吹瓶机是饮料机械厂中一种常用的生产饮料瓶的机器,其中开合模机构是影响到吹瓶机产量及稳定性的重要因素之一;塑料吹瓶机的开合模机构种类较多,其中一种是双向开合模,其优点是双向合模缩短间距,减少合模时间,提高生产效率;申请号为201410369462.0的发明专利公开了一个吹瓶机的吹瓶模的开合模装置,在该装置中,左模座2、右模座12的滑动由开合模滑动连接结构9起到滑动导向作用,左模座2、右模座12在开合模过程中的导向是唯一的。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种双导向的吹瓶机开合模机构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种双导向的吹瓶机开合模机构,包括模架,所述模架的底部设有相对于所述模架前后滑动的滑架,所述模架内部设有可横向滑动的侧模座,所述模架与所述侧模座之间设有升降的锁模板,所述滑架上加工有多个曲线槽,所述侧模座及所述锁模板具有与所述曲线槽对应的滚轮,所述滑架通过所述曲线槽间接带动所述侧模座及所述锁模板运动,所述侧模座与所述模架之间设有第一滑动机构,所述第一滑动机构为滑块导轨式结构,所述侧模座与所述锁模板之间设有第二滑动机构,所述第二滑动机构包括固定在所述锁模板上的第一导向块、固定在所述侧模座上的第二导向块,所述第一导向块上加工滑道,所述第二导向块具有伸入所述滑道的凸部;
该吹瓶机开合模机构设置了两套滑动机构,改变了现有的侧模座仅仅在底部设置导向的惯有设计方式,使得侧模座的移动更加稳定,合模精度提高。
优选地,所述模架下方设有丝杆滑块组件,由所述丝杆滑块组件驱动所述滑架相对于所述模架做前后滑动;
在上述技术方案中,滑块是与滑架固定连接的,丝杆的驱动源可以选择步进电机或者伺服电机,使得控制精度得到保证。
优选地,所述第一导向块、所述第二导向块各设有三组并在高度方向上等间距分布;
在上述技术方案中,第一导向块、第二导向块的多组设计,有效保证了一定高度的侧模座的稳定性。
本实用新型相对于现有技术的有益效果为:该吹瓶机开合模机构设置了两套滑动机构,改变了现有的侧模座仅仅在底部设置导向的惯有设计方式,使得侧模座的移动更加稳定,合模精度提高。

具体实施方式
如图1~4所示,本实用新型实施例的一种双导向的吹瓶机开合模机构,包括模架1,模架1的底部设有相对于模架1前后滑动的滑架2,模架1内部设有可横向滑动的侧模座3,模架1与侧模座3之间设有升降的锁模板4,滑架2上加工有多个曲线槽21,侧模座3及锁模板4具有与曲线槽21对应的滚轮,滑架2通过曲线槽21间接带动侧模座3及锁模板4运动,侧模座3与模架1之间设有第一滑动机构,第一滑动机构为滑块导轨式结构,侧模座3与锁模板4之间设有第二滑动机构,第二滑动机构包括固定在锁模板4上的第一导向块5、固定在侧模座3上的第二导向块6,第一导向块5上加工滑道51,第二导向块6具有伸入滑道51的凸部61;其中,模架1下方设有丝杆滑块组件,由丝杆滑块组件驱动滑架2相对于模架1做前后滑动,滑块是与滑架固定连接的,丝杆的驱动源可以选择步进电机或者伺服电机,使得控制精度得到保证;第一导向块5、第二导向块6各设有三组并在高度方向上等间距分布,第一导向块、第二导向块的多组设计,有效保证了一定高度的侧模座的稳定性。
该吹瓶机开合模机构设置了两套滑动机构,改变了现有的侧模座仅仅在底部设置导向的惯有设计方式,使得侧模座的移动更加稳定,合模精度提高。
具体使用时,为方便理解本实用新型,结合附图进行描述;
丝杆滑块组件可以驱动滑架前后移动,通过滑架上的曲线槽可以带动侧模座移动(侧模座上固定有瓶身模,图中未示出),侧模座与模架之间通过第一滑动机构(滑块导轨式结构)起到导向作用,同时,第一导向块、第二导向块之间通过滑道51、凸部61实现二次的导向作用,当滑道51、凸部61完全分离时,锁模板发生升降,第一导向块、第二导向块的侧面紧贴实现锁模,锁模前,侧模座的移动都是由底部的第一滑动机构、侧部的第二滑动机构同时导向,侧模座的移动非常稳定。
