本申请涉及第三代合作伙伴计划(3GPP,3rd Generation Partnership Project)协议中针对服务拒绝的处理技术,尤其涉及一种处理方法、终端及计算机存储介质。
现今,在相关技术中,3GPP协议规定了终端在接收到服务拒绝(SERVICE REJECT)后,根据SERVICE REJECT的原因(cause)进行处理,然而,采用协议规定的处理方式,导致的后果可能使得终端禁用卡,禁用卡的电路交换(CS,Circuit Switching)或者分组交换(PS,Packet Switching)服务,禁用服务以及禁用公共陆地移动网(PLMN,Public Land Mobile Network)等等;由此可以看出,现有的终端针对SERVICE REJECT的处理导致终端频繁的出现无法正常使用服务的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种处理方法、终端及计算机存储介质,能够降低终端针对SERVICE REJECT的处理所导致的无法正常使用服务的频率。
本申请的技术方案是这样实现的:
本申请实施例提供了一种处理方法,所述方法应用于终端中,包括:
接收服务拒绝消息;其中,所述服务拒绝消息中携带有服务拒绝的原因;
当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
本申请实施例提供了一种终端,包括:
接收模块,配置为接收服务拒绝消息;其中,所述服务拒绝消息中携带有服务拒绝的原因;
确定模块,配置为当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
本申请实施例还提供了一种终端,所述终端包括:处理器以及存储有所述处理器可执行指令的存储介质,所述存储介质通过通信总线依赖所述处理器执行操作,当所述指令被所述处理器执行时,执行上述一个或多个实施例所述处理方法。

本申请实施例提供了一种处理方法、终端及计算机存储介质,该方法包括:接收服务拒绝消息,其中,服务拒绝消息中携带有服务拒绝的原因,当终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程;也就是说,在本申请实施例中,针对终端所连接的网络和接收到的服务拒绝的原因,将终端所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络且服务拒绝的原因为预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因的情况筛选出来,针对该种原因的终端不再按照现有的3GPP协议规定的流程处理,而是执行与预设移 动通信网络对应的注册流程,这样通过注册结果能够对是否为临时网络问题进行再次确认,如此,如果是临时网络问题,则注册流程可以正常成功,如果确实有问题,则通过注册流程能够进一步确认,如此,规避了由于网络临时错误引起的终端无法正常使用服务的情况出现,从而降低了终端无法正常使用服务的频率,进而提高了终端的网络性能。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例一
本申请实施例提供了一种处理方法,该方法应用于终端中,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种可选的处理方法的流程示意图,参考图1所示,上述处理方法可以包括:
S101:接收服务拒绝消息;
目前,3GPP协议中规定了SERVICE REJECT的cause和相关的处理流程,而终端一般遵循3GPP协议规范对终端的行为进行处理,然而,SERVICE REJECT的cause和注册流程的cause基本一致,采用3GPP协议的规定的处理流程使得有些cause会导致禁用卡,禁用服务,禁用PLMN等非常严重的后果,导致终端的服务完全无法使用。
在实际应用中,在日常用户使用终端中发现,SERVICE REJECT的设 计和终端有问题的场景,有大量的SERVICE REJECT是临时网络问题或者临时的某种错误导致的,但是采用3GPP协议规范其导致的后果为禁用卡,禁用服务,禁用PLMN等非常严重的后果,导致终端的服务完全无法使用。
为了避免由于临时网络问题或者临时的某种错误所导致的终端的服务完全无法使用的情况发生,本申请实施例提供一种处理方法,首先终端接收到SERVICE REJECT,其中,服务拒绝消息中携带有服务拒绝的原因,也就是说,SERVICE REJECT中携带有服务被拒绝的原因。
其中,上述服务拒绝的原因可以为3GPP协议中所列出的任何一种原因,例如,终端是非法的,位置区域不被允许等等,这里,本申请实施例对此不作具体限定。
S102:当终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
终端在接收到SERVICE REJECT并获取到SERVICE REJECT的cause之后,先确定终端当前所连接的网络,例如,终端当前所连接的网络可以为第二代移动通信技术(2G,2-Generation wireless telephone technology)移动通信网络,第三代移动通信技术(3G,3rd-Generation wireless telephone technology)移动通信网络,第四代移动通信技术(4G,4th Generation mobile communication technology)移动通信网络,第五代移动通信技术(5G,5th generation mobile communication technology)移动通信网络,这里,本申请实施例对此不作具体限定。
并且,需要说明的是,针对每一种移动通信网络,设置有每种移动通信网络对应有预设原因,其中,每种移动通信网络对应的预设原因为3GPP中列举出的一种或多种原因,这里,本申请实施例对此不作具体限定。
具体来说,当终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且SERVICE REJECT的cause为预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因时,此时,终端不按 照3GPP协议的规定来处理,而是确定触发预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,也就是说,这里,本申请实施例触发注册流程,进一步确认是否为临时网络问题引起的SERVICE REJECT,如果注册成功,说明是临时网络问题引起的SERVICE REJECT,那么利用触发注册流程可以避免终端无法正常使用的情况发生。
其中,终端在不同的移动通信网络下,有些cause可以通过触发注册流程避免终端无法正常使用的问题发生,而有些cause触发或者不触发注册流程终端都会出现无法正常使用的问题,基于此,针对下面一些cause需要触发注册流程,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为用户归属地服务器(HSS,Home Subscriber Server)中未知终端的国际移动用户识别码(IMSI,International Mobile Subscriber Identity),确定触发并执行第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第一移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为未知终端的IMSI(IMSI unknown in HSS),由于该cause有可能是临时网络问题导致的,所以,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
除了上述cause之外,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为终端是非法的,确定触发并执行第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第一移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为终端是非法的,其中,终端是非法的可以包括 两种,一种是用户设备(UE,User Equipment)是非法的(Illegal UE),还有一种是移动设备的非法的(Illegal Mobile Equipment),经过测试发现,该cause有可能是临时网络问题导致的,所以,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
除了以上的cause之外,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为不接受终端的国际移动设备识别码(IMEI,International Mobile Equipment Identity),确定触发并执行第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第一移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为不接受终端的IMEI(IMEI not accepted),针对该种cause,有可能是临时网络问题导致的,所以,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
进一步地,除了以上提到的cause之外,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为不允许演进的分组系统(EPS,Evolved Packet System)服务,确定触发并执行第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第一移动通信网络的情况,并且, SERVICE REJECT的cause为不允许EPS服务(EPS services not allowed),也就是说,网络不允许为终端提供EPS服务,经过测试发现,该cause也有可能是临时网络问题导致的,所以,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
除了上述cause之外,还有,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为不允许EPS服务和非EPS服务,确定触发并执行第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第一移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为不允许EPS服务和非EPS服务(EPS services and non-EPS services not allowed),也就是说,网络不允许为终端提供EPS服务,也不允许为终端提供非EPS服务,在不确定该cause是否为临时网络问题导致的,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
另外,还有一种cause可能是由于临时网络问题导致的,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为终端的身份不被网络识别,确定触发并执行第一移动通信网络对应 的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第一移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为终端的身份不被网络识别(UE identity cannot be derived by the network),也就是说,网络无法识别终端的身份时,向终端发送SERVICE REJECT,在无法确定该cause是否为临时网络问题导致的,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
最后,针对第一移动通信网络还有一种cause可能是由于临时网络问题导致的SERVICE REJECT,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为不允许PLMN,确定触发并执行第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第一移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为不允许PLMN(PLMN not allowed),也就是说,当前网络不能为终端提供PLMN服务时,向终端发送SERVICE REJECT,在无法确定该cause是否为临时网络问题导致的,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
这里,需要说明的是,上述第一移动通信网络可以包括:2G移动通信网络,或者3G移动通信网络,或者4G移动通信网络。
也就是说,针对2G移动通信网络,或者3G移动通信网络,或者4G移动通信网络,终端针对上述一个或多个实施例中提到的cause均可以触发2G移动通信网络,或者3G移动通信网络,或者4G移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
其中,第一移动通信网络对应的处理流程包括:位置区更新(TAU,Tracking area update)或者附着(Attach)。
针对第二移动通信网络来说,终端接收到SERVICE REJECT之后,第二移动通信网络下接收到的SERVICE REJECT与第一移动通信网络下接收到的SERVICE REJECT的cause是不同的,那么,对于终端连接第二移动通信网络的情况,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第二移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为终端是非法的,确定触发并执行第二移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
具体来说,针对终端当前连接的是第二移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为终端是非法的,其中,终端是非法的可以包括两种,一种是用户设备UE是非法的(Illegal UE),还有一种是移动设备的非法的(Illegal ME),经过测试发现,该cause可能为临时网络问题导致的,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
除了上述cause以外,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第二移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为不接受永久设备标识(PEI,Permanent Equipment Identifier),确定触发并执行第二移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第二移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为不接受PEI(PEI not accepted),也就是说,此时网络不接受PEI,该cause可能为临时网络问题导致的,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
另外,还有一种cause,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第二移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为不允许5G服务,确定触发并执行第二移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第二移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为不允许5G服务(5GS services not allowed),也就是说,此时网络侧不提供5G服务,向终端发送SERVICE REJECT,在无法确定该cause是否为临时网络问题导致的,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
除此之外,还有一种cause下需要触发注册流程,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第二移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为终端的身份不被网络识别,确定触发并执行第二移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第二移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为终端的身份不被网络识别(UE identity cannot be derived by the network),也就是说,网络无法识别终端的身份时,向终端发送SERVICE REJECT,在无法确定该cause是否为临时网络问题导致的,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
最后,还需要提到一种cause,在一种可选的实施例中,S102可以包括:
当终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第二移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为不允许PLMN,确定触发并执行第二移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
也就是说,针对终端当前连接的是第二移动通信网络的情况,并且,SERVICE REJECT的cause为不允许PLMN(PLMN not allowed),也就是说,当前网络不能为终端提供PLMN服务时,向终端发送SERVICE REJECT,在无法确定该cause是否为临时网络问题导致的,这里,不按照3GPP协议规定的处理流程,而是触发第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
这样,如果注册成功,那么,通过注册就可以进一步确认该cause为临时网络问题导致的,终端的用户的业务只会中断1-3秒即可恢复正常,终端用户几乎不会察觉,如果确实有问题,注册失败,那么进一步确认该cause并非临时网络问题导致的,起到进一步确认的作用。
这里,需要说明的是,第二移动通信网络可以包括:5G移动通信网络,也就是说,针对5G移动通信网络,终端针对上述一个或多个实施例中提到的cause均可以触发5G移动通信网络对应的注册流程;其中,第二移动通信网络对应的处理流程包括:Registration。
下面举实例来对上述一个或多个实施例中所述的处理方法进行说明。
图2为本申请实施例提供一种可选的处理方法的实例的流程示意图,如图2所示,该处理方法可以包括:
S201:收到SERVICE REJECT;
S202:判断是否属于需要优化的严重cause;若为是,执行S203,若为否,执行S204;
具体来说,终端先接收到SERVICE REJECT,确定终端所连接的移动通信网络,查看SERVICE REJECT中的cause是否为所连接的移动通信网络对应的需要优化的严重cause,若为是,执行S203,若为否,执行S204;
其中,终端判断接收到的SERVICE REJECT的cause是否为严重cause列表中的cause;
S203:转入注册流程进行确认;执行S205;
S204:正常的SERVICE REJECT流程;
S205:触发TAU或者Attach或者Registration。
具体来说,针对2G/3G/4G网络,终端触发TAU或者Attach,针对5G网络,终端触发Registration。
通过上述实例,优化了3GPP的协议规范对SERVICE REJECT,根据影响后果的重要程度进行再次确认,通过触发注册流程再次确认;如果是临时网络问题,则注册可以正常成功,用户的业务只会中断1~3秒钟,用户几乎不会察觉;如果用户确实有问题,则通过注册流程会进一步确认,并且按照注册流程的结果进行处理,本实例对用户体检能最大提升,避免了因临时网络错误导致的业务,卡不能使用的问题,或者禁用5G,4G导致UE搜索和掉落3G,2G的问题。
并且,采用上述实例,最优地规避了网络临时错误引起的SERVICE REJECT的严重后果,保证了用户在无察觉的情况下,快速回复数据业务。
本申请实施例提供了一种处理方法,该方法包括:接收服务拒绝消息, 其中,服务拒绝消息中携带有服务拒绝的原因,当终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程;也就是说,在本申请实施例中,针对终端所连接的网络和接收到的服务拒绝的原因,将终端所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络且服务拒绝的原因为预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因的情况筛选出来,针对该种原因的终端不再按照现有的3GPP协议规定的流程处理,而是执行与预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,这样通过注册结果能够对是否为临时网络问题进行再次确认,如此,如果是临时网络问题,则注册流程可以正常成功,如果确实有问题,则通过注册流程能够进一步确认,如此,规避了由于网络临时错误引起的终端无法正常使用服务的情况出现,从而降低了终端无法正常使用服务的频率,进而提高了终端的网络性能。
实施例二
图3为本申请实施例提供的一种终端的结构示意图一,如图3所示,该终端包括:接收模块31和确定模块32;其中,
接收模块31,配置为接收服务拒绝消息;其中,服务拒绝消息中携带有服务拒绝的原因;

在实际应用中,上述接收模块31和确定模块32可由位于终端上的处理器实现,具体为中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、微处理器(MPU,Microprocessor Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processing)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)等实现。
图4为本申请实施例提供的一种终端的结构示意图二,如图4所示,本申请实施例提供了一种终端400,包括:
处理器41以及存储有所述处理器41可执行指令的存储介质42,所述存储介质42通过通信总线43依赖所述处理器41执行操作,当所述指令被 所述处理器41执行时,执行上述实施例一所述的处理方法。
需要说明的是,实际应用时,终端中的各个组件通过通信总线43耦合在一起。可理解,通信总线43用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。通信总线43除包括数据总线之外,还包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图4中将各种总线都标为通信总线43。
本申请实施例提供了一种计算机存储介质,存储有可执行指令,当所述可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行的时候,所述处理器执行实施例一所述的处理方法。
其中,计算机可读存储介质可以是磁性随机存取存储器(ferromagnetic random access memory,FRAM)、只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、快闪存储器(Flash Memory)、磁表面存储器、光盘、或只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)等存储器。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用硬件实施例、软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本申请是参照根据本申请实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现 在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
以上所述,仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本申请的保护范围。
本申请实施例中提供的处理方法、终端及计算机存储介质,在接收服务拒绝消息,其中,服务器拒绝消息中携带有服务拒绝的原因,当终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且服务拒绝的原因为预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,规避了由于网络临时错误引起的终端无法正常使用服务的情况出现,从而降低了终端无法正常使用服务的频率,进而提高了终端的网络性能。
Claims (20)
- 一种处理方法,其中,所述方法应用于终端中,包括:接收服务拒绝消息;其中,所述服务拒绝消息中携带有服务拒绝的原因;当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为HSS中未知所述终端的IMSI,确定触发并执行所述第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述终端是非法的,确定触发并执行所述第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为不接受所述终端的IMEI,确定触发并执行所述第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为不允许EPS服务,确定触发并执行所述第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为不允许EPS服务和非EPS服务,确定触发并执行所述第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述终端的身份不被网络识别,确定触发并执行所述第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网 络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第一移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为不允许PLMN,确定触发并执行所述第一移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求2至8任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第一移动通信网络包括:2G移动通信网络,或者3G移动通信网络,或者4G移动通信网络。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述第一移动通信网络对应的处理流程包括:TAU或者Attach。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第二移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述终端是非法的,确定触发并执行所述第二移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第二移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为不接受PEI,确定触发并执行所述第二移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信 网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第二移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为不允许5G服务,确定触发并执行所述第二移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第二移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述终端的身份不被网络识别,确定触发并执行所述第二移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程,包括:当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设的第二移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为不允许PLMN,确定触发并执行所述第二移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 根据权利要求11至15任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第二移动通信网络包括:5G移动通信网络。
- 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述第二移动通信网络对应的处理流程包括:Registration。
- 一种终端,其中,包括:接收模块,配置为接收服务拒绝消息;其中,所述服务拒绝消息中携带有服务拒绝的原因;确定模块,配置为当所述终端当前所连接的网络为预设移动通信网络,且所述服务拒绝的原因为所述预设移动通信网络对应的预设原因,确定触发并执行所述预设移动通信网络对应的注册流程。
- 一种终端,其中,所述终端包括:处理器以及存储有所述处理器可执行指令的存储介质,所述存储介质通过通信总线依赖所述处理器执行操作,当所述指令被所述处理器执行时,执行上述的权利要求1至17任一项所述的处理方法。
- 一种计算机存储介质,其中,存储有可执行指令,当所述可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行的时候,所述处理器执行所述的权利要求1至17任一项所述的处理方法。
