与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：本发明公开的冷柜，其在柜体内壁设置有灯组件，其灯组件中的灯条卡接于灯罩内，便于用户拆卸灯条，同时用户可以根据需要更换不同色调和光亮强度的灯条，解决了传统内灯色调单一的问题；
另外，本发明公开的冷柜，其灯组件和开关分体设置，当灯或开关中的部分结构损坏时，不需整灯更换，只需要更换损坏的灯条、灯罩、开关组件结构，维修更换成本低。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明，本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
应该理解，本文使用的例如“上”、“下、”“外”、“内”等表示空间相对位置的术语是出于便于说明的目的来描述如附图中所示的一个单元或特征相对于另一个单元或特征的关系。空间相对位置的术语可以旨在包括设备在使用或工作中除了图中所示方位以外的不同方位。
本发明的一实施方式提供一种冷柜100，包括具有储物腔101的柜体1，和开闭所述柜体1的门体。其中，所述柜体1由外箱壳102和内胆104组成，所述冷柜100一侧设有与储物腔101连通的开口，具体的，冷柜100的形状、大小不限，冷柜100的开口朝向不限，可以为顶开口，也可以为侧开口。所述门体的形状、开关17方式不限，可以枢转连接于所述柜体1上，转动打开，也可以为平移门，推动式打开或关闭所述开口。
如图1所示，在本实施方式中，所述冷柜100为卧式冷柜，柜体1内部形成有储物腔101，储物腔101内可以设置用来存放物品的货架，也可以根据需要摆放物品的大小和种类将储物腔101分割成不同大小的储存区域。
在本实施方式中，柜体1为顶部开口，冷柜100的门体为平移门，平移门可以设置为多个，当冷柜100工作时，多个平铺开的平移门覆盖柜体1顶部开口，使冷柜100形成密闭的空间，保证冷柜100内的冷量不外溢，使储存的物品一直处于制冷的环境；当用户需要取放物品时，冷柜100的多个平移门可以折叠，从而打开柜体1的开口。
在本发明中，如图2、3所示，所述冷柜100还包括固设于所述柜体内壁103的灯组件3，所述灯组件3包括灯罩5和卡接于所述灯罩5内的灯条7。其中，柜体内壁103即内胆104上的内壁。
具体的，灯罩5为内部设有空腔501的长条状结构，空腔501内设有凸起的抵接部503，所述抵接部503用于使所述灯条7卡接于所述灯罩5内，并且灯罩5的两端是开口的，从而便于用户拆卸灯条7，同时用户可以根据需要更换不同色调和光亮 强度的灯条7，解决了传统内灯色调单一的问题。
在本发明一实施方式中，如图4、5所示，空腔501由顶壁5011、靠近柜体1的第一侧壁5013、底壁5015和远离柜体1的第二侧壁5017组成，所述抵接部503包括沿所述顶壁5011表面向中心凸设的第一抵接部5031、沿所述第一侧壁5013表面分别凸设的第二抵接部5033和第三抵接部5035，以及沿所述底壁5015向中心凸设的第四抵接部5037，其中，所述第二抵接部5033位于所述第三抵接部5035上部，且所述第二抵接部5033长度大于所述第三抵接部5035的长度，使灯条7倾斜固定于灯罩5内，灯条7的灯光照亮冷柜100柜底，进一步保证灯组件3使用时无暗区。
在本实施方式中，灯组件3设置在靠近冷柜100的柜口处，灯组件3包括灯罩5和灯条7，灯条7卡接于灯罩5内，灯罩5与柜体内壁103固定连接。具体的，柜体1的一侧内壁103上设有凹槽105，灯罩5顶部设有凸条部505，所述灯罩5底部设有卡扣部507，所述柜体1的凹槽105设有分别与所述凸条部505和所述卡扣部507配合的结构，使灯组件3卡接于凹槽105内。相较于采用螺钉固定的传统内灯，灯组件3卡接于凹槽105内，避免了螺钉处积聚凝露产生用电安全隐患的问题。
可选的，柜体内壁103设置的凹槽105为通槽，灯罩5完全嵌入式的卡接于凹槽105中，并且灯条7的长度与凹槽105长度相同，即灯组件3安装在凹槽105中时，灯罩5的两端分别延伸到两个相邻的柜体内壁103上，灯条7的长度与设置凹槽105的柜口内壁长度相同，因此，柜体1内全区域可照明，解决了传统冷柜100内灯长度短、照明时有暗区的问题，提升了用户体验。
进一步的，在本实施方式中，将所述灯组件3一侧外壁与所述柜体内壁103齐平设置，即当灯罩5卡入柜体内壁103的凹槽105时，灯罩5与柜体内壁103齐平，灯罩5与柜口在一个竖直平面上，灯罩5表面于柜口卡接严密，冷藏的物品残渣不容易残留在灯罩5表面，而且便于清理与擦拭灯罩5；另外，灯罩5与柜体内壁103齐平放置，使用户搬运储存腔内物品时，灯组件3不会被物品撞击而损坏，从而使灯组件3使用时间更长。
在本发明中，所述冷柜100还包括设置于所述灯组件3相邻柜体内壁103上的开关组件9，所述开关组件9用于开闭所述灯组件3。
在本发明一实施方式中，所述开关组件9嵌入设置于所述凹槽105相邻的柜体内壁103上，如图2所示，开关组件9设置在灯组件3相邻的右侧柜体内壁103上，并且开关组件9设置在靠近灯组件3的位置，具体的，开关组件9设置在与灯组件3相邻的柜体内壁103的端部，并且开关组件9与灯罩5的端部抵靠，可以理解为， 在其他实施方式中，开关组件9可以设置在与灯组件3相邻的左侧柜体内壁103上。
在本发明中，所述开关组件9包括：灯盒11，内部设有容置腔111的盒状结构，嵌入设置于所述柜体内壁103上；灯盒盖13，设有开关孔131的薄壁盖体，用于盖合所述灯盒11的容置腔111，盖合后的所述灯盒盖13远离灯盒11的一侧表面与所述柜体内壁103齐平；接线端子15，与所述灯组件3电线19连接，固设于所述灯盒11内；开关17，一端穿过所述开关孔131外露于所述灯盒盖13上，另一端固设于所述灯盒11内，用于开闭所述灯组件3。
具体的，灯盒11固定在柜体内壁103上，在本实施方式中，如图6、7所示，灯盒11设置在靠近灯组件3的相邻柜口内壁上，也就是柜口内胆104上，并且内胆104朝向箱外壳面上设置有放置灯盒11的通孔以及固定灯盒11的卡扣结构，可选的，柜口上设计有三处柜口卡扣113：上侧两个卡扣113，下侧一个卡扣113，同时下侧卡扣113有弹性且顶端有导向斜坡，便于灯盒11的卡入。当组装开关组件9时，先将灯盒11顶端卡入柜口上侧两处卡扣113内，再将灯盒11箱柜口方向推进卡入柜口的下侧卡扣113内，使灯盒11能够牢固地卡在柜口上。
在本发明一实施方式中，如图8所示，灯盒11为内壁设有容置腔111的盒状结构，容置腔111内放置接线端子15、开关17、以及一端与灯组件3相连，另一端与接线端子15相连的电线19。灯盒盖13为设有开关孔131的薄壁盖体，用于盖合所述灯盒11的容置腔111，盖合后的所述灯盒盖13远离灯盒11的一侧与所述柜体内壁103齐平，灯盒盖13可通过螺钉紧固到灯盒11上。开关17一端固定在灯盒11内，另一端穿过开关孔131，外露于灯盒盖13上，用户通过按压开关17的开与关进而控制整个灯组件3的开与关。在本发明中，灯盒11靠近开关组件9处设有避位槽117，灯组件3的电线19通过避位槽117与接线端子15相连，并通过灯盒盖13覆盖住避位槽117及电线19，使灯罩5与开关组件9之间紧密配合，避免了连接的电线19长期处在冷凝水的浸泡而产生的安全隐患。
在本发明一实施方式中，如图9所示，灯盒盖13靠近灯盒11侧的上部设置有固定板133，固定板133设有用于固定所述接线端子15的通孔，接线端子15固定在通孔上，固定板133的设置一方面避免灯盒11内连接线路混乱，另一方面使接线端子15放置在灯盒11内靠上的区域，使进入灯盒11的冷凝水无法顺沿电线19流进接线端子15，提升了开关组件9的使用稳定性。进一步的，固定板133下方设有两个加强筋1333，起到加强固定板133的作用。
在本发明另一实施方式中，如图10所示，灯盒11为内壁设有容置腔111的盒 状结构，容置腔111内放置接线端子15、开关17、以及一端与灯组件3相连，另一端与接线端子15相连的电线19。灯盒盖13为设有开关孔131的薄壁盖体，用于盖合所述灯盒11的容置腔111，盖合后的所述灯盒盖13远离灯盒11的一侧与所述柜体内壁103齐平，灯盒盖13可通过螺钉紧固到灯盒11上。开关17一端固定在灯盒11内，另一端穿过开关孔131，外露于灯盒盖13上，用户通过按压开关17的开与关进而控制整个灯组件3的开与关。
进一步的，在灯盒11右上角设置有一斜壁119，斜壁119与灯盒11的相邻内壁成钝角，接线端子15固设于所述斜壁119上。本实施方式中，斜壁119与灯盒11的相邻内壁的夹角设定为135°，斜壁119上开设固定孔，使接线端子15固定在固定孔上，本发明灯盒斜壁119的设置，使进入灯盒11的冷凝水无法顺沿电线19流进接线端子15，提升了开关组件9的使用稳定性。
在本发明一实施方式中，所述开关组件9的灯盒11内还设置有附加接线端子21，具体的，附加接线端子21可固定在固定板133或斜壁119上，当用户想在冷柜100内添加如湿显计、智能语音等功能，则可以通过预留的附加接线端子21实现，从而解决冷柜100功能过于简单、智能化程度低的问题。
在本发明中，当需要更换灯条7时，首先打开灯盒盖13，从灯盒11避位槽117处将灯组件3拆下，然后从灯组件3侧面将灯条7从灯罩5内抽拉出来，进行灯条7的更换；更换完灯条7重新安装时，将灯条7从灯罩5侧面推进并卡接在灯罩5上，灯罩5与灯条7卡接成一体后，先将灯组件3上侧卡进柜口凹槽105，然后将灯组件3整体向冷柜100外箱壳推进，灯罩5的下侧为卡扣结构，能够卡在柜口凹槽105内上凸起处，使整个内灯牢固得卡在柜口上，安装方便快捷。由于本发明公开的冷柜100，其灯组件3和开关17分体设置，当灯或开关17中的部分结构损坏时，不需整灯更换，只需要更换损坏的灯条7、灯罩5、开关组件9结构，维修更换成本低。
应当理解，虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述，但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案，说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见，本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体，各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合，形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明，它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围，凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冷柜，包括形成有储物腔的柜体，和开闭所述柜体的门体，其特征在于，还包括固设于所述柜体内壁的灯组件，所述灯组件包括灯罩和卡接于所述灯罩内的灯条；
    所述冷柜还包括设置于所述灯组件相邻柜体内壁上的开关组件，所述开关组件用于开闭所述灯组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制冰机，其特征在于，所述柜体一侧内壁设有凹槽，所述灯组件嵌入卡接于所述凹槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冷柜，其特征在于，所述凹槽为通槽，所述灯组件中的灯条长度与凹槽长度相同，所述灯组件一侧外壁与所述柜体内壁齐平设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冷柜，其特征在于，所述开关组件嵌入设置于所述凹槽相邻的柜体内壁上，所述开关组件包括：
    灯盒，内部设有容置腔的盒状结构，嵌入设置于所述柜体内壁上；
    灯盒盖，设有开关孔的薄壁盖体，用于盖合所述灯盒的容置腔，盖合后的所述灯盒盖远离灯盒的一侧与所述柜体内壁齐平；
    接线端子，与所述灯组件电线连接，固设于所述灯盒内；
    开关，一端穿过所述开关孔外露于所述灯盒盖上，另一端固设于所述灯盒内，用于开闭所述灯组件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冷柜，其特征在于，所述灯盒盖靠近所述灯盒侧的上部设置有固定板，所述固定板设有用于固定所述接线端子的通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的冷柜，其特征在于，所述灯盒左上角或右上角设置有一斜壁，所述斜壁与所述灯盒的相邻内壁成钝角，所述接线端子固设于所述斜壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的冷柜，其特征在于，所述灯罩为内部设有空腔的长条状结构，所述空腔内设有凸起的抵接部，所述抵接部用于使所述灯条卡接于所述灯罩内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冷柜，其特征在于，所述空腔由顶壁、靠近柜体的第一侧壁、底壁和远离柜体的第二侧壁组成，所述抵接部包括沿所述顶壁表面向中心凸设的第一抵接部、沿所述第一侧壁表面分别凸设的第二抵接部和第三抵接部，以及沿所述底壁向中心凸设的第四抵接部，其中，所述第二抵接部位于所述第三抵接 部上部，且所述第二抵接部长度大于所述第三抵接部的长度。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的冷柜，其特征在于，所述灯罩顶部设有凸条部，所述灯罩底部设有卡扣部，所述柜体的凹槽设有分别与所述凸条部和所述卡扣部配合的结构。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的冷柜，其特征在于，所述开关组件内还设置有附加接线端子。
