このような従来のペンダント等で採用されるダブルリング機構では、左右のそれぞれに連結部があるので、一つの仮想回転軸の周りを揺動する。
また、揺動機構を簡単にしたいという要請もある。
同様な要請は、ピアス以外にネックレス等のその他の身飾品にも同様にある。

本実施形態において、第1の丸環21及び第2の丸環23の内径は0.80~1.50mmである。
また、第1の丸環21及び第2の丸環23の外径は1.40~2.00mmである。
また、第1の丸環21及び第2の丸環23の幅は、0.20~0.50mmである。
上述した第1の丸環21及び第2の丸環23のサイズにおいて、固定部13による耳たぶの固定位置と、点接合部41との距離を4mm以上にすることで、揺動する第2の丸環23が耳に当たることを回避できる。
第1の丸環21及び第2の丸環23の内周は点接合部41で点接合する。そのため、第2の丸環23及び装飾体31は、点接合部41を中心にZ、X、Y軸(3軸)周りに揺動し、背景技術で説明したダブルリング機構のペンダントより多様な揺動パターンを実現できる。
第1の丸環21の第1の曲部と第2の丸環23の第2の曲部との接合部が、内側に向けて突き出た先端角度が60~90°の断面略扇形の先細形状をしていることで、第1の丸環21及び第2の丸環23とが比較的大きく振れても内周部同士が接触せず、長時間揺動することが可能になる。
すなわち、いずれか一方の先端角度が90°を超えると、内周部同士が揺動により接触しやすい。
また、第1の丸環21及び第2の丸環23が、ユーザの耳たぶより下に位置し、第1の丸環及び第2の丸環が耳たぶに接触して揺動が抑制されてしまうことを回避できる。
なお、上記に本実施形態およびその適用例を説明したが、本発明はこれらの例に限定されるものではない。
例えば、本発明の身飾品は、ピアス以外にイヤリングであってもよい。
例えば、上述した実施形態では、本発明の第1の係合部及び第2の係合部として、第1の丸環21及び第2の丸環23を例示したが、円状あるいは円弧状の曲部を備えていれば、少なくとも一方が丸環以外の形状でもよい。
また、第1の丸環21及び第2の丸環23の先端角度は、60~90°であれば特に限定あれない。
図8は、本発明の実施形態に係るネックレスを説明するための図である。
図8に示すように、ネックレス101は、紐状部材105に図2を用いて説明した第1の丸環21が固定されたおり、第1の丸環21には、第1の丸環21には第2の丸環23が揺動可能に係合している。
これにより、第1の丸環21と第2の丸環23との内周が点接触で接合し、当該点接触の点接合部41を中心に直交又は略直交する3軸周りに揺動可能である。
