第一立杆包括第一上支臂1和套设在所述第一上支臂1外侧的第一下支臂2,第一下支臂2上由上到下开设有若干第一下支臂高度调节孔4,所述第一上支臂1上由下到上开设有若干与所述第一下支臂高度调节孔4相匹配的第一上支臂高度调节孔3,第一螺栓贯穿所述第一下支臂高度调节孔4和第一上支臂高度调节孔3将所述第一下支臂2和第一上支臂1固定;第二立杆包括第二上支臂5和套设在第二上支臂5外侧的第二下支臂6,第二下支臂6由上到下开设有若干第二下支臂高度调节孔8,第二上支臂5由下到上开设有若干与第二下支臂高度调节孔8相匹配的第二上支臂高度调节孔7,第二螺栓贯穿第二下支臂高度调节孔8和第二上支臂高度调节孔7将第二下支臂6和第二上支臂5固定。通过调节第一立杆和第二立杆的高度以适应不同楼层的高度。
支架单元还包括第一斜撑9和第二斜撑10,第一斜撑9一端设置在支臂16与第一立杆的连接处,另外一端设置在第二立杆的中部,第二斜撑10一端设置在第二立杆的中部,另外一端设置在支臂16上延伸出底板的部分并靠近支臂16远离第一立杆的一端;通过设置第一斜撑9和第二斜撑10形成稳定的三角形支撑体系,进而保证整个支架单元的稳定性。
支架单元还包括拉杆,拉杆的两端分别设置在第一立杆和第二立杆上,且均靠近第一立杆和第二立杆的底端;进一步加强整个支架单元的稳定性。
支臂16上远离第一立杆的一端设置有栏杆13,相邻栏杆13之间设置防 护网;用于保证施工人员的安全。
还包括上人机构,上人机构包括设置在楼层底板上并延伸出楼层底板的悬挑梁和爬梯12,爬梯12的一端设置在悬挑梁上延伸出楼层的部分,爬梯12的另外一端设置在支臂16上。
悬挑梁包括工字钢14和设置在工字钢14上的连接板15,连接板15上开设贯通孔,楼层底板与贯通孔相对应的位置开设安装孔,第三螺栓依次贯穿贯通孔和安装孔将连接板15固定在楼层底板上。
还包括设置在承载板上的送料机构,送料机构包括驱动电机、与驱动电机输出端连接的绕线轴、牵引绳和吊篮,牵引绳的一端与绕线轴连接,牵引绳的另外一端与吊篮连接。
沿远离第一立杆的方向,从第二立杆延伸出的支臂16的长度与位于第一立杆和第二立杆之间的支臂16的长度比值为0.5至0.75。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种幕墙施工平台,其特征在于,包括承载板和并排设置在楼层间的至少两组支架单元,所述支架单元包括垂直设置在楼层底板上的第一立杆和第二立杆以及与所述第一立杆和第二立杆垂直连接的支臂,所述支臂延伸出楼层底板并靠近所述楼层间的窗框上檐,所述第一立杆的顶端与楼层顶板抵靠,所述承载板设置在相邻的所述支臂上悬挑出楼层底板的部分;
    所述第一立杆包括第一上支臂和套设在所述第一上支臂外侧的第一下支臂,所述第一下支臂上由上到下开设有若干第一下支臂高度调节孔,所述第一上支臂上由下到上开设有若干与所述第一下支臂高度调节孔相匹配的第一上支臂高度调节孔,第一螺栓贯穿所述第一下支臂高度调节孔和第一上支臂高度调节孔将所述第一下支臂和第一上支臂固定;
    所述第二立杆包括第二上支臂和套设在第二上支臂外侧的第二下支臂,所述第二下支臂由上到下开设有若干第二下支臂高度调节孔,所述第二上支臂由下到上开设有若干与所述第二下支臂高度调节孔相匹配的第二上支臂高度调节孔,第二螺栓贯穿所述第二下支臂高度调节孔和第二上支臂高度调节孔将所述第二下支臂和第二上支臂固定;
    还包括上人机构,所述上人机构包括设置在楼层底板上并延伸出楼层底板的悬挑梁和爬梯,所述爬梯的一端设置在所述悬挑梁上延伸出楼层的部分,所述爬梯的另外一端设置在所述支臂上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙施工平台,其特征在于,所述支架单元还包括第一斜撑和第二斜撑,所述第一斜撑一端设置在所述支臂与所述第一立杆的连接处,另外一端设置在所述第二立杆的中部,所述第二斜撑一端设置在所述第二立杆的中部,另外一端设置在所述支臂上延伸出底板的部分并靠近所述支臂远离所述第一立杆的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种幕墙施工平台,其特征在于,所述支架单元还包括拉杆,所述拉杆的两端分别设置在所述第一立杆和第二立杆上,且均靠近所述第一立杆和第二立杆的底端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙施工平台,其特征在于,所述支臂上远离所述第一立杆的一端设置有栏杆,相邻所述栏杆之间设置防护网。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙施工平台,其特征在于,所述悬挑梁 包括工字钢和设置在所述工字钢上的连接板,所述连接板上开设贯通孔,楼层底板与所述贯通孔相对应的位置开设安装孔,第三螺栓依次贯穿所述贯通孔和安装孔将所述连接板固定在楼层底板上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙施工平台,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述承载板上的送料机构,所述送料机构包括驱动电机、与所述驱动电机输出端连接的绕线轴、牵引绳和吊篮,所述牵引绳的一端与所述绕线轴连接,所述牵引绳的另外一端与所述吊篮连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种幕墙施工平台,其特征在于,沿远离第一立杆的方向,从第二立杆延伸出的支臂的长度与位于所述第一立杆和第二立杆之间的支臂的长度比值为0.5至0.75。
