Description
本实用新型涉及机械领域,特别是涉及一种搅拌机易拆轴承机构。
锂离子电池的生产制造过程中,需要搅拌机将浆料搅拌分散,现在行业内的搅拌机都有一个共同的问题,就是分散轴承容易损坏,需要定期维护更换,而传统搅拌机更换分散轴的圆柱滚子轴承时候需要拆卸整个分散轴部件,劳动强度大,用时长。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出了一种搅拌机易拆轴承机构。本实用新型将分散轴承座分解为上轴承座与下轴承座,上下轴承座通过螺钉联接,只需拆下下轴承座就可更换圆柱滚子轴承,可极大的减少工作量,缩短更换时间。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现。
一种搅拌机易拆轴承机构,包括轴承座主体,所述轴承座主体包括沿轴承座主体轴线方向上下布置的上轴承座和下轴承座 ,上轴承座通过上部轴承与分散轴轴接;上轴承座底部可拆卸连接下轴承座 ,下轴承座 与分散轴之间安装有圆柱滚子轴承;下轴承座 下方安装有密封结构。
进一步的改进,所述上轴承座与下轴承座 通过螺钉可拆卸连接。
进一步的改进,所述下轴承座 底部固定有将螺钉遮盖的下端盖。
进一步的改进,所述密封结构包括与下轴承座 固定连接的上迷宫环和与分散轴固定连接的下迷宫环。
进一步的改进,所述上轴承座底部外周内凹形成环形阶梯,下轴承座 的端面通过螺钉与环形阶梯相连。
本实用新型的有益效果在于。
本实用新型将分散轴承座分解为上轴承座与下轴承座,上下轴承座通过螺钉联接,只需拆下下轴承座就可更换圆柱滚子轴承,可极大的减少工作量,缩短更换时间。

如图1所示的一种搅拌机易拆轴承机构,如图1所示,包括上轴承座1,下轴承座 2 ,下端盖3,上迷宫环4,下迷宫环5,分散轴6,圆柱滚子轴承7,上部轴承8,环形阶梯9;下轴承座 2固定在上轴承座1上,下端盖3固定在下轴承座 2上,上迷宫环4固定在下端盖3上,下迷宫环5固定在分散轴6上并跟随分散轴6旋转,圆柱滚子轴承7装在下轴承座 2内。环形阶梯9用于加强轴承座1和下轴承座 2 连接处的密封性。
当其中圆柱滚子轴承7损坏后,先将下迷宫环5拆卸下来,然后将下端盖3拆卸下来,再将螺钉旋松,将下轴承座 2拆卸下来,然后即可更换圆柱滚子轴承7。
