Abstract
Description
ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸は、pHを変化させることによりその性質を調整することができる。また、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸は耐硬水性に優れ、その水溶液は、カルシウム、アルミニウム等の各種多価金属イオンに対して安定であり、皮膚に対する作用が穏和であるため、各種用途での応用が期待される。
特許文献1には、末端に炭化水素基を有するポリオキシアルキレンエーテル(以下、「ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル」という)と水を含有する液相に酸素を供給して、プラチナ触媒の存在下、前記ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを脱水素酸化しポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を製造する方法であって、液相中のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルとポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の合計質量と、水の質量の質量比(ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルとポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の合計質量/水の質量)が、60/40~95/5である、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法が、無機塩の除去操作や、煩雑な濃縮操作を必要とせず、反応終了後、触媒を濾過する工程のみで、高い有効分濃度のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を得ることができると記載されている。
例えば、特表2019-506370号(特許文献2)には、少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル官能基を有する少なくとも1つのフラン化合物を酸化させることによる、少なくとも1つのアルデヒド官能基及び電力を有する少なくとも1つのフラン化合物の製造プロセスであって、反応が、少なくとも1つのアノード、カソード及びセパレータを有する電気発生装置中で実施され、アノード反応物が少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル官能基を有するフラン化合物であり、カソード反応物がオキシダントであるプロセスが記載されている。
本発明は、製造工程を簡略化できる、電気化学反応を用いたポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の新規な製造方法を提供することに関する。
また、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸は界面活性剤等として様々な用途に使用されており、アルキレンオキシ基の付加モル数(AO付加モル数)が高い成分をより多く含むポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸が望まれる用途も存在する。

また、本発明によれば、アルキレンオキシ基の付加モル数(AO付加モル数)が高い成分をより多く含むポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の新規な製造方法を提供することができる。
さらに、本発明によれば、反応前後でのエネルギー差を直流電流として取り出すことができ、発電の実現が可能となる。
本発明のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法は、カソード部及びアノード部を備える電気化学装置のアノード部において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(以下、「AE」とも呼ぶ。)を電気化学反応により酸化してポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸(以下、「EC」とも呼ぶ。)を得る工程(A)を含む。
本実施形態によれば、製造工程を簡略化できる、電気化学反応を用いたポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の新規な製造方法を提供することができる。また、本発明に係るポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法によれば、アルキレンオキシ基の付加モル数が高い成分をより多く含むポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を得ることができる。
また、前記電気化学反応はギブズエネルギーの変化が負であり、反応前後でのエネルギー差を直流電流として取り出すことの可能性が示唆されるが、本発明の製造方法によれば、発電の実現が確認できた。また、従来の製造方法では、ギブズエネルギーの差が発熱として放出されていたため、反応工程にて除熱の必要性があったが、本発明の製造方法ではこの除熱負荷を下げることができる。
本明細書において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルとは、末端に炭化水素基を有するポリオキシアルキレンエーテルをいい、炭化水素基としてはアルキル基以外の炭化水素基も含まれる。
工程(A)は、カソード部及びアノード部を備える電気化学装置のアノード部において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを電気化学反応により酸化してポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を得る工程である。

本発明に係る製造方法で用いるポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルは、末端に炭化水素基を有する。前記炭化水素基としては、アルキル基に限定されるものではなく、例えば、脂肪族炭化水素基、脂環式炭化水素基、芳香族炭化水素基等が挙げられる。
ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルは、収率及び反応性向上の観点から、下記式(1)で示される化合物を含むことが好ましく、下記式(1)で示される化合物であることがより好ましい。

式(1)中、Rは炭素数1以上36以下の炭化水素基、Aは炭素数2以上4以下のアルキレン基を表し、nはアルキレンオキシ基の平均付加モル数であり、0.1以上100.0以下の数である。
式(1)中のR等は、上記定義の範囲内において、目的とする性能、用途等に応じて適宜決定できる。
また、式(1)中のAは、好ましくは炭素数2又は3のアルキレン基であり、より好ましくは炭素数2のアルキレン基、すなわちエチレンオキシ基(以下、「EO」とも呼ぶ。)である。
Rの炭化水素基としては、飽和又は不飽和の直鎖、分岐鎖若しくは環状構造を有する脂肪族炭化水素基、又は置換基を有していてもよい芳香族炭化水素基が好ましく、直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基、又はアルケニル基がより好ましく、直鎖又は分岐鎖のアルキル基が更に好ましく、直鎖のアルキル基が更に好ましい。
式(1)中、Rで表される芳香族炭化水素基は、更に置換基を有していてもよく、芳香族炭化水素基の炭素数は、置換基を含めた炭素数である。置換基としては、アルキル基、ベンジル基、フェネチル基、スチリル基、シンナミル基、アルキレンオキシ基等が例示される。前記芳香族炭化水素基としては、2,2-ジフェニレンプロパン基、フェノキシエチル基、ノニルフェニル基、トリベンジルフェニル基、ジスチリルフェニル基(ジスチレン化フェニル基)等が例示される。
式(1)中、Rが芳香族炭化水素基であるポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルとしては、例えば、ビスフェノールAのEO付加物、フェノキシエタノールのEO付加物、ノニルフェノールのEO付加物、ジスチレン化フェノールのEO付加物、トリベンジルフェノールのEO付加物等が挙げられる。

式(2)中、R及びAは、式(1)と同じ意味であり、aはAの炭素数-1であり、m+1はアルキレンオキシ基の平均付加モル数である。
本発明に係るポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法は、原料としてAO付加モル数が高いポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを用いる場合に特に有用である。
本発明に係る電気化学装置はカソード部及びアノード部を備える。
本発明に係る電気化学装置としては、燃料電池、電気分解装置等が挙げられ、燃料電池が好ましい。
燃料電池としては特に限定されず、一般的に公知のものを用いることができ、例えば、固体高分子形燃料電池、固体アルカリ燃料電池等が挙げられ、固体高分子形燃料電池が好ましい。
セパレータとしては、例えば、金属製セパレータ、カーボン製セパレータ、黒鉛と樹脂を混合した材料からなるセパレータ等の各種導電性材料からなるセパレータが挙げられる。
固体高分子形燃料電池においては、カソード部に酸素を含むガスを供給し、アノード部にポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを含む溶液(好ましくは水溶液)を供給し、アノード部において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを電気化学反応により酸化してポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を生成させることができる。また、アノード部で生成したプロトンが電解質膜を介してカソード部に移動し、カソード部で水が発生し、発電する。
より具体的には、膜電極接合体は、触媒層及び拡散層を有するアノード部と、触媒層及び拡散層を有するカソード部と、アノード部とカソード部との間に、触媒層に接した状態で配置された固体高分子電解質膜とを備える。
触媒としては、例えば、カーボン担体に白金又は白金合金を担持した担持触媒等が挙げられる。
カーボン担体としては、例えば、カーボンブラック粉末、グラファイト化カーボン、カーボンファイバー、カーボンナノチューブ等が挙げられる。
また、触媒は、Pt、Pd、Ru、Rh、Au及びIrから選択される少なくとも1種の貴金属を含むものでもよく、前記貴金属と、前記貴金属以外の少なくとも1種の他の金属元素又は非金属元素とを含むものが好ましい。前記金属元素及び非金属元素としては、Ru、Rh、Au、Pd、Pt、Ir、Ta、Ni、Ag、Cu、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ti、Co、Zn、Zr、Y、Bi、Pb、Sn等の遷移金属元素;Ce等のランタニド;Al等の他の金属;N、P等の非金属から選択される少なくとも1種が好ましい。
これらの触媒は、より良好な分布を得るために担体上に適用してもよい。担体としては、カーボン担体又は金属酸化物担体が好ましい。
Ptはアノード触媒及びカソード触媒として単独で使用することができる。Pt触媒はRuをさらに含み、カーボン担体により担持されることがより好ましい。
触媒は、例えば、Johnson-Matthey社、BASF社、Premetek社、Evonik社、田中貴金属工業株式会社等から購入することができる。
触媒は、シート、網、発泡体、ホイル、ベルト等の異なる形状でバルク電極として直接使用してもよいし、散布、湿式吹付、粉末堆積、電着、蒸着、乾式吹付、転写、塗装、スパッタリング、低圧蒸着、電気化学的蒸着、テープキャスティング、スクリーン印刷等の方法により、担体に適用して使用してもよい。
拡散層としては、例えば、カーボンペーパー、カーボンクロス、カーボンフェルト等の炭素繊維により構成された多孔性材料が挙げられる。
カソード部への酸素の供給は、酸素ガス又は酸素含有混合ガス(例えば、空気)を液相に吹き込むことによって行うことができる。あるいは、酸素ガス又は酸素含有混合ガスを気相流通させ、これらのガスの雰囲気下で反応を実施することによっても行うことができる。
酸素含有混合ガスを用いる場合、酸素と併用するガスとしては、例えば、ヘリウム、アルゴン、窒素等の不活性ガスが好ましい。
本発明のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸におけるアルキレンオキシ基の付加モル分率の調整方法は、カソード部及びアノード部を備える電気化学装置の前記アノード部において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを電気化学反応により酸化してポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を得る工程(A)を含む。
本発明の調整方法によれば、AO付加モル数が高いポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸のモル分率を向上させることができる。
本発明の調整方法における工程(A)の好適態様は、前述した本発明に係るポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法と同じである。
なお、本実施形態に係るポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸はAO付加モル数が高い成分をより多く含むことができることについては、実施例に記載の方法により評価することができる。
本発明の発電方法は、カソード部及びアノード部を備える電気化学装置の前記アノード部において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを電気化学反応により酸化してポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を得る工程(A)を含む。前記電気化学反応はギブズエネルギーの変化が負であり、反応前後でのエネルギー差を直流電流として取り出すことができるため、本発明に係る発電方法によれば、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを用いることにより発電が可能となる。本発明の調整方法における工程(A)の好適態様は、前述した本発明に係るポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法と同じである。
本発明の発電システムは、カソード部及びアノード部を備える電気化学装置の前記アノード部において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを電気化学反応により酸化してポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を得る工程(A)を含む。前記電気化学反応はギブズエネルギーの変化が負であり、反応前後でのエネルギー差を直流電流として取り出すことができるため、本発明に係る発電システムによれば、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを用いることにより発電が可能となる。本発明の調整方法における工程(A)の好適態様は、前述した本発明に係るポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法と同じである。

(1)モル分率及び反応転化率(Conv._GC)の測定方法
まず、実施例1,4及び比較例1は、反応により生成した反応混合物をジアゾメタンによりメチルエステル化した。また、実施例2及び比較例2では、反応により生成した反応混合物を5%塩酸メタノール溶液でメチルエステル化した。
次いで、メチルエステル化した反応混合物に対して、下記条件でガスクロマトグラフィ(以下、「GC」とも呼ぶ。)測定を行い、エチレンオキシ基(以下、「EO」とも呼ぶ。)付加モル数15モルまでの各AE及びECのGCピーク面積をそれぞれ求めた。

実施例3~6は、反応により生成した反応混合物を精秤し、イオン交換水とアセトンで希釈した。次いで、希釈液に対して下記条件で中和滴定を行い、滴定液の滴定量を求めた。

実施例1
(1)電気化学装置
電気化学装置として、以下の燃料電池システムを用いた。
燃料電池セル形式:固体高分子形燃料電池(PEMreactor、FC-025-01H、株式会社ケミックス製)
メタルプレート材質:SUS316
集電板材質:AuコーティングのCu
セパレータ材質:カーボン
セパレータ流路:幅1mm、リブ幅1mm、深さ1mm、サーペンタイン1本流路
電極有効面積:50mm×50mm
アノード触媒:Pt担持カーボン触媒(Pt担持量1.7mg/cm2)
カソード触媒:Pt担持カーボン触媒(Pt担持量1.0mg/cm2)
アノード触媒バインダー:パーフルオロカーボンスルホン酸系ポリマーからなるフッ素系高分子電解質バインダー(Nafion(登録商標)ポリマー分散液、デュポン社製)(バインダー担持量:1g/g-触媒担体)
カソード触媒バインダー:パーフルオロカーボンスルホン酸系ポリマーからなるフッ素系高分子電解質バインダー(Nafion(登録商標)ポリマー分散液、デュポン社製)(バインダー担持量:1g/g-触媒担体)
アノード側拡散層:カーボンペーパー(TGP-H-060H、株式会社ケミックス製)
カソード側拡散層:カーボンペーパー(GDL22BB、SGLカーボン社製)
電解質膜:パーフルオロカーボンスルホン酸系ポリマーからなるフッ素系高分子電解質膜(Nafion(登録商標)NR-212、デュポン社製)
実験装置として、図1に示す装置を用いた。
セル(PEM)の加温はカートリッジヒーター(Cartridge heater)をプレートに差し込み実施した。
カソード側には窒素又は空気を減圧弁で20kPaGに制御した。アノード側の原料はダイアフラムポンプ(Diaphragm type pulseless Pump、株式会社タクミナ製)を用いて循環供給した。
原料を入れるガラス容器の蓋は、窒素でシーリングができるように、窒素置換兼サンプリング用の穴と、原料供給用の穴と、反応混合物回収用の穴の計3つが取り付けられている。
セルの集電板に電気化学測定装置(Electrochemical analyzer、北斗電工株式会社製、HZ-Pro)を接続し測定を実施した。
はじめに、カソード側に20kPaGの圧力で窒素を300mL/分でフロー供給(未循環)し、アノード側にイオン交換水を20mL/分でフロー供給(未循環)した。
次いで、セルを40℃に昇温した。
次いで、100mLのガラス容器に原料である5質量%ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(R-O-(A-O)n-H、A=エチレン基、R=オクチル基(C8)、n=8.6)水溶液80g(イオン交換水76.0g、AE4.0g)を仕込んだ。窒素フローによりガラス容器内を窒素置換した。その後、マグネチックスターラーにて原料水溶液を撹拌した後、以下の条件で原料の供給を開始した。
アノード側に原料水溶液を10mL/分で循環供給し、カソード側に空気を300mL/分でフロー供給(未循環)した。
次いで、開回路における電位差ΔEc-a(=カソード電位-アノード電位)が一定値(730mV)に落ち着いたことを確認した後、以下の電位条件で反応を実施した。
反応時間が0~6時間、反応時の電位差ΔEc-aが250mVの条件でクロノアンペアメトリー(電位差一定=250mVで電流を測定)を実施した。なお、反応時間6時間中の平均電流値は2.5mAであった。
反応時間6時間時点で、サンプリング口よりシリンジにて反応混合物のサンプリングを実施した。
サンプリングした反応混合物に対して上記GC測定を行い、反応転化率、並びに得られた生成物ECにおける各EO付加モル数の反応転化率及びモル分率をそれぞれ算出した。結果を表1~2及び図3に示す。また、原料AEにおける各EO付加モル数のモル分率を表3に示す。
(1)実験装置
実験装置として、図2に示す装置を用いた。
フラスコとしては、5つ口500mL丸底フラスコを使用し、以下の器具を取り付けた。
・三日月型撹拌翼(翼径:75mm、翼幅:20mm)
・撹拌機(ガラス製撹拌シャフト(フラスコ内部)、SUS製撹拌シャフト(フラスコ外部))
・熱電対(鞘管に挿入し、液温を測定)
・ガス供給用のバブリング管
・マスフローメーター(MFC、酸素(純度99.5%以上)の流量管理)
・ガス出口に冷却管(25℃水道水で冷却、溶液揮発分は還流)
また、フラスコはウォーターバス(Water bath)を用いて加熱した。
はじめに、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(R-O-(A-O)n-H、A=エチレン基、R=オクチル基(C8)、n=8.6)93.1g、イオン交換水132.5g、白金担持カーボン触媒(Evonik社製、触媒固形分プラチナ10質量%、触媒有姿中の水分56.7質量%)12.4gをフラスコに仕込んだ。
次いで、フラスコ内に窒素を供給しながら、450rpmでフラスコ内を撹拌し、フラスコ内の温度を40℃まで昇温した。その後、窒素の供給を停止し、酸素をフラスコ内に60mL/分で供給し、反応を開始した。反応開始より3時間後にサンプリングを実施した。サンプリングした溶液を触媒と濾別した後、反応混合物に対して上記GC測定を行い、反応転化率、並びに得られた生成物ECにおける各EO付加モル数の反応転化率及びモル分率をそれぞれ算出した。結果を表1~2及び図3に示す。また、原料AEにおける各EO付加モル数のモル分率を表3に示す。
なお、実施例1と比較例1で、反応転化率が同程度となるように反応時間を調整した。
原料として5質量%ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(R-O-(A-O)n-H、A=エチレン基、R=ラウリル基(C12)、n=2.8)水溶液80g(イオン交換水76.0g、AE4.0g)を使用し、アノード側への原料水溶液の供給速度を5mL/分に設定し、反応時間を0~12時間40分、反応時の電位差ΔEc-aを0mVの条件にした以外は実施例1と同様に反応を実施した。なお、開回路における電位差ΔEc-aは751mVであり、反応時間12時間40分中の平均電流値は4.6mAであった。
反応時間12時間40分時点で、サンプリング口よりシリンジにて反応混合物のサンプリングを実施した。
サンプリングした反応混合物に対して上記GC測定を行い、反応転化率、並びに得られた生成物ECにおける各EO付加モル数の反応転化率及びモル分率をそれぞれ算出した。結果を表1~2及び図3に示す。また、原料AEにおける各EO付加モル数のモル分率を表3に示す。
原料としてポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(R-O-(A-O)n-H、A=エチレン基、R=ラウリル基(C12)、n=2.8)11.9g、イオン交換水224.0g、白金担持カーボン触媒(Evonik社製、触媒固形分プラチナ10質量%、触媒有姿中の水分56.7質量%)2.5gをフラスコに仕込んだ以外は比較例1と同様に反応を実施した。
反応開始してから3時間30分後のサンプルを実施例2と同様にGC分析を行い、反応転化率、並びに得られた生成物ECにおける各EO付加モル数の反応転化率及びモル分率をそれぞれ算出した。結果を表1~2及び図3に示す。また、原料AEにおける各EO付加モル数のモル分率を表3に示す。
原料として5質量%ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(R-O-(A-O)n-H、A=エチレン基、R=オクタデシル基(C18)、n=17.9)水溶液80g(イオン交換水76.0g、AE4.0g)を使用し、反応時間を0~11時間とした以外は実施例2と同様に反応を実施した。なお、開回路における電位差ΔEc-aは140mVであり、反応時間11時間中の平均電流値は1.0mAであった。
反応時間11時間時点で、サンプリング口よりシリンジにて反応混合物のサンプリングを実施した。
サンプリングした反応混合物に対して上記中和滴定を行い、反応転化率を算出した。結果を表1に示す。
燃料電池システムに用いる電解質膜にスルホン化スチレン系共重合体電解質膜(NEOSEPTA CSE、株式会社アストム製)を使用し、反応時間を0~8時間とした以外は実施例1と同様に反応を実施した。なお、開回路における電位差ΔEc-aは710mVであり、反応時間8時間中の平均電流値は4.2mAであった。
反応時間8時間時点で、サンプリング口よりシリンジにて反応混合物のサンプリングを実施した。
サンプリングした反応混合物に対して実施例1と同様にGC分析を行い、並びに上記中和滴定を行い、両基準の反応転化率をそれぞれ算出した。結果を表1に示す。
燃料電池システムに用いる電解質膜にスルホン化スチレン系共重合体電解質膜(NEOSEPTA CSE、株式会社アストム製)、アノード触媒バインダーにポリテトラフルオロエチレンポリマー(ポリフロン PTFE D210C、ダイキン工業株式会社製)を使用し、反応時間を0~8時間に設定した以外は実施例1と同様に反応を実施した。なお、開回路における電位差ΔEc-aは636mVであり、反応時間8時間中の平均電流値は5.3mAであった。
反応時間8時間時点で、サンプリング口よりシリンジにて反応混合物のサンプリングを実施した。
サンプリングした反応混合物に対して上記中和滴定を行い、反応転化率を算出した。結果を表1に示す。
燃料電池システムに用いる電解質膜にスルホン化スチレン系共重合体電解質膜(NEOSEPTA CSE、株式会社アストム製)、アノード触媒バインダーにテトラフルオロエチレン-ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体ポリマー(ネオフロン FEP ND110、ダイキン工業株式会社製)を使用し、反応時間を0~8時間とした以外は実施例1と同様に反応を実施した。なお、開回路における電位差ΔEc-aは685mVであり、反応時間8時間中の平均電流値は5.0mAであった。
反応時間8時間時点で、サンプリング口よりシリンジにて反応混合物のサンプリングを実施した。
サンプリングした反応混合物に対して上記中和滴定を行い、反応転化率を算出した。結果を表1に示す。
また、表2及び図3から、実施例の製造方法によれば、比較例の製造方法に比べて、エチレンオキシ基の付加モル数が大きい成分に対する反応性が向上し、その結果、エチレンオキシ基の付加モル数が大きい成分を多く含むポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸が得られることが理解できる。
さらに、実施例の製造方法によれば、生成物と触媒を分離する工程が不要であり、比較例の製造方法に比べて、製造工程を簡略化できた。
また、実施例の製造方法によれば、反応前後でのエネルギー差を直流電流として取り出すことができ、発電の実現を実際に確認できた。

Claims (10)
- カソード部及びアノード部を備える電気化学装置の前記アノード部において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを電気化学反応により酸化してポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を得る工程(A)を含む、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法。
- 前記電気化学装置が燃料電池である、請求項1に記載のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法。
- 前記工程(A)において、前記カソード部に酸素を含むガスを供給する、請求項2に記載のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法。
- 前記ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルが下記式(1)で示される化合物を含む、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法。
R-O-(A-O)n-H (1)
〔前記式(1)中、Rは炭素数1以上36以下の炭化水素基、Aは炭素数2以上4以下のアルキレン基を表し、nはアルキレンオキシ基の平均付加モル数であり、0.1以上100.0以下の数である。〕 - 前記式(1)においてAがエチレン基及びプロピレン基から選択される少なくとも一種を含む、請求項4に記載のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法。
- 前記式(1)においてRの炭素数が6以上22以下である、請求項4又は5に記載のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法。
- 前記式(1)においてnが2.0以上10.0以下である、請求項4~6のいずれかに記載のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法。
- 前記工程(A)における前記アノード部の温度が10℃以上100℃以下である、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸の製造方法。
- カソード部及びアノード部を備える電気化学装置の前記アノード部において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを電気化学反応により酸化してポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を得る工程(A)を含む、発電方法。
- カソード部及びアノード部を備える電気化学装置の前記アノード部において、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルを電気化学反応により酸化してポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル酢酸を得る工程(A)を含む、発電システム。
