如图1及图2所示,该支撑结构10包括有一支撑面板11,该支撑面板11设有多个支承单元111,多个该支承单元111呈片状且沿着该本发明的具有控制功能的枕头100的长度方向而间隔地排列,各该支承单元111能独立地受压和独立地回弹复位,使多个该支承单元111能产生不同的形变。在本发明的第一优选实施例中,各该支承单元111呈长板状而具有一延伸方向,各该支承单元111的延伸方向与本发明的具有控制功能的枕头100的长度方向相垂直,各该支承单元111延伸至本发明的具有控制功能的枕头100的两侧边103、104,多个该支承单元111间隔且相平行地排列;应用上,各该支承单元111亦能呈环状,而多个该支承单元111同心地间隔设置;只要各该支承单元111能独立地受压和独立地回弹复位,让多个该支承单元111能产生不同程度或不同形式的形变,本发明对于多个该支承单元111的排列型式和各该支承单元111的型态不作特定限制。如图2及图3所示,各该支承单元111具有一宽度,多个该支承单元111的宽度由本发明的具有控制功能的枕头100的两端101、102朝向中间部位而逐渐减小。举例来说,在图3中,靠近本发明具有控制功能的枕头100第一端101的一该支承单元111的宽度D2为18mm,而靠近本发明的具有控制功能的枕头100中间部位的一该支承单元111的宽度D1为10mm。
在本发明中,该支撑结构10是以热塑性树脂为基材的复合材料制作而成;应用上,该支撑结构10亦能使用金属、塑料或者木材来制作。同上所述,只要各该支承单元111 能独立地受压、回弹复位,让多个该支承单元111能产生不同程度、不同形式的形变,本发明对于该支撑结构10的材料不作特定限制。
如图1及图4所示,该软质层20具有弹性且设于该支撑结构10,该软质层20是供人体的头部枕靠,或者是用于和床接触、提供本发明支撑。该软质层20能够以发泡材料、橡胶、乳胶或具有弹性的类似材质制成;在本发明的第一优选实施例中,该软质层20完整地包覆该支撑结构10;应用上,亦能只将该软质层20披附于该支撑结构10,也就是用户头部会枕靠的部分。此外,本发明亦能在该软质层20套置一枕头套(图未示)。
如图1至图3所示,各该软性传感器30是以软性的印刷电路板制成,各该软性传感器30能为压力传感器或者是弯曲传感器,且各该软性传感器30设于相对应的一所述支承单元111。各该软性传感器30能将相对应的一所述支承单元111的形变转换成电子信号,借由程序或者放大器将电子信号放大后,再将电子信号输出。
如图1至图3所示,在本发明的第一优选实施例中,其中的一个该软性传感器30设于该支撑面板11中间处的一该支承单元111,另一个该软性传感器30设于所述具有控制功能的枕头100的第一端101数来的第七所述支承单元111,剩下的一个该软性传感器30设于所述具有控制功能的枕头100的第二端102数来的第七所述支承单元111。三个该软性传感器30能取得使用者头部枕靠于本发明时的信息,各该软性传感器30能测量使用者头部施加于相对应的一所述支承单元111的受力值、受力时间值,以及受力次数。
如图2至图4所示,在本发明的第一优选实施例中,各该软性传感器30为一压力传感器,三个该软性传感器30分别设于相对应的三个该支承单元111的上表面;当使用者的头部压抵该软质层20时,能将压力传递给各该软性传感器30,再由各该软性传感器30取得与相对应的一该支承单元111的受力值、受力时间值,以及受力次数。
如图9所示的本发明第二优选实施例中,各该软性传感器30为一弯曲传感器,三个该软性传感器30分别设于相对应的三个该支承单元111的下表面;当使用者的头部压抵该软质层20时,能将压力传递给各该支承单元111,当各该支承单元111受到压力而产生形变时,同样地再由各该软性传感器30取得与相对应的一个该支承单元111的受力值、受力时间值,以及受力次数。
该控制单元40包括有处理器、内存或通讯装置等,由于该控制单元40已为现有技术,本发明在此就不再多作赘述。如图5所示,该控制单元40与三个该软性传感器30电连接,而能接收各该软性传感器30所取得的受力值、受力时间值,以及受力次数。
如图5所示,该控制单元40能通过无线或有线的型式与一受控装置50链接,借此来控制该受控装置50的运作。该受控装置50除了能为随身播放器、扬声器或投影机等播放装置60之外,该受控装置50还能为一移动装置,通过该移动装置的行动应用程序(mobile application)来控制扬声器或投影机。
如图6所示,本发明的具有控制功能的枕头的控制方法包括有参数设定步骤S1、测量数值步骤S2、判断测量数值步骤S3及控制步骤S4。
参数设定步骤S1:首先,是于该控制单元40设置至少一受力时间范围、至少一受力值范围及一受力次数值;受力时间范围、受力值范围及受力次数值能够对应如启动、音量调整、快转、慢放或重复播放等不同的功能来设置,不同的功能能够对应不同的受力时间范围、受力值范围及受力次数值;应用上,也能够以相同的受力时间范围、受力值范围及受力次数值来对应不同功能。对于不同年龄层的族群而言,由于年长者、成年人或者是幼童进入睡的时间长短不同,头部的重量也不同,因此,受力时间范围和受力值范围也能因应不同年龄层的族群来调整。
测量数值步骤S2:各该软性传感器30测量一受力时间值、一受力值及一受力次数,且各该软性传感器30将该受力时间值、该受力值及该受力次数传递至该控制单元40。
判断测量数值步骤S3:该控制单元40判断各该软性传感器30测得的受力时间值是否落入其中的一所述受力时间范围、判断各该软性传感器30测得的受力值是否落入其中的一所述受力值范围,以及判断各该软性传感器30测得的受力次数是否符合其中的一所述受力次数值。
控制步骤S4:当该控制单元40判断各该软性传感器30测得的受力时间值落入其中的一所述受力时间范围、判断各该软性传感器30测得的受力值落入其中的一所述受力值范围,以及判断各该软性传感器30测得的受力次数符合其中的一所述受力次数值,该控制单元40发送一控制信号给一受控装置50。该受控装置50除了能为扬声器或投影机,亦能为手机、平板计算机等移动装置,通过移动装置所安装的行动应用程序来控制扬声器或投影机等播放装置,借此来播放存储于移动装置的音频或视频。
如图7及图8所示,当使用者的头部H枕靠于本发明的具有控制功能的枕头100,用户能够将头部H抬起再落下的方式来对三该软性传感器30施力,使用者也能将头部H于本发明上翻转来对三该软性传感器30施力,并借由上述的控制方法来控制扬声器或投影机。
本发明的具有控制功能的枕头100,于该支撑面板11的支承单元111设置所述软性传感器30,各该软性传感器30能测量施加于相对应的一所述支承单元111的受力值、受力时间值,以及受力次数,并将前述数据传递至该控制单元40,该控制单元40判断所述数据后,再根据判断结果发送控制信号给该受控装置50。该控制单元40也能根据判断结果发送控制信号给移动装置、通过移动装置所安装的行动应用程序来控制播放装置。与设置按键、线控或声控的现有枕头,本发明不仅在操作上较为方便、在结构设计上较为简洁,还能避免发出声响吵到旁人的问题。
再者,本发明的具有控制功能的枕头的控制方法,能应用各该软性传感器30所测得施加于相对应的一所述支承单元111的受力值、受力时间值,以及受力次数,并借由排列组合受力值、受力时间值,以及受力次数来控制不同的功能,使得本发明能适用于不同电器产品的控制。
如图10所示,本发明的第三优选实施例包括有两个该扬声器70,各该扬声器70能为一静电扬声器且具有陶瓷制成的振膜。其中的一个该扬声器70设于所述具有控制功能的枕头100的第一端101数来的第八所述支承单元111,另一个该扬声器70设于所述具有控制功能的枕头100的第二端102数来的第八所述支承单元111(亦即靠近使用者双耳的两所述支承单元111),两所述支承单元111分别设有一缺口111N露出所装设的一个该扬声器70。
在第三优选实施例中,三个该软性传感器30对应三种不同的功能;其中,位于该支撑面板11中间处的一个该支承单元111对应两个该扬声器70的启动功能,另外的两个该软性传感器30分别对应两个该扬声器70的音量调整。请配合参看图7,使用者将头部H抬起再落下两次、对位于该支撑面板11中间处的一个该支承单元111施力两次,即能够通过该受控装置50来启动两个该扬声器70。请配合参看图8,使用者将头部H于本发明上翻转来对靠近所述具有控制功能的枕头100的第二端102施力两次,即能够调高两个该扬声器70的音量;另一方面,使用者将头部H于本发明上翻转来对靠近所述具有控制功能的枕头100的第一端101施力两次,即能够调低两个该扬声器70的音量。
本发明的第三优选实施例对应启动、调高音量及调低音量三种功能而设置三个该软性传感器30,应用上本发明亦能因应功能的增加来增加所述软性传感器30的数目,本发明对于所述软性传感器30的数目不作特定限制。
如图11所示,本发明还能搭配一投影机80来使用,当使用者躺在床上且将头部H枕靠在本发明的具有控制功能的枕头100,即能以头部H操作本发明、通过手机来控制该投影机80,该投影机80将影像投影在天花板,使用者还能以头部H操作本发明来实现快转、慢放等功能。
最后,本发明亦能运用在床垫、坐垫、背靠垫等多种产品,又或者搭配各该种不同种类的电器产品来使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有控制功能的枕头,其特征在于,所述控制功能的枕头包括:
    一支撑结构,其包括有一支撑面板,所述支撑面板设有间隔排列的多个支承单元,各所述支承单元呈片状且能独立地受压和独立地回弹复位而能产生不同的形变;
    一软质层,其具有弹性且设于所述支撑结构;
    多个软性传感器,各所述软性传感器设于相对应的一所述支承单元;以及
    一控制单元,其与多个所述软性传感器电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有控制功能的枕头,其特征在于,各所述支承单元呈长板状,多个所述支承单元相平行地间隔排列。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有控制功能的枕头,其特征在于,所述支撑结构是以热塑性树脂为基材的复合材料制作而成。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的具有控制功能的枕头,其特征在于,所述具有控制功能的枕头包括有位置相对的一第一端及一第二端;多个所述软性传感器为三个软性传感器,其中的一所述软性传感器设于所述支撑面板中间处的一所述支承单元,另一所述软性传感器设于所述具有控制功能的枕头的第一端数来的第七所述支承单元,剩下的一所述软性传感器设于所述具有控制功能的枕头的第二端数来的第七所述支承单元。
  5. 如权利要求1或4所述的具有控制功能的枕头,其特征在于,所述具有控制功能的枕头包括有两扬声器,其中的一所述扬声器设于所述具有控制功能的枕头的第一端数来的第八所述支承单元,另一所述扬声器设于所述具有控制功能的枕头的第二端数来的第八所述支承单元。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的具有控制功能的枕头,其特征在于,装设有所述扬声器的各所述支承单元设有一缺口露出所装设的一所述扬声器。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有控制功能的枕头,其特征在于,多个所述的支承单元的宽度由所述具有控制功能的枕头的第一端、第二端朝向中间部位而逐渐减小。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的具有控制功能的枕头,其特征在于,各所述软性传感器为一压力传感器,各所述软性传感器设于相对应的一所述支承单元的上表面。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的具有控制功能的枕头,其特征在于,各所述软性传感器为一弯曲传感器,各所述软性传感器设于相对应的一所述支承单元的下表面。
  10. 一种具有控制功能的枕头的控制方法,其特征在于,用于具有控制功能的枕头,所述具有控制功能的枕头包括有一支撑结构,其包括有一支撑面板,所述支撑面板设有 间隔排列的多个支承单元,各所述支承单元呈片状且能独立地受压和独立地回弹复位而能产生不同的形变;一软质层,其具有弹性且设于所述支撑结构;多个软性传感器,各所述软性传感器设于相对应的一所述支承单元;以及一控制单元,其与多个所述软性传感器电连接,所述具有控制功能的枕头的控制方法特征在于,所述具有控制功能的枕头的控制方法包括:
    一参数设定步骤,是于所述控制单元设置至少一受力时间范围、至少一受力值范围及一受力次数值;
    一测量数值步骤,各所述软性传感器测量一受力时间值、一受力值及一受力次数,且各所述软性传感器将所述受力时间值、所述受力值及所述受力次数传递至所述控制单元;
    一判断测量数值步骤,所述控制单元判断各所述软性传感器测得的受力时间值是否落入其中的一所述受力时间范围、判断各所述软性传感器测得的受力值是否落入其中的一所述受力值范围,以及判断各所述软性传感器测得的受力次数是否符合其中的一所述受力次数值;以及
    一控制步骤,当所述控制单元判断各所述软性传感器测得的受力时间值落入其中的一所述受力时间范围、判断各所述软性传感器测得的受力值落入其中的一所述受力值范围,以及判断各所述软性传感器测得的受力次数符合其中的一所述受力次数值,所述控制单元发送一控制信号给一受控装置。
