本发明实施例中的技术方案为解决上述技术问题,总体思路如下:通过设置除尘装置3,在漩涡风机工作时即可对漩涡风机进行清理,便于操作使用,降低旋风风机停机检修的频率,提高生产效率,且将清理下来的杂质进行收集,避免污染环境,为工作人员提供良好的工作环境。
如图1至图4所示,本发明所述的一种可调压式漩涡风机,包括:
风机本体1;
进风口2,所述进风口2固连在所述风机本体1下方,所述进风口2处固定安装有过滤网21;
除尘装置3,所述除尘装置3包括:
刮板31,所述刮板31与所述过滤网21的进风的一侧接触,所述刮板31与所述过滤网21转动连接;
集尘罩32,所述集尘罩32固定安装在所述进风口2外侧;
出风口4,所述出风口4固连在所述风机本体1靠近所述进风口2的一侧;
现有的漩涡风机在运行的过程中,需要防止异物进入到风机中造成叶轮损坏,通常在进风口2处设置过滤网21,对异物杂质等进行过滤,保护漩涡风机安全运转,但是过滤网21使用一段时间后会积累异物杂质,影响进气,容易导致漩涡风机发热,甚至烧毁电机, 因此需要定期对过滤网21进行清理和更换,费时费力,且在对过滤网21进行更换时需要停机,影响生产效率;
而本发明中,通过设置除尘装置3,在漩涡风机工作时,风机本体1包括电机和叶轮,电机转动驱动叶轮转动,从进风口2处进行抽气,漩涡风机的叶轮由数十片叶片组成,它类似庞大的气轮机的叶轮,叶轮叶片中间的空气受到了离心力的作用,向叶轮的边缘运动,在那里空气进入泵体环行空腔,重新从叶片的起点以同样的方式再进行循环,叶轮旋转所产生的循环气流,以极高的能量离开气泵以供使用,高压气体从出风口4排出,空气中的异物杂质等在进入进风口2处时,异物杂质等被过滤网21截留下来,人员转动刮板31,刮板31从过滤网21的表面刮过,将过滤网21上的杂质清理下来,杂质受到自身重力的影响,杂质落入到集尘罩32中,另一方面杂质经刮板31刮动,刮板31的推力给杂质一定的离心力,使得杂质径向移动落入到集尘罩32中被收集,减少杂质颗粒弥散到空气中,影响工作环境,保证工作人员人生安全,且便于工作人员清理过滤网21,提高人员的工作效率,从而减少停机,进而提高生产效率;
本发明中,通过设置除尘装置3,在漩涡风机工作时即可对漩涡风机进行清理,便于操作使用,降低旋风风机停机检修的频率,提高生产效率,且将清理下来的杂质进行收集,避免污染环境,为工作人员提供良好的工作环境。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图2至图3所示,所述集尘罩32侧壁为弧形,且所述集尘罩32的开口为窄口。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图3所示,所述集尘罩32在远离开口的一端为涡形。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图1所示,所述集尘罩32由一对对称的壳体拼合而成,所述壳体之间通过螺钉固连。
工作时,通过将集尘罩32的侧壁设置为弧形,且集尘罩32的开口为窄口,窄口处的开口直径与过滤网21的直径相当,集尘罩32在远离开口处的直径大于过滤网21的直径,在异物杂质等被刮板31刮落到集尘罩32的内壁上时,异物杂质等沿着弧形的侧壁向远离开口的一侧移动,且在进气口的气流吹动下,使得异物杂质等向远离开口的一侧移动,从而使得异物杂质等不易从开口处逸出,集尘罩32在远离开口的一端为涡形,使得此处移动到异物杂质等被束缚,不易扩散,避免造成二次污染,定期对集尘罩32进行清理,将螺钉拧下,将对称的壳体分开,再将壳体中的杂质进行清理,清理完成后再安装到进风口2处,拧紧螺钉,便于收集异物杂质。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图4所示,所述集尘罩32远离开口处一侧与所述进 风口2之间连通有细管5,所述细管5将集尘罩32和所述进风口2连通。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图4所示,所述细管5靠近所述集尘罩32的一端固连有防尘网51。
工作时,通过设置细管5,使得集尘罩32和进风口2连通,空气在进风口2处流过时,进风口2处的气体流速加快,使得进风口2处的压强减小,使得细管5处产生负压,对异物杂质等进行吸引,进一步控制集尘罩32中异物杂质等移动,且在集尘罩32上安装防尘网51,将异物杂质等限制在集尘罩32中,减少异物杂质等从进风口2进入到风机本体1中,从而避免损坏叶轮,保证漩涡风机正常工作。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图1至图3所示,所述进风口2处为喇叭口,所述喇叭口处均匀固连有多个进气支管22,其中一个所述进气支管22为闭合状态,其余所述进气支管22的通风截面积之和大于所述进风口2的通风截面积。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图2所示,所述过滤网21由多个扇形块23拼合,所述扇形块23的面积大于所述进气支管22的通风截面积。
工作时,通过将进风口2设置为喇叭口,在喇叭口设置多个进气支管22,进气支管22的通风截面积之和大于进风口2的通风截面积,保证进风口2的进气通畅,由于进风口2处设置有过滤网21,一定程度上会阻碍进气,增大通风截面积,便于进气,防止因进气量不足导致漩涡风机过热,从而使得漩涡风机处于安全工作温度,保证漩涡风机的正常工作,通过将过滤网21分割为多个扇形块23,且扇形块23的面积大于进气支管22的通风截面积,在过滤网21使用一段时间后,开口的进气支管22处的过滤网21需要进行更换时,将需要更换的扇形块23转动到闭合的进气支管22处,再进行更换,不需要停机即可完成对过滤网21完成检修,保证工作时常,从而提高生产效率。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图2所示,所述过滤网21为弧面。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图2所示,所述刮板31上固连有扇叶33。
工作时,通过将过滤网21设置为弧面,弧面凸起一侧与进气方向相对,在空气中的异物杂质等被过滤网21拦截后,在气流的作用下,顺着过滤网21的弧面滑动到集尘罩32中,使得异物杂质等不易在过滤网21上堆积,且便于清理,在刮板31上固连有扇叶33,在气流的作用下,扇叶33转动,从而带动刮板31转动,从而对过滤网21进行清理,自动清理过滤网21,减轻人员的工作强度,便于使用。
具体工作流程如下:
工作时,通过设置除尘装置3,在漩涡风机工作时,风机本体1包括电机和叶轮,电 机转动驱动叶轮转动,从进风口2处进行抽气,漩涡风机的叶轮由数十片叶片组成,它类似庞大的气轮机的叶轮,叶轮叶片中间的空气受到了离心力的作用,向叶轮的边缘运动,在那里空气进入泵体环行空腔,重新从叶片的起点以同样的方式再进行循环,叶轮旋转所产生的循环气流,以极高的能量离开气泵以供使用,高压气体从出风口4排出,空气中的异物杂质等在进入进风口2处时,异物杂质等被过滤网21截留下来,人员转动刮板31,刮板31从过滤网21的表面刮过,将过滤网21上的杂质清理下来,杂质受到自身重力的影响,杂质落入到集尘罩32中,另一方面杂质经刮板31刮动,刮板31的推力给杂质一定的离心力,使得杂质径向移动落入到集尘罩32中被收集,减少杂质颗粒弥散到空气中,影响工作环境,保证工作人员人生安全,且便于工作人员清理过滤网21,提高人员的工作效率,从而减少停机,进而提高生产效率;通过将集尘罩32的侧壁设置为弧形,且集尘罩32的开口为窄口,在异物杂质等被刮板31刮落到集尘罩32的内壁上时,异物杂质等沿着弧形的侧壁向远离开口的一侧移动,且在进气口的气流吹动下,使得异物杂质等向远离开口的一侧移动,从而使得异物杂质等不易从开口处逸出,集尘罩32在远离开口的一端为涡形,使得此处移动到异物杂质等被束缚,不易扩散,避免造成二次污染,定期对集尘罩32进行清理,将螺钉拧下,将对称的壳体分开,再将壳体中的杂质进行清理,清理完成后再安装到进风口2处,拧紧螺钉;通过设置细管5,使得集尘罩32和进风口2连通,空气在进风口2处流过时,进风口2处的气体流速加快,使得进风口2处的压强减小,使得细管5处产生负压,对异物杂质等进行吸引,进一步控制集尘罩32中异物杂质等移动,且在集尘罩32上安装防尘网51,将异物杂质等限制在集尘罩32中,防止异物杂质等从进风口2进入到风机本体1中,从而避免损坏叶轮。
上述前、后、左、右、上、下按照人物观察视角为标准,装置面对观察者的一面定义为前,观察者左侧定义为左,依次类推。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图1所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可调压式漩涡风机,其特征在于,包括:
    风机本体(1);
    进风口(2),所述进风口(2)固连在所述风机本体(1)下方,所述进风口(2)处固定安装有过滤网(21);
    除尘装置(3),所述除尘装置(3)包括:
    刮板(31),所述刮板(31)与所述过滤网(21)的进风的一侧接触,所述刮板(31)与所述过滤网(21)转动连接;
    集尘罩(32),所述集尘罩(32)固定安装在所述进风口(2)外侧;
    出风口(4),所述出风口(4)固连在所述风机本体(1)靠近所述进风口(2)的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调压式漩涡风机,其特征在于:所述集尘罩(32)侧壁为弧形,且所述集尘罩(32)的开口为窄口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可调压式漩涡风机,其特征在于:所述集尘罩(32)在远离开口的一端为涡形。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可调压式漩涡风机,其特征在于:所述集尘罩(32)由一对对称的壳体拼合而成,所述壳体之间通过螺钉固连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可调压式漩涡风机,其特征在于:所述集尘罩(32)远离开口处一侧与所述进风口(2)之间连通有细管(5),所述细管(5)将集尘罩(32)和所述进风口(2)连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5中所述的一种可调压式漩涡风机,其特征在于:所述细管(5)靠近所述集尘罩(32)的一端固连有防尘网(51)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的一种可调压式漩涡风机,其特征在于:所述进风口(2)处为喇叭口,所述喇叭口处均匀固连有多个进气支管(22),其中一个所述进气支管(22)为闭合状态,其余所述进气支管(22)的通风截面积之和大于所述进风口(2)的通风截面积。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可调压式漩涡风机,其特征在于:所述过滤网(21)由多个扇形块(23)拼合,所述扇形块(23)的面积大于所述进气支管(22)的通风截面积。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种可调压式漩涡风机,其特征在于:所述过滤网(21)为弧面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种可调压式漩涡风机,其特征在于:所述刮板(31)上固连有扇叶(33)。
