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、N,N'-m-フェニレンビスマレイミドが好ましい。
(B)ビスマレイミド化合物の含有量は、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、0.6~5.5質量部であることが重要となる。かかる範囲外では、耐久性が低下する傾向があるため、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させることが困難になる。
耐加硫戻り性と耐久性をより一層向上させる観点からは、前記(B)ビスマレイミド化合物の含有量は、0.7~5.2質量部が好ましい。

〔(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤〕
本防振ゴム組成物は、特定量の(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤を含有する。(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤としては、例えば、N-オキシジエチレン-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(NOBS)、N-シクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(CBS)、N-t-ブチル-2-ベンゾチアゾイルスルフェンアミド(BBS)、N,N′-ジシクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾイルスルフェンアミド等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。なかでも、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、N-シクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(CBS)、N-オキシジエチレン-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(NOBS)が好ましい。
また、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させると共に、耐スコーチ性(貯蔵安定性)を向上させる観点からは、N-オキシジエチレン-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(NOBS)が好ましい。
本防振ゴム組成物は、特定量の(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤を含有する。(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤としては、例えば、N-オキシジエチレン-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(NOBS)、N-シクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(CBS)、N-t-ブチル-2-ベンゾチアゾイルスルフェンアミド(BBS)、N,N′-ジシクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾイルスルフェンアミド等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。なかでも、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、N-シクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(CBS)、N-オキシジエチレン-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(NOBS)が好ましい。
また、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させると共に、耐スコーチ性(貯蔵安定性)を向上させる観点からは、N-オキシジエチレン-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド(NOBS)が好ましい。
(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤の含有量は、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、0.45~3.5質量部であることが重要となる。かかる範囲外では、耐久性が低下する傾向があるため、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させることが困難になる。
耐加硫戻り性と耐久性をより一層向上させる観点からは、前記(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤の含有量は、0.45~3.2質量部が好ましい。

(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤に対する(B)ビスマレイミド化合物の質量比〔(B)/(C)〕は、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、0.4~8.0が好ましく、より好ましくは0.4~5.5であり、更により好ましくは0.5~2.0である。
〔(D)硫黄系加硫剤〕
本防振ゴム組成物は、特定量の(D)硫黄系加硫剤を含有する。(D)硫黄系加硫剤としては、例えば、硫黄(粉末硫黄,沈降硫黄,不溶性硫黄)、アルキルフェノールジスルフィド等の硫黄含有化合物等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。
本防振ゴム組成物は、特定量の(D)硫黄系加硫剤を含有する。(D)硫黄系加硫剤としては、例えば、硫黄(粉末硫黄,沈降硫黄,不溶性硫黄)、アルキルフェノールジスルフィド等の硫黄含有化合物等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。
(D)硫黄系加硫剤の含有量は、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、0.25~5.5質量部であることが重要となる。かかる範囲外では、耐加硫戻り性および耐久性が低下する傾向があるため、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させることが困難になる。
耐加硫戻り性と耐久性をより一層向上させる観点からは、前記(D)硫黄系加硫剤の含有量は、0.5~5.5質量部が好ましい。

(D)硫黄系加硫剤に対する(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤の質量比〔(C)/(D)〕は、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、0.15~5.0であることが重要となる。かかる範囲外では、耐久性が低下する傾向があるため、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させることが困難になる。
耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とをより一層向上させる観点からは、前記質量比〔(C)/(D)〕は、0.15~2が好ましく、より好ましくは0.15~1.35である。

〔(E)無機充填剤〕
本防振ゴム組成物は、(E)無機充填剤を含有する。(E)無機充填剤としては、例えば、カーボンブラック、シリカ、炭酸カルシウム等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。なかでも、耐久性向上の観点から、カーボンブラック、シリカが好ましく、より好ましくはカーボンブラックである。
本防振ゴム組成物は、(E)無機充填剤を含有する。(E)無機充填剤としては、例えば、カーボンブラック、シリカ、炭酸カルシウム等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。なかでも、耐久性向上の観点から、カーボンブラック、シリカが好ましく、より好ましくはカーボンブラックである。
カーボンブラックとしては、例えば、SAF級、ISAF級、HAF級、MAF級、FEF級、GPF級、SRF級、FT級、MT級等の種々のグレードのカーボンブラックが挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。
カーボンブラックのBET比表面積は、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、10~150m2/gが好ましく、より好ましくは15~100m2/g、更により好ましくは20~76m2/g、特に好ましくは25~65m2/gである。
なお、カーボンブラックのBET比表面積は、例えば、試料を200℃で15分間脱気した後、吸着気体として混合ガス(N2:70%、He:30%)を用いて、BET比表面積測定装置(マイクロデータ社製、4232-II)により測定することができる。

カーボンブラックのヨウ素吸着量は、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、10~150mg/gが好ましく、より好ましくは10~75mg/g、更により好ましくは20~65mg/gである。また、カーボンブラックのDBP(フタル酸ジブチル)吸収量は、20~180mL/100gが好ましく、より好ましくは20~150mL/100gである。
なお、カーボンブラックのヨウ素吸着量は、JIS K 6217-1(A法)に準拠して測定された値であり、カーボンブラックのDBP吸収量は、JIS K6217-4に準拠して測定された値である。

シリカとしては、例えば、湿式シリカ、乾式シリカ、コロイダルシリカ等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。
シリカのBET比表面積は、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、30~320m2/gが好ましく、より好ましくは50~230m2/gである。
なお、シリカのBET比表面積は、例えば、試料を200℃で15分間脱気した後、吸着気体として混合ガス(N2:70%、He:30%)を用いて、BET比表面積測定装置(マイクロデータ社製、4232-II)により測定することができる。

シリカのDBA(ジ-n-ブチルアミン)吸着量は、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、例えば、20~100mmol/kgが好ましい。なお、DBA吸着量は、シリカ表面の水酸基に吸着されるDBAの量を示したものであり、1kgのシリカに吸着されるDBAのmmol数で表される。
(E)無機充填剤の含有量は、耐加硫戻り性と耐久性とを両立させる観点から、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、10~90質量部が好ましく、より好ましくは20~80質量部、更により好ましくは40~70質量部である。
〔その他の成分〕
本防振ゴム組成物には、(A)~(E)成分以外の成分として、任意に、加硫促進剤、加硫助剤、老化防止剤、プロセスオイル、シランカップリング剤等を含有させることができる。

加硫促進剤としては、例えば、チウラム系、グアニジン系、チアゾール系等の各種加硫促進剤が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。
チウラム系加硫促進剤としては、例えば、テトラメチルチウラムジスルフィド(TMTD)、テトラエチルチウラムジスルフィド(TETD)、テトラブチルチウラムジスルフィド(TBTD)、テトラキス(2-エチルヘキシル)チウラムジスルフィド(TOT)、テトラベンジルチウラムジスルフィド(TBzTD)等が挙げられる。なかでも、分散性の観点から、テトラブチルチウラムジスルフィド(TBTD)が好ましい。チウラム系加硫促進剤の含有量は、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、例えば、0.1~0.5質量部が好ましく、より好ましくは0.2~0.4質量部である。
なお、本発明の他の実施形態においては、チウラム系加硫促進剤を実質的に含まない場合がある。例えば、耐久性を相対的に重視する用途(例えばサスペンションブッシュ用等)においては、チウラム系加硫促進剤の含有量は、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して0.1質量部未満、更には0.05質量部未満、特には0質量部とする場合がある。
グアニジン系加硫促進剤としては、例えば、N,N'-ジフェニルチオ尿素、トリメチルチオ尿素、N,N'-ジエチルチオ尿素、N,N'-ジブチルチオ尿素等が挙げられる。
チアゾール系加硫促進剤としては、例えば、ジベンゾチアジルジスルフィド(MBTS)、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾール(MBT)、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールナトリウム塩(NaMBT)、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾール亜鉛塩(ZnMBT)等が挙げられる。
加硫助剤としては、例えば、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)、ステアリン酸、酸化マグネシウム等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。加硫助剤の含有量は、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、例えば、0.1~10質量部が好ましく、より好ましくは0.3~8質量部、更により好ましくは1~6質量部である。
老化防止剤としては、例えば、カルバメート系老化防止剤、フェニレンジアミン系老化防止剤、フェノール系老化防止剤、ジフェニルアミン系老化防止剤、キノリン系老化防止剤、イミダゾール系老化防止剤、ワックス類等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。老化防止剤の含有量は、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、例えば、0.3~15質量部が好ましく、より好ましくは0.5~10質量部、特に好ましくは1~8質量部である。
プロセスオイルとしては、例えば、ナフテン系オイル、パラフィン系オイル、アロマ系オイル等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。プロセスオイルの含有量は、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、例えば、1~30質量部が好ましく、より好ましくは2~20質量部、更により好ましくは3~15質量部である。
シランカップリング剤としては、例えば、メルカプト系シランカップリング剤、スルフィド系シランカップリング剤、アミン系シランカップリング剤、エポキシ系シランカップリング剤、ビニル系シランカップリング剤等が挙げられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。シランカップリング剤の含有量は、(A)ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、例えば、0.1~10質量部が好ましく、より好ましくは0.3~8質量部である。
〔防振ゴム組成物の調製方法および防振ゴム部材の製造方法〕
本防振ゴム組成物は、(A)~(E)成分を特定の割合で用い、更に、必要に応じて、前記その他の成分を用いて、これらをニーダー、バンバリーミキサー、オープンロール、二軸スクリュー式撹拌機等の混練機を用いて混練することにより、調製することができる。また、本防振ゴム組成物は、例えば、高温(150~170℃)で5~30分間、加硫することにより防振ゴム部材(加硫体)となる。
本防振ゴム組成物は、(A)~(E)成分を特定の割合で用い、更に、必要に応じて、前記その他の成分を用いて、これらをニーダー、バンバリーミキサー、オープンロール、二軸スクリュー式撹拌機等の混練機を用いて混練することにより、調製することができる。また、本防振ゴム組成物は、例えば、高温(150~170℃)で5~30分間、加硫することにより防振ゴム部材(加硫体)となる。
〔防振ゴム部材の用途〕
本防振ゴム組成物の加硫体からなる防振ゴム部材は、耐加硫戻り性を向上させながらも耐久性の低下を抑制できるため、防振ゴムの材料として優れた性能を発揮することができる。例えば、自動車〔電気自動車(EV)、燃料電池自動車(FCV)、プラグインハイブリッド車(PHV)、ハイブリッド車(HV)等も含む〕等の車両等に用いられるエンジンマウント、スタビライザブッシュ、サスペンションブッシュ、モーターマウント、サブフレームマウント等の構成部材として好適に用いることができる。
また、コンピューターのハードディスクの制振ダンパー、洗濯機等の一般家電製品の制振ダンパー、建築・住宅分野における建築用制震壁、制震(制振)ダンパー等の制震(制振)装置および免震装置の用途にも用いることができる。
本防振ゴム組成物の加硫体からなる防振ゴム部材は、耐加硫戻り性を向上させながらも耐久性の低下を抑制できるため、防振ゴムの材料として優れた性能を発揮することができる。例えば、自動車〔電気自動車(EV)、燃料電池自動車(FCV)、プラグインハイブリッド車(PHV)、ハイブリッド車(HV)等も含む〕等の車両等に用いられるエンジンマウント、スタビライザブッシュ、サスペンションブッシュ、モーターマウント、サブフレームマウント等の構成部材として好適に用いることができる。
また、コンピューターのハードディスクの制振ダンパー、洗濯機等の一般家電製品の制振ダンパー、建築・住宅分野における建築用制震壁、制震(制振)ダンパー等の制震(制振)装置および免震装置の用途にも用いることができる。
本発明の実施例および比較例を説明する。ただし、本発明は、これら実施例に限定されるものではない。まず、下記の原料を準備した。

[実施例1~9、比較例1~6]
次に、前記各原料を、表1に示す割合で配合して混練することにより、防振ゴム組成物を調製した。なお、前記混練は、硫黄系加硫剤とスルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤以外の原料を、バンバリーミキサーを用いて140℃で5分間混練し、次いで、硫黄系加硫剤とスルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤を配合し、オープンロールを用いて60℃で5分間混練することにより行った。
次に、前記各原料を、表1に示す割合で配合して混練することにより、防振ゴム組成物を調製した。なお、前記混練は、硫黄系加硫剤とスルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤以外の原料を、バンバリーミキサーを用いて140℃で5分間混練し、次いで、硫黄系加硫剤とスルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤を配合し、オープンロールを用いて60℃で5分間混練することにより行った。
前記で得られた実施例および比較例の防振ゴム組成物を用い、下記の基準に従って、各特性の評価を行った。
<耐加硫戻り性評価試験>
各防振ゴム組成物について、170℃における振動式加硫試験機(レオメーター試験機)による加硫試験を行い、最大弾性トルク(MH)および最大弾性トルク(MH)到達後から30秒間~5分間経過した後のトルク(ML)を測定し、下記式により加硫戻り率(%)を求めた。
(式)加硫戻り率(%)=[(MH-ML)/MH]×100
実施例1における加硫戻り率(%)を100としたときの各実施例および比較例における加硫戻り率(%)の指数換算値を求め、下記基準にて評価した。その結果を表1に示す。

◎(excellent):100以下
〇(very good):100超110以下
×(poor):110超
各防振ゴム組成物について、170℃における振動式加硫試験機(レオメーター試験機)による加硫試験を行い、最大弾性トルク(MH)および最大弾性トルク(MH)到達後から30秒間~5分間経過した後のトルク(ML)を測定し、下記式により加硫戻り率(%)を求めた。
(式)加硫戻り率(%)=[(MH-ML)/MH]×100
実施例1における加硫戻り率(%)を100としたときの各実施例および比較例における加硫戻り率(%)の指数換算値を求め、下記基準にて評価した。その結果を表1に示す。

◎(excellent):100以下
〇(very good):100超110以下
×(poor):110超
<耐久性評価試験>
各防振ゴム組成物を、150℃×20分間の条件でプレス成形(加硫)して、厚み2mmのゴムシートを作製した。このゴムシートから、JIS3号ダンベルを打ち抜き、このダンベルを用い、JIS K6260に準じてダンベル疲労試験(伸張試験)を行い、その破断時の伸張回数(破断時回数)を測定した。
実施例1における破断時回数を100としたときの各実施例および比較例における破断時回数の指数換算値を求め、下記基準にて評価した。その結果を表1に示す。

◎(excellent):100以上
〇(very good):75以上100未満
×(poor):75未満
各防振ゴム組成物を、150℃×20分間の条件でプレス成形(加硫)して、厚み2mmのゴムシートを作製した。このゴムシートから、JIS3号ダンベルを打ち抜き、このダンベルを用い、JIS K6260に準じてダンベル疲労試験(伸張試験)を行い、その破断時の伸張回数(破断時回数)を測定した。
実施例1における破断時回数を100としたときの各実施例および比較例における破断時回数の指数換算値を求め、下記基準にて評価した。その結果を表1に示す。

表1の結果から、本発明の実施例の防振ゴム組成物ないし加硫体は、耐加硫戻り性および耐久性が共に優れていることが確認された。すなわち、本発明によれば、加硫戻りを抑制しながらも耐久性の低下を抑制できることが確認された。
これに対し、本発明の要件を充足しない比較例では、耐加硫戻り性または耐久性が不十分であることが確認された。
前記実施例においては、本発明における具体的な形態について示したが、前記実施例は単なる例示にすぎず、限定的に解釈されるものではない。当業者に明らかな様々な変形は、本発明の範囲内であることが企図されている。
本防振ゴム組成物の加硫体からなる防振ゴム部材は、耐加硫戻り性を向上させながらも耐久性の低下を抑制できることから、防振ゴムの材料として優れた性能を発揮することができる。例えば、自動車の車両等に用いられるエンジンマウント、スタビライザブッシュ、サスペンションブッシュ、モーターマウント、サブフレームマウント等の構成部材として用いることができる。
Claims (13)
- 下記(A)~(E)成分を含有する防振ゴム組成物であって、(A)成分100質量部に対して、(B)成分の含有量が0.6~5.5質量部、(C)成分の含有量が0.45~3.5質量部、(D)成分の含有量が0.25~5.5質量部であり、(D)成分に対する(C)成分の質量比〔(C)/(D)〕が0.15~5.0であることを特徴とする防振ゴム組成物。
(A)ジエン系ゴム。
(B)ビスマレイミド化合物。
(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤。
(D)硫黄系加硫剤。
(E)無機充填剤。 - 前記(D)硫黄系加硫剤の含有量が、0.5~5.5質量部である、請求項1記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 前記(D)硫黄系加硫剤に対する(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤の質量比〔(C)/(D)〕が、0.15~1.35である、請求項1または2記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 前記(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤に対する(B)ビスマレイミド化合物の質量比〔(B)/(C)〕が、0.4~5.5である、請求項1または2記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 前記(B)ビスマレイミド化合物として、N,N'-m-フェニレンビスマレイミドを含有する、請求項1または2記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 前記(C)スルフェンアミド系加硫促進剤として、N-シクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミドおよびN-オキシジエチレン-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミドからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含有する、請求項1または2記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 前記(E)無機充填剤として、カーボンブラックおよびシリカからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含有する、請求項1または2記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 前記(E)無機充填剤として、BET比表面積が10~150m2/gのカーボンブラックを含有する、請求項1または2記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 前記(E)無機充填剤として、ヨウ素吸着量が10~150mg/gのカーボンブラックを含有する、請求項1または2記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 更に、チウラム系加硫促進剤を含有する、請求項1または2記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1または2記載の防振ゴム組成物の加硫体からなる防振ゴム部材。
- 車両用防振ゴム部材である、請求項11記載の防振ゴム部材。
- エンジンマウント、スタビライザブッシュ、またはサスペンションブッシュの構成部材用防振ゴム部材である、請求項12記載の防振ゴム部材。
