背景技术
现有的压力开合盖机构种类较多,主要分为落盖式、旋合式、夹钳式。旋合式因结构简单,制造方便,成本低廉,因而使用最为广泛而普及。目前普通的压力开合盖机构普遍采用扭转式旋合方式,用户在使用过程中,往往需要双手握持,且用户手腕的关节需产生扭动,造成开盖和关盖动作不便。
技术问题
本申请的主要目的是提出一种锅盖组件及烹饪器具,解决了现有技术的锅盖双手握持解锁不便的问题。
技术解决方案
本申请通过转动操作部实现解锁和开锁,同时也提高了锅盖解锁的便利性,便于锅盖的拿取。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出一种锅盖组件,包括:

进一步的,所述操作部31包括第一连接段和第二连接段,所述第一连接段与所述传动机构32连接,所述第二连接段呈弧形设置,且所述第二连接段的两端分别与所述第一连接段的两端连接,二者共同围合形成一个中空空间,这个中空空间用于安装其他部件或者进行避让设置,所述扣手结构4设于所述第二连接段背离所述第一连接段的一侧,也就是说,所述扣手结构4是独立于所述操作部31设置的供用户握持的部件,而并非利用所述操作部31通过其结构本身围合形成的中空空间进行握持。
本申请不限制所述扣手结构4的具体形式,在一实施例中,所述扣手结构4为一个弧形的筋条,该弧形筋条的两端固定安装至所述操作部31上,弧形筋条围设形成的空洞供用户伸入手指,弧形筋条与所述操作部31处于同一水平面内,当处于所述锁合位置时,所述操作部31和弧形筋条均竖直设置,用户可以直接接触弧形筋条,用于所述锅盖组件100整体的提拉,当处于所述解锁位置时,所述操作部31转动至与所述盖体1的上端面贴合,所述弧形筋条至少部分沿着水平向突出所述盖体1上端面,在向所述锁合位置转变时,用户可以直接接触到弧形筋条突出的部分,从而便于用户解锁和锁合的操作。此实施例中,所述操作部31可以具有180°的转动形成,由竖直状态向对应的两侧进行转动时,均可以实现向所述解锁位置的切换。
在其他实施例中,请参照4至图5,所述扣手结构4包括第一扣板41和第二扣板42,所述第一扣板41与所述第二扣板42在所述操作部31上呈相对且间隔设置,所述第一扣板41一侧与所述操作部31连接,另一侧与所述第二扣板42通过一连接部连接,从而使得所述第一扣板41和所述第二扣板42共同围合形成一扣槽4a。该所述扣槽4a整体呈钩型结构,与用户的手指弯呈钩状时的形状相匹配,便于用户通过四根手指进行持握,当处在所述解锁位置时,所述操作部31转动至与所述盖体1的上端面贴合,但是所述扣槽4a是突出于所述盖体1设置的,并且对应处于所述盖体1的上方,便于用户伸入手指进行持握,同时解决了因所述操作部31贴合所述盖体1而不便于用户直接持握的问题。
需要说明的是,所述连接部可以为螺栓、铆钉、粘合剂等,以将所述第一扣板41和所述第二扣板42的一端连接,本实施例中,所述第一扣板41和所述第二扣板42一体成型。
进一步的,所述扣槽4a由所述第一扣板41和所述第二扣板42组合而成,由于所述第一扣板41和所述第二扣板42均为板状结构,因此,围合形成的所述扣槽4a为两侧敞口的通槽,在用户持握的过程中,可能因为用力不均造而从所述扣槽4a的侧方敞口处滑出,或者手部湿润造成滑动而在握持的过程中从所述扣槽4a滑出,因此,请参照图6,所述扣手结构4还包括两个挡板43,两个所述挡板43分别连接所述第一扣板41和所述第二扣板42相对的两端,以共同围合形成一侧开口的所述扣槽4a。如此使得所述扣槽4a仅槽口处开口,其余侧壁均封闭设置,限制了用户的手指的活动范围,具有良好的握持稳定性。
基于上述实施例,所述扣槽4a的槽长为d,其中,7cm≤d≤10cm。所述扣槽4a的槽宽应当适应人手至少四个手指的宽度,以保证用户的四个手指可以伸入所述扣槽4a内,同时又不会觉得拥挤,同时需要考虑用户由于体型差异而带来的手部尺寸差异,所述扣槽4a内部不能空间过大。
为了便于手指的伸入,所述扣槽4a的槽宽逐渐增大设置,如此便于用户手指伸入时的导向。
除此之外,所述扣手结构4可以通过螺栓、粘合剂、卡扣等结构安装在所述操作部上,本实施例中,所述第一扣板41、所述第二扣板42和所述操作部31均一体成型,所述操作部31由两部分组成,一个弧形板和一个直杆,所述弧形板与所述直杆之间围成的空间内安装压板和遮盖,所述压板限制直杆沿上下向的活动,所述遮盖提高美观度,所述直杆转动安装至所述盖体1上,所述第一锥齿轮321固定设于所述直杆上,所述操作部31的转动轴线为所述直杆的延伸轴线。
为了使得所述扣手结构4整体处于合适的角度,所述第一扣板41与所述操作部31呈倾斜夹角设置。使得所述解锁位置时,所述第一扣板41与所述操作部31之间存在一定的夹角,从而将所述扣槽4a的槽口朝向用户。
需要说明的是,上述两个相关联的技术特征:所述扣槽4a的槽宽逐渐增大设置、所述第一扣板41与所述操作部31呈倾斜夹角设置,可以择一设置,也可以同时设置,本实施例中同时设置效果更好。
进一步的,用户的手指伸入所述扣槽4a内时,手掌侧与所述第二扣板42接触,为了提高摩擦力,所述第二扣板42的内侧面设有多个防滑凸筋。多个所述防护凸筋的设置能够防止人手在握持中滑动脱出,从而提高稳定性,防止盖体1在提起过程中掉落。本申请不限制所述防滑凸筋的具体形式,可以点状的凸起,也可以是长条状的筋条。
除此之外,用户在握持过程中,稳定性受所述扣槽4a的深度的影响,本申请的一实施例中,所述扣槽4a的槽深为h,其中,4cm≤h≤8cm。如此使得所述扣槽4a涵盖手掌的长度足够,以便于用户施力。
本申请不限制所述盖体1和锅体200之间的扣合方式,可以是落盖式、旋合式或者夹钳式,本实施例中,所述开合件包括转动安装于所述盖体1的内侧的内盖21,所述内盖21的周缘设置有用以与所述锅体200扣合的扣牙22;所述传动机构32用以将所述操作部31的转动转换为所述内盖21的转动。所述盖体1为面盖,整体相对于锅体200不转动,通过所述内盖21的转动实现扣合和解锁,所述操作部31转动时,所述扣牙22和锅体200上的锅牙之间的相对位置会发生变化,从而在锁合状态和解锁状态之间切换。
基于上述实施例,请参照图3,所述传动机构32包括第一锥齿轮321和第二锥齿轮322,所述第一锥齿轮321与所述操作部31的转轴同轴设置,以被所述操作部31驱动转动;所述第二锥齿轮322与所述内盖21的转轴同轴设置,且与所述第一锥齿轮321相啮合。所述第一锥齿轮321和所述第二锥齿轮322的部分外啮合,当所述操作部31沿其延伸的轴线转动时,所述第一锥齿轮321与所述操作部31同轴转动,从而带动沿着上下向延伸的轴线转动的所述第二锥齿轮322转动,并且,所述操作部31的转动轴线与所述内盖21的转动轴线之间呈夹角设置,如此设置实现驱动力方向的转换,结构简单,提高了所述传动机构32的多样性。
请参照图7,本申请还提供一种烹饪器具1000,包括上述的锅盖组件100,所述烹饪器具1000包括上述的锅盖组件100的全部技术特征,因此,也具有上述全部技术特征带来的技术效果,此处不再一一赘述。
所述烹饪器具1000包括锅盖组件100和锅体200,所述锅盖组件100中的盖体1与所述锅体200围合形成烹饪腔,本实施例中所述的烹饪器具1000为压力烹饪器具,包括但不限于压力锅。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的申请构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种锅盖组件,其中,所述锅盖组件包括:
    盖体;
    开合件,活动设于所述盖体的内侧,以在活动行程上具有用于与锅体锁扣的锁合位置、以及用以与所述锅体分离的解锁位置;
    驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括转动设于所述盖体的外侧的操作部、以及传动机构,所述传动机构用以将所述操作部转动转换为所述开合件的活动;以及,
    扣手结构,设于所述操作部上,且突出于所述操作部设置,用以在所述锁合位置和所述解锁位置均显露出所述盖体的外侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述操作部包括第一连接段和第二连接段,所述第一连接段与所述传动机构连接,所述第二连接段呈弧形设置,且所述第二连接段的两端分别与所述第一连接段的两端连接;
    所述扣手结构设于所述第二连接段背离所述第一连接段的一侧。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述扣手结构包括:
    第一扣板,一侧与所述操作部连接;以及,
    第二扣板,与所述第一扣板相对且间隔设置,所述第二扣板的一侧部与所述第一扣板的另一侧部通过一连接部连接,与所述第一扣板共同围合形成一扣槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述扣手结构还包括两个挡板,两个所述挡板分别连接所述第一扣板和所述第二扣板相对的两端,以共同围合形成一侧开口的所述扣槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述扣槽的槽长为d,其中,7cm≤d≤10cm。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述扣槽的槽宽沿槽底到槽口逐渐增大设置;和/或,
    所述第一扣板与所述操作部呈倾斜夹角设置;和/或,
    所述第二扣板的内侧面设有多个防滑凸筋。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述扣槽的槽深为h,其中,4cm≤h≤8cm。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述开合件包括转动安装于所述盖体的内侧的内盖,所述内盖的周缘设置有用以与所述锅体扣合的扣牙;
    所述传动机构用以将所述操作部的转动转换为所述内盖的转动。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的锅盖组件,其中,所述传动机构包括:
    第一锥齿轮,与所述操作部的转轴同轴设置,以被所述操作部驱动转动;以及,
    第二锥齿轮,与所述内盖的转轴同轴设置,且与所述第一锥齿轮相啮合。
  10. 一种烹饪器具,其中,所述烹饪器具包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的锅盖组件,所述烹饪器具为压力烹饪器具。
