Abstract

仮想空間においてユーザの行動変容を促すことを課題とする。行動変容装置1は、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けを決定する仕掛決定部11と、仕掛決定部11によって決定された仕掛けを仮想空間に設置するフィールド設置部19と、を備える。仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの前記認知バイアスの度合を入力することで仕掛けによるユーザの行動変容の度合を予測する予測モデルを用いて仕掛けを決定してもよい。仕掛けは、仮想空間に存在する所定のコンテンツへユーザを誘導する仕掛けであってもよい。仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの属性にさらに基づいて仕掛けを決定してもよい。

Description

行動変容装置
 本開示の一側面は、ユーザの行動変容を促す行動変容装置に関する。
 下記特許文献1では、仮想空間内でユーザ自ら移動している感覚を与えることができる家具型機器が開示されている。
特許第7037158号
 しかしながら、上記家具型機器では例えば仮想空間内でユーザの行動変容を促すことはできない。そこで、仮想空間においてユーザの行動変容を促すことが望まれている。
 本開示の一側面に係る行動変容装置は、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けを決定する決定部と、決定部によって決定された仕掛けを仮想空間に設置する設置部と、を備える。
 このような側面においては、ユーザに対する仕掛けが仮想空間に設置されるので、仮想空間においてユーザの行動変容を促すことができる。
 本開示の一側面によれば、仮想空間においてユーザの行動変容を促すことができる。

 以下、図面を参照しながら本開示での実施形態を詳細に説明する。なお、図面の説明においては同一要素には同一符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。また、以下の説明における本開示での実施形態は、本発明の具体例であり、特に本発明を限定する旨の記載がない限り、これらの実施形態に限定されないものとする。
 図1は、実施形態に係る行動変容装置1の機能構成の一例を示す図である。
 行動変容装置1は、ユーザの行動変容を促すコンピュータ装置である。より具体的には、行動変容装置1は、仮想空間において、適切なコンテンツに適切なユーザを誘導する(行動変容を促す)ことで、ユーザと生産者との双方にメリットをもたらすことができる。
 仮想空間とは、仮想的な2次元又は3次元の空間である。なお本実施形態において用語「空間」を「世界」に適宜置き換えてもよいし、逆に、用語「世界」を「空間」に適宜置き換えてもよい。仮想空間は、例えば、コンピュータ又はコンピュータネットワーク(インターネットなど)上に構築された、現実世界とは異なる3次元の空間であるメタバースであってもよい。
 コンテンツとは、例えば、経済活動又は娯楽のための店舗、施設、もの又は情報などである。本実施形態において、コンテンツは、仮想空間に存在する又は設置することを想定するが、これに限るものではない。仮想空間は、場所及び時間の制約を受けないことから、現実世界に比べて様々なコンテンツの設置が可能である。
 図1に示す通り、行動変容装置1は、格納部10、仕掛決定部11(決定部)及びフィールド設置部19(設置部)を含んで構成される。また、仕掛決定部11は、ナッジ最適化部12、移動仕掛生成部13、文言最適化部14、音声最適化部15、アバター最適化部16、表情最適化部17及びナビゲータ生成部18を含んで構成される。
 行動変容装置1の各機能ブロックは、行動変容装置1内にて機能することを想定しているが、これに限るものではない。例えば、行動変容装置1の機能ブロックの一部は、行動変容装置1とは異なるコンピュータ装置であって、行動変容装置1とネットワーク接続されたコンピュータ装置内において、行動変容装置1と情報を適宜送受信しつつ機能してもよい。また、行動変容装置1の一部の機能ブロックは無くてもよいし、複数の機能ブロックを一つの機能ブロックに統合してもよいし、一つの機能ブロックを複数の機能ブロックに分解してもよい。
 以下、図2に示す行動変容装置1の各機能について説明する。
 格納部10は、行動変容装置1における算出などで利用される任意の情報及び行動変容装置1における算出の結果などを格納する。格納部10によって格納された情報は、行動変容装置1の各機能によって適宜参照されてもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けを決定(又は生成)する。仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの一つ以上(複数を含む)の認知バイアスに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する一つ以上(複数を含む)の仕掛けを決定してもよい。
 認知バイアスとは、物事の判断などが直感もしくはこれまでの経験に基づく先入観によって非合理的になる心理現象、又は、自分の思い込み又は周囲の環境などによって無意識のうちに合理的ではない判断をしてしまう心理現象である。
 仕掛けとは、目的のために工夫されたものである。仕掛けは、仮想空間に設置されることを想定するが、これに限るものではない。仕掛けは、仮想空間に存在する所定のコンテンツへユーザを誘導する仕掛けであってもよい。
 仕掛けは、仮想空間でのユーザの仮想的な移動に関する仕掛け(移動仕掛け)を含んでもよい。例えば、仮想空間においてユーザによって自身のアバターであるユーザアバターを当該ユーザの指示に基づいて(仮想空間上を)移動可能な場合に、当該移動に働きかける仕掛け又は当該移動を誘導する仕掛けである。
 仕掛けは、仮想空間での所定のアバターである誘導アバターによるユーザの誘導に関する仕掛け(ナビゲータ)を含んでもよい。誘導アバターは、ユーザを誘導するためのアバターであって、ユーザアバターとは異なるアバターを想定するが、これに限るものではない。誘導の際に誘導アバターが発する文言(メッセージ内容、伝え方)、誘導の際に誘導アバターが発する音声(周波数、強弱、音量、イントネーション)、誘導アバターの見た目、又は、誘導の際の誘導アバターの表情の少なくとも一つは、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいてもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、決定した仕掛けに関する仕掛情報をフィールド設置部19に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの認知バイアスに関する認知バイアス情報を取得し、取得した認知バイアス情報に基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けに関する仕掛情報を決定してもよい。仕掛決定部11が認知バイアス情報を取得するタイミングは、行動変容装置1の管理者又はユーザなど任意の人の指示などに基づくタイミングであってもよいし、定期的(例えば1時間に1回)であってもよい。仕掛決定部11は、認知バイアス情報を、予め格納されている格納部10から取得してもよいし、ネットワークを介して他の装置から取得してもよい。仕掛決定部11は、予め格納部10によって格納された、認知バイアス情報と仕掛情報とが対応付いた情報を参照して、取得した認知バイアス情報に対応付いた仕掛情報を抽出し、抽出した仕掛情報を、最終的に決定した仕掛情報(仕掛け)として決定してもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、予め格納部10によって格納された、認知バイアス情報と誘導の際に誘導アバターが発する文言に関する文言情報とが対応付いた情報を参照して、取得した認知バイアス情報に対応付いた文言情報を抽出し、抽出した文言情報を、最終的に決定した文言情報(誘導の際に誘導アバターが発する文言)として決定してもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、予め格納部10によって格納された、認知バイアス情報と誘導の際に誘導アバターが発する音声に関する音声情報とが対応付いた情報を参照して、取得した認知バイアス情報に対応付いた音声情報を抽出し、抽出した音声情報を、最終的に決定した音声情報(誘導の際に誘導アバターが発する音声)として決定してもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、予め格納部10によって格納された、認知バイアス情報と誘導アバターの見た目に関する見た目情報とが対応付いた情報を参照して、取得した認知バイアス情報に対応付いた見た目情報を抽出し、抽出した見た目情報を、最終的に決定した見た目情報(誘導アバターの見た目)として決定してもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、予め格納部10によって格納された、認知バイアス情報と誘導の際の誘導アバターの表情に関する表情情報とが対応付いた情報を参照して、取得した認知バイアス情報に対応付いた表情情報を抽出し、抽出した表情情報を、最終的に決定した表情情報(誘導の際の誘導アバターの表情)として決定してもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに対するナッジを決定し、決定したナッジに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けを決定してもよい。
 ナッジとは、ユーザが強制によってではなく自発的に望ましい行動を選択するよう促す仕掛け若しくは環境的変化、又は、ユーザにそっと気づかせて無意識的若しくは反射的に適切な方向へ誘導する仕掛け若しくは環境的変化である。
 より具体的には、仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの認知バイアスに関する認知バイアス情報を取得し、取得した認知バイアス情報に基づいて当該ユーザに対するナッジに関するナッジ情報を決定し、決定したナッジ情報に基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けに関する仕掛情報を決定してもよい。仕掛決定部11は、予め格納部10によって格納された、認知バイアス情報とナッジ情報とが対応付いた情報を参照して、取得した認知バイアス情報に対応付いたナッジ情報を抽出し、予め格納部10によって格納された、ナッジ情報と仕掛情報とが対応付いた情報を参照して、抽出したナッジ情報に対応付いた仕掛情報を抽出し、抽出した仕掛情報を、最終的に決定した仕掛情報(仕掛け)として決定してもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの認知バイアスの度合を入力することで仕掛けによるユーザの行動変容の度合を予測する予測モデルを用いて仕掛けを決定してもよい。認知バイアスの度合は、例えば「0」から「1」の実数であり、「0」に近いほど度合(傾向)が小さく、「1」に近いほど度合(傾向)が大きくてもよい。同様に、行動変容の度合は、例えば「0」から「1」の実数であり、「0」に近いほど度合(傾向)が小さく、「1」に近いほど度合(傾向)が大きくてもよい。予測モデルは、例えば機械学習によって生成された学習済みモデルであってもよいし、数式モデルであってもよい。仕掛決定部11は、例えば、予測モデルにユーザの認知バイアスの度合を入力することで予測される仕掛けによるユーザの行動変容の度合のうち最も大きい度合の仕掛けを決定してもよいし、上位N個(Nは1以上の整数)の度合の仕掛けを決定してもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの属性にさらに基づいて仕掛けを決定してもよい。属性とは、例えば性別、年齢などである。すなわち、仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの認知バイアスと当該ユーザの属性とに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けを決定してもよい。仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの一つ以上(複数を含む)の認知バイアスと当該ユーザの一つ以上(複数を含む)の属性とに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する一つ以上(複数を含む)の仕掛けを決定してもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの認知バイアスに関する認知バイアス情報と当該ユーザの属性に関する属性情報とを取得し、取得した認知バイアス情報と属性情報とに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けに関する仕掛情報を決定してもよい。仕掛決定部11は、認知バイアス情報及び属性情報を、予め格納されている格納部10から取得してもよいし、ネットワークを介して他の装置から取得してもよい。仕掛決定部11は、予め格納部10によって格納された、認知バイアス情報と属性情報と仕掛情報とが対応付いた情報を参照して、取得した認知バイアス情報と属性情報とに対応付いた仕掛情報を抽出し、抽出した仕掛情報を、最終的に決定した仕掛情報(仕掛け)として決定してもよい。
 仕掛決定部11は、ナッジ最適化部12、移動仕掛生成部13、文言最適化部14、音声最適化部15、アバター最適化部16、表情最適化部17及びナビゲータ生成部18を含んで構成される。
 ナッジ最適化部12は、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに最適なナッジを決定する。最適なナッジとは、ユーザに対する効果が最も高い、又は、ユーザに対する効果が所定の基準を満たすナッジである。ナッジ最適化部12は、ユーザの一つ以上の認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに適した一つ以上のナッジを決定してもよい。適したナッジとは、ユーザに対する効果が所定の基準を満たすナッジである。ナッジ最適化部12は、ユーザの一つ以上の認知バイアスと当該ユーザの一つ以上の属性とに基づいて当該ユーザに適した一つ以上のナッジを決定してもよい。ナッジ最適化部12は、決定したナッジに関するナッジ情報を移動仕掛生成部13及び文言最適化14に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。
 ナッジ最適化部12は、予め格納部10によって格納された、各ユーザの各ナッジの行動変容率(行動変容の確率)を取得して用いてもよい。
 図2は、ユーザ毎のナッジ毎の行動変容率のテーブル例を示す図である。図2のテーブル例では、ユーザを識別するユーザIDと、当該ユーザの認知バイアスである同調バイアスの度合と、当該ユーザの認知バイアスである時間選好の度合と、当該ユーザの認知バイアスであるリスク選好の度合と、当該ユーザの認知バイアスである希少性の度合と、当該ユーザの認知バイアスであるバンドワゴン効果の度合と、当該ユーザのその他の任意の認知バイアスの度合と、所定のナッジであるナッジ(1)による当該ユーザの行動変容率と、所定のナッジであるナッジ(2)による当該ユーザの行動変容率と、所定のナッジであるナッジ(3)による当該ユーザの行動変容率と、その他の任意の所定のナッジによる当該ユーザの行動変容率とが対応付いている。行動変容率は、例えば「0」から「1」の実数であり、「0」に近いほど行動変容する確率(傾向)が小さく、「1」に近いほど行動変容する確率(傾向)が大きくてもよい。
 図2において、認知バイアスは説明変数とし、各ナッジによる行動変容率を目的変数として、行動変容装置1は、認知バイアスから各ナッジによる行動変容率を推定するように学習してもよい。学習のためにランダムなナッジで介入してもよい。学習の結果、予測モデルを生成してもよい。行動変容装置1による学習の結果、ナッジ最適化部12は、未知のユーザに対して、認知バイアスを入力として各ナッジによる行動変容率を予測してもよい。ナッジ最適化部12は、最も効果が期待できる(予測値が大きい)ナッジを決定(選択)してもよい。
 図3は、未知のユーザのナッジ毎の行動変容率のテーブル例を示す図である。図3のテーブル例では、(未知の)ユーザを識別するユーザIDと、当該ユーザの同調バイアスの度合と、当該ユーザの時間選好の度合と、当該ユーザのリスク選好の度合と、当該ユーザの希少性の度合と、当該ユーザのバンドワゴン効果の度合と、当該ユーザのその他の任意の認知バイアスの度合と、ナッジ(1)による当該ユーザの行動変容率と、ナッジ(2)による当該ユーザの行動変容率と、ナッジ(3)による当該ユーザの行動変容率と、その他の任意の所定のナッジによる当該ユーザの行動変容率とが対応付いている。例えば、ナッジ最適化部12は、ユーザの同調バイアスの度合と、当該ユーザの時間選好の度合と、当該ユーザのリスク選好の度合と、当該ユーザの希少性の度合と、当該ユーザのバンドワゴン効果の度合と、当該ユーザのその他の任意の認知バイアスの度合とを予測モデルに入力することで出力される、ナッジ(1)による当該ユーザの行動変容率と、ナッジ(2)による当該ユーザの行動変容率と、ナッジ(3)による当該ユーザの行動変容率と、その他の任意の所定のナッジによる当該ユーザの行動変容率とを取得し、取得した行動変容率に基づいて当該ユーザに最適なナッジを決定してもよい。
 ナッジ最適化部12がユーザに最適なナッジを決定(推定)するための学習例について説明する。行動変容装置1は、データ集めのために「同調バイアスに紐づくナッジ」、「希少性に紐づくナッジ」及び「単純接触効果に紐づくナッジ」で不特定多数のユーザにランダムに介入を行う。その結果、例えば、20代であれば同調バイアスに紐づくナッジ、30~40代であれば希少性に紐づくナッジ、及び、50代以上であれば単純接触効果に紐づくナッジが有効であるようなデータが集まるとする(属性及び認知バイアスによって効果のあるナッジに傾向差が現れる)。これらデータを機械学習モデルで学習させることで、20代であれば同調バイアスに紐づくナッジの推定値が高くなり、50代以上であれば単純接触効果に紐づくナッジの推定値が高くなるようなモデルを作成することができる。つまり、未知のユーザで最適な(適切な)ナッジを決定(選択)できるようになる。なお、本実施形態において、学習については一般的な機械学習手法を用いる。
 ナッジ最適化部12は、予め格納部10によって格納された属性情報と、予め格納部10によって格納された各認知バイアスのスコアとの少なくとも1つを入力してもよい。ナッジ最適化部12は、ナッジのプリセット(ナッジ(1)、ナッジ(2)、ナッジ(3)、…)から、それぞれのナッジで効力(0%~100%)を入力データから推定し、どれが最も効果があるかを選択してもよい。例えば、あるユーザでナッジ(1)が70%、ナッジ(2)が50%、ナッジ(3)が40%と推定した場合、当該ユーザはナッジ(1)が最も効果があると言えるのでナッジ(1)を選択する。なお、プリセットは例えば、同調バイアスに紐づくナッジなど(後述の図4~図9参照)である。ナッジ最適化部12は、ナッジのプリセットから選択した最も効果のあるナッジに関するナッジ情報を移動仕掛生成部13及び文言最適化14に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納されてもよい。
 移動仕掛生成部13は、ナッジ最適化部12によって決定されたナッジに基づいて移動仕掛けを生成する。より具体的には、移動仕掛生成部13は、予め格納部10によって格納された、ナッジ情報と移動仕掛けに関する移動仕掛情報とが対応付いた情報を参照して、ナッジ最適化部12から入力されたナッジ情報に対応付いた移動仕掛情報を抽出し、抽出した移動仕掛情報が示す移動仕掛けを(仮想空間に)生成する。移動仕掛生成部13は、移動仕掛けを生成した旨に関する情報、又は、生成した移動仕掛けに関する情報をフィールド設置部19に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。
 図4~図9を参照しながら、移動仕掛生成部13が生成する移動仕掛けの具体例を説明する。
 図4は、同調バイアスに基づく移動仕掛けの一例を示す図である。図4(図5~図9も同様)は、仮想空間を示す図である。仮想空間では、ユーザが移動可能な経路があり、経路の途中又は端には様々なコンテンツに対応するコンテンツアイコンが配置されている。ユーザアバターは、人の全身の形をしたアイコンで示されている。ユーザは、ユーザアバターをコンテンツアイコンの位置まで移動することで、当該コンテンツアイコンに対応するコンテンツを消費することができる。なお、図4~図9は一例であって、これに限るものではない。例えば、コンテンツアイコンの配置は必須ではなく、他の表示形態などで何のコンテンツであるかわかる場合はコンテンツアイコンは配置しなくてもよい。
 図4では、Tシャツの形で示されるコンテンツであるTシャツコンテンツに、認知バイアスとして同調バイアスの傾向があるユーザを誘導することを前提とする。この場合、移動仕掛生成部13(及び後述のフィールド設置部19)は、誘導したいTシャツコンテンツのアイコン周辺に、NPC(Non Player Character)集団を生成して設置することで、Tシャツコンテンツにユーザを移動する。さらに、後述のナビゲータ生成部18により生成された誘導アバターが「向こうに人だかりができていますね」と発言又はメッセージ表示することで、ユーザをTシャツアイコンに誘導してもよい。
 図5は、同調バイアスに基づく移動仕掛けの別の一例を示す図である。図5では、Tシャツコンテンツに同調バイアスの傾向が無いユーザを誘導することを前提とする。この場合、移動仕掛生成部13(及び後述のフィールド設置部19)は、進行して欲しい経路以外に集団のNPCを生成して設置することで、混雑を回避するようにユーザを促す。さらに、後述のナビゲータ生成部18により生成された誘導アバターが「混雑は避けたいですね」と発言又はメッセージ表示することで、ユーザをTシャツアイコンに誘導してもよい。
 図6は、決定回避に基づく移動仕掛けの一例を示す図である。図6では、Tシャツコンテンツに認知バイアスとして決定回避の傾向があるユーザを誘導することを前提とする。この場合、移動仕掛生成部13(及び後述のフィールド設置部19)は、特定の経路を目立たせるなどの生成及び配置を行うことで、ユーザの選択肢を狭め、ユーザを誘導する。さらに、後述のナビゲータ生成部18により生成された誘導アバターが「この先になにかありそうですね」と発言又はメッセージ表示することで、ユーザをTシャツアイコンに誘導してもよい。
 図7は、希少性に基づく移動仕掛けの一例を示す図である。図7では、Tシャツコンテンツに認知バイアスとして希少性の傾向があるユーザを誘導することを前提とする。この場合、移動仕掛生成部13(及び後述のフィールド設置部19)は、希少性の高い(ユーザが興味をひく)アイテム(図中では宝石)を経路の導線上に設置して生成することで、ユーザを誘導する。アイテムでなくとも、例えば歩くと音が出る経路(道)の生成及び設置などでもよい。さらに、後述のナビゲータ生成部18により生成された誘導アバターが「何か落ちてますね」と発言又はメッセージ表示することで、ユーザをTシャツアイコンに誘導してもよい。
 図8は、単純接触効果に基づく移動仕掛けの一例を示す図である。図8では、Tシャツコンテンツに認知バイアスとして単純接触効果の傾向があるユーザを誘導することを前提とする。この場合、移動仕掛生成部13(及び後述のフィールド設置部19)は、指向性のある、ユーザにとって馴染みのある音楽をTシャツコンテンツ周辺で流すように生成及び配置することで、ユーザを誘導する。さらに、後述のナビゲータ生成部18により生成された誘導アバターが「向こうで何か聴こえますね」と発言又はメッセージ表示することで、ユーザをTシャツアイコンに誘導してもよい。
 図9は、競争心に基づく移動仕掛けの一例を示す図である。図9では、Tシャツコンテンツに認知バイアスとして競争心の傾向があるユーザを誘導することを前提とする。この場合、移動仕掛生成部13(及び後述のフィールド設置部19)は、ゲームにおけるスコア、又は、訪問回数若しくは歩数などのスコアに関して、他者(他のユーザ)のものを含めて可視化するように生成及び配置することで、ユーザの競争心を芽生えさせ、ユーザを誘導する。さらに、後述のナビゲータ生成部18により生成された誘導アバターが「次訪問したら3位になりますね」と発言又はメッセージ表示することで、ユーザをTシャツアイコンに誘導してもよい。
 文言最適化部14は、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに最適な文言を決定する。最適な文言とは、ユーザに対する効果が最も高い、又は、ユーザに対する効果が所定の基準を満たす文言である。文言最適化14は、ユーザの一つ以上の認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに適した一つ以上の文言を決定してもよい。適した文言とは、ユーザに対する効果が所定の基準を満たす文言である。文言最適化14は、ユーザの一つ以上の認知バイアスと当該ユーザの一つ以上の属性とに基づいて当該ユーザに適した一つ以上の文言を決定してもよい。文言最適化14は、決定した文言に関する文言情報をナビゲータ生成部18に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。
 図10は、特定のユーザの認知バイアス情報のテーブル例を示す図である。図10に示すテーブル例では、ユーザを識別するユーザIDと、当該ユーザの属性(性別、年齢など)に関する属性情報と、当該ユーザの認知バイアスである同調バイアスの度合と、当該ユーザの認知バイアスである時間選好の度合と、当該ユーザの認知バイアスであるリスク選好の度合と、当該ユーザの認知バイアスである希少性の度合と、当該ユーザの認知バイアスであるバンドワゴン効果と、当該ユーザのその他の認知バイアスの度合とが対応付いている。文言最適化14は、図10に示すようなユーザの認知バイアス情報に基づいて当該ユーザに最適な文言を決定してもよい。
 図11は、特定のユーザに関する最適文言情報のテーブル例を示す図である。図11に示すテーブル例では、ユーザを識別するユーザIDと、所定の文言である文言(1)の行動変容率と、所定の文言である文言(2)の行動変容率と、所定の文言である文言(3)の行動変容率と、所定の文言である文言(4)の行動変容率と、その他の所定の文言の行動変容率とが対応付いている。ここで、所定の文言は、ナッジの種類ごとのプリセットである。例えば、文言(1)はナッジ(1)のプリセットであり、文言(2)はナッジ(2)のプリセットであり、文言(3)はナッジ(3)のプリセットであり、文言(4)はナッジ(4)のプリセットである。文言最適化14は、図11に示すような特定のユーザに関する最適文言情報に基づいて、当該ユーザに最適な文言を決定してもよい。
 文言最適化14は、予め格納部10によって格納された属性情報と、ナッジ最適化部12から入力された(又は予め格納部10によって格納された)ナッジ情報と、予め格納部10によって格納された各認知バイアスのスコアとの少なくとも1つを入力してもよい。文言最適化14は、まず、最適なナッジからそれに紐づく文言のプリセットを取得してもよい。文言のプリセット(文言(1)、文言(2)、文言(3)、…)から、それぞれの文言で効力(0%~100%)を入力データから推定し、どれが最も効果があるかを決定(選択)する。例えば、あるユーザで文言(1)が70%、文言(2)が50%、文言(3)が40%と推定した場合、当該ユーザは文言(1)が最も効果があると言えるので文言(1)を決定する。なお、プリセットは例えば、(図4の場合)「向こうに人だかりができていますね」又は「向こうの人だかりはSNSで話題のお店ですね」などである。文言最適化14は、決定した文言(文言のプリセットから選択した最も効果のある文言)に関する文言情報をナビゲータ生成部18に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。
 音声最適化部15は、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに最適な音声を決定する。最適な音声とは、ユーザに対する効果が最も高い、又は、ユーザに対する効果が所定の基準を満たす音声である。音声最適化部15は、ユーザの一つ以上の認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに適した一つ以上の音声を決定してもよい。適した音声とは、ユーザに対する効果が所定の基準を満たす音声である。音声最適化部15は、ユーザの一つ以上の認知バイアスと当該ユーザの一つ以上の属性とに基づいて当該ユーザに適した一つ以上の音声を決定してもよい。音声最適化部15は、決定した音声に関する音声情報をナビゲータ生成部18に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。
 音声最適化部15は、図10に示すようなユーザの認知バイアス情報に基づいて当該ユーザに最適な音声を決定してもよい。
 図12は、特定のユーザに関する最適音声情報のテーブル例を示す図である。図12に示すテーブル例では、ユーザを識別するユーザIDと、所定の音声である音声(1)の行動変容率と、所定の音声である音声(2)の行動変容率と、所定の音声である音声(3)の行動変容率と、所定の音声である音声(4)の行動変容率と、その他の所定の音声の行動変容率とが対応付いている。音声最適化部15は、図12に示すような特定のユーザに関する最適音声情報に基づいて、当該ユーザに最適な音声を決定してもよい。

 アバター最適化部16は、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに最適な誘導アバター(の見た目)を決定する。最適な誘導アバターとは、ユーザに対する効果が最も高い、又は、ユーザに対する効果が所定の基準を満たす誘導アバターである。アバター最適化部16は、ユーザの一つ以上の認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに適した一つ以上の誘導アバターを決定してもよい。適した誘導アバターとは、ユーザに対する効果が所定の基準を満たす誘導アバターである。アバター最適化部16は、ユーザの一つ以上の認知バイアスと当該ユーザの一つ以上の属性とに基づいて当該ユーザに適した一つ以上の誘導アバターを決定してもよい。アバター最適化部16は、決定した誘導アバターに関する誘導アバター情報をナビゲータ生成部18に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。
 アバター最適化部16は、図10に示すようなユーザの認知バイアス情報に基づいて当該ユーザに最適な誘導アバターを決定してもよい。
 図13は、特定のユーザに関する最適アバター情報のテーブル例を示す図である。図14に示すテーブル例では、ユーザを識別するユーザIDと、所定の誘導アバターであるアバター(1)の行動変容率と、所定の誘導アバターであるアバター(2)の行動変容率と、所定のアバターである誘導アバター(3)の行動変容率と、所定のアバターである誘導アバター(4)の行動変容率と、その他の所定のアバターの行動変容率とが対応付いている。アバター最適化部16は、図13に示すような特定のユーザに関する最適アバター情報に基づいて、当該ユーザに最適な誘導アバターを決定してもよい。
 アバター最適化部16は、予め格納部10によって格納された属性情報と、予め格納部10によって格納された各認知バイアスのスコアとの少なくとも1つを入力してもよい。アバター最適化部16は、誘導アバターのプリセット(アバター(1)、アバター(2)、アバター(3)、…)を用意し、それぞれの誘導アバターで効力(0%~100%)を入力データから推定し、どれが最も効果があるかを決定(選択)してもよい。例えば、あるユーザでアバター(1)が70%、アバター(2)が50%、アバター(3)が40%と推定した場合、当該ユーザはアバター(1)が最も効果があると言えるのでアバター(1)を決定する。なお、プリセットは例えば、男性で長髪、女性で長髪、男性で短髪、女性で短髪、高齢男性、高齢女性などである。アバター最適化部16は、決定した誘導アバター(誘導アバターのプリセットから選択した最も効果のある誘導アバター)に関する誘導アバター情報をナビゲータ生成部18に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。
 表情最適化部17は、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに最適な誘導アバターの表情(以降では単に「表情」と記す)を決定する。最適な表情とは、ユーザに対する効果が最も高い、又は、ユーザに対する効果が所定の基準を満たす表情である。表情最適化部17は、ユーザの一つ以上の認知バイアスに基づいて当該ユーザに適した一つ以上の表情を決定してもよい。適した表情とは、ユーザに対する効果が所定の基準を満たす表情である。表情最適化部17は、ユーザの一つ以上の認知バイアスと当該ユーザの一つ以上の属性とに基づいて当該ユーザに適した一つ以上の表情を決定してもよい。表情最適化部17は、決定した表情に関する表情情報をナビゲータ生成部18に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。

 図14は、特定のユーザに関する最適表情情報のテーブル例を示す図である。図14に示すテーブル例では、ユーザを識別するユーザIDと、所定の表情である喜(喜び)の行動変容率と、所定の表情である怒(怒り)の行動変容率と、所定の表情である哀(哀しみ)の行動変容率と、所定の表情である楽(楽しみ)の行動変容率と、その他の所定の表情の行動変容率とが対応付いている。表情最適化部17は、図14に示すような特定のユーザに関する最適表情情報に基づいて、当該ユーザに最適な表情を決定してもよい。
 表情最適化部17は、予め格納部10によって格納された属性情報と、予め格納部10によって格納された各認知バイアスのスコアとの少なくとも1つを入力してもよい。表情最適化部17は、表情のプリセット(喜、怒、哀、…)を用意し、それぞれの表情で効力(0%~100%)を入力データから推定し、どれが最も効果があるかを決定(選択)してもよい。例えば、あるユーザで喜が70%、怒が50%、哀が40%と推定した場合、当該ユーザは喜が最も効果があると言えるので喜びを選択する。なお、プリセットは例えば、喜、怒、哀、又は、楽などである。表情最適化部17は、決定した表情(表情のプリセットから選択した最も効果のある表情)に関する表情情報をナビゲータ生成部18に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。
 ナビゲータ生成部18は、文言最適化14によって決定(入力)された文言情報と、音声最適化部15によって決定(入力)された音声情報と、アバター最適化部16によって決定(入力)された誘導アバター情報と、表情最適化部17によって決定された表情情報とに基づいて、ナビゲータ(仕掛け)を(仮想空間に)生成する。ナビゲータは、ユーザを誘導する案内役である。ナビゲータは、誘導アバター情報が示す誘導アバターの見た目で、表情情報が示す表情で、文言情報が示す文言を、音声情報が示す音声で発してもよい。すなわち、ナビゲータは、ユーザにとって、最適なアバター(の見た目)で最適な表情で最適な文言を最適な音声で発する。ナビゲータ生成部18は、ナビゲータを生成した旨に関する情報、又は、生成したナビゲータに関する情報をフィールド設置部19に出力してもよいし、格納部10によって格納させてもよい。
 フィールド設置部19は、仕掛決定部11によって決定された仕掛けを仮想空間(のフィールド)に設置する。より具体的には、フィールド設置部19は、移動仕掛生成部13によって生成(決定)された移動仕掛けと、ナビゲータ生成部18によって生成(決定)されたナビゲータとを仮想空間に設置する。フィールド設置部19は、移動仕掛生成部13から移動仕掛けを生成した旨に関する情報が入力されたタイミングで、移動仕掛生成部13によって生成された移動仕掛け(移動仕掛生成部13から入力された生成した移動仕掛けに関する情報が示す移動仕掛)を仮想空間に設置してもよい。フィールド設置部19は、ナビゲータ生成部18からナビゲータを生成した旨に関する情報が入力されたタイミングで、ナビゲータ生成部18によって生成されたナビゲータ(ナビゲータ生成部18から入力された生成したナビゲータに関する情報が示すナビゲータ)を仮想空間に設置してもよい。フィールド設置部19によって仕掛けが設置された仮想空間は、行動変容装置1のユーザのインターフェース上に表示されてもよい。
 フィールド設置部19は、仕掛決定部11の生成結果に応じて、ユーザ(個人)ごとに仕掛けを仮想空間に設置してもよい。上述の通り、仕掛けは、移動仕掛(による誘導)とナビゲータ(による案内)とを含んでもよい。フィールド設置部19は、ナビゲータの案内がない方が行動変容を促せるユーザの場合は、当該ナビゲータは設置しなくてもよい(当該案内をしなくてもよい)。
 続いて、図15及び図16を参照しながら、行動変容装置1が実行する処理の例を説明する。
 図15は、実施形態に係る行動変容装置が実行する処理の一例を示すシーケンス図である。まず、行動変容装置1が、ユーザに基づいて(例えばユーザによるアンケート回答などに基づいて)認知バイアス情報を生成して格納部10によって格納させる。次に、ナッジ最適化部12(又は仕掛決定部11)が、格納部10によって格納された認知バイアス情報に基づいて適切なナッジの推定を行う(ステップS1)。次に、移動仕掛生成部13(又は仕掛決定部11)が、S1での推定結果に基づいて移動仕掛けを生成する(ステップS2)。次に、文言最適化14(又は仕掛決定部11)が、S1での推定結果と格納部10によって格納された認知バイアス情報とに基づいて適切な文言の推定を行う(ステップS3)。次に、音声最適化部15(又は仕掛決定部11)が、格納部10によって格納された認知バイアス情報に基づいて適切な音声の推定を行う(ステップS4)。次に、アバター最適化部16(又は仕掛決定部11)が、格納部10によって格納された認知バイアス情報に基づいて適切なアバター(誘導アバター)の推定を行う(ステップS5)。次に、表情最適化部17(又は仕掛決定部11)が、格納部10によって格納された認知バイアス情報に基づいて適切な表情の推定を行う(ステップS6)。
 次に、ナビゲータ生成部18(又は仕掛決定部11)が、S3での推定結果とS4での推定結果とS5での推定結果とS6での推定結果とに基づいてナビゲータを生成する(ステップS7)。次に、フィールド設置部19が、S2にて生成された移動仕掛けとS7で生成されたナビゲータとを設置した仮想空間を形成し(ステップS8)、ユーザに出力(表示)する。
 図15のシーケンス図において、S1は、S2及びS3の前であればいつ実施してもよい。S2は、S1の後かつS8の前であればいつ実施してもよい。S3は、S1の後かつS7の前であればいつ実施してもよい。S4~S6はそれぞれ、S7の前であればいつ実施してもよい。S7は、S3~S6の後であればいつ実施してもよい。S8は、S2及びS7の後であればいつ実施してもよい。
 図16は、実施形態に係る行動変容装置1が実行する処理の一例を示すフローチャートである。まず、仕掛決定部11が、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けを決定する(ステップS10)。次に、フィールド設置部19が、S10にて決定された仕掛けを仮想空間に設置する(ステップS11)。
 図17は、個人の認知バイアスに基づいて最適な仕掛けを選択する例を示す図である。図17に示す通り、ある個人(ユーザ)の認知バイアスである同調バイアスが80%であり、認知バイアスである決定回避傾向が50%である場合、行動変容装置1は、より度合が高い同調バイアスに基づく仕掛けを選択する。
 続いて、実施形態に係る行動変容装置1の作用効果について説明する。
 行動変容装置1によれば、仕掛決定部11が、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けを決定し、フィールド設置部19が、仕掛決定部11によって決定された仕掛けを仮想空間に設置する。この構成により、ユーザに対する仕掛けが仮想空間に設置されるので、仮想空間においてユーザの行動変容を促すことができる。
 また、行動変容装置1によれば、仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの認知バイアスの度合を入力することで仕掛けによるユーザの行動変容の度合を予測する予測モデルを用いて仕掛けを決定してもよい。この構成により、予測モデルにより予測された行動変容の度合に基づく仕掛けを設置することができるため、より確実にユーザの行動変容を促すことができる。
 また、行動変容装置1によれば、仕掛けは、仮想空間に存在する所定のコンテンツへユーザを誘導する仕掛けであってもよい。この構成により、仮想空間に存在する所定のコンテンツへユーザを誘導することができる。
 また、行動変容装置1によれば、仕掛決定部11は、ユーザの属性にさらに基づいて仕掛けを決定してもよい。この構成により、ユーザの属性にさらに基づいた、より確実な行動変容を促すことができる。
 また、行動変容装置1によれば、仕掛けは、仮想空間でのユーザの仮想的な移動に関する仕掛け(移動仕掛け)を含んでもよい。この構成により、仮想空間でのユーザの仮想的な移動を誘導することができ、例えば仮想空間に存在するコンテンツにユーザを誘導することができる。
 また、行動変容装置1によれば、仕掛けは、仮想空間での所定のアバター(誘導アバター)によるユーザの誘導に関する仕掛けを含んでもよい。この構成により、誘導アバターによりユーザを誘導することができるため、より確実にユーザの行動変容を促すことができる。
 また、行動変容装置1によれば、誘導の際にアバターが発する文言、誘導の際にアバターが発する音声、アバター(誘導アバター)の見た目、又は、誘導の際のアバターの表情の少なくとも一つは、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいてもよい。この構成により、ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいた、ユーザにより適した誘導アバターによりユーザを誘導することができるため、より確実にユーザの行動変容を促すことができる。
 行動変容装置1によれば、例えば、メタバースにおける案内最適化によるユーザの行動変容を実現することができる。
 背景として、新型コロナ(COVID-19)禍においてメタバースが注目を集めている。仮想世界は場所及び時間の制約を受けないことから、現実世界に比べて様々なコンテンツの設置が可能である。コンテンツとは、経済活動のための店舗又は娯楽のための施設等である。仮想世界において、適切なコンテンツに適切なユーザを誘導する(行動変容)ことで、ユーザと生産者双方にメリットをもたらすことが出来る。シンプルな手段として、メッセージングによる案内がある。同様の内容の案内でも伝え方、伝える人、声色(周波数、強弱、音量)によって伝わりかた及び行動の動機付けとなるかは個人によって様々である。これらは個人ごとの属性や認知バイアスに依存すると考えられる。
 課題として、コンテンツの飽和により、消費者と生産者がマッチしなくなる可能性がある。単純なメッセージングだけでは行動変容効果は十分ではなく、様々な技術を組み合わせることで行動変容効果の最大化が期待できる。GAN(Generative Adversarial Networks)によるアバター(画像)及び音声の自動生成技術及び機械学習による推定技術が確立されてきているが、行動変容を目的とした応用事例は無い。上記技術と行動経済学に基づくメッセージングを組み合わせることで、より効果的な行動変容効果が期待できるが、その技術及び仕組みは確立されていない。
 行動変容装置1は、特定のコンテンツに誘導するにあたり、認知バイアスに紐づく仕掛けを仮想世界上に設置する。行動変容装置1は、個人の認知バイアスに基づき、最適な仕掛けを選択する。行動変容装置1は、ナビゲーティングにおける各要素を個人最適化(属性及び認知バイアスから推定)する。具体的には、メッセージ内容(伝え方)、声色(周波数、強弱、音量)、アバター(話者の見た目)、表情を内包する。行動変容装置1は、上記についてプリセットを用意し、最適なものを選択する。声色、アバターについてプリセットではなくGANによる自動生成でもよい(変形例)。行動変容装置1は、音声案内の要素を必ずしも全て含める必要はない。
 行動変容装置1は、仮想世界において、NPCの集団の設置及び特定の経路を目立たせるなどの認知バイアスに紐づく仕掛けを用意し、ユーザ個人の認知バイアスに応じて個人ごとに出し分けるシステムである。行動変容装置1は、仮想世界のナビゲーティングにおけるメッセージ内容、話者(アバター)の見た目、話者の声、話者の表情を認知バイアスに基づき個人単位で最も行動変容を促せるように最適化し、さらにナビゲーティングを通して個人に最適な手段で特定のコンテンツへ誘導するシステムである。行動変容装置1は、ユーザによってはナビゲーティングをしなくてもよい。
 本開示の行動変容装置1は、以下の構成を有する。

 なお、上記実施形態の説明に用いたブロック図は、機能単位のブロックを示している。これらの機能ブロック(構成部)は、ハードウェア及びソフトウェアの少なくとも一方の任意の組み合わせによって実現される。また、各機能ブロックの実現方法は特に限定されない。すなわち、各機能ブロックは、物理的又は論理的に結合した1つの装置を用いて実現されてもよいし、物理的又は論理的に分離した2つ以上の装置を直接的又は間接的に(例えば、有線、無線などを用いて)接続し、これら複数の装置を用いて実現されてもよい。機能ブロックは、上記1つの装置又は上記複数の装置にソフトウェアを組み合わせて実現されてもよい。
 機能には、判断、決定、判定、計算、算出、処理、導出、調査、探索、確認、受信、送信、出力、アクセス、解決、選択、選定、確立、比較、想定、期待、見做し、報知(broadcasting)、通知(notifying)、通信(communicating)、転送(forwarding)、構成(configuring)、再構成(reconfiguring)、割り当て(allocating、mapping)、割り振り(assigning)などがあるが、これらに限られない。たとえば、送信を機能させる機能ブロック(構成部)は、送信部(transmitting unit)や送信機(transmitter)と呼称される。いずれも、上述したとおり、実現方法は特に限定されない。
 例えば、本開示の一実施の形態における行動変容装置1などは、本開示の行動変容方法の処理を行うコンピュータとして機能してもよい。図18は、本開示の一実施の形態に係る行動変容装置1のハードウェア構成の一例を示す図である。上述の行動変容装置1は、物理的には、プロセッサ1001、メモリ1002、ストレージ1003、通信装置1004、入力装置1005、出力装置1006、バス1007などを含むコンピュータ装置として構成されてもよい。
 なお、以下の説明では、「装置」という文言は、回路、デバイス、ユニットなどに読み替えることができる。行動変容装置1のハードウェア構成は、図に示した各装置を1つ又は複数含むように構成されてもよいし、一部の装置を含まずに構成されてもよい。
 行動変容装置1における各機能は、プロセッサ1001、メモリ1002などのハードウェア上に所定のソフトウェア(プログラム)を読み込ませることによって、プロセッサ1001が演算を行い、通信装置1004による通信を制御したり、メモリ1002及びストレージ1003におけるデータの読み出し及び書き込みの少なくとも一方を制御したりすることによって実現される。
 プロセッサ1001は、例えば、オペレーティングシステムを動作させてコンピュータ全体を制御する。プロセッサ1001は、周辺装置とのインターフェース、制御装置、演算装置、レジスタなどを含む中央処理装置(CPU:Central Processing Unit)によって構成されてもよい。例えば、上述の仕掛決定部11、ナッジ最適化部12、移動仕掛生成部13、文言最適化部14、音声最適化部15、アバター最適化部16、表情最適化部17、ナビゲータ生成部18及びフィールド設置部19などは、プロセッサ1001によって実現されてもよい。
 また、プロセッサ1001は、プログラム(プログラムコード)、ソフトウェアモジュール、データなどを、ストレージ1003及び通信装置1004の少なくとも一方からメモリ1002に読み出し、これらに従って各種の処理を実行する。プログラムとしては、上述の実施の形態において説明した動作の少なくとも一部をコンピュータに実行させるプログラムが用いられる。例えば、仕掛決定部11、ナッジ最適化部12、移動仕掛生成部13、文言最適化部14、音声最適化部15、アバター最適化部16、表情最適化部17、ナビゲータ生成部18及びフィールド設置部19は、メモリ1002に格納され、プロセッサ1001において動作する制御プログラムによって実現されてもよく、他の機能ブロックについても同様に実現されてもよい。上述の各種処理は、1つのプロセッサ1001によって実行される旨を説明してきたが、2以上のプロセッサ1001により同時又は逐次に実行されてもよい。プロセッサ1001は、1以上のチップによって実装されてもよい。なお、プログラムは、電気通信回線を介してネットワークから送信されても良い。
 メモリ1002は、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体であり、例えば、ROM(Read Only Memory)、EPROM(Erasable Programmable ROM)、EEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM)、RAM(Random Access Memory)などの少なくとも1つによって構成されてもよい。メモリ1002は、レジスタ、キャッシュ、メインメモリ(主記憶装置)などと呼ばれてもよい。メモリ1002は、本開示の一実施の形態に係る無線通信方法を実施するために実行可能なプログラム(プログラムコード)、ソフトウェアモジュールなどを保存することができる。
 ストレージ1003は、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体であり、例えば、CD-ROM(Compact Disc ROM)などの光ディスク、ハードディスクドライブ、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク(例えば、コンパクトディスク、デジタル多用途ディスク、Blu-ray(登録商標)ディスク)、スマートカード、フラッシュメモリ(例えば、カード、スティック、キードライブ)、フロッピー(登録商標)ディスク、磁気ストリップなどの少なくとも1つによって構成されてもよい。ストレージ1003は、補助記憶装置と呼ばれてもよい。上述の記憶媒体は、例えば、メモリ1002及びストレージ1003の少なくとも一方を含むデータベース、サーバその他の適切な媒体であってもよい。
 通信装置1004は、有線ネットワーク及び無線ネットワークの少なくとも一方を介してコンピュータ間の通信を行うためのハードウェア(送受信デバイス)であり、例えばネットワークデバイス、ネットワークコントローラ、ネットワークカード、通信モジュールなどともいう。通信装置1004は、例えば周波数分割複信(FDD:Frequency Division Duplex)及び時分割複信(TDD:Time Division Duplex)の少なくとも一方を実現するために、高周波スイッチ、デュプレクサ、フィルタ、周波数シンセサイザなどを含んで構成されてもよい。例えば、上述の仕掛決定部11、ナッジ最適化部12、移動仕掛生成部13、文言最適化部14、音声最適化部15、アバター最適化部16、表情最適化部17、ナビゲータ生成部18及びフィールド設置部19などは、通信装置1004によって実現されてもよい。
 入力装置1005は、外部からの入力を受け付ける入力デバイス(例えば、キーボード、マウス、マイクロフォン、スイッチ、ボタン、センサなど)である。出力装置1006は、外部への出力を実施する出力デバイス(例えば、ディスプレイ、スピーカー、LEDランプなど)である。なお、入力装置1005及び出力装置1006は、一体となった構成(例えば、タッチパネル)であってもよい。
 また、プロセッサ1001、メモリ1002などの各装置は、情報を通信するためのバス1007によって接続される。バス1007は、単一のバスを用いて構成されてもよいし、装置間ごとに異なるバスを用いて構成されてもよい。
 また、行動変容装置1は、マイクロプロセッサ、デジタル信号プロセッサ(DSP:Digital Signal Processor)、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)、PLD(Programmable Logic Device)、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)などのハードウェアを含んで構成されてもよく、当該ハードウェアにより、各機能ブロックの一部又は全てが実現されてもよい。例えば、プロセッサ1001は、これらのハードウェアの少なくとも1つを用いて実装されてもよい。
 情報の通知は、本開示において説明した態様/実施形態に限られず、他の方法を用いて行われてもよい。
 本開示において説明した各態様/実施形態は、LTE(Long Term Evolution)、LTE-A(LTE-Advanced)、SUPER 3G、IMT-Advanced、4G(4th generation mobile communication system)、5G(5th generation mobile communication system)、FRA(Future Radio Access)、NR(new Radio)、W-CDMA(登録商標)、GSM(登録商標)、CDMA2000、UMB(Ultra Mobile Broadband)、IEEE 802.11(Wi-Fi(登録商標))、IEEE 802.16(WiMAX(登録商標))、IEEE 802.20、UWB(Ultra-WideBand)、Bluetooth(登録商標)、その他の適切なシステムを利用するシステム及びこれらに基づいて拡張された次世代システムの少なくとも一つに適用されてもよい。また、複数のシステムが組み合わされて(例えば、LTE及びLTE-Aの少なくとも一方と5Gとの組み合わせ等)適用されてもよい。
 本開示において説明した各態様/実施形態の処理手順、シーケンス、フローチャートなどは、矛盾の無い限り、順序を入れ替えてもよい。例えば、本開示において説明した方法については、例示的な順序を用いて様々なステップの要素を提示しており、提示した特定の順序に限定されない。
 入出力された情報等は特定の場所(例えば、メモリ)に保存されてもよいし、管理テーブルを用いて管理してもよい。入出力される情報等は、上書き、更新、又は追記され得る。出力された情報等は削除されてもよい。入力された情報等は他の装置へ送信されてもよい。
 判定は、1ビットで表される値(0か1か)によって行われてもよいし、真偽値(Boolean:true又はfalse)によって行われてもよいし、数値の比較(例えば、所定の値との比較)によって行われてもよい。
 本開示において説明した各態様/実施形態は単独で用いてもよいし、組み合わせて用いてもよいし、実行に伴って切り替えて用いてもよい。また、所定の情報の通知(例えば、「Xであること」の通知)は、明示的に行うものに限られず、暗黙的(例えば、当該所定の情報の通知を行わない)ことによって行われてもよい。
 以上、本開示について詳細に説明したが、当業者にとっては、本開示が本開示中に説明した実施形態に限定されるものではないということは明らかである。本開示は、請求の範囲の記載により定まる本開示の趣旨及び範囲を逸脱することなく修正及び変更態様として実施することができる。したがって、本開示の記載は、例示説明を目的とするものであり、本開示に対して何ら制限的な意味を有するものではない。
 ソフトウェアは、ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、ミドルウェア、マイクロコード、ハードウェア記述言語と呼ばれるか、他の名称で呼ばれるかを問わず、命令、命令セット、コード、コードセグメント、プログラムコード、プログラム、サブプログラム、ソフトウェアモジュール、アプリケーション、ソフトウェアアプリケーション、ソフトウェアパッケージ、ルーチン、サブルーチン、オブジェクト、実行可能ファイル、実行スレッド、手順、機能などを意味するよう広く解釈されるべきである。
 また、ソフトウェア、命令、情報などは、伝送媒体を介して送受信されてもよい。例えば、ソフトウェアが、有線技術(同軸ケーブル、光ファイバケーブル、ツイストペア、デジタル加入者回線(DSL:Digital Subscriber Line)など)及び無線技術(赤外線、マイクロ波など)の少なくとも一方を使用してウェブサイト、サーバ、又は他のリモートソースから送信される場合、これらの有線技術及び無線技術の少なくとも一方は、伝送媒体の定義内に含まれる。
 本開示において説明した情報、信号などは、様々な異なる技術のいずれかを使用して表されてもよい。例えば、上記の説明全体に渡って言及され得るデータ、命令、コマンド、情報、信号、ビット、シンボル、チップなどは、電圧、電流、電磁波、磁界若しくは磁性粒子、光場若しくは光子、又はこれらの任意の組み合わせによって表されてもよい。
 なお、本開示において説明した用語及び本開示の理解に必要な用語については、同一の又は類似する意味を有する用語と置き換えてもよい。
 本開示において使用する「システム」及び「ネットワーク」という用語は、互換的に使用される。
 また、本開示において説明した情報、パラメータなどは、絶対値を用いて表されてもよいし、所定の値からの相対値を用いて表されてもよいし、対応する別の情報を用いて表されてもよい。
 上述したパラメータに使用する名称はいかなる点においても限定的な名称ではない。さらに、これらのパラメータを使用する数式等は、本開示で明示的に開示したものと異なる場合もある。
 本開示で使用する「判断(determining)」、「決定(determining)」という用語は、多種多様な動作を包含する場合がある。「判断」、「決定」は、例えば、判定(judging)、計算(calculating)、算出(computing)、処理(processing)、導出(deriving)、調査(investigating)、探索(looking up、search、inquiry)(例えば、テーブル、データベース又は別のデータ構造での探索)、確認(ascertaining)した事を「判断」「決定」したとみなす事などを含み得る。また、「判断」、「決定」は、受信(receiving)(例えば、情報を受信すること)、送信(transmitting)(例えば、情報を送信すること)、入力(input)、出力(output)、アクセス(accessing)(例えば、メモリ中のデータにアクセスすること)した事を「判断」「決定」したとみなす事などを含み得る。また、「判断」、「決定」は、解決(resolving)、選択(selecting)、選定(choosing)、確立(establishing)、比較(comparing)などした事を「判断」「決定」したとみなす事を含み得る。つまり、「判断」「決定」は、何らかの動作を「判断」「決定」したとみなす事を含み得る。また、「判断(決定)」は、「想定する(assuming)」、「期待する(expecting)」、「みなす(considering)」などで読み替えられてもよい。
 「接続された(connected)」、「結合された(coupled)」という用語、又はこれらのあらゆる変形は、2又はそれ以上の要素間の直接的又は間接的なあらゆる接続又は結合を意味し、互いに「接続」又は「結合」された2つの要素間に1又はそれ以上の中間要素が存在することを含むことができる。要素間の結合又は接続は、物理的なものであっても、論理的なものであっても、或いはこれらの組み合わせであってもよい。例えば、「接続」は「アクセス」で読み替えられてもよい。本開示で使用する場合、2つの要素は、1又はそれ以上の電線、ケーブル及びプリント電気接続の少なくとも一つを用いて、並びにいくつかの非限定的かつ非包括的な例として、無線周波数領域、マイクロ波領域及び光(可視及び不可視の両方)領域の波長を有する電磁エネルギーなどを用いて、互いに「接続」又は「結合」されると考えることができる。
 本開示において使用する「に基づいて」という記載は、別段に明記されていない限り、「のみに基づいて」を意味しない。言い換えれば、「に基づいて」という記載は、「のみに基づいて」と「に少なくとも基づいて」の両方を意味する。
 本開示において使用する「第1の」、「第2の」などの呼称を使用した要素へのいかなる参照も、それらの要素の量又は順序を全般的に限定しない。これらの呼称は、2つ以上の要素間を区別する便利な方法として本開示において使用され得る。したがって、第1及び第2の要素への参照は、2つの要素のみが採用され得ること、又は何らかの形で第1の要素が第2の要素に先行しなければならないことを意味しない。
 上記の各装置の構成における「手段」を、「部」、「回路」、「デバイス」等に置き換えてもよい。
 本開示において、「含む(include)」、「含んでいる(including)」及びそれらの変形が使用されている場合、これらの用語は、用語「備える(comprising)」と同様に、包括的であることが意図される。さらに、本開示において使用されている用語「又は(or)」は、排他的論理和ではないことが意図される。
 本開示において、例えば、英語でのa、an及びtheのように、翻訳により冠詞が追加された場合、本開示は、これらの冠詞の後に続く名詞が複数形であることを含んでもよい。
 本開示において、「AとBが異なる」という用語は、「AとBが互いに異なる」ことを意味してもよい。なお、当該用語は、「AとBがそれぞれCと異なる」ことを意味してもよい。「離れる」、「結合される」などの用語も、「異なる」と同様に解釈されてもよい。

Claims (7)

  1.  ユーザの認知バイアスに基づいて仮想空間における当該ユーザに対する仕掛けを決定する決定部と、
     前記決定部によって決定された前記仕掛けを前記仮想空間に設置する設置部と、
     を備える行動変容装置。
  2.  前記決定部は、前記ユーザの前記認知バイアスの度合を入力することで前記仕掛けによる前記ユーザの行動変容の度合を予測する予測モデルを用いて前記仕掛けを決定する、
     請求項1に記載の行動変容装置。
  3.  前記仕掛けは、前記仮想空間に存在する所定のコンテンツへ前記ユーザを誘導する仕掛けである、
     請求項1に記載の行動変容装置。
  4.  前記決定部は、前記ユーザの属性にさらに基づいて前記仕掛けを決定する、
     請求項1に記載の行動変容装置。
  5.  前記仕掛けは、前記仮想空間での前記ユーザの仮想的な移動に関する仕掛けを含む、

  7.  前記誘導の際に前記アバターが発する文言、前記誘導の際に前記アバターが発する音声、前記アバターの見た目、又は、前記誘導の際の前記アバターの表情の少なくとも一つは、前記ユーザの前記認知バイアスに基づく、
