Description

一种智能切割机及其自动切换刨槽刀装置 技术领域

背景技术
由于加气混凝土板材的连接使用要求,需要将成品板材的两侧分别设计为凹槽和凸槽,因此在板材还是坯体状态时就需要对其进行刨槽处理。现有的加气混凝土板材存在多种规格,每种规格对应不同的板材厚度,因此在每种规格板材制作过程中刨出的凹槽和凸槽的间距会根据板材规格发生变化,这就需要在制作不同规格加气混凝土板材时,将坯体切割机上的刨槽刀调节为对应的规格。
但是,目前国内大多数加气混凝土板材线成品生产厂家的切割机上只能装有一种规格刨槽刀,每次需要制作不同规格板材时,需要人工更换刨槽刀,刨槽刀安装精度要求较高,人工更换、调节需要花费较长时间,导致生产效率低下。

上述两种方案均是针对混凝土坯体或砌块的切割刨槽设备,但是,从二者的图中可以明显看出,二者的刨槽装置上只装有一组刨槽刀,如果需要加工不同规格的板材,存在需要人工更换刨槽刀,花费时间较长,导致生产效率低下。
发明内容

针对现有的混凝土坯体的切割刨槽设备加工不同规格的板材时,更换刨槽刀花费时间较长而导致生产效率低下的问题,本实用新型提供一种自动切换刨槽刀装置,能够自动切换刨槽刀组,从而适用于多种不同规格的板材,提高生产效率。

如图1和图3所示,刨槽刀组件包括刨槽刀5、长条板8、压板11和连接板12。其中,连接板12的一侧固定连接转轴2,另一侧固定连接长条板8。长条板8上沿其宽度方向开设有限位槽9,限位槽9的数量具有多个,沿长条板8的长度方向间隔排列。刨槽刀5上具有插入限位槽9的支板10,压板11通过螺栓固定安装在长条板8上,将支板10压紧固定在限位槽9中。通过设置长条板8和连接板12,使得当装置上的刨槽刀组无法加工需要的板材时, 能够通过拆卸长条板8快速更换整组刨槽刀5,降低更换时间。通过调整刨槽刀5在限位槽9中的深度能够调整刨槽刀5伸出长条板8的距离,从而调整对坯体的开槽深度,使用更加方便,而采用压板11对刨槽刀5进行固定则使得对刨槽刀5的位置调节方便快捷,拆装方便。
另外,本实施例还在连接板12上开设有腰型孔,其通过穿过腰型孔的螺栓固定安装在转轴2上,通过调整螺栓相对于腰型孔的位置即可微调长条板8在转轴2上的整体位置,提高刨槽刀组件的安装精度和加工精度。
综上所述,本实施例的一种自动切换刨槽刀装置,能够自动切换刨槽刀组,从而适用于多种不同规格的板材,提高生产效率。
实施例2
如图4所示,一种智能切割机,主要用于混凝土坯体的刨槽工作,包括机架13、刨槽刀装置和顶推装置。其中,刨槽刀装置具有多对,对称安装在机架13的两侧,通过运输小车将待加工坯体送至两侧刨槽刀装置之间,对坯体的两侧进行刨槽工作。本实施例中,刨槽刀装置采用实施例1中的一种自动切换刨槽刀装置。
具体的,如图1和图4所示,顶推装置包括顶推件14、导向板15和导向杆16。其中,导向板15具有两个,固定安装在机架13的横梁的前后端,导向板15和横梁上沿机架13的宽度方向开设有贯穿的导向孔,导向杆16穿过导向孔且其中一端固定连接支座1。顶推件14固定安装在机架13上,其伸缩端连接支座1,顶推件14可以采用电动推杆或气缸。本实施例中,顶推件14采用气缸,其固定安装在相对于刨槽刀装置另一端的导向板15上,导向板15和横梁上沿机架13的宽度方向开设有贯穿的通孔,顶推件14的伸缩活塞杆穿过通孔连接支座1。设备工作时,通过控制顶推件14工作即可使刨槽刀组整体伸出或回缩,当需要对坯体进行刨槽时伸出刨槽刀组,当不需要刨槽时则回缩刨槽刀组,使切割机的使用更加灵活。进一步地,通过采用导向板15和导向杆16,能够保证刨槽刀组的移动方向精确,防止伸缩时出现卡阻情况。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动切换刨槽刀装置,包括支座(1)、转轴(2)和转动驱动件(3),所述转动驱动件(3)安装在支座(1)上,用于驱动转轴(2)转动,其特征在于:还包括锁紧机构;所述转轴(2)上沿其周向装有多组刨槽刀(5);所述锁紧机构安装在支座(1)上,用于固定转轴(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动切换刨槽刀装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧机构包括定位盘(4)、伸缩机构(6)和插销(7);所述定位盘(4)固定套接在转轴(2)上,其上端面开设有与插销(7)相匹配的插孔;所述伸缩机构(6)安装在支座(1)上,其伸缩部件向下延伸并固定连接插销(7)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动切换刨槽刀装置,其特征在于:还包括长条板(8);所述长条板(8)具有多个,沿转轴(2)的周向固定安装在其侧壁上;一组所述刨槽刀(5)沿高度方向间隔排列在一个长条板(8)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动切换刨槽刀装置,其特征在于:所述长条板(8)上沿其宽度方向开设有限位槽(9);所述刨槽刀(5)上具有插入限位槽(9)的支板(10),其可拆卸固定安装在限位槽(9)中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自动切换刨槽刀装置,其特征在于:还包括压板(11);所述压板(11)通过螺栓固定安装在长条板(8)上,将支板(10)压紧固定在限位槽(9)中。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任意一项所述的一种自动切换刨槽刀装置,其特征在于:还包括连接板(12);所述连接板(12)的一侧固定连接转轴(2),另一侧固定连接长条板(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种自动切换刨槽刀装置,其特征在于:所述连接板(12)上开设有腰型孔,其通过穿过腰型孔的螺栓固定安装在转轴(2)上。
  8. 一种智能切割机,包括机架(13)和刨槽刀装置,所述刨槽刀装置具有多对,对称安装在机架(13)的两侧,其特征在于:所述刨槽刀装置为权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的一种自动切换刨槽刀装置,所述支座(1)固定连接机架(13)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种智能切割机,其特征在于:还包括顶推装置,所述顶推装置包括顶推件(14);所述顶推件(14)固定安装在机架(13)上,其伸缩端连接支座(1)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种智能切割机,其特征在于:所述顶推装置还包括导向板(15)和导向杆(16);所述导向板(15)固定安装在机架(13)上,其上开设有供导向杆(16)穿过的导向孔,所述导向杆(16)的其中一端固定连接支座(1)。
