Abstract

一种液货船的边舱肋板(1),沿边舱底边开设若干"n"形的门洞(4),门洞(4)的高度为1400-2000mm,宽度为600-1000mm;位于边舱肋板(4)两侧的舱室在载重低于设定值时均作为连通舷侧压载水的压载水舱;位于边舱肋板(4)两侧的舱室在载重高于设定值时均作为空舱。本申请使得液货船成本低、重量轻,方便舷侧压载舱中压载水的流动。

技术领域
本申请涉及一种液货船的边舱肋板,属于船舶技术领域。
背景技术
在一些液货船货舱结构中,舷侧肋板上都有一些通行孔和减轻孔。特别是在边舱(wing tank)区域,在常规的设计中,这里肋板上都是开带有小于等于600mm高度“门槛30”的尺寸为600mm×800mm的腰圆孔10(如图1所示)或者大一些的带圆角的四边形孔20(如图2所示),这样开设通行孔,虽然满足通道需求,但不方便通行,还会增添空船重量,增加施工成本。
边舱(wing tank)区域的肋板上的通行孔常规设计为带有小于等于600mm高度“门槛30”的600mm×800mm的腰圆孔10或者大一些的带圆角的四边形孔20,如图1和图2所示。
这样的形式由于下方有“门槛”,所以前后通行不方便,不仅要在开孔下方加踏步还要在开孔两侧加扶手,增添空船重量和施工成本。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种液货船的边舱肋板,以解决目前的液货船的边舱肋板通行孔由于下方有“门槛”,导致前后通行不方便,以及还要在开孔两侧加扶手进而增添了空船重量和施工成本的技术问题。
本申请实施例采取以下技术方案:

在一些实施例中,所述空舱为载货舱或检修舱。
在一些实施例中,所述边舱肋板位于所述门洞的侧旁不设置扶手。
在一些实施例中,所述门洞的四个角部位具有圆弧角。
在一些实施例中,所述圆弧角的半径≥50mm。
在一些实施例中,所述门洞的两侧不设置踏步装置。
本申请的有益效果包括:
1)

2)不仅满足规范要求的强度标准、通过仿真计算的验证,而且节省施工成本、减轻空船重量、便于施工与实际营运使用;
3)解决目前的液货船的边舱肋板通行孔由于下方有“门槛”,导致前后通行不方便的问题;
4)无需在开孔两侧增加扶手,减轻了空船重量和施工成本。

具体实施方式
为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图对本申请实施例做进一步详细说明。在此,本申请的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本申请,但并不作为对本申请的限定。
考虑通行方便,施工便利、减轻空船重量且降低施工成本,本申请实施例设计了一种没有“门槛”的通行孔,具体如图3-图4所示。

形(类似于中文“冂”字的形状)的门洞4,所述门洞4的高度为1400mm-2000mm,宽度为600mm-1000mm;位于所述边舱肋板1两侧的舱室在载重低于设定值时均作为连通舷侧压载水的压载水舱;位于所述边舱肋板1两侧的舱室在载重高于设定值时均作为空舱。
当该空舱作为压载水舱启用时,压载水可以便于从门洞处进行流动;当该空舱作为载货舱或检修舱时,便于人通过。
此通行孔成“门洞”形式,高度上约为一个成年人的身高,宽度上大于或等于600mm,下方没有门槛,为敞开式的,下方左右的板以圆弧形状收住。此设计下方无门槛,不需要添加常规开孔的踏步和扶手,节约施工成本、减轻空船重量;无门槛的设计也让营运者前后通行非常便利,还可以方便舷侧压载舱中压载水的流动。
如图4所示,开孔(即门洞4)宽度≥600mm,开孔高度≥1400mm;上方的圆弧≥50mm,下方的圆弧半径≥50mm,下方的趾端高度≥15mm。
根据边舱肋板1的仿真计算结果,门洞2这里能够满足屈服应力的要求。
此开孔形式不仅通行方便、施工便利、还可以减轻空船重量从而降低施工成本。此开孔方式可以适用于大多数液货船边舱肋板开孔的设计。
虽然以上描述了本申请的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本申请的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本申请的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本申请的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种液货船的边舱肋板,其特征在于:
    沿所述边舱的底边,开设若干“ㄇ”形的门洞,所述门洞的高度为1400mm-2000mm,宽度为600mm-1000mm;
    位于所述边舱肋板两侧的舱室在载重低于设定值时均作为连通舷侧压载水的压载水舱;
    位于所述边舱肋板两侧的舱室在载重高于设定值时均作为空舱。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的液货船的边舱肋板,其特征在于:所述空舱为载货舱或检修舱。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的液货船的边舱肋板,其特征在于:所述边舱肋板位于所述门洞的侧旁不设置扶手。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的液货船的边舱肋板,其特征在于:所述门洞的四个角部位具有圆弧角。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的液货船的边舱肋板,其特征在于:所述圆弧角的半径≥50mm。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的液货船的边舱肋板,其特征在于:所述门洞的两侧不设置踏步装置。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的液货船的边舱肋板,其特征在于:所述门洞下方趾端高度≥15mm。
