本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种带有体温监测功能的电梯厅外到站指示灯装置,可以有效解决背景技术中功能比较单一,而且电梯为密闭空间,很容易造成流行病的传播,无法满足现有的需求,而且不能很好地固定控制元件,以及不能对装置进行缓冲保护等问题。

在人员使用时,将箱体110安装在电梯旁,当红外测温模块监测到待乘梯人员体温过高时,红灯310发出红光进行警告提示,同时语音提示模块发出滴滴声进行提醒,拒绝该人进入电梯;当监测到待乘梯人员体温正常时,绿灯320发出绿光且语音提示模块不发声,提示该人可正常乘梯,拉开固定杆230将控制单元安装好,松开固定杆230,通过复位弹簧220固定杆230回到原位并通过压块240压住控制单元进行固定,当发生碰撞或者震动时,通过使活动柱430在固定柱420中移动,使箱体110挤压减震弹簧440,减小震 动力。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种带有体温监测功能的电梯厅外到站指示灯装置,其特征在于,包括箱体(110),设置于箱体(110)内部的固定机构,设置于箱体(110)后侧面的缓冲机构,以及设置于箱体(110)前侧面的指示机构;
    所述箱体(110)为长方形结构且内部中空,所述箱体(110)边角采用圆弧过渡;
    所述固定机构包括安装复位组件以及固定组件,所述固定组件设于安装复位组件一侧,所述安装复位组件包括控制腔室(210)以及复位弹簧(220),所述控制腔室(210)设于箱体(110)内部,所述控制腔室(210)内部一侧开设有两个固定槽,两个固定槽沿箱体(110)中心轴轴对称,每个固定槽内部设置有一个复位弹簧(220);
    所述固定组件包括固定杆(230)以及压块(240),所述固定杆(230)设有两个且为“L”型结构,每个所述固定杆(230)一端分别与一个复位弹簧(220)一侧连接,每个所述固定杆(230)靠近另一端的内侧设置有一个压块(240);
    所述缓冲机构包括缓冲组件以及缓冲垫(410),所述缓冲组件设于缓冲垫(410)后方,所述缓冲组件包括固定柱(420)、活动柱(430)以及减震弹簧(440),所述活动柱(430)设有四个,四个活动柱(430)均设置于箱体(110)后侧面且靠近箱体(110)四角,每个所述活动柱(430)另一端活动设置于固定柱(420)内部,每个固定柱(420)与箱体(110)之间分别设有一个减震弹簧(440);
    所述控制腔室(210)设有控制单元,所述控制单元设于两个压块(240)与控制腔室(210)内壁之间,所述箱体前端设有红外测温模块、到站灯模块、温度判断灯以及语音识别模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有体温监测功能的电梯厅外到站指示灯装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(110)还包括上行按钮(120)以及下行按钮 (130),所述上行按钮(120)以及下行按钮(130)按顺序活动设置于箱体(110)前侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带有体温监测功能的电梯厅外到站指示灯装置,其特征在于:所述安装复位组件还包括后安装板(250)以及安装螺丝(260),所述后安装板(250)与控制腔室(210)大小对应且设置于箱体(110)后侧面,所述安装螺丝(260)贯穿后安装板(250)活动设置于箱体(110)后侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种带有体温监测功能的电梯厅外到站指示灯装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲垫(410)设有四个,两个所述缓冲垫(410)为一组,所述箱体(110)相互远离的两侧均设有一组缓冲垫(410)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种带有体温监测功能的电梯厅外到站指示灯装置,其特征在于:所述温度判断灯包括红灯(310)以及绿灯(320),所述红灯(310)与绿灯(320)沿箱体(110)中轴线轴对称设置。
