优选地,所述烘干组件包括设置在过滤箱一侧的输送带,所述输送带的底部设置有多个暖风扇,用于烘干茶籽,并且可以将残留的果壳吹出。
优选地,所述第二转轴的外壁固定套设有第二同步轮,所述第一转轴的外壁固定套设有第一同步轮,所述第一同步轮和两个第二同步轮的外壁传动套设有同一条同步带,可以充分利用伺服电机的动力。
优选地,所述第一转轴的外壁固定套设有与滑动杆配合使用的凸板,所述清洗箱的两侧内壁均固定连接有矩形板,所述清洗箱的两侧内壁滑动连接有同一个挤压板,所述挤压板的顶部和矩形板的底部之间固定连接有多个第二拉簧,所述挤压板的底部设置有多个摩擦球,用于挤压油茶果,便于果壳和茶籽分离。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、将需要脱壳的油茶果从两个挡板之间倒入清洗箱内,启动伺服电机,伺服电机的输出轴带动第二转轴转动,第二转轴带动转动辊和第二同步轮转动,转动辊带动传送带转动,油茶果被传送带向前传送,第二同步轮带动同步带转动,同步带带动第一同步轮转动,第一同步轮带动第一转轴转动,第一转轴带动凸板转动,凸板推动挤压板竖直向下移动,挤压板拉伸第二拉簧并带动摩擦球竖直向下移动;
2、摩擦球挤压油茶果,将茶籽和果壳分离,果壳较轻会浮在水面上,茶籽较重,由于清洗箱的底部内壁是倾斜设置的,茶籽会堆积在清洗箱的底部内壁,凸板在转动的过程中推动滑动杆横向移动,滑动杆带动三角板横向移动,三角板带动两个斜板相互远离,斜板带动两个固定板和两个齿条相互远离,两个固定板拉伸第一拉簧,齿条带动第一齿轮转动,第一齿轮带动第二齿轮转动,第二齿轮带动转杆转动,转杆带动第二滤网和弧形板转动,进而可以将水面上的果壳向外拨出,弧形板的设置,使得第二滤网在反转的时候,不会将果壳推至第二滤网的下方,导致果壳难以清理;
3、三角板在横向移动的同时会带动连接杆横向移动,连接杆带 动出料板横向移动,出料板可以打开排料口,茶籽从排料口的内部掉落至第一滤网上,多余的水通过第一滤网掉落至过滤箱的内部,经第三滤网过滤后,启动水泵,水泵通过进水管将过滤箱内部过滤之后的水传输至出水管内,出水管将水排至清洗箱内,避免清洗箱水位下降,无法处理果壳;
4、茶籽通过出料口排出至输送带上,暖风扇吹出的热风可以将茶籽烘干,同时可以吹走残留的果壳,当凸板不再与滑动杆接触时,两个固定板在第一拉簧的拉力作用下恢复至初始位置,同时斜板与滑动杆也恢复至初始位置,第二滤网反转至初始位置,出料板关闭,不再出料,便于连续使用。
本发明中,通过利用伺服电机的动力,可以实现挤压油茶果,使得茶籽和果壳分离的功能,同时可以带动出料板横向一旦,实现定时出料的功能,带动第二滤网转动,及时排出果壳,成本较低,分离效率高,水还可以循环利用,烘干组件还能对茶籽再次筛选,使用方便。

实施例一
参照图1-7,一种茶油加工用果壳分离装置,包括固定在地面上的清洗箱1和过滤箱6,清洗箱1的底部开设有排料口35,过滤箱6位于排料口35的正下方,清洗箱1的一侧内壁转动连接有对称设置的两个第二转轴30,第二转轴30的外壁固定套设有转动辊38,两个转动辊38的外壁传动套设有同一条传送带18,清洗箱1的内壁固定连接有对称设置的两个挡板17,两个挡板17位于传送带18的上方, 清洗箱1的一侧固定连接有伺服电机2,伺服电机2的输出轴贯穿清洗箱1并与其中一个第二转轴30的一端固定连接,两个第二转轴30远离伺服电机2的一端均贯穿清洗箱1,清洗箱1的一侧内壁转动连接有第一转轴20,第一转轴20远离伺服电机2的一端贯穿清洗箱1,第一转轴20与两个第二转轴30传动连接,清洗箱1的一侧内壁转动连接有对称设置的两个转杆14,转杆14的外壁设置有用于排出果壳的排出组件,清洗箱1的一侧滑动连接有对称设置的两个齿条22,清洗箱1的一侧设置有用于驱动转杆14转动的驱动组件,清洗箱1的一侧滑动贯穿有滑动杆21,滑动杆21的一端固定连接有用于推动两个齿条22相互远离的推动组件,过滤箱6的内部设置有用于过滤水的过滤组件,过滤箱6的一侧设置有用于烘干茶籽的烘干组件,清洗箱1的一侧固定连接有水泵4,水泵4的进水口固定连通有进水管5,进水管5的另一端与过滤箱6的一侧相连通,水泵4的出水口固定连通有出水管3,出水管3的另一端与清洗箱1的一侧相连通,清洗箱1的底部内壁为倾斜设置。

参照图1-7,一种茶油加工用果壳分离装置,包括固定在地面上的清洗箱1和过滤箱6,清洗箱1的底部开设有排料口35,过滤箱6位于排料口35的正下方,清洗箱1的一侧内壁转动连接有对称设置的两个第二转轴30,第二转轴30的外壁固定套设有转动辊38,两个转动辊38的外壁传动套设有同一条传送带18,清洗箱1的内壁固定连接有对称设置的两个挡板17,两个挡板17位于传送带18的上方, 清洗箱1的一侧固定连接有伺服电机2,伺服电机2的输出轴贯穿清洗箱1并与其中一个第二转轴30的一端固定连接,两个第二转轴30远离伺服电机2的一端均贯穿清洗箱1,清洗箱1的一侧内壁转动连接有第一转轴20,第一转轴20远离伺服电机2的一端贯穿清洗箱1,第一转轴20与两个第二转轴30传动连接,清洗箱1的一侧内壁转动连接有对称设置的两个转杆14,转杆14的外壁设置有用于排出果壳的排出组件,排出组件包括固定套设在转杆14外壁的第二滤网13第二滤网13的底部一侧固定连接有弧形板39,用于排出果壳,避免果壳和茶籽混合,清洗箱1的一侧滑动连接有对称设置的两个齿条22,清洗箱1的一侧设置有用于驱动转杆14转动的驱动组件,驱动组件包括转动连接在清洗箱1一侧对称设置的两个与对应齿条22相啮合的第一齿轮11,转杆14的一端贯穿清洗箱1并固定套设有与第一齿轮11相啮合的第二齿轮12,用于驱动转杆14转动,清洗箱1的一侧滑动贯穿有滑动杆21,滑动杆21的一端固定连接有用于推动两个齿条22相互远离的推动组件,推动组件包括固定连接在滑动杆21一端的三角板27,两个齿条22相互靠近的一端均固定连接有斜板26,斜板26与三角板27配合使用,斜板26的顶部固定连接有固定板10,两个固定板10之间固定连接有同一个第一拉簧9,三角板27的底部固定连接有连接杆25,连接杆25的底部固定连接有出料板24,出料板24与排料口35配合使用,用于推动齿条22横向移动,并且可以带动出料板24横向移动,过滤箱6的内部设置有用于过滤水的过滤组件,过滤组件包括固定连接在过滤箱6内部的侧板34,侧板34的 一侧固定连接有第一滤网8,过滤箱6的一侧开设有出料口23,第一滤网8的一端延伸至出料口23的外部,侧板34的底部和过滤箱6的底部内壁之间固定连接有同一个第三滤网33,用于过滤水中杂质,并且可以重复使用,节约水资源,过滤箱6的一侧设置有用于烘干茶籽的烘干组件,烘干组件包括设置在过滤箱6一侧的输送带7,输送带7的底部设置有多个暖风扇32,用于烘干茶籽,并且可以将残留的果壳吹出,清洗箱1的一侧固定连接有水泵4,水泵4的进水口固定连通有进水管5,进水管5的另一端与过滤箱6的一侧相连通,水泵4的出水口固定连通有出水管3,出水管3的另一端与清洗箱1的一侧相连通,清洗箱1的底部内壁为倾斜设置,第二转轴30的外壁固定套设有第二同步轮31,第一转轴20的外壁固定套设有第一同步轮28,第一同步轮28和两个第二同步轮31的外壁传动套设有同一条同步带29,可以充分利用伺服电机2的动力,第一转轴20的外壁固定套设有与滑动杆21配合使用的凸板19,清洗箱1的两侧内壁均固定连接有矩形板16,清洗箱1的两侧内壁滑动连接有同一个挤压板36,挤压板36的顶部和矩形板16的底部之间固定连接有多个第二拉簧15,挤压板36的底部设置有多个摩擦球37,用于挤压油茶果,便于果壳和茶籽分离。
工作原理:在使用时,将需要脱壳的油茶果从两个挡板17之间倒入清洗箱1内,启动伺服电机2,伺服电机2的输出轴带动第二转轴30转动,第二转轴30带动转动辊38和第二同步轮31转动,转动辊38带动传送带18转动,油茶果被传送带18向前传送,第二同步 轮31带动同步带29转动,同步带29带动第一同步轮28转动,第一同步轮28带动第一转轴20转动,第一转轴20带动凸板19转动,凸板19推动挤压板36竖直向下移动,挤压板36拉伸第二拉簧15并带动摩擦球37竖直向下移动,摩擦球37挤压油茶果,将茶籽和果壳分离,果壳较轻会浮在水面上,茶籽较重,由于清洗箱1的底部内壁是倾斜设置的,茶籽会堆积在清洗箱1的底部内壁,凸板19在转动的过程中推动滑动杆21横向移动,滑动杆21带动三角板27横向移动,三角板27带动两个斜板26相互远离,斜板26带动两个固定板10和两个齿条22相互远离,两个固定板10拉伸第一拉簧9,齿条22带动第一齿轮11转动,第一齿轮11带动第二齿轮12转动,第二齿轮12带动转杆14转动,转杆14带动第二滤网13和弧形板39转动,进而可以将水面上的果壳向外拨出,弧形板39的设置,使得第二滤网13在反转的时候,不会将果壳推至第二滤网13的下方,导致果壳难以清理,三角板27在横向移动的同时会带动连接杆25横向移动,连接杆25带动出料板24横向移动,出料板24可以打开排料口35,茶籽从排料口35的内部掉落至第一滤网8上,多余的水通过第一滤网8掉落至过滤箱6的内部,经第三滤网33过滤后,启动水泵4,水泵4通过进水管5将过滤箱6内部过滤之后的水传输至出水管3内,出水管3将水排至清洗箱1内,避免清洗箱1水位下降,无法处理果壳,茶籽通过出料口23排出至输送带7上,暖风扇32吹出的热风可以将茶籽烘干,同时可以吹走残留的果壳,当凸板19不再与滑动杆21接触时,两个固定板10在第一拉簧9的拉力作用下恢复至初始位 置,同时斜板26与滑动杆21也恢复至初始位置,第二滤网13反转至初始位置,出料板24关闭,不再出料,便于连续使用。
然而,如本领域技术人员所熟知的,伺服电机2和水泵4的工作原理和接线方法是司空见惯的,其均属于常规手段或者公知常识,在此就不再赘述,本领域技术人员可以根据其需要或者便利进行任意的选配。

  1. 一种茶油加工用果壳分离装置,包括固定在地面上的清洗箱(1)和过滤箱(6),其特征在于,所述清洗箱(1)的底部开设有排料口(35),所述过滤箱(6)位于排料口(35)的正下方,所述清洗箱(1)的一侧内壁转动连接有对称设置的两个第二转轴(30),所述第二转轴(30)的外壁固定套设有转动辊(38),两个所述转动辊(38)的外壁传动套设有同一条传送带(18),所述清洗箱(1)的内壁固定连接有对称设置的两个挡板(17),两个所述挡板(17)位于传送带(18)的上方,所述清洗箱(1)的一侧固定连接有伺服电机(2),所述伺服电机(2)的输出轴贯穿清洗箱(1)并与其中一个第二转轴(30)的一端固定连接,两个所述第二转轴(30)远离伺服电机(2)的一端均贯穿清洗箱(1),所述清洗箱(1)的一侧内壁转动连接有第一转轴(20),所述第一转轴(20)远离伺服电机(2)的一端贯穿清洗箱(1),所述第一转轴(20)与两个第二转轴(30)传动连接,所述清洗箱(1)的一侧内壁转动连接有对称设置的两个转杆(14),所述转杆(14)的外壁设置有用于排出果壳的排出组件,所述清洗箱(1)的一侧滑动连接有对称设置的两个齿条(22),所述清洗箱(1)的一侧设置有用于驱动转杆(14)转动的驱动组件,所述清洗箱(1)的一侧滑动贯穿有滑动杆(21),所述滑动杆(21)的一端固定连接有用于推动两个齿条(22)相互远离的推动组件,所述过滤箱(6)的内部设置有用于过滤水的过滤组件,所述过滤箱(6)的一侧设置有用于烘干茶籽的烘干组件,所述清洗箱(1)的一侧固定连接有水泵(4),所述水泵(4)的进水口固定连通有进水管(5),所述进水 管(5)的另一端与过滤箱(6)的一侧相连通,所述水泵(4)的出水口固定连通有出水管(3),所述出水管(3)的另一端与清洗箱(1)的一侧相连通,所述清洗箱(1)的底部内壁为倾斜设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用果壳分离装置,其特征在于,所述排出组件包括固定套设在转杆(14)外壁的第二滤网(13),所述第二滤网(13)的底部一侧固定连接有弧形板(39)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用果壳分离装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括转动连接在清洗箱(1)一侧对称设置的两个与对应齿条(22)相啮合的第一齿轮(11),所述转杆(14)的一端贯穿清洗箱(1)并固定套设有与第一齿轮(11)相啮合的第二齿轮(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用果壳分离装置,其特征在于,所述推动组件包括固定连接在滑动杆(21)一端的三角板(27),两个所述齿条(22)相互靠近的一端均固定连接有斜板(26),所述斜板(26)与三角板(27)配合使用,所述斜板(26)的顶部固定连接有固定板(10),两个所述固定板(10)之间固定连接有同一个第一拉簧(9),所述三角板(27)的底部固定连接有连接杆(25),所述连接杆(25)的底部固定连接有出料板(24),所述出料板(24)与排料口(35)配合使用。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用果壳分离装置,其特征在于,所述过滤组件包括固定连接在过滤箱(6)内部的侧板(34),所述侧板(34)的一侧固定连接有第一滤网(8),所述过滤箱(6) 的一侧开设有出料口(23),所述第一滤网(8)的一端延伸至出料口(23)的外部,所述侧板(34)的底部和过滤箱(6)的底部内壁之间固定连接有同一个第三滤网(33)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用果壳分离装置,其特征在于,所述烘干组件包括设置在过滤箱(6)一侧的输送带(7),所述输送带(7)的底部设置有多个暖风扇(32)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用果壳分离装置,其特征在于,所述第二转轴(30)的外壁固定套设有第二同步轮(31),所述第一转轴(20)的外壁固定套设有第一同步轮(28),所述第一同步轮(28)和两个第二同步轮(31)的外壁传动套设有同一条同步带(29)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种茶油加工用果壳分离装置,其特征在于,所述第一转轴(20)的外壁固定套设有与滑动杆(21)配合使用的凸板(19),所述清洗箱(1)的两侧内壁均固定连接有矩形板(16),所述清洗箱(1)的两侧内壁滑动连接有同一个挤压板(36),所述挤压板(36)的顶部和矩形板(16)的底部之间固定连接有多个第二拉簧(15),所述挤压板(36)的底部设置有多个摩擦球(37)。
