Claims (20)
- 一种控制装置,包括第一壳体、第一控制模块、第一导电路径、第二导电路径、第一开关和第一控制构件,其特征在于,所述第一壳体具有第一凹部,所述第一壳体包括第一壁、第二壁和底壁,所述第一壁与所述第二壁相对设置,所述底壁连接所述第一壁和所述第二壁,所述第一壁、所述第二壁和所述底壁构成所述第一凹部的部分内壁;所述第一控制模块设于所述第一凹部内,沿垂直于所述底壁的第一方向观察,所示第一控制模块设于所述第一壁和所述第二壁之间,相较于所述第二壁,所述第一控制模块更靠近与所述第一壁,所述第一控制模块能根据电连接的电池的状态进行对应控制;所述第一导电路径沿垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向延伸地设于所述第一凹部内,所述第一导电路径与所述第一壁相接,所述第一壁与所述第二壁沿所述第二方向相对;所述第二导电路径沿所述第二方向延伸地设于所述第一凹部内,所述第二导电路径与所述第一壁相接,所述第二导电路径与所述第一导电路径相离;所述第一开关设于所述第一凹部内,所述第一开关与所述第一导电路径和所述第二导电路径相接并电连接,沿所述第一方向观察,所述第一开关与所述第一控制模块相离;所述第一控制构件设于所述第一壳体外,所述第一控制构件与所述第一壁沿所述第二方向相对设置,所述第一控制构件与所述第一开关连接并能够控制所述第一开关的闭合和断开。
- 如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,沿所述第一方向观察,所述第一控制模块与所述第一导电路径有重叠。
- 如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,沿所述第一方向,所述第一控制模块与所述第一导电路径相离。

- 如权利要求8所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一开关具有第一状态和第二状态;当所述第一开关处于所述第一状态时,沿所述第二方向观察,所述第一控制构件与所述第一开口有重叠;当所述第一开关处于所述第二状态时,沿所述第二方向观察,所述第一控制构件与所述第一开口相离。
- 如权利要求10所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一状态为:所述第一开关与所述第一导电路径和所述第二导电路径的电连接处于断开状态;所述第二状态为:所述第一开关与所述第一导电路径和所述第二导电路径的电连接处于闭合状态。
- 如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制装置还包括第一连接构件,所述第一连接构件连接所述第一控制构件和所述第一开关。
- 如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一导电路径具有第一切断构件和第二切断构件,所述第一切断构件能够在流经所述第一导电路径的电流到达第一阈值时切断所述第一导电路径的连接通路,所述第二切断构件能够在流经所述第一导电路径的电流到达第二阈值时切断所述第一导电路径的连接通路。
- 如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述第二导电路径具有第三切断构件和第四切断构件,所述第三切断构件能够在流经所述第二导电路径的电流到达第三阈值时切断所述第二导电路径的连接通路,所述第四切断构件能够在流经所述第二导电路径的电流到达第四阈值时切断所述第二导电路径的连接通路。
- 一种电池模组,其特征在于,包括:第二壳体;如权利要求1至14任一项所述的控制装置,设于所述第二壳体内;多个电池单元,设于所述第二壳体内,所述多个电池单元连接于所述控制装置,所述多个电池单元与所述控制装置沿所述第一方向堆叠设置。
- 如权利要求15所述的电池模组,其特征在于,沿垂直于所述第一方向和所述第二方向的第三方向,所述控制装置的长度为第一距离,所述电池单元的长度为第二距离,所述第一距离等于所述第二距离。
- 如权利要求15所述的电池模组,其特征在于,所述电池模组还包括导线,所述导线电连接所述控制装置和至少一个所述电池单元。
