1、本装置通过设置圆槽、直槽以及圆弧槽,在相关元件的带动下,实现推板一、挡板二及推板二环抱无叶假木贼,推板一及推板二推动无叶假木贼向中间移动,横板推动无叶假木贼,使无叶假木贼形成>形,开口朝向推板一,方便切刀切割无叶假木贼,而且,切割后无叶假木贼在“> 形”作用下,自动落到横板上,实现无叶假木贼的初步收集。
2、本装置通过设置采用齿轮二与齿条啮合,利用弹簧的弹性作用,在齿轮二与齿条二不啮合时,保持横板水平,当齿轮二与齿条啮合时,实现横板向靠近框体底板中心方向摆动,方便无叶假木贼沿横板落到框体底板上,实现无叶假木贼收集。
3、本装置通过巧妙地设计,实现代替人力实现无叶假木贼的切割以及捡拾,有效地替代人力,提高工作效率。

本实施例的荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法,包括以下步 骤:
步骤一:将框体7安装到移动设备上;
步骤二:开动移动设备,将本装置移动到工作区域;
步骤三:间歇操作移动设备,使推板一21、挡板二22及推板二23组成区域正对合适数量的无叶假木贼;
步骤四:打开电机13,在相关元件的带动下,实现推板一21、挡板二22及推板二23环抱无叶假木贼,推板一21及推板二23推动无叶假木贼向中间移动,横板35推动无叶假木贼,使无叶假木贼形成>形,开口朝向推板一23;
步骤五:切刀29接触无叶假木贼,沿稍高于横板35位置切断无叶假木贼;
步骤六:反向打开电机13,使横板35反向移动,无叶假木贼落到横板35上,直到横板35发生摆动,使无叶假木贼落到框体7底板上,打开电机13,使横板35恢复水平;
框体7上设置有对称的圆槽12及直槽41,对称的圆槽12分别连通直槽41,框体7上设置有对称的圆弧槽14,框体7固定连接电机13,电机13的输出轴固定连接螺杆11,螺杆11的两段反向螺纹分别螺纹连接对应的横槽3,对称的横槽3内分别嵌套滑块二18,对称的滑块二18分别固定连接圆杆二19,对称的圆杆二19分别匹配对应的圆槽12,对称的圆杆二19分别匹配直槽41,对称的圆杆二19分别固定连接竖槽一20,一个竖槽一20固定连接推板一21,对称的推板一21固定连接对称的挡板二22,另一个竖槽一20固定连接推板二23,推板二23设置有对称的槽口24,对称的挡板二22匹配对称的槽口24,另一个竖槽一20内嵌套滑块三32,滑块三32固定连接折弯杆33,折弯杆33固定连接竖板38,竖板38轴承连接齿轮二37的中心轴,齿轮二37的中心轴固定连接横板35,推板二23固定连接L杆34,L杆34固定连接齿条二36,齿轮二37匹配齿条二36。
框体7固定连接对称的方块一1,对称的方块一1分别固定连接横杆2,横杆2穿过对称的横槽3。
框体7固定连接对称的方块二5,对称的方块二5分别固定连接竖杆 4,竖杆4穿过横槽一6,对称的横槽一6内分别嵌套滑块一16,对称的滑块一16分别固定连接圆杆一17,对称的圆杆一17分别设在对称的圆弧槽14内,圆杆一17穿过滑块三32。
一个横槽一6固定连接齿条一25,框体7轴承连接齿轮一26的中心轴,齿轮一26啮合齿条一25,齿轮一26的中心轴固定连接圆板27,圆板27的偏心处固定连接圆杆三28。
框体7固定连接导向板15,圆杆三28设置在竖槽二31内,竖槽二31固定连接方杆30,方杆30穿过导向板15,方杆30固定连接切刀29。
竖板38固定连接L板39,L板39固定连接弹簧40的一端,弹簧40的另一端固定连接横板35。
框体7转动连接挡板8,挡板8固定连接把手10。
挡板8对应框体7螺纹连接对称的顶丝9。
打开电机13时,电机13带动螺杆11转动,螺杆11带动横槽3沿横杆2移动,横槽3带动滑块二18移动,滑块二18带动圆杆二19沿圆槽12移动时,圆杆二19带动滑块二18沿横槽3移动,圆杆二19带动竖槽一20摆动,竖槽一20带动推板一21、挡板二22、推板二23、L杆34及齿条二36摆动,圆杆二19进入直槽41内,挡板二22正对槽口24,挡板二22进入槽口24,竖槽一20带动滑块三32摆动,滑块三32带动圆杆一17沿圆弧槽14移动,圆杆一17带动滑块一16沿横槽一6移动,滑块一16带动横槽一6沿竖杆4移动,滑块三32带动折弯杆33、竖板38、L板39、弹簧40、齿轮二37及横板35摆动,当齿轮二37与齿条二36啮合时,齿轮二37转动带动横板35摆动,横板35挤压弹簧40,横板35向靠近框体7底板中心方向摆动,使横板35上的无叶假木贼沿其滑落到框体7底板上,横槽一6带动齿条一25移动,齿条一25带动齿轮一26及圆板27转动,圆板27带动圆杆三28沿竖槽二31摆动,圆杆三28带动竖槽二31往复移动,竖槽二31带动方杆30沿导向板15移动,方杆30带动切刀29移动,使切刀29接触无叶假木贼,实现无叶假木贼切断。
框体7内无叶假木贼较多时,拧松顶丝9,摆动挡板8,取出无叶假木贼。
本实施例中荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法的工作流程为:
将框体7安装到移动设备上,开动移动设备,将本装置移动到工作区域。
间歇操作移动设备,使推板一21、挡板二22及推板二23组成区域正对合适数量的无叶假木贼。
打开电机13,电机13带动螺杆11转动,螺杆11带动横槽3沿横杆2移动,横槽3带动滑块二18移动,滑块二18带动圆杆二19沿圆槽12移动时,圆杆二19带动滑块二18沿横槽3移动,圆杆二19带动竖槽一20摆动,竖槽一20带动推板一21、挡板二22、推板二23、L杆34及齿条二36摆动,圆杆二19进入直槽41内,挡板二22正对槽口24,实现推板一21、挡板二22及推板二23环抱无叶假木贼,推板一21及推板二23推动无叶假木贼向中间移动,挡板二22进入槽口24,竖槽一20带动滑块三32摆动,滑块三32带动圆杆一17沿圆弧槽14移动,圆杆一17带动滑块一16沿横槽一6移动,滑块一16带动横槽一6沿竖杆4移动,滑块三32带动折弯杆33、竖板38、L板39、弹簧40、齿轮二37及横板35摆动,横板35推动无叶假木贼,使无叶假木贼形成>形,开口朝向推板一23。当齿轮二37与齿条二36啮合时,齿轮二37转动带动横板35摆动,横板35挤压弹簧40,横板35向靠近框体7底板中心方向摆动,使横板35上的无叶假木贼沿其滑落到框体7底板上,横槽一6带动齿条一25移动,齿条一25带动齿轮一26及圆板27转动,圆板27带动圆杆三28沿竖槽二31摆动,圆杆三28带动竖槽二31往复移动,竖槽二31带动方杆30沿导向板15移动,方杆30带动切刀29移动,使切刀29接触无叶假木贼,沿稍高于横板35位置切断无叶假木贼,实现无叶假木贼切断。
反向打开电机13,使横板35反向移动,无叶假木贼落到横板35上,直到横板35发生摆动,使无叶假木贼落到框体7底板上,打开电机13,使横板35恢复水平。
框体7内无叶假木贼较多时,拧松顶丝9,摆动挡板8,取出无叶假木贼。
本装置通过设置圆槽12、直槽41以及圆弧槽14,在相关元件的带动下,实现推板一21、挡板二22及推板二23环抱无叶假木贼,推板一21 及推板二23推动无叶假木贼向中间移动,横板35推动无叶假木贼,使无叶假木贼形成>形,开口朝向推板一23,方便切刀29切割无叶假木贼,而且,切割后无叶假木贼在“>形”作用下,自动落到横板35上,实现无叶假木贼的初步收集。
本装置通过设置采用齿轮二37与齿条36啮合,利用弹簧40的弹性作用,在齿轮二37与齿条二36不啮合时,保持横板35水平,当齿轮二37与齿条36啮合时,实现横板35向靠近框体7底板中心方向摆动,方便无叶假木贼沿横板35落到框体7底板上,实现无叶假木贼收集。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一:将框体(7)安装到移动设备上;
    步骤二:开动移动设备,将本装置移动到工作区域;
    步骤三:间歇操作移动设备,使推板一(21)、挡板二(22)及推板二(23)组成区域正对合适数量的无叶假木贼;
    步骤四:打开电机(13),在相关元件的带动下,实现所述推板一(21)、所述挡板二(22)及所述推板二(23)环抱无叶假木贼,所述推板一(21)及所述推板二(23)推动无叶假木贼向中间移动,横板(35)推动无叶假木贼,使无叶假木贼形成>形,开口朝向所述推板一(23);
    步骤五:切刀(29)接触无叶假木贼,沿稍高于所述横板(35)位置切断无叶假木贼;
    步骤六:反向打开所述电机(13),使所述横板(35)反向移动,无叶假木贼落到所述横板(35)上,直到所述横板(35)发生摆动,使无叶假木贼落到所述框体(7)底板上,打开所述电机(13),使所述横板(35)恢复水平;
    所述框体(7)上设置有对称的圆槽(12)及直槽(41),对称的所述圆槽(12)分别连通所述直槽(41),所述框体(7)上设置有对称的圆弧槽(14);
    所述框体(7)固定连接所述电机(13),所述电机(13)的输出轴固定连接螺杆(11),所述螺杆(11)的两段反向螺纹分别螺纹连接对应的横槽(3);
    对称的所述横槽(3)内分别嵌套滑块二(18),对称的所述滑块二(18)分别固定连接圆杆二(19),对称的所述圆杆二(19)分别匹配对应的所述圆槽(12),对称的所述圆杆二(19)分别匹配所述直槽(41),对称的所述圆杆二(19)分别固定连接竖槽一(20);
    一个所述竖槽一(20)固定连接所述推板一(21),对称的所述推板一(21)固定连接对称的所述挡板二(22);
    另一个所述竖槽一(20)固定连接所述推板二(23),所述推板二(23)设置有对称的槽口(24),对称的所述挡板二(22)匹配对称的所述槽口(24);
    另一个所述竖槽一(20)内嵌套滑块三(32),所述滑块三(32)固定连接折弯杆(33),所述折弯杆(33)固定连接竖板(38),所述竖板(38)轴承连接齿轮 二(37)的中心轴,所述齿轮二(37)的中心轴固定连接所述横板(35);
    所述推板二(23)固定连接L杆(34),所述L杆(34)固定连接齿条二(36),所述齿轮二(37)匹配所述齿条二(36)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法,其特征在于:所述框体(7)固定连接对称的方块一(1),对称的所述方块一(1)分别固定连接横杆(2),所述横杆(2)穿过对称的所述横槽(3)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法,其特征在于:所述框体(7)固定连接对称的方块二(5),对称的所述方块二(5)分别固定连接竖杆(4),所述竖杆(4)穿过横槽一(6),对称的所述横槽一(6)内分别嵌套滑块一(16),对称的所述滑块一(16)分别固定连接圆杆一(17),对称的所述圆杆一(17)分别设在对称的所述圆弧槽(14)内,所述圆杆一(17)穿过所述滑块三(32)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法,其特征在于:一个所述横槽一(6)固定连接齿条一(25),所述框体(7)轴承连接齿轮一(26)的中心轴,所述齿轮一(26)啮合所述齿条一(25),所述齿轮一(26)的中心轴固定连接圆板(27),所述圆板(27)的偏心处固定连接圆杆三(28)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法,其特征在于:所述所述框体(7)固定连接导向板(15),所述圆杆三(28)设置在竖槽二(31)内,所述竖槽二(31)固定连接方杆(30),所述方杆(30)穿过所述导向板(15),所述方杆(30)固定连接所述切刀(29)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法,其特征在于:所述竖板(38)固定连接L板(39),所述L板(39)固定连接弹簧(40)的一端,所述弹簧(40)的另一端固定连接所述横板(35)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法,其特征在于:所述框体(7)转动连接挡板(8),所述挡板(8)固定连接把手(10)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法,其特征在于:所述挡板(8)对应所述框体(7)螺纹连接对称的顶丝(9)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法, 其特征在于:打开所述电机(13)时,所述电机(13)带动所述螺杆(11)转动,所述螺杆(11)带动所述横槽(3)沿所述横杆(2)移动,所述横槽(3)带动所述滑块二(18)移动,所述滑块二(18)带动所述圆杆二(19)沿所述圆槽(12)移动时,所述圆杆二(19)带动所述滑块二(18)沿所述横槽(3)移动,所述圆杆二(19)带动所述竖槽一(20)摆动,所述竖槽一(20)带动所述推板一(21)、所述挡板二(22)、所述推板二(23)、所述L杆(34)及所述齿条二(36)摆动,所述圆杆二(19)进入所述直槽(41)内,所述挡板二(22)正对所述槽口(24),所述挡板二(22)进入所述槽口(24),所述竖槽一(20)带动所述滑块三(32)摆动,所述滑块三(32)带动所述圆杆一(17)沿所述圆弧槽(14)移动,所述圆杆一(17)带动所述滑块一(16)沿所述横槽一(6)移动,所述滑块一(16)带动所述横槽一(6)沿所述竖杆(4)移动,所述滑块三(32)带动所述折弯杆(33)、所述竖板(38)、所述L板(39)、所述弹簧(40)、所述齿轮二(37)及所述横板(35)摆动,当所述齿轮二(37)与所述齿条二(36)啮合时,所述齿轮二(37)转动带动所述横板(35)摆动,所述横板(35)挤压所述弹簧(40),所述横板(35)向靠近所述框体(7)底板中心方向摆动,使所述横板(35)上的无叶假木贼沿其滑落到所述框体(7)底板上,所述横槽一(6)带动所述齿条一(25)移动,所述齿条一(25)带动所述齿轮一(26)及所述圆板(27)转动,所述圆板(27)带动所述圆杆三(28)沿所述竖槽二(31)摆动,所述圆杆三(28)带动所述竖槽二(31)往复移动,所述竖槽二(31)带动所述方杆(30)沿所述导向板(15)移动,所述方杆(30)带动所述切刀(29)移动,使所述切刀(29)接触无叶假木贼,实现无叶假木贼切断。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的荒漠植物无叶假木贼的补偿生长刈割方法,其特征在于:所述框体(7)内无叶假木贼较多时,拧松所述顶丝(9),摆动所述挡板(8),取出无叶假木贼。
