通过采用上述技术方案,在清洗结构中,当发泡完成后的聚氨酯固体材料位于传动辊上时,传动辊会带动聚氨酯材料进行输送,且在进行输送的过程中,通过启动水泵将蓄水箱内部的水流输送到输水管的内部,且输水管将水流输送到U形存水盒的内部,多个U形存水盒之间通过管道相连通,U形存水盒会将水流通过高压喷头喷射到固体聚氨酯材料上,对发泡完成后的聚氨酯材料进行清洗,且在进行清洗过程中,可以启动电动推杆,电动推杆的启动会配合半圆顶板对位于传动辊上的聚氨酯材料进行顶起,通过启动不同的电动推杆对正在进行清洗的材料进行顶起翻面,从而对材料的不同面进行清洗,加强清洁力度,且通过传动辊的持续传动将材料输送到热风机的位置处,从而通过启动热风机对发泡材料表面的水分进行吹干。
优选的,所述清洁箱的内部粘接有多个橡胶挡板。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过橡胶挡板的设置,避免外部杂物进入清洁箱的内部。
优选的,所述承载箱的外部铰接有门体。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过铰接的门体便于工作人员观察承载箱内部的情况。
优选的,所述出料喷头位于所述发泡承载盒的上方。
通过采用上述技术方案,位于发泡承载盒上方的出料喷头便于将原料输送到发泡承载盒的内部。
优选的,所述U形存水盒和所述热风机均位于所述传动辊的上方。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过U形存水盒配合高压喷头排出的水流对发泡材料进行清洗,且材料在传动辊上移动,热风机位于传动辊上,便于对发泡材料进行吹干处理。
优选的,所述蓄水箱的外部开设有多个进水孔。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过进水孔的设置,高压喷头喷出的水流通过进水孔重新流入蓄水箱的内部,便于水流的回收利用。
优选的,所述蓄水箱的外部连通有出水管。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过出水管便于对蓄水箱内部的水流进行排出。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中,工作人员通过将发泡机与发泡承载盒连接,同时通过启动第一无杆气缸和第二无杆气缸带动出料喷头将发泡原料输送到发泡承载盒的内部,且通过启动发泡机对发泡承载盒内部的原料进行发泡处理,发泡完成后,通过启动正反转电机调整发泡承载盒的位置,从而将发泡承载盒内部发泡完成的材料倾倒在传动辊上,并通过启动传动辊对发泡材料进行传动,在传动过程中,通过启动水泵配合高压喷头对材料进行冲刷,且在冲刷过程中配合电动推杆对材料进行翻面,使得材料清洗更加完全,且清洗完成后通过传动辊的持续传动带动材料到热风机位置处,对材料进行风干处理,去除材料上的剩余有害物质,减少工作人员与有害物质的接触,延长工作人员的寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-图7,本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,包括:主体承载结构、辅助发泡结构和清洗结构。
其中,辅助发泡结构和清洗结构均安装在主体承载结构上;
其中,主体承载结构用于提供辅助发泡结构和清洗结构的安装位置,同时对辅助发泡结构和清洗结构进行承载;
其中,辅助发泡结构用于辅助工作人员将发泡材料输送到发泡剂盛放器皿中,并将发泡完成后的固体聚氨酯材料输送到清洗结构中;
其中,清洗结构用于对发泡完成后的固体聚氨酯材料进行清洗和烘干。
如图1所示,主体承载结构的组成:主体承载结构包括蓄水箱10,蓄水 箱10上设置有发泡机11,蓄水箱10上固定安装有承载箱12,蓄水箱10上固定安装有清洁箱13,承载箱12和清洁箱13之间相连通。
如图1所示,主体承载结构的承载原理:在主体承载结构中通过蓄水箱10承载发泡机11等各部件,同时存放清洗时用到的水流,通过承载箱12放置发泡承载盒101,并通过清洁箱13安装清洗结构。
为了便于工作人员对承载箱12内部的检查,承载箱12的外部铰接有门体29,通过铰接的门体29便于工作人员观察承载箱12内部的情况。
如图1-图6所示,辅助发泡结构的组成:辅助发泡结构包括多个安装盒18,安装盒18固定安装于承载箱12的内部,安装盒18的内部固定安装有正反转电机19,正反转电机19的输出轴贯穿安装盒18的外壁且固定安装有连接杆103,连接杆103远离安装盒18的一端固定安装有发泡承载盒101,多个发泡承载盒101之间通过固定杆102固定连接,承载箱12的内部固定安装有多个第一无杆气缸14,第一无杆气缸14的滑块处固定安装有第二无杆气缸15,第二无杆气缸15的滑块上固定安装有出料喷头16,出料喷头16的外部连通有连接软管17,连接软管17远离出料喷头16的一端与发泡机11的输料管相连通。
如图1-图6所示,辅助发泡结构的辅助原理:在辅助发泡结构中,使用者通过启动发泡机11从而可以将需要的原料通过发泡机11输料管输送到连接软管17中,且通过连接软管17将原料输送到出料喷头16中,同时工作远可以通过启动第一无杆气缸14和第二无杆气缸15,第一无杆气缸14的启动会带动第二无杆气缸15进行位置调整,且第二无杆气缸15的启动会带动出料喷头16进行位置调整,从而将出料喷头16调整到不同的发泡承载盒101上方,并将原料输送到发泡承载盒101的内部,且当发泡承载盒101的内部发泡完成后,工作人员可以打开发泡承载盒101和启动正反转电机19,正反转电机19的启动会带动连接杆103进行转动,连接杆103的转动会带动发泡 承载盒101进行转动,从而将发泡承载盒101内部发泡成功的聚氨酯材料输送到传动辊25上。
如图1-图7所示,清洗结构的组成:清洗结构包括多个热风机20,热风机20固定安装于清洁箱13的内部,蓄水箱10的内部安装有水泵24,水泵24的出水端贯穿蓄水箱10的外壁且连通有输水管201,输水管201远离水泵24的一端贯穿清洁箱13的外壁,清洁箱13的内部安装有多个U形存水盒22,U形存水盒22的外部连通有多个高压喷头23,输水管201远离水泵24的一端与U形存水盒22相连通,清洁箱13的内部安装有传动辊25,传动辊25的内部安装有多个电动推杆21,电动推杆21的活塞杆端部固定安装有半圆顶板26。
如图1-图7所示,清洗结构的清洗原理:在清洗结构中,当发泡完成后的聚氨酯固体材料位于传动辊25上时,传动辊25会带动聚氨酯材料进行输送,且在进行输送的过程中,通过启动水泵24将蓄水箱10内部的水流输送到输水管201的内部,且输水管201将水流输送到U形存水盒22的内部,多个U形存水盒22之间通过管道相连通,U形存水盒22会将水流通过高压喷头23喷射到固体聚氨酯材料上,对发泡完成后的聚氨酯材料进行清洗,且在进行清洗过程中,可以启动电动推杆21,电动推杆21的启动会配合半圆顶板26对位于传动辊25上的聚氨酯材料进行顶起,通过启动不同的电动推杆21对正在进行清洗的材料进行顶起翻面,从而对材料的不同面进行清洗,加强清洁力度,且通过传动辊25的持续传动将材料输送到热风机20的位置处,从而通过启动热风机20对发泡材料表面的水分进行吹干。
为了避免外部杂物进入清洁箱13中,清洁箱13的内部粘接有多个橡胶挡板28。
为了对清洁的水流进行回收和排放,蓄水箱10的外部开设有多个进水孔27,蓄水箱10的外部连通有出水管30。
根据上述技术方案对本方案工作步骤进行总结梳理:本发明的使用中,工作人员通过启动第一无杆气缸14和第二无杆气缸15,第一无杆气缸14的启动会带动第二无杆气缸15进行位置调整,且第二无杆气缸15的启动会带动出料喷头16进行位置调整,从而将出料喷头16调整到不同的发泡承载盒101上方,并将原料输送到发泡承载盒101的内部,将原料输送到发泡承载盒101的内部后,将发泡承载盒101与发泡机11之间进行连接,通过发泡机11对原料进行发泡处理,当发泡承载盒101的内部发泡完成后,工作人员打开发泡承载盒101和启动正反转电机19,正反转电机19的启动会带动连接杆103进行转动,连接杆103的转动会带动发泡承载盒101进行转动,从而将发泡承载盒101内部发泡成功的聚氨酯材料输送到传动辊25上,将发泡后的聚氨酯材料输送到传动辊25上后,传动辊25会带动材料进行移动,且在进行位置移动时,通过启动水泵24将蓄水箱10内部的水流输送到输水管201的内部,且输水管201将水流输送到U形存水盒22的内部,多个U形存水盒22之间通过管道相连通,U形存水盒22会将水流通过高压喷头23喷射到固体聚氨酯材料上,对发泡完成后的聚氨酯材料进行清洗,且在进行清洗过程中,可以启动电动推杆21,电动推杆21的启动会配合半圆顶板26对位于传动辊25上的聚氨酯材料进行顶起,通过启动不同的电动推杆21对正在进行清洗的材料进行顶起翻面,从而对材料的不同面进行清洗,加强清洁力度,且通过传动辊25的持续传动将材料输送到热风机20的位置处,从而通过启动热风机20对发泡材料表面的水分进行吹干,完成对发泡材料的清洗。
综上:本发明中,工作人员通过将发泡机11与发泡承载盒101连接,同时通过启动第一无杆气缸14和第二无杆气缸15带动出料喷头16将发泡原料输送到发泡承载盒101的内部,且通过启动发泡机11对发泡承载盒101内部的原料进行发泡处理,发泡完成后,通过启动正反转电机19调整发泡承载盒101的位置,从而将发泡承载盒101内部发泡完成的材料倾倒在传动辊25上, 并通过启动传动辊25对发泡材料进行传动,在传动过程中,通过启动水泵24配合高压喷头23对材料进行冲刷,且在冲刷过程中配合电动推杆21对材料进行翻面,使得材料清洗更加完全,且清洗完成后通过传动辊25的持续传动带动材料到热风机20位置处,对材料进行风干处理,去除材料上的剩余有害物质,减少工作人员与有害物质的接触,延长工作人员的寿命。
本发明中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,其特征在于,包括:主体承载结构、辅助发泡结构和清洗结构;
    其中,辅助发泡结构和清洗结构均安装在主体承载结构上;
    其中,主体承载结构用于提供辅助发泡结构和清洗结构的安装位置,同时对辅助发泡结构和清洗结构进行承载;
    其中,辅助发泡结构用于辅助工作人员将发泡材料输送到发泡剂盛放器皿中,并将发泡完成后的固体聚氨酯材料输送到清洗结构中;
    其中,清洗结构用于对发泡完成后的固体聚氨酯材料进行清洗和烘干。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,其特征在于:所述主体承载结构包括蓄水箱(10),所述蓄水箱(10)上设置有发泡机(11),所述蓄水箱(10)上固定安装有承载箱(12),所述蓄水箱(10)上固定安装有清洁箱(13),所述承载箱(12)和所述清洁箱(13)之间相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,其特征在于:所述辅助发泡结构包括多个安装盒(18),所述安装盒(18)固定安装于所述承载箱(12)的内部,所述安装盒(18)的内部固定安装有正反转电机(19),所述正反转电机(19)的输出轴贯穿所述安装盒(18)的外壁且固定安装有连接杆(103),所述连接杆(103)远离所述安装盒(18)的一端固定安装有发泡承载盒(101),多个所述发泡承载盒(101)之间通过固定杆(102)固定连接,所述承载箱(12)的内部固定安装有多个第一无杆气缸(14),所述第一无杆气缸(14)的滑块处固定安装有第二无杆气缸(15),所述第二无杆气缸(15)的滑块上固定安装有出料喷头(16),所述出料喷头(16)的外部连通有连接软管(17),所述连接软管(17)远离所述出料喷头(16)的一端与所述发泡机(11)的输料管相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,其特征 在于:所述清洗结构包括多个热风机(20),所述热风机(20)固定安装于所述清洁箱(13)的内部,所述蓄水箱(10)的内部安装有水泵(24),所述水泵(24)的出水端贯穿所述蓄水箱(10)的外壁且连通有输水管(201),所述输水管(201)远离所述水泵(24)的一端贯穿所述清洁箱(13)的外壁,所述清洁箱(13)的内部安装有多个U形存水盒(22),所述U形存水盒(22)的外部连通有多个高压喷头(23),所述输水管(201)远离所述水泵(24)的一端与所述U形存水盒(22)相连通,所述清洁箱(13)的内部安装有传动辊(25),所述传动辊(25)的内部安装有多个电动推杆(21),所述电动推杆(21)的活塞杆端部固定安装有半圆顶板(26)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,其特征在于:所述清洁箱(13)的内部粘接有多个橡胶挡板(28)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,其特征在于:所述承载箱(12)的外部铰接有门体(29)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,其特征在于:所述出料喷头(16)位于所述发泡承载盒(101)的上方。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,其特征在于:所述U形存水盒(22)和所述热风机(20)均位于所述传动辊(25)的上方。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,其特征在于:所述蓄水箱(10)的外部开设有多个进水孔(27)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种具有清洗功能的聚氨酯发泡设备,其特征在于:所述蓄水箱(10)的外部连通有出水管(30)。
