下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种户外除潮配电柜,包括金属板1,金属板1底部固定连接有多个支撑轴11,支撑轴11底部固定焊接有预埋板12,金属板1顶部固定连接有防护箱2,防护箱2侧壁上固定连接有一对固定架21,固定架21内部转动设有多个铰接轴43,铰接轴43表面上固定连接有防尘板4;
防护箱2表面上转动设有一对活动门23,活动门23表面上转动设有固定把手,防护箱2顶部设有固定挡板3,固定挡板3为塑料材质,在配电柜遇到雨雪天气时,能够通过固定挡板3减少有积雪的情况,避免有积雪堆积在配电柜上导致出现凝结的情况,能够保证配电柜内部的温度处于相对稳定的情况,保证设备运行的稳定性。
防护箱2侧壁上固定连接有一对环形板22,环形板22表面上固定连接有多个网格板,环形板22内壁上固定连接有多个固定筛网,环形板22内部转动设有转动轴5,防护箱2内壁上固定安装有安装板52,安装板52呈“U”形,转动轴5表面上开设有环形槽,转动轴5转动设置在安装板52上;
转动轴5表面上固定连接有金属环,且金属环表面上固定连接有转动板51,转动板51呈弧形,转动轴5表面上固定连接有气压环53,气压环53表面上固定连接有挤压轴54,挤压轴54为金属材质,通过外界风力的作用下,配合转动板51能够带动转动轴5开始运动,能够使气压环53表面的挤压轴54与活动板34之间相互挤压,能够使活动板34出现运动,从而能够使传动管24出现运动,能够改变防尘板4的角度。
固定挡板3表面上固定连接有多个中空管31,中空管31呈均匀阵列设置在固定挡板3表面上,固定挡板3底部固定连接有多个压缩杆32,压缩杆32 贯穿防护箱2顶部,压缩杆32底部固定安装有活动板34,活动板34为塑料材质;
活动板34侧壁上开设有活动槽33,活动槽33呈对称设置,活动槽33内壁与转动轴5表面相抵,通过中空管31能够减少加快固定挡板3表面的积雪等快速消融,避免其堆积在固定挡板3顶部的情况。
防护箱2内部固定连接有传动板25,传动板25表面上固定连接有限位管262,限位管262内部活动设有伸缩杆26,伸缩杆26顶部与活动板34底部固定连接,伸缩杆26底部固定连接有U形轴261;
U形轴261底部固定连接有焊接杆243,焊接杆243侧壁上固定连接有传动管24,焊接杆243底部固定连接有除潮杆,且除潮杆为活性炭材质,通过传动管24在上下摆动的过程中,能够使除潮杆能够与金属轴44表面相抵,能够避免金属杆表面出现生锈的情况,能够保证设备运行的流畅。
传动管24表面上开设有多个弧形槽241,弧形槽241呈均匀阵列设置在传动管24表面上,传动管24表面上固定连接有多个限位轴242,限位轴242位于弧形槽241一侧,通过防尘板4摆动过程中,能够使固定杆42与固定架21内壁之间相互摩擦,能够使防尘板4出现抖动,能够避免外界的落叶等杂质卡在防尘板4之间的情况。
防尘板4表面上固定连接有气压球41,气压球41表面上固定连接有吸热板,气压球41底部与防尘板4表面相抵,防尘板4侧壁上固定连接有一对固定杆42,固定杆42具有弹性,固定杆42呈对称设置,通过日照的作用下,能够在吸热板的作用下能够使气压球41出现膨胀,能够增大防尘板4之间的间隙,便于将设备内部的热量快速排出。
铰接轴43一端固定连接有金属轴44,金属轴44呈“U”形,金属轴44一端活动设置在弧形槽241与限位轴242之间,金属轴44表面与除潮杆表面相抵,通过转动轴5运动的过程中,能够使传动管24出现运动,能够使金属 轴44在弧形槽241内部运动,从而能够带动铰接轴43出现运动,能够使防尘板4出现摆动,能够保证设备的散热效率。
工作原理:首先在配电柜遇到雨雪天气时,能够通过固定挡板3减少有积雪的情况,避免有积雪堆积在配电柜上导致出现凝结的情况,能够保证配电柜内部的温度处于相对稳定的情况,保证设备运行的稳定性,在外界风力的作用下,配合转动板51能够带动转动轴5开始运动,能够使气压环53表面的挤压轴54与活动板34之间相互挤压,能够使活动板34出现运动,从而能够使传动管24出现运动,能够改变防尘板4的角度,能够根据不同情况来保证设备的正常散热;
然后接着在转动轴5运动的过程中,能够使传动管24出现运动,能够使金属轴44在弧形槽241内部运动,从而能够带动铰接轴43出现运动,能够使防尘板4出现摆动,能够保证设备的散热效率,且随着传动管24在上下摆动的过程中,能够使除潮杆能够与金属轴44表面相抵,能够避免金属杆表面出现生锈的情况,能够保证设备运行的流畅,避免长时间使用导致卡顿的情况,延长设备的维护周期;
最后在日照的作用下,能够在吸热板的作用下能够使气压球41出现膨胀,能够增大防尘板4之间的间隙,便于将设备内部的热量快速排出,能够避免设备内部出现温度过高导致电子元件出现损坏的情况,且在防尘板4摆动过程中,能够使固定杆42与固定架21内壁之间相互摩擦,能够使防尘板4出现抖动,能够避免外界的落叶等杂质卡在防尘板4之间的情况,能够保证设备的正常散热效率,避免出现堵塞的情况。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种户外除潮配电柜,包括金属板(1),其特征在于:所述金属板(1)底部固定连接有多个支撑轴(11),所述支撑轴(11)底部固定焊接有预埋板(12),所述金属板(1)顶部固定连接有防护箱(2),所述防护箱(2)侧壁上固定连接有一对固定架(21),所述固定架(21)内部转动设有多个铰接轴(43),所述铰接轴(43)表面上固定连接有防尘板(4);
    所述防护箱(2)表面上转动设有一对活动门(23),所述活动门(23)表面上转动设有固定把手,所述防护箱(2)顶部设有固定挡板(3),所述固定挡板(3)为塑料材质。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外除潮配电柜,其特征在于:所述防护箱(2)侧壁上固定连接有一对环形板(22),所述环形板(22)表面上固定连接有多个网格板,所述环形板(22)内壁上固定连接有多个固定筛网,所述环形板(22)内部转动设有转动轴(5),所述防护箱(2)内壁上固定安装有安装板(52),所述安装板(52)呈“U”形,所述转动轴(5)表面上开设有环形槽,所述转动轴(5)转动设置在安装板(52)上;
    所述转动轴(5)表面上固定连接有金属环,且金属环表面上固定连接有转动板(51),所述转动板(51)呈弧形,所述转动轴(5)表面上固定连接有气压环(53),所述气压环(53)表面上固定连接有挤压轴(54),所述挤压轴(54)为金属材质。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外除潮配电柜,其特征在于:所述固定挡板(3)表面上固定连接有多个中空管(31),所述中空管(31)呈均匀阵列设置在固定挡板(3)表面上,所述固定挡板(3)底部固定连接有多个压缩杆(32),所述压缩杆(32)贯穿防护箱(2)顶部,所述压缩杆(32)底部固定安装有活动板(34),所述活动板(34)为塑料材质;
    所述活动板(34)侧壁上开设有活动槽(33),所述活动槽(33)呈对称设置,所述活动槽(33)内壁与转动轴(5)表面相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外除潮配电柜,其特征在于:所述防护箱(2)内部固定连接有传动板(25),所述传动板(25)表面上固定连接有限位管(262),所述限位管(262)内部活动设有伸缩杆(26),所述伸缩杆(26)顶部与活动板(34)底部固定连接,所述伸缩杆(26)底部固定连接有U形轴(261);
    所述U形轴(261)底部固定连接有焊接杆(243),所述焊接杆(243)侧壁上固定连接有传动管(24),所述焊接杆(243)底部固定连接有除潮杆,且除潮杆为活性炭材质。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种户外除潮配电柜,其特征在于:所述传动管(24)表面上开设有多个弧形槽(241),所述弧形槽(241)呈均匀阵列设置在传动管(24)表面上,所述传动管(24)表面上固定连接有多个限位轴(242),所述限位轴(242)位于弧形槽(241)一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外除潮配电柜,其特征在于:所述防尘板(4)表面上固定连接有气压球(41),所述气压球(41)表面上固定连接有吸热板,所述气压球(41)底部与防尘板(4)表面相抵,所述防尘板(4)侧壁上固定连接有一对固定杆(42),所述固定杆(42)具有弹性,所述固定杆(42)呈对称设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种户外除潮配电柜,其特征在于:所述铰接轴(43)一端固定连接有金属轴(44),所述金属轴(44)呈“U”形,所述金属轴(44)一端活动设置在弧形槽(241)与限位轴(242)之间,所述金属轴(44)表面与除潮杆表面相抵。
