其中,下盖22与固定板23之间设有供第一定位件11安装的腔室,下盖22设有供第二定位件12穿过的通孔,腔室与通孔贯通,以方便第一定位件11与第二定位件12相互配合;下盖22优选为塑料件,固定板23优选为金属件,既能保证儿童安全座椅整体重量尽量轻,还能保证连接组件2的抗变形强度;连接组件2还包括上盖21,上盖21和下盖22通过紧固件相互固定连接;第一定位件11与下盖22活动连接,第二定位件12通过销轴与固定板23铰接连接,第二定位件12在转动过程中能推动第一定位件11移动。
可选地,结合图5、图6、图8所示,所述第一定位件11与所述下盖22之间设有复位弹簧13。
其中,复位弹簧13为压缩弹簧,下盖22设有第一弹簧安装柱,第一定位件11设有第二弹簧安装柱,复位弹簧13的两端分别与所述第一弹簧安装柱和所述第二弹簧安装柱连接,确保复位弹簧13能稳固安装在第一定位件11和下盖22之间。本实施例中在第一定位件11与下盖22之间设置复位弹簧13,既能使得第一定位件11在第二定位件12的推动下,复位弹簧13被压缩,以确保第一定位件11顺利移动及第二定位件12能顺利转动,又能使得在第二定位件12不动作时,复位弹簧13能推动第一定位件11与第二定位件12相互锁定,从而保证支撑腿3能锁定在打开位置。
可选地,结合图7、图8所示,所述第一定位件11设有腰型孔111,所述下盖22设有与所述腰型孔111活动配合的凸柱221。
其中,腰型孔111数量为两个,则对应的凸柱221数量也为两个,两个腰型孔111分别设置在第一定位件11的两端,使得第一定位件11相对于下盖22移动的过程更加稳定;腰型孔111的长度方向与第一定位件11的移动方向一致;在第二定位件12转动时,第一定位件11移动并挤压复位弹簧13,当第二定位件12与第一定位件11相互锁定后,复位弹簧13复位伸长,并推动第一定位件11压紧第二定位件12。
本实施例中增设腰型孔111与凸柱221配合的结构,有助于第一定位件11相对于下盖22的移动更加可靠,且能防止第一定位件11在移动过程中与下盖22脱离。
可选地,结合图4、图6所示,所述第二定位件12连接有与所述固定板23转动连接的旋转轴14。
其中,第二定位件12的一端与支撑腿3固定连接、另一端连接旋转轴14,旋转轴14与固定板23转动连接,使得第二定位件12和支撑腿3能相对于固定板23转动;第二定位件12的数量为两个,分别设置在支撑腿3的顶端的两侧,旋转轴14的两端分别与两个第二定位件12连接。
可选地,结合图1、图3、图5、图9所示,所述第二定位件12设有第一 抵接面122、第二抵接面123和设于所述第一抵接面122和所述第二抵接面123之间的凸轮面124,所述第一抵接面122、所述第二抵接面123和所述凸轮面124在所述支撑腿3处于不同位置时分别与第一定位件11抵接。
其中,第二定位件12的外轮廓依次设有第一抵接面122、凸轮面124和第二抵接面123,当支撑脚位于打开位置时,第一抵接面122与第一定位件11抵接,当支撑脚位于收合位置时,第二抵接面123与第一定位件11抵接,当支撑脚从打开位置转变到闭合位置或从闭合位置转变到打开位置的过程中,凸轮面124与第一定位件11抵接;凸轮面124到旋转轴14的距离大于第一抵接面122或第二抵接面123到旋转轴14的距离,以确保支撑脚从打开位置转变到闭合位置或从闭合位置转变到打开位置的过程中,第二定位件12能推动第一定位件11移动;第一抵接面122和第二抵接面123为平面,第一定位件11与第一抵接面122和第二抵接面123接触的部位也为平面,从而确保第一抵接面122与第一定位件11相互抵接时或第二抵接面123与第一定位件11相互抵接时,第一定位件11与第二定位件12能相互锁定。
可选地,结合图9所示,所述第一抵接面122和所述第二抵接面123之间为相互垂直的平面。
其中,第一抵接面122和第二抵接面123为相互垂直的平面,能实现支撑腿3垂直支撑操作和支撑腿3收纳到位操作;凸轮面124为弧形面,三者之间光滑过渡,使得支撑腿3位置切换更加顺畅。
当支撑腿3从收合位置打开时,支撑腿3通过旋转轴14进行打开旋转,支撑腿3两侧的第二定位件12会将第一定位件11向后压,并压缩复位弹簧13,当旋转至打开位置时,第二定位件12在复位弹簧13的作用下自动对准第二定位件12的第一抵接面122,以对支撑腿3打开状态进行锁定,确保在发生事故时,支撑腿3的支撑开启角度不会轻易发生变化,以更好的支撑住儿童安全座椅,从而保护乘坐儿童;反之,当将支撑腿3从打开位置收回时,支撑腿3通过旋转轴14进行收合旋转,支撑腿3两侧的第二定位件12会将第一定位件11向后压,并压缩复位弹簧13,当旋转至收合位置时,第二定位件12在复位弹簧13的作用下自动对准第二定位件12的第二抵接面123,以对支撑腿3收合状态进行锁定。
本实用新型另一实施例提供了一种儿童安全座椅,包括如上所述的支撑腿定位结构。
本实施例中的儿童安全座椅,通过在连接组件2和支撑腿3之间设置开合定位组件1,使得支撑腿3在打开位置时能与连接组件2相互锁定,也即使得支撑腿3在受到较大外力冲击时不会发生位置变动,从而能对儿童安全座椅进行有效的支撑,以保证乘坐儿童的安全;且开合定位组件1设计为在支撑腿3处于打开位置时能相互锁定的第一定位件11和第二定位件12,且第一定位件11和第二定位件12分别与连接组件2和支撑腿3连接,从而使得支撑腿3与连接组件2之间能相互锁定,这种设计结构简单,操作便捷可靠。
虽然本公开披露如上,但本公开的保护范围并非仅限于此。本领域技术人员在不脱离本公开的精神和范围的前提下,可进行各种变更与修改,这些变更与修改均将落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种支撑腿定位结构,其特征在于,包括开合定位组件(1)、连接组件(2)和与所述连接组件(2)铰接连接的支撑腿(3),所述开合定位组件(1)包括相互配合的第一定位件(11)和第二定位件(12),所述第一定位件(11)与所述连接组件(2)活动连接,所述第二定位件(12)的一端与所述支撑腿(3)连接、另一端与所述连接组件(2)铰接连接,当所述支撑腿(3)处于打开位置时,所述第一定位件(11)与所述第二定位件(12)相互锁定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑腿定位结构,其特征在于,所述第二定位件(12)设有与所述支撑腿(3)连接的方形槽(121)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑腿定位结构,其特征在于,所述连接组件(2)包括相互连接的下盖(22)和固定板(23),所述第一定位件(11)与所述下盖(22)连接,所述第二定位件(12)与所述固定板(23)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支撑腿定位结构,其特征在于,所述第一定位件(11)与所述下盖(22)之间设有复位弹簧(13)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的支撑腿定位结构,其特征在于,所述第一定位件(11)设有腰型孔(111),所述下盖(22)设有与所述腰型孔(111)活动配合的凸柱(221)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的支撑腿定位结构,其特征在于,所述第二定位件(12)连接有与所述固定板(23)转动连接的旋转轴(14)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的支撑腿定位结构,其特征在于,所述第二定位件(12)设有第一抵接面(122)、第二抵接面(123)和设于所述第一抵接面(122)和所述第二抵接面(123)之间的凸轮面(124),所述第一抵接面(122)、所述第二抵接面(123)和所述凸轮面(124)在所述支撑腿(3)处于不同位置时分别与第一定位件(11)抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的支撑腿定位结构,其特征在于,所述第一抵接面(122)和所述第二抵接面(123)之间为相互垂直的平面。
  9. 一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的 支撑腿定位结构。
