Description
本发明涉及电子产品生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置。
电子设备是指由集成电路、晶体管、电子管等电子元器件组成,应用电子技术(包括)软件发挥作用的设备,包括电子计算机以及由电子计算机控制的机器人、数控或程控系统等。
目前,电子设备的生产材料需要进行切割以满足生产的需要,但是现在进行切割都是人工进行,切割效率较低,且对材料的固定效果较差,导致切割质量难以保证,因此我们提出了一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置用于解决上述问题。
本发明的目的是为了解决现在电子设备产品生产用材料进行切割都是人工进行、切割效率较低、且对材料的固定效果较差、导致切割质量难以保证的缺点,而提出的一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,包括工作台和安装板,所述工作台顶部四角均固定安装有支撑柱的底端,四个支撑柱的顶端固定安装有同一个顶板,所述安装板底部固定安装有电机和竖板,竖板一侧底部开设有横向孔,横向孔内转动安装有转轴,转轴一端固定安装有切割刀,转轴的另一端固定安装有第一带轮,所述电机输出轴上固定连接有蜗杆的一端,蜗杆上固定安装有第二带轮和第一锥齿轮,第一带轮和第二带轮上传动安装有同一个皮带,所述安装板底部开设有圆形槽,圆形槽内转动安装有竖轴,竖轴上固定安装有扇叶和第二锥齿轮,第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮相啮合,且安装板顶部开设有安装孔和安装槽,安装孔和安装槽内分别转动安装有第一丝杆和第二丝杆,第一丝杆和第二丝杆上均固定安装有链轮,两个链轮上传动安装有同一个链条,所述顶板顶部开设有两个螺纹孔,第一丝杆和第二丝杆分别与对应的螺纹孔螺纹连接,所述第一丝杆的底端固定安装有蜗轮,蜗轮与蜗杆相啮合,所述安装板底部固定连接有两个压簧的一端,两个压簧的另一端均固定安装有横板,两个横板的底部均固定安装有压杆的一端,两个压杆的底端固定安装有同一个压板,压板底部固定安装有防滑垫,所述工作台底部固定安装有底箱,底箱顶部和一侧均为开口设置。
优选的,所述工作台顶部开设有通孔,通孔位于切割刀的正下方,便于进行切割工作并对切割废屑进行收集。
优选的,所述工作台底部固定安装有安装杆的一端,安装杆的另一端固定安装有套板,套板内滑动安装有拉杆,拉杆两端分别固定安装有拉环和推板,且拉杆外侧固定套接有挡板,便于对底箱内收集的切割废屑进行清理。
优选的,所述安装板底部两侧均固定连接有固定杆的一端,两个横板分别滑动套接在对应的固定杆的外侧,对横板进行导向。
优选的,两个固定杆的底端固定安装有同一个连接板,连接板滑动套接在两个压杆的外侧,对压杆进行导向。
优选的,所述连接板的底部固定连接有两个连接弹簧的一端,两个连接弹簧的另一端均与压板的顶部固定连接,提升压板的压紧效果。

本发明中,所述的一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,通过将电子设备产品生产用材料放置在工作台的顶部,然后通过开启电机,电机输出轴带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动蜗轮慢速转动,蜗轮带动第一丝杆转动,第一丝杆通过两个链轮与链条之间的传动带动第二丝杆转动,第一丝杆和第二丝杆分别通过与对应的螺纹孔的螺纹配合并在两个导向柱的导向作用下共同带动安装板向下运动,安装板通过两个压簧带动两个横板向下运动,两个横板分别通过对应的压杆共同带动压板向下运动,并安装板向下运动的同时通过固定杆、连接板和两个连接弹簧进一步带动压板向下运动,压板带动防滑垫向下运动从而对材料进行压紧固定,防止在进行切割工作时发生移动。
本发明中,所述的一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,通过蜗杆转动的同时带动第二带轮转动,第二带轮通过皮带带动第一带轮高速转动,第一带轮通过转轴带动切割刀高速转动,从而使得切割刀高速转动的同时跟随安装板向下缓慢运动,对材料进行自动切割,以提升切割效率,并通过蜗杆转动的同时带动第一锥齿轮转动,第一锥齿轮带动第二锥齿轮转动,第二锥齿轮带动竖轴转动,竖轴带动扇叶转动,从而加快切割刀的散热,并将切割刀上粘附的碎屑向下吹扫,并通过通孔掉落进底箱内,进行收集,且可以通过拉动拉环,拉环通过拉杆带动推板向一侧运动,从而使得推板推动底箱内的切割碎屑向一侧运动以便于进行清理。
本发明结构设计合理,能够在对电子设备产品生产用材料进行切割时自动带动压板向下运动对材料进行夹持固定,以保证切割质量,并通过带动切割刀高速转动的同时慢速向下运动对材料进行自动切割,以提升切割效率,并能够对切割碎屑进行清扫和收集,以提升使用效果,可靠性高。

参照图1-5,一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,包括工作台1和安装板2,工作台1顶部四角均固定安装有支撑柱3的底端,四个支撑柱3的顶端固定安装有同一个顶板4,安装板2底部固定安装有电机15和竖板5,竖板5一侧底部开设有横向孔,横向孔内转动安装有转轴6,转轴6一端固定安装有切割刀7,转轴6的另一端固定安装有第一带轮8,电机15输出轴上固定连接有蜗杆16的一端,蜗杆16上固定安装有第二带轮10和第一锥齿轮11,第一带轮8和第二带轮10上传动安装有同一个皮带9,安装板2底部开设有圆形槽,圆形槽内转动安装有竖轴13,竖轴13上固定安装有扇叶14和第二锥齿轮12,第一锥齿轮11与第二锥齿轮12相啮合,且安装板2顶部开设有安装孔和安装槽,安装孔和安装槽内分别转动安装有第一丝杆21和第二丝杆22,第一丝杆21和第二丝杆22上均固定安装有链轮18,两个链轮18上传动安装有同一个链条19,顶板4顶部开设有两个螺纹孔,第一丝杆21和第二丝杆22分别与对应的螺纹孔螺纹连接,第一丝杆21的底端固定安装有蜗轮17,蜗轮17与蜗杆16相啮合,安装板2底部固定连接有两个压簧25的一端,两个压簧25的另一端均固定安装有横板27,两个横板27的底部均固定安装有压杆28的一端,两个压杆28的底端固定安装有同一个压板20,压板20底部固定安装有防滑垫23,工作台1底部固定安装有底箱24,底箱24顶部和一侧均为开口设置。
本实施例中,工作台1顶部开设有通孔34,通孔34位于切割刀7的正下方,便于进行切割工作并对切割废屑进行收集。
本实施例中,工作台1底部固定安装有安装杆的一端,安装杆的另一端固定安装有套板35,套板35内滑动安装有拉杆32,拉杆32两端分别固定安装有拉环31和推板33,且拉杆32外侧固定套接有挡板36,便于对底箱24内收集的切割废屑进行清理。
本实施例中,安装板2底部两侧均固定连接有固定杆29的一端,两个横板27分别滑动套接在对应的固定杆29的外侧,对横板27进行导向。
本实施例中,两个固定杆29的底端固定安装有同一个连接板37,连接板37滑动套接在两个压杆28的外侧,对压杆28进行导向。
本实施例中,连接板37的底部固定连接有两个连接弹簧26的一端,两个连接弹簧26的另一端均与压板20的顶部固定连接,提升压板20的压紧效果。
本实施例中,安装板2顶部前后两侧均固定连接有导向柱30的一端,顶板4滑动套接在两个导向柱30的外侧,对安装板2的升降运动进行导向。
本实施例中,竖板5一侧开设有定位孔,蜗杆16与定位孔转动连接,对蜗杆16进行转动定位。
本实施例中,在使用时,通过将电子设备产品生产用材料放置在工作台1的顶部,然后通过开启电机15,电机15输出轴带动蜗杆16转动,蜗杆16带动蜗轮17慢速转动,蜗轮17带动第一丝杆21转动,第一丝杆21通过两个链轮18与链条19之间的传动带动第二丝杆22转动,第一丝杆21和第二丝杆22分别通过与对应的螺纹孔的螺纹配合并在两个导向柱30的导向作用下共同带动安装板2向下运动,安装板2通过两个压簧25带动两个横板27向下运动,两个横板27分别通过对应的压杆28共同带动压板20向下运动,并安装板2向下运动的同时通过固定杆29、连接板37和两个连接弹簧26进一步带动压板20向下运动,压板20带动防滑垫23向下运动从而对材料进行压紧固定,防止在进行切割工作时发生移动,通过蜗杆16转动的同时带动第二带轮10转动,第二带轮10通过皮带9带动第一带轮8高速转动,第一带轮8通过转轴6带动切割刀7高速转动,从而使得切割刀7高速转动的同时跟随安装板2向下缓慢运动,对材料进行自动切割,以提升切割效率,并通过蜗杆16转动的同时带动第一锥齿轮11转动,第一锥齿轮11带动第二锥齿轮12转动,第二锥齿轮12带动竖轴13转动,竖轴13带动扇叶14转动,从而加快切割刀7的散热,并将切割刀7上粘附的碎屑向下吹扫,并通过通孔34掉落进底箱24内,进行收集,且可以通过拉动拉环31,拉环31通过拉杆32带动推板33向一侧运动,从而使得推板33推动底箱24内的切割碎屑向一侧运动以便于进行清理。

- 一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,包括工作台(1)和安装板(2),其特征在于,所述工作台(1)顶部四角均固定安装有支撑柱(3)的底端,四个支撑柱(3)的顶端固定安装有同一个顶板(4),所述安装板(2)底部固定安装有电机(15)和竖板(5),竖板(5)一侧底部开设有横向孔,横向孔内转动安装有转轴(6),转轴(6)一端固定安装有切割刀(7),转轴(6)的另一端固定安装有第一带轮(8),所述电机(15)输出轴上固定连接有蜗杆(16)的一端,蜗杆(16)上固定安装有第二带轮(10)和第一锥齿轮(11),第一带轮(8)和第二带轮(10)上传动安装有同一个皮带(9),所述安装板(2)底部开设有圆形槽,圆形槽内转动安装有竖轴(13),竖轴(13)上固定安装有扇叶(14)和第二锥齿轮(12),第一锥齿轮(11)与第二锥齿轮(12)相啮合,且安装板(2)顶部开设有安装孔和安装槽,安装孔和安装槽内分别转动安装有第一丝杆(21)和第二丝杆(22),第一丝杆(21)和第二丝杆(22)上均固定安装有链轮(18),两个链轮(18)上传动安装有同一个链条(19),所述顶板(4)顶部开设有两个螺纹孔,第一丝杆(21)和第二丝杆(22)分别与对应的螺纹孔螺纹连接,所述第一丝杆(21)的底端固定安装有蜗轮(17),蜗轮(17)与蜗杆(16)相啮合,所述安装板(2)底部固定连接有两个压簧(25)的一端,两个压簧(25)的另一端均固定安装有横板(27),两个横板(27)的底部均固定安装有压杆(28)的一端,两个压杆(28)的底端固定安装有同一个压板(20),压板(20)底部固定安装有防滑垫(23),所述工作台(1)底部固定安装有底箱(24),底箱(24)顶部和一侧均为开口设置。2、根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(1)顶部开设有通孔(34),通孔(34)位于切割刀(7)的正下方。3、根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(1)底部固定安装有安装杆的一端,安装杆的另一端固定安装有套板(35),套板(35)内滑动安装有拉杆(32),拉杆(32)两端分别固定安装有拉环(31)和推板(33),且拉杆(32)外侧固定套接有挡板(36)。4、根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述安装板(2)底部两侧均固定连接有固定杆(29)的一端,两个横板(27)分别滑动套接在对应的固定杆(29)的外侧。5、根据权利要求4所述的一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,其特征在于,两个固定杆(29)的底端固定安装有同一个连接板(37),连接板(37)滑动套接在两个压杆(28)的外侧。6、根据权利要求5所述的一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述连接板(37)的底部固定连接有两个连接弹簧(26)的一端,两个连接弹簧(26)的另一端均与压板(20)的顶部固定连接。7、根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述安装板(2)顶部前后两侧均固定连接有导向柱(30)的一端,所述顶板(4)滑动套接在两个导向柱(30)的外侧。8、根据权利要求1所述的一种电子设备产品生产用材料切割装置,其特征在于,所述竖板(5)一侧开设有定位孔,所述蜗杆(16)与定位孔转动连接。
