Description

本发明涉及医用注射器的技术领域,具体为一种便于识别感应压力的注射装置,特别涉及其机械连接结构。
背景技术
现代医疗在对患者进行局部或全身麻醉时,需要先对脊椎硬膜进行穿刺,使针头进入脊椎硬膜外腔。刺浅了,无法穿透脊椎硬膜,无法正常麻醉;刺深了,又容易损伤脊髓或神经,穿刺成功与否完全取决于操作者的感觉和经验。

市场上的“硬膜外腔穿刺注射器”都是囊泡外置结构,不仅外形外观不美观,囊泡暴露医各种务尖锐器械环境中极易造成误伤刺破而导致手术失败。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种便于识别感应压力的注射装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于识别感应压力的注射装置, 包括外套筒和推杆,推杆的端部套接有密封圈,所述推杆的前端向内形成空腔,空腔内设有簇状泡囊。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种便于识别感应压力的注射装置,采用囊泡内置结构结构,外形簇状,便于可视和识别,且操作手感轻便。这样一来,该装置优点提高穿刺成功率、安全性;而且成本低、结构简单、利于新手使用和方便教学的优点,使其熟练完成脊椎硬膜穿刺操作,同时可广泛适用于各种医疗机构的手术麻醉和临床检验治疗。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种便于识别感应压力的注射装置,包括外套筒1和推杆4,推杆4的端部套接有密封圈2,其区别于现有技术在于:所述推杆4的前端向内形成空腔44,空腔44内设有簇状泡囊3。
在具体实施时,如图6中所示,所述簇状泡囊3由泡囊本体33和泡囊簇角32构成,泡囊本体33内形成腔体34,所述腔体34在泡囊本体33的上端处呈开口状,泡囊簇角32分布在泡囊本体33下端处,泡囊本体33上端的外缘处形成泡囊卡环31。
在具体实施时,如图7中所示,所示泡囊本体33底部区域35的泡囊壁平均厚度小于泡囊本体33的侧壁36厚度,优选的,泡囊本体33底部区域35呈圆弧底,底部区域35的泡囊壁厚度呈逐渐变薄,越靠近圆弧底中心的厚度越薄;在注射器推药过程中,在压力作用下,簇状泡囊3受力鼓起,泡囊壁较厚的地方形变较小,由于底部区域35的泡囊壁较薄,且越往中心泡囊壁越薄,故产生较大的形变,形变后,位于底部区域的四根泡囊簇角32也随之向四周撑开,肉眼可以明显观察到泡囊簇角32的变化过程。
在具体实施时,所述空腔44在推杆4前端处形成空腔颈441,所述空腔颈441在腔体壁处形成与上述泡囊卡环31配合的环状卡槽43,泡囊卡环31嵌入推杆4的环状卡槽43内。
在具体实施时,所述空腔颈441的内径值大于下部空腔44的内径值。
在具体实施时,所述推杆4在靠近前端的外壁处形成与上述密封圈2配合的密封圈凹槽42。
在具体实施时,如图3所示,所述推杆4前端处形成前缘41,该前缘41向内翻折形成限位环411,限位环411由二次成型实现,限位环411用于对簇状泡囊3进行限位。
在具体实施时,如图4-图5所示,簇状泡囊3还有另外一种定位方式,所述空腔颈441内设有卡盖5,卡盖5的下部靠近外缘处至少设有4块卡块51,所述卡块51之间呈等夹角分布,所述卡块51的外侧形成凸起部511,空腔颈441内壁上形成与上述凸起部511配合的环状限位槽46,凸起部511与环状限位槽46过盈配合,用于限制卡盖5轴向位移,卡盖5向下压紧泡囊本体33的泡囊卡环31。所述卡盖5的下方形成向下延伸的支撑柱52,该支撑柱52延伸至泡囊本体33的腔体34内,用于支撑泡囊本体33内部空间,所述支撑柱52为分瓣结构,该支撑柱52纵向至少等分成左右两瓣,主体瓣之间形成间隙,便于液体流通,卡盖5处开设有与支撑柱52内部连通的通孔53,优选的,所述支撑柱52纵向 分隔成四瓣结构,瓣体之间形成间隙,该间隙与上述通孔53连通,便于液体导入。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于识别感应压力的注射装置,其特征在于:所述空腔(44)在推杆(4)前端处形成空腔颈(441),所述空腔颈(441)在腔体壁处形成与上述泡囊卡环(31)配合的环状卡槽(43),泡囊卡环(31)嵌入推杆(4)的环状卡槽(43)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于识别感应压力的注射装置,其特征在于:所述空腔颈(441)的内径值大于下部空腔(44)的内径值。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于识别感应压力的注射装置,其特征在于:所述推杆(4)在靠近前端的外壁处形成与上述密封圈(2)配合的密封圈凹槽(42)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于识别感应压力的注射装置,其特征在于:所述推杆(4)前端处形成前缘(41),该前缘(41)向内翻折形成限位环(411)。
