　なお、上記に本実施形態およびその適用例を説明したが、本発明はこれらの例に限定されるものではない。
　例えば、本発明の身飾品は、ピアス以外にイヤリングであってもよい。
　例えば、上述した実施形態では、本発明の第１の係合部及び第２の係合部として、第１の丸環２１及び第２の丸環２３を例示したが、円状あるいは円弧状の曲部を備えていれば、少なくとも一方が丸環以外の形状でもよい。
　また、上述した実施形態では、固定部１３による耳たぶの固定位置と点接合部４１との距離を４ｍｍ以上に規定した場合を例示したが、当該距離が４ｍｍ未満、あるいは距離調整部材１７が設けられていなくてもよい。
　また、第１の丸環２１及び第２の丸環２３の先端角度は、６０～９０°であれば特に限定あれない。
　また、第２の丸環２３の内周の先端角度を、第１の丸環２１の内周の先端角度より鋭角にしてもよい。このようにすることで、第１の丸環２１の強度を保ちながら、第２の丸環２３の揺動をより大きくすることができる。
　また、第２の丸環２３の内径を、第１の丸環２１の内径に比べて短くしてもよい。これにより、このようにすることで、揺動機能を保ちながら、装飾体３１をより目立たせることができる。
　上述した実施形態では、本発明をイアリングに適用した場合を例示したが、本発明はその他にネックレス等に適用してもよい。
　図８は、本発明の実施形態に係るネックレスを説明するための図である。
　図８に示すように、ネックレス１０１は、紐状部材１０５に図２を用いて説明した第１の丸環２１が固定されたおり、第１の丸環２１には、第１の丸環２１には第２の丸環２３が揺動可能に係合している。
　第１の丸環２１及び第２の丸環２３の先端の断面は、先端角度が６０～９０°の内側（円周中心）に向けて突き出た断面扇形の先細形状をしている。
　これにより、第１の丸環２１と第２の丸環２３との内周が点接触で接合し、当該点接触の点接合部４１を中心に直交又は略直交する３軸周りに揺動可能である。
　第２の丸環２３には、装飾体３１が固定されている。装飾体３１は、宝石、その他の装飾機能を発揮する物である。
　図８に示すように、ネックレス１０１によっても、第１の丸環２１及び第２の丸環２３の断面の先端角度が６０～９０°の内側（円周中心）に向けて突き出た先細形状にしたことで、第１の丸環２１及び第２の丸環２３の内周は点接合部４１で点接合する。そのため、第２の丸環２３及び装飾体３１は、点接合部４１を中心にＺ、Ｘ、Ｙ軸（３軸）周りに揺動し、背景技術で説明したダブルリング機構のペンダントより多様な揺動パターンを実現できる。
　また、ネックレス１０１によれば、第１の丸環２１と第２の丸環２３とを係合させた簡単な揺動機構にすることができる。
　また、前述の各実施形態またはその適用例に対して、当業者が適宜、構成要素の追加、削除、設計変更を行ったものや、各実施形態の特徴を適宜組み合わせたものも、本発明の要旨を備えている限り、本発明の範囲に包含される。

Claims (14)

  1. 　被固定部に固定される固定部と、
    　前記固定部に直接または間接で固定され、円状あるいは円弧状の第１の曲部を備えた第１の係合部と、
    　前記第１の曲部と内周部同士を接合させる円状あるいは円弧状の第２の曲部を備え、揺動可能に前記第１の係合部と係合する第２の係合部と、
    　を有し、
    　前記第１の曲部及び前記第２の曲部の接合部は、内側に向けて突き出た先端角度が６０～９０°の先細形状をしている
    　身飾品。
  2. 　前記第２の係合部が前記第１の係合部に対して、点接触の前記接合部を中心に、直交又は略直交する３軸周りに揺動可能に構成されている
    　請求項１に記載の身飾品。
  3. 　前記第２の係合部には、装飾体が固定、又は一体となって形成されている
    　請求項１に記載の身飾品。
  4. 　前記被固定部は耳たぶであり、
    　前記固定部による耳の固定位置と、前記接合部との距離は、４ｍｍ以上である
    　請求項１に記載の身飾品。
  5. 　一端に前記固定部が位置し、他端に前記第１の係合部が位置する距離調整部材
    　を有する
    　請求項１に記載の身飾品。
  6. 　前記第２の曲部の先端角度は、前記第１の曲部の先端角度より鋭角である
    　請求項１に記載の身飾品。
  7. 　前記第１の係合部及び前記第２の係合部は、それぞれ丸環である

  8. 　前記第１の係合部及び前記第２の係合部の内径は０．８０～１．５０ｍｍである

  9. 　前記第１の係合部及び前記第２の係合部の外径は１.４０～２．００ｍｍである
    　請求項８に記載の身飾品。
  10. 前記第１の係合部及び前記第２の係合部の幅は、０．２０～０．５０ｍｍである

  11. 　前記第２の係合部の内径は、前記第１の係合部の内径より短い

  12. 　前記被固定部は、ネックレスの紐状部材である
    　請求項１に記載の身飾品。
  13. 　被固定部材に固定される固定部と、
    　前記固定部に直接または間接で固定された第１の丸環と、
    　前記第１の丸環と内周部同士を接合させ、揺動可能に前記第１の丸環と係合する第２の丸環と、
    　を有し、
    　前記第１の丸環及び前記第２の丸環の接合部は、内側に向けて突き出た先端角度が６０～９０°の先細形状をしており、
    　前記第２の丸環が前記第１の丸環に対して、点接触の前記接合部を中心に、直交又は略直交する３軸周りに揺動可能に構成されており、
    　前記固定部による耳の固定位置と前記接合部との距離は４ｍｍ以上であり、
    　前記第１の丸環及び前記第２の丸環の内径は０．８０～１．５０ｍｍであり、
    　前記第１の丸環及び前記第２の丸環の外径は１.４０～２．００ｍｍであり、
    　前記第１の丸環及び前記第２の丸環の幅は０．２０～０．５０ｍｍである
    　身飾品。
  14. 　被固定部材に固定される固定部と、
    　前記固定部に直接または間接で固定された第１の丸環と、
    　前記第１の丸環と内周部同士を接合させ、揺動可能に前記第１の丸環と係合する第２の丸環と、
    　を有し、
    　前記第１の丸環及び前記第２の丸環の接合部は、内側に向けて突き出た先端角度が６０～９０°の断面略扇形の先細形状をしており、
    　前記第２の丸環が前記第１の丸環に対して、点接触の前記接合部を中心に、直交又は略直交する３軸周りに揺動可能に構成されており、
    　前記固定部による耳の固定位置と前記接合部との距離は４ｍｍ以上であり、
    　前記第１の丸環及び前記第２の丸環の内径は０．８０～１．５０ｍｍであり、
    　前記第１の丸環及び前記第２の丸環の外径は１.４０～２．００ｍｍであり、
    　前記第１の丸環及び前記第２の丸環の幅は０．２０～０．５０ｍｍである
