Description
本发明涉及家具打孔领域,尤其是一种具有防护结构的便于调节的家具打孔装置。
打孔是指用钻头在实体材料上加工出孔的操作,钻孔的位置精度的控制,实质上是钻削过程中钻头与工件的相互正确位置的控制过程。
现有的打孔装置较少设置防护结构,导致在使用时,打孔产生的碎屑会乱飞,板材也有可能会移动,导致可能会产生一定的危险。
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种具有防护结构的便于调节的家具打孔装置。

本发明为一种具有防护结构的便于调节的家具打孔装置,包括安装板,所述安装板上表面固定连接有两个对称设置的连接板,两个所述连接板之间固定连接有滑杆,所述滑杆周侧面滑动连接有滑块,所述连接板一侧面固定连接有驱动电机,通过设置驱动电机,驱动电机 转动可以带动丝杠转动,配合滑块与丝杠螺纹连接的设置,进而可以使滑块在滑杆和丝杠上横向移动,且设置液压缸,可以调节打孔头的横向位置和高度,可以准确的定位打孔,所述驱动电机输出端转动连接有主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮啮合连接有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮内部固定连接有转动轴,所述转动轴一端固定连接有丝杠,所述滑块与丝杠螺纹连接,所述滑块上表面固定连接有液压缸,所述液压缸一端固定连接有连接管,所述连接管内滑动连接有移动管,所述移动管下表面转动连接有打孔头,所述移动管周侧面固定连接有防护罩,所述防护罩位置、尺寸均与打孔头相适应,所述安装板上表面还固定连接有两个对称设置的固定架,两个所述固定架上表面均开设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内螺纹连接有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆一端固定连接有旋钮,另一端固定连接有固定板,通过设置旋钮,转动旋钮可以带动螺纹杆转动,配合螺纹杆与螺纹孔螺纹连接的设置,进而可以使螺纹杆在螺纹孔内升降,最终可以带动固定板升降,对家具板材进行固定,防止打孔时,板材移动,起到一定保护作用,且设置防护罩,可以防止碎屑飞溅,进一步起到保护作用。
优选地,所述主动齿轮半径小于从动齿轮,可以使从动齿轮的转速减慢,以便于精确定位。
优选地,所述安装板上表面固定连接有放置板,以便于放置家具板材。
优选地,所述放置板位置与固定架相适应,防止无法对板材进行固定。
优选地,所述固定板下表面固定连接有防滑垫,可以增大与板材间的接触面积,进一步对其板材进行固定。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过设置驱动电机,驱动电机转动可以带动丝杠转动,配合滑块与丝杠螺纹连接的设置,进而可以使滑块在滑杆和丝杠上横向移动,且设置液压缸,可以调节打孔头的横向位置和高度,可以准确的定位打孔。
2、本发明通过设置旋钮,转动旋钮可以带动螺纹杆转动,配合螺纹杆与螺纹孔螺纹连接的设置,进而可以使螺纹杆在螺纹孔内升降,最终可以带动固定板升降,对家具板材进行固定,防止打孔时,板材移动,起到一定保护作用,且设置防护罩,可以防止碎屑飞溅,进一步起到保护作用。
