实施例:如图1-4所示,一种靠背,包括靠背基体1、背靠部2,靠背基体1用于固定连接到椅座上,靠背基体1的底部设置有椅座连接部11,通过椅座连接部11连接到椅座上,背靠部2为人体背部提供支撑力,背靠部2位于靠背基体1的前侧并通过铰接轴4和所述靠背基体1相铰接,较佳地,背靠部2的上部两侧通过铰接轴4与靠背基体1相铰接,靠背基体1可以但不限位框结构,背靠部2的底部位于椅座连接部11的上方,并在竖向方向上尽量靠近于椅座连接部11,所述背靠部2以所述铰接轴4为转动中心向前翻转而调大背部支撑角度{参见背景技术中所述,靠背对人体背部的支撑力与水平面的夹角称之为背部支撑角度,参见图8所示},与现有技术相比,该靠背改变了与椅座的连接方式以及本身的结构,依靠靠背本身的背靠部2向前翻转而调大背部支撑角度,能够使翻转后的背靠部2处在椅座的水平投影范围内,而靠背的其余部位---靠背基体1的位置则不发生变化,所以,在调大背部支撑角度时能够尽可能地让椅子降低空间占用量,在办公环境中对工作人员的走动影响较小,也有利于空间小的情况下更加合理地布置更多的椅子,该靠背还包括在背靠部2向前翻转后将背靠部2限制住以防止背靠部2往后翻转的后翻转止动装置3。
具体地,所述后翻转止动装置3包括连接所述背靠部2与所述靠背基体1的活动连接结构31,活动连接结构31包括铰接在所述背靠部2上的具有滑动通道3111的滑动件311、铰接在靠背基体1上的滑动基体件312,背靠部2和靠背基体1上分别设置有与滑动件311和滑动基体件312相铰接的铰接座00,滑动基体件312的端部和对应的铰接座00相铰接,滑动件311包括铰接部3112、和所述铰接部3112连接的上限位板部3113与下限位板部3114,所述上限位板部3113与下限位板部3114之间形成所述滑动通道3111,滑动基体件312限位于滑动通道3111中,背靠部2在向前翻转时,滑动件311通过铰接部3112相对于背靠部2发生转动,滑动基体件312相对于靠背基体1也发生转动,滑动件311在滑动基体件312上滑动,该后翻转止动装置3还包括止动机构32,止动机构32在靠背部2完成向前翻转后将滑动件311限制住,从而达到在背靠部2向前翻转后将背靠部2限制住的目的,其中一种止动机构32的结构为:止动机构32包括具有止动部3211以及受力部3212的止动块321、设置在滑动通道3111中的止动配合块322,滑动基体件312上设置有用于安装所述止动块321的止动块转轴323,滑动基体件312之面向止动配合块322的表面凹陷形成为安装区327,所述止动块转轴323穿过安装区327,止动块321位于安装区327,即止动块321被限制在安装区327,安装区327中设置有用于对止动块321进行防转支撑的支撑部324,止动配合块322设置有延滑动通道3111长度方向分布的用于和所述止动部3211配合止动的多个止动勾槽325,当止动部3211配合在止动勾槽325中时,支撑部324支撑住所述止动块321的受力部3212,提供一个能够与滑动件311作用到止动块321的扭矩相等的扭矩,让止动块321处于静止状态。所述止动勾槽325包括勾部3251以及和所述勾部3251相连接的导出部3252,勾部3251在止动部3211配合到止动勾槽325中时勾在止动部3211上,让止动部3211发挥止动作用,导出部3252在背靠部2向前翻转时将止动部3211抬起,引导止动块321从止动勾槽325中滑脱并进入到另一个止动勾槽325中,这种特殊设置的止动勾槽325,在向前翻转背靠部2时,只需要给予背靠部2向前翻转的翻转力即可,无需对止动机构32进行操作,更加方便快捷地实现调大背部支撑角度。
为了使得止动块321上的止动部3211在导出部3252抬起止动部3211后能够自适应地进入到下一个止动勾槽325中,还包括弹性压力机构326,弹性压力机构326为扭簧,扭簧套在止动块转轴323上,一端可抵在止动块321上,另一端可抵在安装区327的内壁上,提供一弹性力使止动部3211进入到止动勾槽325中。所述止动块321上还设置有用于容纳所述扭簧的容纳槽3213,对扭簧在止动块转轴323上的轴向位置进行限定。
同样地,为了使得止动块321上的止动部3211在导出部3252抬起止动部3211后能够自适应地进入到下一个止动勾槽325中,在另外一个实施例中,所述止动块321的重心处于止动块转轴323以及止动勾槽325之间,为使重心达到这种位置布置,参见图6-7所示,可以在受力部3212上开设减重槽3214,当然,也可以在止动部3211上配置增重块。上述止动块321,在止动块321自身重力的影响下,会自适应是进入到下一个止动勾槽325中,并且,在实现这种效果时,不会涉及到其他的辅助零件来辅助止动部3211进入到止动勾槽325中,对于整个止动机构32而言,零部件少,结构更加简化,安装制造上也更加方便。
较佳地,所述滑动件311还包括连接所述上限位板部3113与下限位板部3114的左限位板部3115以及右限位板部3116,左限位板部3115以及右限位板部3116能够增强滑动件311的结构强度,提高靠背的使用寿命,所述左限位板部3115以及右限位板部3116上设置有让位于所述止动块转轴323的让位槽3117,所述止动块转轴323穿过所述让位槽3117。
上述的靠背,正是由于采用活动连接结构31连接所述背靠部2与所述靠背基体1的缘故,在背靠部2需要调回到原来角度时,转动止动块转轴323让止动部3211从止动勾槽325中脱开,配合手部把住背靠部2让背靠部2缓慢向后翻转,在背靠部2复位后,松开止动块转轴323即可,背靠部2复位方便。
更进一步,所述滑动件311的侧方设置有和所述止动块转轴323相连接的操作部件33,操作部件33可以但不限定为手柄,操作部件33的让止动块转轴323的旋转工作变得更加简单。
另一种止动机构32的结构为:如图5所示,止动机构32包括连接所述上限位板部3113与下限位板部3114的并具有锁孔3281的锁板328、设置在滑动基体件312侧面的呈直线分布的多个锁孔配对孔3282、锁杆329。止动的机制为:当背靠部2向前翻转后,锁杆329插入到锁孔3281以及其中一个锁孔配对孔3282,将滑动件311限制住。
考虑到背靠部2的用料成本、重量以及舒适性,如图9所示,背靠部2包括框体21以及和所述框体21相连接的网布22,网布22用于支撑人体背部并为人体提供较好的舒适性,框体21和网布22结合在一起,降低料成本和重量。框体21对应于人体腰部的底部处向靠背基体1弯曲形成弯曲部20,能够更好地符合人体工学,但是,正是这种框体21由于底部弯曲的缘故,框体21形成为异形曲线轮廓,导致网布22不能很好地安装到框体21这种异形结构上,为此,更进一步,框体21包括上框体211、和所述上框体211底部相连接的下框体212,弯曲部20位于下框体212上。
实施例中还涉及到了一种椅子,包含上述的靠背。
上面所述的实施例仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定。在不脱离本发明设计构思的前提下,本领域普通人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变型和改进,均应落入到本发明的保护范围,本发明请求保护的技术内容,已经全部记载在权利要求书中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种靠背,其特征在于,包括用于固定连接到椅座上的靠背基体(1)、背靠部(2),背靠部(2)位于靠背基体(1)的前侧并通过铰接轴(4)和所述靠背基体(1)相铰接,所述背靠部(2)以所述铰接轴(4)为转动中心向前翻转而调大背部支撑角度;还包括在背靠部(2)向前翻转后将背靠部(2)限制住以防止背靠部(2)往后翻转的后翻转止动装置(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种靠背,其特征在于,所述后翻转止动装置(3)包括连接所述背靠部(2)与所述靠背基体(1)的活动连接结构(31);活动连接结构(31)包括铰接在所述背靠部(2)上的具有滑动通道(3111)的滑动件(311)、铰接在靠背基体(1)上的滑动基体件(312),滑动基体件(312)限位于滑动通道(3111)中且滑动件(311)可在滑动基体件(312)上滑动,其中,滑动件(311)包括铰接部(3112)、和所述铰接部(3112)连接的上限位板部(3113)与下限位板部(3114),所述上限位板部(3113)与下限位板部(3114)之间形成滑动通道(3111);
    还包括在背靠部(2)向前完成翻转后将滑动件(311)限制住的止动机构(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种靠背,其特征在于,所述止动机构(32)包括具有止动部(3211)的止动块(321)、设置在滑动通道(3111)中的止动配合块(322),滑动基体件(312)上设置有用于安装所述止动块(321)的止动块转轴(323),所述滑动基体件(312)之面向所述止动配合块(322)的表面凹陷形成为可安装所述止动块(321)的安装区(327),安装区(327)中设置有用于对止动块(321)进行防转支撑的支撑部(324),止动配合块(322)设置有延滑动通道(3111)长度方向分布的用于和所述止动部(3211)配合止动的多个止动勾槽(325);所述止动勾槽(325)包括勾部(3251)以及和所述勾部(3251)相连接的导出部(3252),引导部在背靠部(2)向前翻转时引导止动块(321)从止动勾槽(325)中滑脱。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种靠背,其特征在于,所述止动块(321)的重心处于止动块转轴(323)以及止动勾槽(325)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种靠背,其特征在于,包括弹性压力机构(326),弹性压力机构(326)包括扭簧,提供一弹性力使止动部(3211)进入到止动勾槽(325)中。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种靠背,其特征在于,所述滑动件(311)还包括连接所述上限位板部(3113)与下限位板部(3114)的左限位板部(3115)以及右限位板部(3116),所述左限位板部(3115)以及右限位板部(3116)上设置有让位于所述止动块转轴(323)的让位槽(3117),所述止动块转轴(323)穿过所述让位槽(3117)。
  7. 根据权利要求2或3或4或5或6所述的一种靠背,其特征在于,所述滑动件(311)的侧方设置有和所述止动块转轴(323)相连接的操作部件(33)。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种靠背,其特征在于,止动机构(32)包括连接所述上限位板部(3113)与下限位板部(3114)的并具有锁孔(3281)的锁板(328)、设置在滑动基体件(312)侧面的呈直线分布的多个锁孔配对孔(3282)、锁杆(329)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种靠背,其特征在于,所述背靠部(2)包括框体(21)以及和所述框体(21)相连接的网布(22),框体(21)对应于人体腰部的底部处向靠背基体(1)弯曲形成弯曲部(20);框体(21)包括上框体(211)、和所述上框体(211)底部相连接的下框体(212),弯曲部(20)位于下框体(212)上。
  10. 一种椅子,包含权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或8或9或9所述的靠背。
