背景技术
市面上常见的飞织鞋面,一般是先编织一块织物片,然后通过激光镭射出鞋面的2D轮廓,之后再将鞋面缝合成3D的鞋面,工序繁多,材料损耗大。随着针织工艺的发展革新,这种鞋面的编织工艺已经逐渐落后,更加环保的鞋面编织工艺将引领新的潮流。

本申请的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面及其编织工艺、鞋。
为实现上述目的,本申请的技术解决方案是:一种无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面,包括鞋舌、领口、鞋身和后跟;所述鞋面由移圈和翻针的组合编织将鞋面通过分区域连接成完整的一体鞋面,并存在至少一条移圈连接的组织,其移圈连接为鞋身与鞋身连接或鞋身与鞋舌连接;所述移圈连接的区域为单层移圈连接或多层移圈连接。
在一些实施方式中,所述后跟、领口和鞋舌均为单层编织层结构。
在一些实施方式中,所述后跟、领口和鞋舌均为双层编织层结构,所述鞋舌编织层与领口的编织层一一对应连接或交错连接,所述后跟的编织层之间形成空气层。

本申请是是利用针织编织机器的功能和纱线的特性,一次成型编织出的一体编织的鞋面,该鞋面鞋舌与鞋帮一体编织,同时,鞋跟部位也是一体编织无缝连接,使用本申请编织出的针织鞋面,减少了缝合鞋舌,以及鞋跟的工序,鞋身整体没有拼接缝合的痕迹,鞋面清爽有质感。
本申请的鞋面其制作工序的减少,既大幅优化了鞋面的生产时间,又节约了生产材料,在“环境保护”的大趋势下,减少了拼接粘合剂的使用,减少了对环境的污染。
本申请使用飞织编织机器,将包括鞋舌,领口弹力罗纹,以及后跟生理曲线在内的鞋面的组成部分一体编织而成,并且鞋面在编织完成时,就是立体的。跟传统的2D鞋面相比,本鞋面只需裁剪鞋面的边缘轮廓,并且省略了2D鞋面变立体鞋面的拼接缝合工序,降低生产材料的损耗,也节省了鞋面生产时间和生产成本。

织物编织完成,还需经过高温处理。对于未使用热熔丝的织物,高温处理是为了让织物受热充分收缩,达到合适的织物效果;对于使用热熔丝的织物,需要经过高温处理使热熔丝融化粘合在织物内部,达到合适的织物效果。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面,其特征在于,包括鞋舌、领口、鞋身和后跟;所述鞋面由移圈和翻针的组合编织将鞋面通过分区域连接成完整的一体鞋面,并存在至少一条移圈连接的组织,其移圈连接为鞋身与鞋身连接或鞋身与鞋舌连接;所述移圈连接的区域为单层移圈连接或多层移圈连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面,其特征在于,所述后跟、领口和鞋舌均为单层编织层结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面,其特征在于,所述后跟、领口和鞋舌均为双层编织层结构,所述鞋舌编织层与领口的编织层一一对应连接或交错连接,所述后跟的编织层之间形成空气层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面,其特征在于,所述后跟包括面层和底层,所述面层和底层之间为连接或不连接;
    当所述后跟连接时,所述面层和底层之间为通过翻针或移针的组合编织方式连接;
    当所述后跟不连接时,所述面层与底层形成开口状,所述开口状可用于添加填充物以形成所述空气层。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面,其特征在于,所述后跟为弧度状,其通过铲针方式一次编织而成,所述后跟的弧度编织方向为横方向或纵方向。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面,其特征在于,所述领口的编织组织包括罗纹组织、添纱组织和衬纬组织或提花组织、花色组织、集圈组织中的至少一种或多种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面,其特征在于,所述鞋身包括鞋头、鞋帮,所述鞋头与脚部脚趾部位相对应,所述鞋帮位于鞋面两侧;
    所述后跟与人体脚踝部位相对应;
    所述领口成开口状,其用于穿着时脚部穿入或脱出鞋子,所述领口包括领口前端和领口后端,其中靠近鞋头的领口部位为前端,靠近鞋后跟的领口部位为后端,且领口前端的开口宽度小于领口后端的开口宽度,
    所述鞋舌至少一条边与领口前端靠近鞋头的一边连接,穿着时鞋舌可完全覆盖领口前端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面,其特征在于,所述鞋舌呈长条状,且仅一短边与领口前端靠近鞋头的一边连接。
  9. 一种鞋,其特征在于,该鞋的鞋面采用了如权利要求1-8任一所述的无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面。
  10. 一种无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面的编织工艺,其特征在于,包括后跟弧度编织、领口螺纹的编织以及鞋身与鞋舌的拼接;所述后跟弧度编织包括:
    A1步骤:底编织和面编织;
    A2步骤:后织行比前织行向左/右延伸N支针位,所述延伸的针位阶梯状的铲针,与后续的阶梯铲针结合,实现后跟弧度的编织;
    A3步骤:将对应织列的面编织翻针至底层的翻针编织,与前织行的翻针位置错开N支针位,以使针织组织分布均匀;
    所述领口螺纹的编织包括:
    B1步骤:底编织和面编织;
    B2步骤:将对应织列左/右侧前/后针床线圈翻针至后/前针床的翻针编织,以将双层翻针为单层,等待后续移针与鞋舌拼接;
    B3步骤:空针编织和底编织;
    B4步骤:将对应前/后针床线圈向左/右移动N支针位,然后翻针至后/前针床的移圈编织;
    B5步骤:空针编织和面编织;
    B6步骤:将对应织行前/后针床线圈翻针至后/前针床的翻针编织:
    B7步骤:重复B4步骤;
    所述鞋身与鞋舌的拼接包括:
    C1步骤:底编织和面编织,其为编织鞋舌部分;
    C2步骤:将对应织行的前/后针床线圈翻针至后/前针床的翻针编织,并将纱线出至编织位置的踢纱嘴动作,且后织行与前织行的翻针位置错开N支针位,其为鞋舌两侧的翻针编织,以将领口螺纹的编织中B2步骤鞋身等待位置面层翻针至底层,方便鞋身后续移针与鞋舌拼接;
    C3步骤:将对应前/后针床线圈向左/右移动N支针位,然后翻针至后/前针床的移圈编织,以将鞋舌左右鞋身向鞋舌移动的拼接;
    C4步骤:将对应前/后针床线圈向左/右移动N支针位,然后翻针至后/前针床的移圈编织,编织位置向左右各延伸N支针位,其为鞋舌部位向中间收针编织的移圈动作,以使鞋舌的部位慢慢收窄;
    C5步骤:将对应前/后针床线圈向左/右移动N支针位,然后翻针至后/前针床的移圈编织,且均为隔针编织,并相互错开N支针位,以方便移圈编织,其为将两侧鞋身向鞋舌移动拼接的移圈动作,其中N为正整数。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的无缝合一体编织鞋面的编织工艺,其特征在于,所述C5步骤为将对应后针床线圈向右移动1支针位,然后翻针至前针床的移圈编织,且均为隔针编织,并相互错开1支针位。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的无缝合一体编织鞋面的编织工艺,其特征在于,所述B3步骤-B7步骤形成一个套针循环,所述领口螺纹的编织包括多个套针循环。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的无缝合一体编织鞋面的编织工艺,其特征在于,所述C1步骤-C5步骤为一个循环单元,所述鞋身与鞋舌的拼接包括多个循环单元,其相邻两个循环单元,后一循环单元比前一循环单元左右各缩小1支针位。
  14. 一种无缝合一体编织的飞织鞋面的编织工艺,其特征在于,包括鞋身拼接起始等待位置的编织、后跟弧度和领口罗纹的编织、以及鞋身拼接位置的编织;所述鞋身拼接起始等待位置的编织包括:
    D1步骤:面编织和底编织;
    D2步骤:将对应前/后针床线圈向左/右移动M支针位,然后翻针至后/前针床的移圈编织,其为向左/右的无痕收针编织,其中部分纱线进入等待位置,暂时停止编织动作;
    D3步骤:将对应前/后针床线圈向左/右移动M支针位,然后翻针至后/前针床的移圈编织,其为向左/右的无痕加针编织;
    所述后跟弧度和领口罗纹的编织包括:
    E1步骤:底编织和面编织,后织行比前织行左/右侧收缩M支针位,其为后跟弧度铲针位置的开始;
    E2步骤:面吊目编织和底吊目编织,其用于连接领口罗纹与鞋身;
    所述鞋身拼接位置的编织包括:
    F1步骤:底编织和面编织;
