2、一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体机,通过启动第二电机,可带动包装瓶放置箱旋转,一方面可把包装瓶内部的水分甩出,避免液体在瓶内堆积,另一方面还可对包装瓶进行全方位的烘干,加快了烘干速度,提高了烘干效率,而启动液压杆,罩盖的升降,在下料时,可确保包装瓶顺利落入至包装瓶放置箱中,旋转时,可对包装瓶进行限位,防止从一侧漏出。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体 机技术方案:一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体机,包括箱体1,箱体1的内部分别开设有清洗腔2、烘干腔3和下料腔4,清洗腔2和烘干腔3的内部分别安装有清洗组件5和沥水组件6,箱体1的顶部安装有烘干组件7,烘干腔3的底部一侧开设有与下料腔4相连通的通孔15,烘干腔3的内部且位于通孔15的下方安装有滤板8,滤板8的内部开设有若干个滤孔11,箱体1的两侧分别安装有气缸9和放置板16,气缸9的伸缩端延伸至烘干腔3的内部并连接有推板10,烘干腔3的内部两侧安装有相对称的导向板12,推板10的两侧滑动连接在导向板12的外部,箱体1的底部安装有与烘干腔3相连通的排水管13,下料腔4的内部且位于通孔15的下方安装有皮带输送机14,通过启动气缸9,可带动推板10进行伸缩,从而可将清洗烘干后的包装瓶推至皮带输送机14上,辅助完成下料操作,滤孔11的设置,可便于将甩出的水分从排水管13处排出。
请参阅图4-6,清洗组件5包括U型座51、第一电机52、水泵53和清洗剂储存罐512,清洗剂储存罐512位于放置板16的内部,U型座51的顶部安装有外罩54,外罩54的内部转动连接有清洗转动轮55,清洗转动轮55的外表面设置有若干个等距离且呈圆周状分布的隔板56,每两个隔板56之间均设有一个包装瓶放置腔57,隔板56的顶部和底部分别设置有若干根毛刷58,外罩54的外侧分别安装有与包装瓶放置腔57相连通的进料斗514和出料斗515,水泵53出水端通过出液总管59分别连接有第一出液支管510和第二出液支管511,第一出液支管510和第二出液支管511均与外罩54相连通,外 罩54的最低端分别开设有若干个第一出水孔513,外罩54的底部且位于第一出水孔513的外侧安装有出液管道516,外罩54和清洗转动轮55之间设置有防水轴承517,水泵53的进水端通过三通管分别连接有第一进液支管518和第二进液支管519,第二进液支管519的自由端延伸至清洗剂储存罐512的内部,第一出液支管510、第二出液支管511、第一进液支管518和第二进液支管519的外部分别套接有第一阀门5110、第二阀门5111、第三阀门5112和第四阀门5113,第一电机52的动力驱动端通过皮带轮组5114与清洗转动轮55形成传动结构,第一进液支管518与外部水源相接,通过启动水泵53,对应打开第一阀门5110、第二阀门5111、第三阀门5112或第四阀门5113,可将清水和清洗剂引入至包装瓶放置腔57中,另外,通过第一电机52带动皮带轮组5114旋转,可驱动清洗转动轮55旋转,在毛刷58的配合下,可带动清洗的效果,第一出水孔513的开设,不仅可防止包装瓶出料时,将内部的液体带出,而且还避免了脏水的二次利用。
请参阅图7,沥水组件6包括轴杆61和第二电机62,轴杆61的两端套接有相对称的连接板63,两个连接板63的顶部共同安装有包装瓶放置箱64,包装瓶放置箱64的前侧和后侧分别安装有两个相对称的第一支板65,第一支板65的顶部安装有液压杆66,液压杆66的伸缩端通过第二支板67连接有罩盖68,包装瓶放置箱64和罩盖68的表面均开设有若干个第二出水孔69,轴杆61位于出料斗515的下方,第二电机62的动力驱动端与轴杆61相接,轴杆61与烘干腔 3相接处安装有轴承,通过启动第二电机62,可带动包装瓶放置箱64旋转,一方面可把包装瓶内部的水分甩出,避免液体在瓶内堆积,另一方面还可对包装瓶进行全方位的烘干,加快了烘干速度,提高了烘干效率,而启动液压杆66,可带动罩盖68升降,从而在下料时,可确保包装瓶顺利落入至包装瓶放置箱64中,而在旋转时,可对包装瓶进行限位,防止从一侧漏出。
请参阅图8,烘干组件7包括安装在箱体1上端的风机71和加热箱72,风机71的出风端通过出风总管73连接有若干个出风支管74,且出风支管74的自由端贯穿箱体1的侧壁并延伸至烘干腔3的内部,加热箱72的内部安装有若干根加热管75,风机71的进风端通过进风管76与风机71形成相连通的固定连接结构,加热箱72的表面开设有若干个出风孔77。
本发明的工作原理:在使用时,将包装瓶送入到进料斗514处,则会相应进入到包装瓶放置腔57中,与此同时,相继启动第一电机52和水泵53,当水泵53启动时,打开第一阀门5110和第三阀门5112,可将外部的清水经第一进液支管518、出液总管59以及第一出液支管510送入到相对应的包装瓶放置腔57中,而当第二阀门5111和第四阀门5113打开时,在第二进液支管519的作用下,可将清洗剂储存罐512中的清洗剂引出,并经出液总管59和第二出液支管511送入至相对应的包装瓶放置腔57中,此时,随着第一电机52的转动,在皮带轮组5114的作用下,可带动清洗转动轮55旋转,在毛刷58的作用下,可达到对包装瓶清洗的效果。
而当包装瓶旋转到外罩54的最低端时,脏的清洗剂和水则会经第一出水孔513从出液管道516处排出,当包装瓶旋转至出料斗515处时,已清洗好的包装瓶,则会落入至包装瓶放置箱64中,当包装瓶放置箱64中堆满时,启动液压杆66,其伸缩端可对第二支板67施加一个拉力,从而可将罩盖68盖在包装瓶放置箱64上,然后启动第二电机62,其动力驱动端可带动轴杆61旋转,在连接板63的作用下,可带动包装瓶放置箱64进行360°旋转,从而可把包装瓶中含有的水经第二出水孔69甩出,与此同时,启动风机71和加热管75,在进风管76的作用下,可将加热箱72中的热风引出,并经出风总管73和出风支管74,排入至烘干腔3中,进而提高了烘干速度。当包装瓶烘干后,将包装瓶放置箱64旋转呈向下120°角的状态,然后启动液压杆66,将罩盖68打开,内部的包装瓶则会落入至滤板8上,此时启动气缸9,在推板10和通孔15的作用下,可将包装瓶推落至皮带输送机14上,进而完成下料。

- 一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体机,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的内部分别开设有清洗腔(2)、烘干腔(3)和下料腔(4),所述清洗腔(2)和烘干腔(3)的内部分别安装有清洗组件(5)和沥水组件(6),所述箱体(1)的顶部安装有烘干组件(7);所述清洗组件(5)包括U型座(51)、第一电机(52)、水泵(53)和清洗剂储存罐(512),所述U型座(51)的顶部安装有外罩(54),所述外罩(54)的内部转动连接有清洗转动轮(55),所述清洗转动轮(55)的外表面设置有若干个等距离且呈圆周状分布的隔板(56),每两个所述隔板(56)之间均设有一个包装瓶放置腔(57),所述隔板(56)的顶部和底部分别设置有若干根毛刷(58),所述外罩(54)的外侧分别安装有与包装瓶放置腔(57)相连通的进料斗(514)和出料斗(515);所述沥水组件(6)包括轴杆(61)和第二电机(62),所述轴杆(61)的两端套接有相对称的连接板(63),两个所述连接板(63)的顶部共同安装有包装瓶放置箱(64),所述包装瓶放置箱(64)的前侧和后侧分别安装有两个相对称的第一支板(65),所述第一支板(65)的顶部安装有液压杆(66),所述液压杆(66)的伸缩端通过第二支板(67)连接有罩盖(68),所述包装瓶放置箱(64)和罩盖(68)的表面均开设有若干个第二出水孔(69)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体机,其特征在于,所述烘干组件(7)包括安装在箱体(1)上端的风 机(71)和加热箱(72),所述风机(71)的出风端通过出风总管(73)连接有若干个出风支管(74),且出风支管(74)的自由端贯穿箱体(1)的侧壁并延伸至烘干腔(3)的内部,所述加热箱(72)的内部安装有若干根加热管(75)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体机,其特征在于,所述烘干腔(3)的底部一侧开设有与下料腔(4)相连通的通孔(15),所述烘干腔(3)的内部且位于通孔(15)的下方安装有滤板(8),所述滤板(8)的内部开设有若干个滤孔(11),所述箱体(1)的两侧分别安装有气缸(9)和放置板(16),所述气缸(9)的伸缩端延伸至烘干腔(3)的内部并连接有推板(10)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体机,其特征在于,所述烘干腔(3)的内部两侧安装有相对称的导向板(12),所述推板(10)的两侧滑动连接在导向板(12)的外部,所述清洗剂储存罐(512)位于放置板(16)的内部,所述箱体(1)的底部安装有与烘干腔(3)相连通的排水管(13),所述下料腔(4)的内部且位于通孔(15)的下方安装有皮带输送机(14)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体机,其特征在于,所述水泵(53)出水端通过出液总管(59)分别连接有第一出液支管(510)和第二出液支管(511),所述第一出液支管(510)和第二出液支管(511)均与外罩(54)相连通,所述外罩(54)的最低端分别开设有若干个第一出水孔(513),所述外罩(54)的底部且位于第一出水孔(513)的外侧安装有出液管道(516),所 述外罩(54)和清洗转动轮(55)之间设置有防水轴承(517)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体机,其特征在于,所述水泵(53)的进水端通过三通管分别连接有第一进液支管(518)和第二进液支管(519),所述第二进液支管(519)的自由端延伸至清洗剂储存罐(512)的内部,所述第一出液支管(510)、第二出液支管(511)、第一进液支管(518)和第二进液支管(519)的外部分别套接有第一阀门(5110)、第二阀门(5111)、第三阀门(5112)和第四阀门(5113)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体机,其特征在于,所述第一电机(52)的动力驱动端通过皮带轮组(5114)与清洗转动轮(55)形成传动结构,所述轴杆(61)位于出料斗(515)的下方,所述第二电机(62)的动力驱动端与轴杆(61)相接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种农药生产用包装瓶清洗烘干一体机,其特征在于,所述风机(71)的进风端通过进风管(76)与风机(71)形成相连通的固定连接结构,所述加热箱(72)的表面开设有若干个出风孔(77)。
