Abstract
本发明公开一种水苏与石斛复方口服液及其制备方法,苏斛口服液包括各组分及质量配比:水苏5-20g,石斛2-10g,大枣2-10g,茯苓1-5g,山药1-4g,陈皮1-5g,地衣芽孢杆菌粉1-5g,双歧杆菌粉1-5g,所述水苏包括水苏干燥根茎和水苏新鲜根茎,石斛包括霍山石斛和铁皮石斛。本发明石斛口服液,口服液较药丸,容易被患者吸收,且容易服用,本申请以补气健脾为主,兼能理气消食,润肠通便,用于调理脾胃虚弱,脾虚便秘,水苏下气杀谷除饮食,石斛补五脏虚劳,厚肠胃,茯苓味甘淡,健脾利湿,益气安神以止泻,山药补脾益气,大枣调和脾胃以促运化,配方主要为药食同源中药材,无任何添加剂,在保留中药传统汤剂特色的基础上,搭配益生菌,发挥协同作用。
Description
本发明涉及一种口服液,具体是一种水苏与石斛复方口服液及其制备方法。
水苏,是唇形科水苏属多年生草本。植株高20-80厘米,有在节上生须根的根茎。茎单一,直立,四棱形,具槽,在稜及节上被小刚毛,余部无毛。
石斛,又名仙斛兰韵、不死草、还魂草、紫萦仙株、吊兰、林兰、禁生等。茎直立,肉质状肥厚,稍扁的圆柱形。药用植物,性味甘淡微咸,寒,归胃、肾,肺经;其中,霍山石斛又名“米斛”,具有“龙头凤尾”特征。
患者出现脾虚食停的情况,传统的治疗手段,一般采用饮用颗粒药物治疗脾胃,同时服用益生菌,但是多数患者脾胃功能差,不便于消化吸收颗粒药物,孩子不愿意吃药。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水苏与石斛复方口服液及其制备方法,针对上述现有技术中提出的药物治疗效果差,不愿服药的问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种水苏与石斛复方口服液,所述苏斛口服液包括各组分及质量配比:水苏5-20g,石斛2-10g,大枣2-10g,茯苓1-5g,山药1-4g,陈皮1-5g,地衣芽孢杆菌粉1-5g,双歧杆菌粉1-5g。
进一步的,所述水苏包括水苏干燥根茎和水苏新鲜根茎,石斛包括霍山石斛和铁皮石斛。
一种水苏与石斛复方口服液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取一定量的石斛,研钵捣碎,备用。
步骤二、取水苏、大枣、茯苓、山药、陈皮,与步骤一的石斛混合,放入容器中煎煮,第一次加入2-10倍量的水,煎煮2.5h后第二次加2-6倍量的水,煎煮1h后第三次加入2-6倍量的水,过滤,合并煎液。
步骤三、煎液浓缩至得到溶液。
步骤四、将步骤三浓缩液倒入离心机,取上清液,备用。
步骤五、向步骤四上清液中加入水苏糖,搅拌均匀得到混合液,调节混合液的PH值至4.5-5.5。
步骤六、灌装。
步骤七、灭菌处理。
步骤八、接种
在无菌的环境下,向步骤七灭菌处理后的溶液内接种地衣芽孢杆菌和双歧杆菌。
步骤九、包装和贴标,将包装好的成品冷藏保存。
进一步的,所述步骤二中所添加水的温度50-100℃。
进一步的,所述步骤三所得溶液的相对密度为1.0198-1.0411,相对生药量为0.75-1.0g/ml。
进一步的,所述步骤四中离心机的离心转速为3500-4000r/min,离心处理时间为10-20min。
进一步的,所述步骤五中向上清液中添加水苏糖的量为1g/100ml-2g/100ml。
进一步的,所述步骤七中灭菌处理的温度为115-121℃,时间为10-20min。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明石斛口服液,口服液较药丸,容易被患者吸收,且容易服用,本申请以补气健脾为主,兼能理气消食,润肠通便。用于调理脾胃虚弱,脾虚便秘,双歧杆菌可促进肠道蠕动,起到防止便秘的作用,同时还可以提高免疫,地衣芽孢杆菌是肠道益生菌,改善肠道菌群失调,在促进肠道蠕动的同时,还能补脾益气;
2、本发明石斛口服液的制备方法,配方主要为药食同源中药材,无任何添加剂,在保留中药传统汤剂特色的基础上,搭配益生菌,发挥协同作用,制备操作简单,制备的石斛口服液效果稳定,工序少,加工效率高。

一种水苏与石斛复方口服液,苏斛口服液包括各组分及质量配比:水苏5-20g,石斛2-10g,大枣2-10g,茯苓1-5g,山药1-4g,陈皮1-5g,地衣芽孢杆菌粉1-5g,双歧杆菌粉1-5g。
水苏包括水苏干燥根茎和水苏新鲜根茎。
石斛包括霍山石斛和铁皮石斛。
该配方主要为药食同源中药材,无任何添加剂,在保留中药传统汤剂特色的基础上,搭配益生菌,发挥协同作用,

步骤一、取一定量的石斛,研钵捣碎,备用。
步骤二、取水苏、大枣、茯苓、山药、陈皮,与步骤一的石斛混合,放入容器中煎煮,第一次加入2-10倍量的水,煎煮2.5h后第二次加2-6倍量的水,煎煮1h后第三次加入2-6倍量的水,水的温度50-100℃,过滤,合并煎液。
步骤三、煎液浓缩至得到溶液,相对密度为1.0198-1.0411,相对生药量为0.75-1.0g/ml。
步骤四、将步骤三浓缩液倒入离心机,离心转速为3500-4000r/min,进行离心处理10-20min,取上清液,备用。
步骤五、向步骤四上清液中加入水苏糖,按1g/100ml-2g/100ml口服液加入水苏糖,搅拌均匀得到混合液,调节混合液的PH值至4.5-5.5。
步骤六、灌装。
步骤七、灭菌处理,灭菌处理的温度为115-121℃,时间为10-20min。
步骤八、接种
在无菌的环境下,向步骤七灭菌处理后的溶液内接种地衣芽孢杆菌和双歧杆菌。
步骤九、包装和贴标,将包装好的成品冷藏保存。
实施例1

步骤一、取2g的石斛,研钵捣碎,备用。
步骤二、取5g水苏、2g大枣、1g茯苓、1g山药、1g陈皮,与步骤一的石斛混合,放入容器中煎煮,第一次加入2倍量的水,煎煮2.5h后第二次加2倍量的水,煎煮1h后第三次加入2倍量的水,水的温度50℃,过滤,合并煎液。
步骤三、煎液浓缩至得到溶液,相对密度为1.0198-1.0411,相对生药量为0.75-1.0g/ml。
步骤四、将步骤三浓缩液倒入离心机,离心转速为3500r/min,进行离心处理10min,取上清液,备用。
步骤五、向步骤四上清液中加入水苏糖,按1g/100ml口服液加入水苏糖,搅拌均匀得到混合液,调节混合液的PH值至4.5。

实施例2
一种水苏与石斛复方口服液的制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取8g石斛,研钵捣碎,备用。
步骤二、取8g水苏、8g大枣、2g茯苓、2g山药、2g陈皮,与步骤一的石斛混合,放入容器中煎煮,第一次加入8倍量的水,煎煮2.5h后第二次加4倍量的水,煎煮1h后第三次加入4倍量的水,水的温度80℃,过滤,合并煎液。
步骤三、煎液浓缩至得到溶液,相对密度为1.0198-1.0411,相对生药量为0.75-1.0g/ml。
步骤四、将步骤三浓缩液倒入离心机,离心转速为3700r/min,进行离心处理15min,取上清液,备用。
步骤五、向步骤四上清液中加入水苏糖,按1.667g/100ml口服液加入水苏糖,搅拌均匀得到混合液,调节混合液的PH值至5。
步骤六、灌装。
步骤七、灭菌处理,灭菌处理的温度为118℃,时间为15min。
步骤八、接种
在无菌的环境下,向步骤七灭菌处理后的溶液内接种地衣芽孢杆菌粉3g和双歧杆菌粉3g。
步骤九、包装和贴标,将包装好的成品冷藏保存。
实施例3
一种水苏与石斛复方口服液的制备方法,制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取10g石斛,研钵捣碎,备用。
步骤二、取20g水苏、10g大枣、5g茯苓、4g山药、5g陈皮,与步骤一的石斛混合,放入容器中煎煮,第一次加入10倍量的水,煎煮2.5h后第二次加6倍量的水,煎煮1h后第三次加入6倍量的水,水的温度100℃,过滤,合并煎液。
步骤三、煎液浓缩至得到溶液,相对密度为1.0198-1.0411,相对生药量为0.75-1.0g/ml。
步骤四、将步骤三浓缩液倒入离心机,离心转速为4000r/min,进行离心处理20min,取上清液,备用。
步骤五、向步骤四上清液中加入水苏糖,按2g/100ml口服液加入水苏糖,搅拌均匀得到混合液,调节混合液的PH值至5.5。
步骤六、灌装。
步骤七、灭菌处理,灭菌处理的温度为121℃,时间为20min。
步骤八、接种
在无菌的环境下,向步骤七灭菌处理后的溶液内接种地衣芽孢杆菌粉5g和双歧杆菌粉5g。
步骤九、包装和贴标,将包装好的成品冷藏保存。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种水苏与石斛复方口服液,其特征在于,所述水苏包括水苏干燥根茎和水苏新鲜根茎,石斛包括霍山石斛和铁皮石斛。
- 根据权利要求1-2任意一项所述的一种水苏与石斛复方口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、取一定量的石斛,研钵捣碎,备用;步骤二、取水苏、大枣、茯苓、山药、陈皮,与步骤一的石斛混合,放入容器中煎煮,第一次加入2-10倍量的水,煎煮2.5h后第二次加2-6倍量的水,煎煮1h后第三次加入2-6倍量的水,过滤,合并煎液;步骤三、煎液浓缩至得到溶液;步骤四、将步骤三浓缩液倒入离心机,取上清液,备用;步骤五、向步骤四上清液中加入水苏糖,搅拌均匀得到混合液,调节混合液的PH值至4.5-5.5;步骤六、灌装;步骤七、灭菌处理;步骤八、接种在无菌的环境下,向步骤七灭菌处理后的溶液内接种地衣芽孢杆菌和双歧杆菌;步骤九、包装和贴标,将包装好的成品冷藏保存。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种水苏与石斛复方口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中所添加水的温度50-100℃。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种水苏与石斛复方口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三所得溶液的相对密度为1.0198-1.0411,相对生药量为0.75-1.0g/ml。
- 根据权利要求3任意一项所述的一种水苏与石斛复方口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中离心机的离心转速为3500-4000r/min,离心处理时间为10-20min。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种水苏与石斛复方口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中向上清液中添加水苏糖的量为1g/100ml-2g/100ml。
