连接机构5包括推板501、顶杆502、插杆503、套筒504、限位滑板505、复位弹簧506、卡板507、转盘508、固定板509、连接板一510、连接板二511、拉环512、板通槽513、卡槽514,固定板509通过轴承一转动套设在套筒504外壁上,固定板509固定安装在箱盖二4外壁上,转盘508固定套设在套筒504外壁上,拉环512固定安装在连接板一510一端,连接板一510固定安装在箱盖一3一端,连接板二511固定安装在箱二4外壁上,通过设置拉环512,使人员可通过拉环512拉动箱盖一3与箱盖二4,通过设置轴承一,使套筒504可实现固定转动,从而保证套筒504的正常使用,推板501固定安装在顶杆502一端,顶杆502贯穿套筒504底端,套筒504套接在插杆503外壁上,插杆503贯穿连接板二511与连接板一510,卡板507固定安装在插杆503另一端,且卡板507卡接在卡槽514中,卡槽514开设在连接板一510顶端,板通槽513开设在连接板一510上,通过设置卡槽514,使卡板507可卡接在卡槽514中,从而对箱盖一3与箱盖二4进行连接固定,限位滑板505固定装在插杆503外壁上,限位滑板505与套筒504内壁开设的限位滑槽滑动连接,顶杆502另一端固定安装在插杆503一端,复位弹簧506一端固定安装在插杆503,复位弹簧506另一端固定安装在套筒504内壁底端,且复位弹 簧506缠绕在顶杆502外壁上,通过推板501、顶杆502、插杆503、套筒504、限位滑板505、复位弹簧506、卡板507、转盘508、固定板509、连接板一510、连接板二511、拉环512、板通槽513、卡槽514的共同作用下,可以方便人员对箱盖一3与箱盖二4进行连接拆卸,且通过可以将箱盖一3与箱盖二4同时打开,可以增加人员在箱体1内的操作空间,从而方便人员对齿轮在箱体1中进行安装,提高人员操作时的舒适度,提高人员的工作效率与操作准确性,实用性强。
该便于安装的齿轮箱体在使用时,推动推板501,推板501带动顶杆502向上移动,顶杆502带动插杆503向上移动,插杆503拉伸复位弹簧506,插杆503带动卡板507向上移动,使卡板507脱离卡槽514,当卡板507完全脱离卡槽514时,转动转盘508,转盘508带动套筒504转动,套筒504通过限位滑板505带动插杆503转动,插杆503带动卡板507转动,使卡板507转动至与板通槽513平行时,松开推板501,插杆503在复位弹簧506的复位作用力下向下移动,插杆503带动卡板507通过板通槽513脱离连接板一510,这时可以将箱盖一3与箱盖二4同时打开,通过该机构方便人员对箱盖一3与箱盖二4进行连接拆卸,且通过可以将箱盖一3与箱盖二4同时打开,可以增加人员在箱体1内的操作空间,从而方便人员对齿轮在箱体1中进行安装,提高人员操作时的舒适度,提高人员的工作效率与操作准确性,实用性强;首先将底板8通过定位销9插接在支撑板607顶端开设的定位销槽中,然后转动转板601,转板601带动螺纹杆602转动,螺纹杆602带动L型卡板603向安装板2顶端开设的安装槽内 侧移动,使L型卡板602卡接在底板8外壁上,对底板8外壁进行挤压,通过设置该机构方便人员对箱体1整体进行固定,提高箱体1在使用时的稳定性,保证箱体1内的齿轮正常运行,且通过设置减震弹簧一604与减震弹簧二608,可以起到降震缓冲的作用,使箱体1在工作中产生的震动降低,稳定性能更好,不易损坏,使用寿命延长。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种便于安装的齿轮箱体,包括箱体(1)、安装板(2)、箱盖一(3)、箱盖二(4),其特征在于:所述箱盖二(4)外壁上设置有连接机构(5),所述安装板(2)上设置有固定机构(6);
    所述连接机构(5)包括推板(501)、顶杆(502)、插杆(503)、套筒(504)、限位滑板(505)、复位弹簧(506)、卡板(507)、转盘(508)、固定板(509)、连接板一(510)、连接板二(511)、拉环(512)、板通槽(513)、卡槽(514),所述推板(501)固定安装在顶杆(502)一端,所述顶杆(502)贯穿套筒(504)底端,所述套筒(504)套接在插杆(503)外壁上,所述限位滑板(505)固定装在插杆(503)外壁上,所述限位滑板(505)与套筒(504)内壁开设的限位滑槽滑动连接,所述顶杆(502)另一端固定安装在插杆(503)一端,所述复位弹簧(506)一端固定安装在插杆(503),所述复位弹簧(506)另一端固定安装在套筒(504)内壁底端,且所述复位弹簧(506)缠绕在顶杆(502)外壁上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的齿轮箱体,其特征在于:所述固定机构(6)包括转板(601)、螺纹杆(602)、L型卡板(603)、减震弹簧一(604)、移动槽(605)、限位杆(606)、支撑板(607)、减震弹簧二(608),所述转板(601)固定安装在螺纹杆(602)一端,所述螺纹杆(602)与安装板(2)一侧开设的通螺纹螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于安装的齿轮箱体,其特征在于:所述螺纹杆(602)另一端通过轴承二与L型卡板(603)一侧转动连接,所述限位杆(606)固定安装在L型卡板(603)一侧,所述 限位杆(606)贯穿移动槽(605)内壁。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于安装的齿轮箱体,其特征在于:所述移动槽(605)开设在安装板(2)顶端开设的安装槽内壁上,所述减震弹簧一(604)固定安装在L型卡板(603)另一侧,所述支撑板(607)固定安装在减震弹簧二(608)顶端,所述减震弹簧二(608)底端固定安装在安装板(2)顶端开设的安装槽内壁底端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的齿轮箱体,其特征在于:所述插杆(503)贯穿连接板二(511)与连接板一(510),所述卡板(507)固定安装在插杆(503)另一端,且所述卡板(507)卡接在卡槽(514)中,所述卡槽(514)开设在连接板一(510)顶端,所述板通槽(513)开设在连接板一(510)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的齿轮箱体,其特征在于:所述固定板(509)通过轴承一转动套设在套筒(504)外壁上,所述固定板(509)固定安装在箱盖二(4)外壁上,所述转盘(508)固定套设在套筒(504)外壁上,所述拉环(512)固定安装在连接板一(510)一端,所述连接板一(510)固定安装在箱盖一(3)一端,所述连接板二(511)固定安装在箱二(4)外壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的齿轮箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底端固定安装有支撑柱(7),所述支撑柱(7)底端固定安装有底板(8),所述底板(8)底端固定安装有定位销(9),所述定位销(9)插接在支撑板(607)顶端开设的定位销槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于安装的齿轮箱体,其特征在 于:所述L型卡板(603)卡接在底板(8)外壁上,且所述减震弹簧一(604)一端与底板(9)一端接触。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的齿轮箱体,其特征在于:所述箱盖一(3)另一端与箱体(1)顶端铰接,所述箱盖二(4)另一端与箱体(1)底端铰接,所述安装板(2)上开设有螺栓孔。
