一种头枕结构 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车座椅领域,特别涉及一种头枕结构。
背景技术
随着汽车行业发展和汽车市场的变化,为了提高用户体验,对汽车座椅提出了更多、更高、更舒适性的需求,以能够在满足头枕大行程调节的同时体现座椅的精致造型及外观。
为此,申请号为202121661847.6的中国实用新型专利公开了一种零重力座椅头枕,包含:通过头枕支撑杆安装在座椅上的固定基座、头枕和头枕电机,其特征在于,所述头枕电机通过丝杆螺母机构和齿轮齿条机构所构成的复合运动机构驱动所述头枕相对所述固定基座运动。该专利采用一滑块机构作为传动中介,通过设置在头枕后盖上的电机驱动头枕前盖运动。该复合运动机构的结构较为复杂,其所包含的3个机构(丝杆螺母机构、齿轮齿条机构和滑块机构)之间都不是刚性连接,且这3个机构占用了大量的头枕布置空间,导致头枕的舒适层较薄,影响乘坐体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有零重力座椅头枕结构复杂和影响乘坐体验的问题而提供一种结构简单、乘坐舒适感强的一体式头枕结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种头枕结构,包括固定在座椅靠背上的头枕驱动座、丝杆电机、齿轮机构、传动齿条和头枕部;
所述头枕结构还包括设置在所述头枕部后侧的头枕后盖板,所述头枕后盖板上设置有后盖齿条;
所述齿轮机构啮合在所述后盖齿条与所述传动齿条之间;
所述丝杆电机以丝杆传动机构的原理驱动所述齿轮机构运动,进而带动所述头枕部相对于所述头枕驱动座移动。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述齿轮机构由螺母机构、轴套、齿轮轴和齿轮组成;
所述齿轮轴穿设在所述轴套中,所述齿轮分别设置在齿轮轴的两端;

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,纵向(X向)”、“侧向(Y向)”、“垂向(Z向)”为汽车领域的空间坐标系术语,其为本技术领域人员所熟知的专业术语。以上术语均是为了便于描述本发明,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的详细结构作进一步描述。
参考图1至图4,本发明的一体式头枕结构主要包括安装在汽车座椅靠背上的驱动部30和装配在驱动部30前方的头枕部10。驱动部30沿纵轴从前向后可以拆分为传动部300、头枕驱动座400和包覆壳罩500。头枕部10则由头枕舒适层100和头枕后盖板200装配而成。
参考图5和图6,传动部300内设置有一齿轮机构330,齿轮机构330由螺母、螺母机构334、轴套337、齿轮轴332和一对齿轮331组成。螺母机构334的中心位置设置有一沿Z向的螺母孔335,螺母机构334的沿Y向的侧翼位置分别设置有一对向外凸出的螺母凸耳336,螺母机构334的X向前侧设置有轴套337。齿轮轴332从一侧穿设在轴套337中,齿轮轴332的两端各设置有一个齿轮331。齿轮轴332上还设置有一限位环333,限位环333用于限制齿轮轴332相对于轴套337的位置,避免装配时齿轮轴332相对于轴套337偏离设计位置。齿轮轴332的两端还设置有分别用于对一对齿轮331进行限位的另外一对限位环。这些限位环可以对齿轮与齿轮轴的安装位置进行限定,以防止齿轮、齿轮轴和轴套之间因装配错位而失效。
参考图7和图8,传动部300的中心位置沿Z轴方向设置有一螺母机构容纳腔310。螺母机构容纳腔310的侧翼位置也分别设置有一对螺母槽311,螺母机构容纳腔310和螺母槽311是沿Y轴方向侧向排布的。螺母机构容纳腔310和螺母槽311的空间造型与螺母孔335和螺母凸耳336相仿,使得螺母机构334可以从上方垂直向下运动进入螺母机构容纳腔310内,并在螺母机构容纳腔310内移动,其移动过程中被上述各结构所限制只能沿Z向移动。一对传动齿条320设置在传动部300上。传动齿条320分别一左、一右地设置在螺母机构容纳腔310的两侧。
参考图9,当螺母机构330沿箭头方向向下装入螺母机构容纳腔310时,其一对齿轮331分别与相应的传动齿条320相啮合,当螺母机构330沿Z向在螺母机构容纳腔310内移动时,齿轮331在传动齿条320上运动,在运动过程中两侧齿轮331的Y 向是同轴的,Z向位置度是相等的。
参考图10至图12,头枕后盖板200的后表面上设置有一对后盖齿条220。头枕后盖板200的后表面两侧还都设置有沿Z向排布的后盖凸棱210,每侧的后盖凸棱210的数量为2根,合计共4根。传动部300的前端两侧也同样的设置有沿Z向排布的传动部凹槽340。后盖凸棱210和传动部凹槽340的型面是相互匹配的,共同配合构成滑槽结构。当后盖凸棱210与传动部凹槽340相互滑配后,期间形成一位于后盖凸棱210侧部的容纳槽211。一氛围灯带230布置在该容纳槽211内。
参考图13和图14,传动部300与头枕后盖板200装配时,头枕后盖板200从上方向下插入传动部300中。其中头枕后盖板200上的后盖凸棱210嵌入至传动部凹槽340中,使得装配后头枕后盖板200的移动被限位,只能相对于传动部300沿Z向移动(受上述滑槽结构所限制)。当传动部300与头枕后盖板200装配完毕后,齿轮331完成与前侧后盖齿条220和后侧传动齿条320的啮合。
参考图15和图16,丝杆电机410的输出端向外延伸设置有一丝杆414。丝杆电机410通过一螺栓412从下方穿过驱动座400和一平垫片413固定在驱动座400的上方。丝杆414沿Z向从上向下延伸。螺栓412为台阶螺栓,平垫片413的材质为橡胶。通过螺栓412与平垫片413叠加的固定结构能减小丝杆电机410运转时的震动,并降低其工作噪音。
参考图17和图18,头枕驱动座400装配在传动部300的后方,丝杆414从上方穿过螺母孔335使得丝杆电机410与螺母机构334相啮合,从而驱动螺母机构334沿Z向在螺母机构容纳腔310内移动。最后将包覆壳罩500装配在头枕驱动座400和传动部300的最外层,体现驱动部30的A面造型设计。
参考图19至图21,头枕工作时,驱动部30内的丝杆电机410以丝杆传动机构的原理驱动齿轮机构330以驱动部内的传动齿条320为基准沿Z向移动。当齿轮机构330向上移动时,通过齿轮331推动后盖齿条220进而使头枕部10同步向上移动,当齿轮机构330向下移动时,则推动后盖齿条220同步向下移动。
结合参考图22,头枕部10的行程为2L,传动齿条320长度=后盖齿条220长度=L+齿轮331的直径,通过齿轮331、传动齿条320和后盖齿条220的复合结构,放大了头枕部10的调节行程。
参考图23,本发明要解决的技术问题主要在于,将设置有传动齿条320的传动部300与设置有丝杆电机410的头枕驱动座400刚性连接,改变了早前通过滑块连接的 过渡结构,使得各零件之间的连接强度提高。当汽车受到冲击时,这可以降低头枕结构的失效概率。同时,将后盖齿条220布置在头枕后盖板200的A面(即:后表面),使得驱动部30等运动机构不占用头枕部10的内部空间,让头枕舒适层100获得更大的布置空间以加大头枕发泡的厚度Z,从而提升了头枕的舒适性能。同时,后盖凸棱210和后盖齿条220的外露结构也给到乘员一种全新的、轻薄的和更有特色的体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种头枕结构,包括固定在座椅靠背上的头枕驱动座、丝杆电机、齿轮机构、传动齿条和头枕部,其特征在于,
    所述头枕结构还包括设置在所述头枕部后侧的头枕后盖板,所述头枕后盖板上设置有后盖齿条;
    所述齿轮机构啮合在所述后盖齿条与所述传动齿条之间;
    所述丝杆电机以丝杆传动机构的原理驱动所述齿轮机构运动,进而带动所述头枕部相对于所述头枕驱动座移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头枕结构,其特征在于,所述齿轮机构由螺母机构、轴套、齿轮轴和齿轮组成;
    所述齿轮轴穿设在所述轴套中,所述齿轮分别设置在齿轮轴的两端;
    所述丝杆电机固定在所述头枕驱动座上,丝杆电机通过所述螺母机构驱动所述齿轮机构运动,进而使啮合在所述后盖齿条和所述传动齿条之间的所述齿轮转动,以驱动所述头枕后盖板移动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的头枕结构,其特征在于,所述丝杆电机通过一螺栓从下方穿过所述驱动座和一平垫片固定在驱动座的上方,所述螺栓为台阶螺栓,所述平垫片的材质为橡胶。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的头枕结构,其特征在于,所述传动齿条设置在一传动部上,所述传动部上还设置有一螺母机构容纳腔,所述螺母机构滑动地设置在所述螺母机构容纳腔中,螺母机构的移动轨迹被螺母机构容纳腔所限制。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的头枕结构,其特征在于,所述头枕后盖板上设置有至少一后盖凸棱,所述传动部上设置有至少一传动部凹槽,所述后盖凸棱与所述传动部凹槽相互配合形成滑槽结构,当所述丝杆电机通过所述齿轮机构驱动头枕后盖板移动时,所述滑槽结构为所述头枕部的移动提供导向。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的头枕结构,其特征在于,所述头枕结构还包括设置在所述后盖凸棱的侧部的容纳槽,所述容纳槽内嵌装有氛围灯。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的头枕结构,其特征在于,所述螺母机构的侧部设置有螺母凸耳,所述螺母机构容纳腔内设置有螺母槽,所述螺母凸耳置于所述螺母槽中,进而使所述螺母机构在受所述丝杆电机驱动过程中只能沿垂向移动而不能绕垂向旋转。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的头枕结构,其特征在于,所述齿轮轴上还设置有限位环,所述限位环对所述齿轮与齿轮轴的安装位置进行限定,以防止齿轮、齿轮轴和所述轴套之间因装配错位而失效。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项权利要求所述的头枕结构,其特征在于,所述头枕部的前侧设置有头枕舒适层,所述头枕舒适层通过紧固件固定在所述头枕后盖板上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的头枕结构,其特征在于,所述头枕驱动座的外部设置有包覆壳罩。
