为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种工业制造用调度机器人及其调度方法,包括底座和钢管主体,所述底座的顶部固定连接有固定架,所述固定架的一侧内壁上开设有凹槽,凹槽的一侧内部上固定连接有第一电机,所述第一电机的输出轴上固定连接有L形座,所述L形座上设有夹持组件,所述固定架的另一侧内壁上固定连接有贯穿座,所述固定架的另一侧上和贯穿座均开设有相连通的贯穿孔,所述钢管主体的一端穿过贯穿孔并延伸至夹持组件上,所述固定架的顶部内壁上固定连接有液压缸,所述液压缸的输出轴上固定连接有矩形座,所述矩形座的底部滑动连接有连接板,所述连接板的底部固定连接有修磨盘,所述矩形座的顶部开设有安装槽,安装槽的顶部内壁上固定连接有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出轴上固定套设有绕线轮,所述绕线轮上绕设有拉绳,拉绳的一端与连接板的一侧固定连接,所述底座的顶部固定连接有收集槽,所述收集槽内固定连接有滤网,所述底座的顶部固定连接有水箱,所述水箱位于固定架的外侧,所述水箱上设有进水管,所述水箱的顶部固定连接有第一水泵,所述第一水泵的输出端延伸至水箱内并与水箱的顶部密封固定连接,所述第一水泵的输出端密封固定连接有喷水管,所述喷水管的一端延伸至矩形座的底部下方并密封固定连接有喷头。
在进一步的实施例中,所述夹持组件包括设在L形座上的固定腔室,所述固定腔室的底部内壁上转动连接有转轴,所述转轴的顶端延伸至L形座的顶部上方并固定连接有把手,所述转轴上螺纹连接有移动板,所述移动板的一侧与固定腔室的一侧内壁滑动连接,所述移动板的另一侧延伸至L形座的外侧,所述移动板的底部固定连接有第一弧形夹板,所述L形座的底部固定连接有第二弧形夹板,所述第一弧形夹板和第二弧形夹板均与钢管主体相适配,所述第一弧形夹板和第二弧形夹板相互靠近的一侧内壁上均设有缓冲垫,通过转动转轴,可以使移动板带动第一弧形夹板向下移动,通过第一弧形夹板和第二弧形夹板可以将钢管主体进行夹持固定,且设置了缓冲垫,可以增加摩擦力,使得对钢管主体的固定更加稳固,同时不会对钢管主体的表面造成损伤,这样可以防止在修磨过程中,钢管主体发生位移,对修磨造成影响。
在进一步的实施例中,所述固定架的两侧内壁上均开设有滑槽,所述矩形座的两侧分别与两个滑槽相互远离的一侧内壁滑动连接,滑槽可以使矩形座移动更加顺畅。
在进一步的实施例中,所述底座的顶部固定连接有第二水泵,所述第二水泵的输入端延伸至收集槽内并与收集槽的一侧密封固定连接,所述第二水泵的输出端延伸至水箱内并与水箱的一侧密封固定连接,第二水泵,可以将过滤后的水传输至水箱内,进行循环利用,节约了水资源。
在进一步的实施例中,所述矩形座的底部开设有限位槽,所述连接板的顶部延伸至限位槽内并与限位槽的顶部内壁滑动连接,所述限位槽的一侧内壁上固定连接有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与连接板的一侧固定连接,限位槽可以使连接板能够平稳移动,不会发生位置偏移,弹簧可以为连接板提供复位动力。
在进一步的实施例中,所述固定架的两侧内壁均固定连接有导流板,两个导流板的底部均与收集槽的顶部固定连接,导流板可以对废屑和水的混合物进行导流,防止混合物流向其他地方,对工作环境造成污染。
在进一步的实施例中,所述固定架的一侧内壁上转动连接有连接轴,所述第一电机的输出轴与连接轴上均固定套设有皮带轮,两个皮带轮上传动连接有同一个传动皮带,所述连接轴的一端延伸至收集槽内并与收集槽的一侧内壁转动连接,所述连接轴上螺纹连接有螺纹板,所述螺纹板的底部固定连接有清洁刷,所述清洁刷的底部与滤网的顶部相贴合,第一电机的输出轴可以通过两个皮带轮和传动皮带使连接轴往复转动,连接轴往复转动可以使螺纹板带动清洁刷横向往复移动,清洁刷可以在滤网的表面进行来回刷动,避免废屑堵塞滤网,造成过滤不畅。
在进一步的实施例中,所述收集槽内固定连接连接有滑杆,所述滑杆上滑动套设有滑套,所述螺纹板的顶部与滑套的底部固定连接,通过滑杆和滑套,可以对螺纹板进行限位,防止螺纹板随着连接轴转动。
优选的,基于上述工业制造用调度机器人的调度方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(S1)、首先将钢管主体需要修磨的一端穿过贯穿座并延伸至L形座上的下弧形夹板上,然后正向转动转轴,转轴可以使移动板向下移动,从而可以使第一弧形夹板向下移动,通过第一弧形夹板和第二弧形夹板可以将钢管主体进行夹持固定,且设置了缓冲垫,可以增加摩擦力,使得对钢管主体的固定更加稳固,同时不会对钢管主体的表面造成损伤;
(S2)、通过进水管向水箱内注入水,然后启动液压缸,液压缸可以使矩形座带动连接板和修磨盘向下移动,从而可以使修磨盘的底部与钢管主体的表面贴合,此时修磨盘位于钢管主体的最左侧,拉绳处于紧绷状态,然后启动第一电机,并使第一电机往复转动,第一电机的输出轴可以使L形座带动钢管主体进行转动,这样可以使钢管主体与修磨盘相互摩擦,从而可以对钢管主体进行修磨,与此同时,启动第二电机,并使第二电机往复正反转,第二电机正向转动时,会使绕线轮对拉绳进行收紧,从而可以拉动连接板向靠近第二电机的方向移动,弹簧会被压缩,当第二电机反向转动时,绕线轮对拉绳进行释放,在弹簧的复位弹力下,可以使连接板进行复位,这样可以使连接板带动修磨盘横向往复移动,使得对钢管主体进行反复修磨,这时启动第一水泵,第一水泵可以将水箱内的水抽出,通过喷水管上的喷头喷出,喷出的水可以对修磨盘进行降温,避免修磨过程中修磨盘温度过高,对修磨盘的使用寿命造成影响,同时喷出的水可以对修磨过程中产生的废屑进行冲洗,防止废屑飞溅,对人体造成伤害,水与废屑的混合物会通过两个导流板进入收集槽内,滤网可以对混合物进行过滤,废屑会遗留在滤网的表面,水会流向滤网下方的区域;
(S3)、启动第二水泵,第二水泵可以将过滤后的水传输至水箱内,进行循环利用,节约了水资源;
(S4)、第一电机往复转动时,第一电机的输出轴可以通过两个皮带轮和传动皮带使连接轴往复转动,连接轴往复转动可以使螺纹板带动清洁刷横向往复移动,清洁刷可以在滤网的表面进行来回刷动,避免废屑堵塞滤网,造成过滤不畅,修磨结束后,关闭所用电器部件,反向转动转轴,使第一弧形夹板向上移动,然后将钢管主体抽出即可。
有益效果
1.本发明通过转动转轴,可以使移动板带动第一弧形夹板向下移动,通过第一弧形夹板和第二弧形夹板可以将钢管主体进行夹持固定,且设置了缓冲垫,可以增加摩擦力,使得对钢管主体的固定更加稳固,同时不会对钢管主体的表面造成损伤,这样可以防止在修磨过程中,钢管主体发生位移,对修磨造成影响。
2.本发明通过液压缸可以使矩形座带动连接板和修磨盘向下移动,使修磨盘能够与钢管主体的表面贴合,第一电机可以使L形座和钢管主体进行转动,这样可以使钢管主体与修磨盘相互摩擦,从而可以对钢管主体进行修磨,第二电机可以使修磨盘横向往复移动,使得对钢管主体进行反复修磨,提高了修磨效率,同时通过第一水泵可以将水箱内的水抽出,通过喷水管上的喷头喷出,喷出的水可以对修磨盘进行降温,避免修磨过程中修磨盘温度过高,对修磨盘的使用寿命造成影响,同时喷出的水可以对修磨过程中产生的废屑进行冲洗,防止废屑飞溅,对人体造成伤害,水与废屑的混合物会通过两个导流板进入收集槽内,滤网可以对混合物进行过滤,废屑会遗留在滤网的表面,对废屑进行收集,便于后期利用。
3.本发明通过第二水泵,可以将过滤后的水传输至水箱内,进行循环利用,节约了水资源,在第一电机往复转动时,第一电机的输出轴可以通过两个皮带轮和传动皮带使连接轴往复转动,连接轴往复转动可以使螺纹板带动清洁刷横向往复移动,清洁刷可以在滤网的表面进行来回刷动,避免废屑堵塞滤网,造成过滤不畅。
本发明结构合理,操作便利,通过对钢管主体进行反复修磨,提高了修磨质量,不需要人工修磨,降低了劳动强度,且可以对废屑进行冲洗收集,避免了废屑飞溅对人体造成伤害,自动化程度高,方便使用。

请参阅图1-5,本实施例提供了一种工业制造用调度机器人及其调度方法,包括底座1和钢管主体10,底座1的顶部固定连接有固定架2,固定架2的一侧内壁上开设有凹槽,凹槽的一侧内部上固定连接有第一电机3,第一电机3的输出轴上固定连接有L形座4,第一电机3的输出轴与L形座4相连接,从而可以使第一电机3能够带动L形座4转动,方便后期对钢管主体10进行修磨,L形座4上设有夹持组件,固定架2的另一侧内壁上固定连接有贯穿座23,固定架2的另一侧上和贯穿座23均开设有相连通的贯穿孔,钢管主体10的一端穿过贯穿孔并延伸至夹持组件上,钢管主体10通过贯穿座23,且钢管主体10能够在贯穿座23上的贯穿孔内转动,转动稳定,方便修磨,固定架2的顶部内壁上固定连接有液压缸11,液压缸11的输出轴上固定连接有矩形座12,采用液压缸11可以使矩形座12能够快速下降,从而可以使修磨盘16能够与钢管主体10的表面接触,提高了工作效率,矩形座12的底部滑动连接有连接板15,连接板15的底部固定连接有修磨盘16,矩形座12的顶部开设有安装槽,安装槽的顶部内壁上固定连接有第二电机13,第二电机13的输出轴上固定套设有绕线轮14,绕线轮14上绕设有拉绳,拉绳的一端与连接板15的一侧固定连接,拉绳的初始状态为紧绷状态,这样可以使绕线轮14对拉绳进行收紧,同时也便于对拉绳的控制,提高拉绳在工作中的灵敏度,防止由于拉绳过松导致的工作不稳定的情况出现。
底座1的顶部固定连接有收集槽20,收集槽20内固定连接有滤网21,滤网21可以对废屑与水的混合物进行过滤,废屑可以遗留在滤网21上,便于收集利用,底座1的顶部固定连接有水箱17,水箱17位于固定架2的外侧,水箱17上设有进水管,通过进水管便于向水箱17内补充水,水箱17的顶部固定连接有第一水泵18,第一水泵18的输出端延伸至水箱17内并与水箱17的顶部密封固定连接,第一水泵18的输出端密封固定连接有喷水管19,喷水管19的一端延伸至矩形座12的底部下方并密封固定连接有喷头,通过第一水泵18可以将水箱17内的水抽出,再由喷水管19上的喷头喷出,喷出的水可以对修磨盘16进行降温,避免修磨过程中修磨盘16温度过高,对修磨盘16的使用寿命造成影响,同时喷出的水可以对修磨过程中产生的废屑进行冲洗,防止废屑飞溅,对人体造成伤害,同时还可以将研磨的碎屑冲走,防止碎屑在修磨盘16和加工件之间影响对加工件的修磨,避免出现碎屑颗粒在修磨盘16和工件之间在修磨盘16的摩擦力作用下转动,影响修磨效果。将碎屑冲走之后,可以减少甚至清除修磨盘16与工件之间的碎屑量,可以减少滚动摩擦的现象,提高研磨效果。
夹持组件包括设在L形座4上的固定腔室5,固定腔室5的底部内壁上转动连接有转轴6,转轴6的顶端延伸至L形座4的顶部上方并固定连接有把手,转轴6上螺纹连接有移动板7,移动板7的一侧与固定腔室5的一侧内壁滑动连接,移动板7的另一侧延伸至L形座4的外侧,移动板7的底部固定连接有第一弧形夹板8,通过转轴6与移动板7螺纹连接,可以在转轴6转动时,使移动板7能够带动第一弧形夹板8进行移动,且螺纹连接稳固性高,从而可以提高对钢管主体10夹持的稳固性,L形座4的底部固定连接有第二弧形夹板9,第一弧形夹板8和第二弧形夹板9均与钢管主体10相适配,第一弧形夹板8和第二弧形夹板9相互靠近的一侧内壁上均设有缓冲垫,缓冲垫为弹性橡胶,材料易取用,且实用性高,通过转动转轴6,可以使移动板7带动第一弧形夹板8向下移动,通过第一弧形夹板8和第二弧形夹板9可以将钢管主体10进行夹持固定,且设置了缓冲垫,缓冲垫一方面可以减少接触时的缓冲力,另外一方面可以增加摩擦力,使得对钢管主体10的固定更加稳固,同时不会对钢管主体10的表面造成损伤,这样可以防止在修磨过程中,钢管主体10发生位移,对修磨造成影响。
固定架2的两侧内壁上均开设有滑槽28,矩形座12的两侧分别与两个滑槽28相互远离的一侧内壁滑动连接,滑槽28可以使矩形座12移动更加顺畅。
矩形座12的底部开设有限位槽29,连接板15的顶部延伸至限位槽29内并与限位槽29的顶部内壁滑动连接,限位槽29的一侧内壁上固定连接有弹簧30,弹簧30的一端与连接板15的一侧固定连接,弹簧30的初始状态为拉伸状态,在连接板15向靠近第二电机13的方向移动时,会对弹簧30进行压缩,进而可以为后续提供复位动力做准备,限位槽29可以使连接板15能够平稳移动,不会发生位置偏移,弹簧30可以为连接板15提供复位动力,使连接板15能够进行横向往复移动。
将钢管主体10需要修磨的一端穿过贯穿座23并延伸至L形座4上的下弧形夹板9上,然后正向转动转轴6,转轴6可以使移动板7向下移动,从而可以使第一弧形夹板8向下移动,通过第一弧形夹板8和第二弧形夹板9可以将钢管主体10进行夹持固定,且设置了缓冲垫,可以增加摩擦力,使得对钢管主体10的固定更加稳固,同时不会对钢管主体10的表面造成损伤,通过进水管向水箱17内注入水,然后启动液压缸11,液压缸11可以使矩形座12带动连接板15和修磨盘16向下移动,从而可以使修磨盘16的底部与钢管主体10的表面贴合,此时修磨盘16位于钢管主体10的最左侧,拉绳处于紧绷状态,然后启动第一电机3,并使第一电机3往复转动,第一电机3的输出轴可以使L形座4带动钢管主体10进行转动,这样可以使钢管主体10与修磨盘16相互摩擦,从而可以对钢管主体10进行修磨,与此同时,启动第二电机13,并使第二电机13往复正反转,第二电机13正向转动时,会使绕线轮14对拉绳进行收紧,从而可以拉动连接板15向靠近第二电机13的方向移动,弹簧30会被压缩,当第二电机13反向转动时,绕线轮14对拉绳进行释放,在弹簧30的复位弹力下,可以使连接板15进行复位,这样可以使连接板15带动修磨盘16横向往复移动,使得对钢管主体10进行反复修磨,这时启动第一水泵18,第一水泵18可以将水箱17内的水抽出,通过喷水管19上的喷头喷出,喷出的水可以对修磨盘16进行降温,避免修磨过程中修磨盘16温度过高,对修磨盘16的使用寿命造成影响,同时喷出的水可以对修磨过程中产生的废屑进行冲洗,防止废屑飞溅,对人体造成伤害

参阅图1在实施例1的基础上作出的进一步改进:
底座1的顶部固定连接有第二水泵27,第二水泵27的输入端延伸至收集槽20内并与收集槽20的一侧密封固定连接,第二水泵27的输出端延伸至水箱17内并与水箱17的一侧密封固定连接,第二水泵27,可以将过滤后的水传输至水箱17内,进行循环利用,节约了水资源。
固定架2的两侧内壁均固定连接有导流板31,两个导流板31的底部均与收集槽20的顶部固定连接,导流板31为倾斜设置,这样便于混合物快速流向收集槽20内,导流板31可以对废屑和水的混合物进行导流,防止混合物流向其他地方,对工作环境造成污染。
固定架2的一侧内壁上转动连接有连接轴22,第一电机3的输出轴与连接轴22上均固定套设有皮带轮,两个皮带轮上传动连接有同一个传动皮带,通过皮带轮和传动皮带,可以使连接轴22能够与第一电机3的输出轴同步转动,连接轴22的一端延伸至收集槽20内并与收集槽20的一侧内壁转动连接,连接轴22外侧开设有外螺纹,连接轴22上螺纹连接有螺纹板32,螺纹板32的底部固定连接有清洁刷26,清洁刷26的底部与滤网21的顶部相贴合,第一电机3的输出轴可以通过两个皮带轮和传动皮带使连接轴22往复转动,连接轴22往复转动可以使螺纹板32带动清洁刷26横向往复移动,清洁刷26可以在滤网21的表面进行来回刷动,避免废屑堵塞滤网21,造成过滤不畅。
收集槽20内固定连接连接有滑杆24,滑杆24上滑动套设有滑套25,螺纹板32的顶部与滑套25的底部固定连接,通过滑杆24和滑套25,可以对螺纹板32进行限位,防止螺纹板32随着连接轴22转动。
在进一步的实施例中,也可以在螺纹板32的底部安装一个电机,电机的输出轴与清洁刷26焊接或者通过联轴器连接,由电机带着清洁刷26转动,电机给清洁刷26提供旋转力,在对滤网21进行清理时,清洁刷26产生离心力,在离心力的作用下,可以提高对滤网21的清理效果,可以带走滤网21上粘结的碎屑,避免出现碎屑与滤网21粘结的情况,而且清洁刷26在转动的同时还在连接轴22带动下水平移动,可以将碎屑水平洗刷,进一步提高清理效果,放置滤网堵塞。
水与废屑的混合物会通过两个导流板31进入收集槽20内,滤网21可以对混合物进行过滤,废屑会遗留在滤网21的表面,水会流向滤网21下方的区域,这时启动第二水泵27,第二水泵27可以将过滤后的水传输至水箱17内,进行循环利用,节约了水资源,在第一电机3往复转动时,第一电机3的输出轴可以通过两个皮带轮和传动皮带使连接轴22往复转动,连接轴22往复转动可以使螺纹板32带动清洁刷26横向往复移动,清洁刷26可以在滤网21的表面进行来回刷动,避免废屑堵塞滤网21,造成过滤不畅,在螺纹板32移动过程中,可以带动滑套25在滑杆24上滑动,从而可以使螺纹板32移动更加稳固,且不会发生位置偏移。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业制造用调度机器人,其特征在于:所述夹持组件包括设在L形座(4)上的固定腔室(5),所述固定腔室(5)的底部内壁上转动连接有转轴(6),所述转轴(6)的顶端延伸至L形座(4)的顶部上方并固定连接有把手,所述转轴(6)上螺纹连接有移动板(7),所述移动板(7)的一侧与固定腔室(5)的一侧内壁滑动连接,所述移动板(7)的另一侧延伸至L形座(4)的外侧,所述移动板(7)的底部固定连接有第一弧形夹板(8),所述L形座(4)的底部固定连接有第二弧形夹板(9),所述第一弧形夹板(8)和第二弧形夹板(9)均与钢管主体(10)相适配,所述第一弧形夹板(8)和第二弧形夹板(9)相互靠近的一侧内壁上均设有缓冲垫。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业制造用调度机器人,其特征在于:所述固定架(2)的两侧内壁上均开设有滑槽(28),所述矩形座(12)的两侧分别与两个滑槽(28)相互远离的一侧内壁滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业制造用调度机器人,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的顶部固定连接有第二水泵(27),所述第二水泵(27)的输入端延伸至收集槽(20)内并与收集槽(20)的一侧密封固定连接,所述第二水泵(27)的输出端延伸至水箱(17)内并与水箱(17)的一侧密封固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业制造用调度机器人,其特征在于:所述矩形座(12)的底部开设有限位槽(29),所述连接板(15)的顶部延伸至限位槽(29)内并与限位槽(29)的顶部内壁滑动连接,所述限位槽(29)的一侧内壁上固定连接有弹簧(30),所述弹簧(30)的一端与连接板(15)的一侧固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业制造用调度机器人,其特征在于:所述固定架(2)的两侧内壁均固定连接有导流板(31),两个导流板(31)的底部均与收集槽(20)的顶部固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业制造用调度机器人,其特征在于:所述固定架(2)的一侧内壁上转动连接有连接轴(22),所述第一电机(3)的输出轴与连接轴(22)上均固定套设有皮带轮,两个皮带轮上传动连接有同一个传动皮带,所述连接轴(22)的一端延伸至收集槽(20)内并与收集槽(20)的一侧内壁转动连接,所述连接轴(22)上螺纹连接有螺纹板(32),所述螺纹板(32)的底部固定连接有清洁刷(26),所述清洁刷(26)的底部与滤网(21)的顶部相贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种工业制造用调度机器人,其特征在于:所述收集槽(20)内固定连接连接有滑杆(24),所述滑杆(24)上滑动套设有滑套(25),所述螺纹板(32)的顶部与滑套(25)的底部固定连接。
  9. 采用权利要求1所述的一种工业制造用调度机器人的调度方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    (S1)、首先将钢管主体(10)需要修磨的一端穿过贯穿座(23)并延伸至L形座(4)上的下弧形夹板(9)上,然后正向转动转轴(6),转轴(6)可以使移动板(7)向下移动,从而可以使第一弧形夹板(8)向下移动,通过第一弧形夹板(8)和第二弧形夹板(9)可以将钢管主体(10)进行夹持固定,且设置了缓冲垫,可以增加摩擦力,使得对钢管主体(10)的固定更加稳固,同时不会对钢管主体(10)的表面造成损伤;
    (S2)、通过进水管向水箱(17)内注入水,然后启动液压缸(11),液压缸(11)可以使矩形座(12)带动连接板(15)和修磨盘(16)向下移动,从而可以使修磨盘(16)的底部与钢管主体(10)的表面贴合,此时修磨盘(16)位于钢管主体(10)的最左侧,拉绳处于紧绷状态,然后启动第一电机(3),并使第一电机(3)往复转动,第一电机(3)的输出轴可以使L形座(4)带动钢管主体(10)进行转动,这样可以使钢管主体(10)与修磨盘(16)相互摩擦,从而可以对钢管主体(10)进行修磨,与此同时,启动第二电机(13),并使第二电机(13)往复正反转,第二电机(13)正向转动时,会使绕线轮(14)对拉绳进行收紧,从而可以拉动连接板(15)向靠近第二电机(13)的方向移动,弹簧(30)会被压缩,当第二电机(13)反向转动时,绕线轮(14)对拉绳进行释放,在弹簧(30)的复位弹力下,可以使连接板(15)进行复位,这样可以使连接板(15)带动修磨盘(16)横向往复移动,使得对钢管主体(10)进行反复修磨,这时启动第一水泵(18),第一水泵(18)可以将水箱(17)内的水抽出,通过喷水管(19)上的喷头喷出,喷出的水可以对修磨盘(16)进行降温,避免修磨过程中修磨盘(16)温度过高,对修磨盘(16)的使用寿命造成影响,同时喷出的水可以对修磨过程中产生的废屑进行冲洗,防止废屑飞溅,对人体造成伤害,水与废屑的混合物会通过两个导流板(31)进入收集槽(20)内,滤网(21)可以对混合物进行过滤,废屑会遗留在滤网(21)的表面,水会流向滤网(21)下方的区域;
    (S3)、启动第二水泵(27),第二水泵(27)可以将过滤后的水传输至水箱(17)内,进行循环利用,节约了水资源;
    (S4)、第一电机(3)往复转动时,第一电机(3)的输出轴可以通过两个皮带轮和传动皮带使连接轴(22)往复转动,连接轴(22)往复转动可以使螺纹板(32)带动清洁刷(26)横向往复移动,清洁刷(26)可以在滤网(21)的表面进行来回刷动,避免废屑堵塞滤网(21),造成过滤不畅,修磨结束后,关闭所用电器部件,反向转动转轴(6),使第一弧形夹板(8)向上移动,然后将钢管主体(10)抽出即可。
