- 如权利要求1所述的头枕结构,其特征在于,所述齿轮机构由螺母机构、轴套、齿轮轴和齿轮组成;所述齿轮轴穿设在所述轴套中,所述齿轮分别设置在齿轮轴的两端;所述丝杆电机固定在所述头枕驱动座上,丝杆电机通过所述螺母机构驱动所述齿轮机构运动,进而使啮合在所述后盖齿条和所述传动齿条之间的所述齿轮转动,以驱动所述头枕后盖板移动。
