筒灯驱动器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于灯具启动的驱动器。
背景技术
筒灯驱动器是灯具发光启动的电气部件。为便于驱动器的接线,驱动器采用快接端子结构设计,驱动器内采用壳内一体成型有端子安装结构,快接端子组件装配在壳体的端子安装结构上,通过操作快接端子组件的操作件实现弹性卡接和释放导线,从而方便接线操作。该结构的驱动器采用快接端子组件组装在壳体内形成的端子安装结构上,存在加工不便以及组装不便的缺陷。另外,驱动器壳体由底座和罩壳扣合形成,为便于快接端子组件的组装,快接端子组件的矩形框状导电架沿驱动器壳体的高度方向插入,这样对应快接端子组件的导线拔插孔在驱动器壳体的顶面,扳钮在驱动器壳体的侧向,使得驱动器连接导线不便。
技术问题
本实用新型发明目的:为克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种快接端子组件配备独立的端子壳以形成快接端子模块的筒灯驱动器,便于生产和装配。
技术解决方案
一种筒灯驱动器,包括壳体、设于壳体内的驱动器主体以及快接端子组件,其特征在于:还包括有供快接端子组件组装的端子壳,快接端子组件固定装配在端子壳内形成快接端子模块,端子壳内设有定位安装结构以及导线出入孔,所述壳体内设有端子装配座体以及导线插拔口,端子装配座体上设有供快接端子组件的操作件外露的操作窗口,快接端子模块经定位安装结构定位安装在端子装配座体,快接端子模块的导线出入孔与导线插拔口对应配合。
通过采用上述技术方案,对快接端子组件配备独立的端子壳使得快接端子模块化,在端子壳以及驱动器的壳体内加工形成定位的安装结构,使得驱动器的快接端子模块化,可有效的提高生产效率和装配效率。
优选的,所述快接端子模块平卧安装在壳体内,操作窗口设于壳体的顶面上,导线插拔口设于壳体的前端侧板上。该结构设计下,实现快接端子在驱动器的壳体内平卧布置,实现操作件在壳体顶侧显露,侧向插拔线操作,方便接线操作。
优选的,所述端子壳包括桶状底壳以及盖于桶状底壳口部的盖壳,桶状底壳的底设有导线出入孔,所述快接端子组件包括矩形框状导电架以及U型弹性导电夹片,U型弹性导电夹片卡装在矩形框状导电架内,矩形框状导电架一侧板为与U型弹性导电夹片的夹线片对应配合构成夹线口的夹线板,矩形框状导电架的夹线板中部具有一个断口,该矩形框状导电架在断口处具有向内翻转形成的卷耳,卷耳形成与导线出入孔对应配合的导线插入耳孔,操作件为枢装在矩形框状导电架上的扳钮,在矩形框状导电架上位于夹线板横向两侧的侧板一端设有枢轴定位缺口,扳钮上枢轴定位配合在枢轴定位缺口内,扳钮与断口定位配合并穿过断口,扳钮具有顶压U型弹性导电夹片的夹线片以控制夹线口张开的抵压部,U型弹性导电夹片压装在卷耳与矩形框状导电架的侧板之间,在矩形框状导电架上与夹线板相对的一侧板端部设有卡口,在U型弹性导电夹片端部横向凸起有卡入卡口内的卡舌,所述矩形框状导电架插装在桶状底壳内,枢轴定位缺口对应在桶状底壳口部,盖壳压紧矩形框状导电架且将扳钮的枢轴限制在枢轴定位缺口内,在桶状底壳上设有一端贯通桶状底壳口部的扳钮让位槽,扳钮让位槽与断口位置对应。该结构设计下,端子壳采用桶状底壳和盖壳设计,同时配合接线端子组件的结构形式,具有接线端子组件的装配方便的优点。
优选的,所述端子壳上设有接线窗口,所述矩形框状导电架上与断口相对的底板端部延伸有伸出接线窗口的接线舌板,接线窗口包括设于桶状底壳口部的第一让位缺口,盖壳具有经内凹、外凸形成盖腔的隆起,隆起周边具有扣装在桶状底壳口部边缘的扣边,所述隆起对应第一缺口的一侧壁内缩至桶状底壳口部内侧,从而在所述隆起内缩一侧形成侧向凸出的侧凸扣边,及在盖壳顶部形成与侧凸扣边位置对应的让位空间,侧凸扣边沿厚度方向贯通设有与第一缺口对应配合的第二缺口,接线舌板上一体成型有两端可被挤压形变形成套状导线压固结构的U型导线压接夹,U型导线压接夹的两压接形变端端部具有交错分布且压接后拼合的拼合结构。该结构设计下,将导线插入U型导线压接夹内,经设备挤压U型导线压接夹的压接形变端对预接导线实现抱持固定,极大的简化工艺难度和工艺所需成本,通常使用的导线为多根铜丝撵成,拼合结构能够使得U型导线压接夹被挤压后呈相互咬合状态,避免跑丝现象。
优选的,所述拼合结构包括分别成型在U型导线压接夹的两压接形变端端部上的锯齿,U型导线压接夹两侧的锯齿错位分布。该结构设计下,拼合结构采用锯齿结构,具有加工方便以及咬合状态良好,保证导线压接牢固可靠。
优选的,所述接线舌板呈斜向外倾斜延伸出接线窗口,且盖壳的隆起对应第二缺口的壁具有避让U型导线压接夹的斜面。该结构设计下,接线舌板倾斜设计使得导线的压接方便以及接线端子装配方便。
优选的,所述快接端子模块组装有两个快接端子组件,端子壳具有供两个快接端子组件一一对应组装的桶状底壳以及两个盖壳,两个桶状底壳之间一体成型连接有底壳中间连接部,两个桶状底壳之间具有与底壳中间连接部位置对应的间隔,底壳中间连接部具有定位插孔,定位插孔内设有卡接台,两个桶状底壳相互远离的一侧设有卡接板,两个盖壳之间一体成型连接有盖壳中间连接部,盖壳中间连接部上设有卡脚,卡脚插装在定位插孔内并卡接于卡接台上,两个盖壳相互远离的一侧设有卡接耳,桶状底壳的卡接板插入卡接耳的耳孔内并卡接固定在卡接耳上,端子装配座体包括上支撑面、与上支撑面相对布置的下支撑面、与桶状底壳的底抵靠限位的限位壁、插入所述间隔内的中间定位插片以及与限位壁位置相对的限位挡片,限位挡片与盖壳止挡限位配合。该结构设计下,将分别对应电源正负极的两个快接端子组件组装形成一个快接端子模块,便于安装使用,且利用两个桶状底壳和两个盖壳中间相互连接部分,形成桶状底壳和盖壳卡配的固定连接结构,以及快接端子模块定位安装在壳体内的定位结构,具有安装方便以及牢固可靠的优点,使得整体结构更为紧凑。
优选的,所述壳体顶面设有剥线长度指示结构,剥线长度指示结构包括截面形状呈L型的导线测量导向面,导线测量导向面的末端具有截止止挡面。该结构设计下,导线沿导线测量导线面伸入,并经截止止挡面止挡形成剥线长度指示,方便导线的剥线长度控制,方便接线操作。
优选的,所述壳体顶面具有台阶部,操作窗口对应在台阶部的低层面上,台阶部的纵向面和低层面构成所述导线测量导向面。该结构设计下,壳体顶面采用台阶部设计,能够很好的适应接线端子和驱动器主体空间布局设计,整体结构紧凑,且利用台阶部的台阶面供导线剥线长度测量时导线伸入测量操作,结构紧凑,且该设计下导线沿驱动器的壳体横向伸入,测量操作方便。

本发明的实施方式
参见附图1~8,本实用新型公开的一种筒灯驱动器,包括壳体1、设于壳体1内的驱动器主体2以及快接端子组件31,壳体1包括罩壳1-1和底座1-2,还包括有供快接端子组件组装31的端子壳32,快接端子组件31固定装配在端子壳32内形成快接端子模块3,端子壳32上设有定位安装结构以及导线出入孔321,所述壳体1内设有端子装配座体11以及导线插拔口12,端子装配座体11上设有供快接端子组件31的操作件外露的操作窗口110,快接端子模块3经定位安装结构定位安装在端子装配座体11,快接端子模块3的导线出入孔321与导线插拔口12对应配合。对快接端子组件配备独立的端子壳使得快接端子模块化,在端子壳以及驱动器的壳体内加工形成定位的安装结构,使得驱动器的快接端子模块化,可有效的提高生产效率和装配效率;外露的操作件方便直接操作快接端子组件完成导线的拔插动作,操作方便。
所述快接端子模块3平卧安装在壳体1内,操作窗口110设于壳体1的顶面13上,导线插拔口12设于壳体1的前端侧板14上。由于采用快接端子模块设计,实现快接端子在驱动器的壳体内平卧布置,实现操作件在壳体顶侧显露,侧向插拔线操作,方便接线操作。
本具体实施例中,所述端子壳32包括桶状底壳32-1以及盖于桶状底壳32-1口部的盖壳32-2,桶状底壳32-1的底设有导线出入孔321,所述快接端子组件31包括矩形框状导电架311以及U型弹性导电夹片312,U型弹性导电夹片312卡装在矩形框状导电架311内,矩形框状导电架311一侧板为与U型弹性导电夹片312的夹线片3121对应配合构成夹线口的夹线板3111,矩形框状导电架311的夹线板3111中部具有一个断口3112,该矩形框状导电架311在断口3112处具有向内翻转形成的卷耳3113,卷耳3113形成与导线出入孔321对应配合的导线插入耳孔31131,操作件为枢装在矩形框状导电架311上的扳钮313,在矩形框状导电架311上位于夹线板3111横向两侧的侧板一端设有枢轴定位缺口3114,扳钮313上枢轴3131定位配合在枢轴定位缺口3114内,扳钮313与断口3112定位配合并穿过断口3112,扳钮313具有顶压U型弹性导电夹片312的夹线片3121以控制夹线口张开的抵压部3132,U型弹性导电夹片312压装在卷耳3113与矩形框状导电架311的侧板之间,在矩形框状导电架311上与夹线板3111相对的一侧板端部设有卡口3115,在U型弹性导电夹片312端部横向凸起有卡入卡口3115内的卡舌3122,所述矩形框状导电架311插装在桶状底壳32-1内,枢轴定位缺口3114对应在桶状底壳32-1口部,盖壳32-2压紧矩形框状导电架311且将扳钮313的枢轴3131限制在枢轴定位缺口3114内,在桶状底壳32-1上设有一端贯通桶状底壳32-1口部的扳钮让位槽32-11,扳钮让位槽32-11与断口3112位置对应。装配时,端子壳采用桶状底壳和盖壳设计,同时配合接线端子组件的结构形式,具有接线端子组件的装配方便的优点。
所述端子壳32上设有接线窗口,所述矩形框状导电架311上与断口3112相对的底板端部延伸有伸出接线窗口的接线舌板3116,接线窗口包括设于桶状底壳32-1口部的第一让位缺口32-12,盖壳32-2具有经内凹、外凸形成盖腔的隆起32-21,隆起32-21周边具有扣装在桶状底壳32-1口部边缘的扣边32-23,所述隆起32-21对应第一缺口32-12的一侧壁内缩至桶状底壳32-1口部内侧,从而在所述隆起32-21一侧形成侧向凸出的侧凸扣边32-231,及在盖壳32-2顶部形成与侧凸扣边32-231位置对应的让位空间I,侧凸扣边32-231沿厚度方向贯通设有与第一缺口32-12对应配合的第二缺口32-2311,接线舌板3116上一体成型有两端可被挤压形变形成套状导线压固结构的U型导线压接夹3117,U型导线压接夹3117的两压接形变端端部具有交错分布且压接后拼合的拼合结构。将导线插入U型导线压接夹内,经设备挤压U型导线压接夹的压接形变端对预接导线实现抱持固定,极大的简化工艺难度和工艺所需成本,通常使用的导线为多根铜丝撵成,拼合结构能够使得U型导线压接夹被挤压后呈相互咬合状态,避免跑丝现象。所述拼合结构包括分别成型在U型导线压接夹3117的两压接形变端端部上的锯齿31171,U型导线压接夹两侧的锯齿31171错位分布。当然作为本实用新型可行的接线方式,可采用矩形框状导电架上的侧板直接焊接导线,也可采用伸出接线窗口的接线舌板设计,接线舌板供导线焊接固定等,但采用伸出端子壳并带U型导线压接夹的接线舌板结构下,具有极大简化工艺和降低成本的优势,故优选导线压接固定方式。
进一步的,所述接线舌板3116呈斜向外倾斜延伸出接线窗口,接线舌板3116与矩形框状导电架311对应连接的底板之间呈钝角α布置,且盖壳32-2的隆起32-21对应第二缺口的壁具有避让U型导线压接夹3117的斜面32-211。接线舌板倾斜设计使得导线的压接方便以及接线端子装配方便。当然也接线舌板3116可以是与矩形框状导电架311对应连接的底板之间呈垂直布置。
在驱动器内对应电源正负两极接线,快接端子模块可采用单组接线端子组件装配形成,这样在驱动器内需装配两个快接端子模块,为便于块接端子模块的安装使用,本具体实施例中,采用双联式结构设计,具体为:所述快接端子模块3组装有两个快接端子组件31,端子壳32具有供两个快接端子组件31一一对应组装的桶状底壳32-1以及两个盖壳32-2,两个桶状底壳32-1之间一体成型连接有底壳中间连接部32-3,两个桶状底壳32-1之间具有与底壳中间连接部32-3位置对应的间隔32-4,底壳中间连接部32-3具有定位插孔32-31,定位插孔32-31内设有卡接台,两个桶状底壳32-1相互远离的一侧设有卡接板32-13,两个盖壳32-2之间一体成型连接有盖壳中间连接部32-5,盖壳中间连接部32-5上设有卡脚32-51,卡脚32-51插装在定位插孔32-31内并卡接于卡接台上,两个盖壳32-2相互远离的一侧设有卡接耳32-22,桶状底壳32-1的卡接板32-13插入卡接耳32-22的耳孔内并卡接固定在卡接耳32-22上,端子装配座体11包括设在罩壳内的上支撑面、设在底座上的下支撑面、与桶状底壳32-1的底抵靠限位的限位壁11-1、插入所述间隔32-4内的中间定位插片11-2以及与限位壁11-1位置相对的限位挡片11-3,限位挡片11-3与盖壳32-2止挡限位配合;上支撑面、限位壁11-1、中间定位插片和限位挡片构成端子模块嵌入的定位腔体,下支撑面盖在定位腔体上对快接端子模块进行限制,下支撑面具有供接线舌板伸入的让位凹陷。本具体实施例中,限位挡片包括分别对应在盖壳中间和两侧位置的片体,将分别对应电源正负极的两个快接端子组件组装形成一个快接端子模块,便于安装使用,且利用两个桶状底壳和两个盖壳中间相互连接部分,形成桶状底壳和盖壳卡配的固定连接结构,以及快接端子模块定位安装在壳体内的定位结构,具有安装方便以及牢固可靠的优点,使得整体结构更为紧凑。
在采用快接端子进行导线连接设计下,为方便操作人员将导线剥线至合适长度,保证电连接可以的同时避免导线铜线外露,在所述壳体1顶面设有剥线长度指示结构,剥线长度指示结构包括截面形状呈L型的导线测量导向面15,导线测量导向面15的末端具有截止止挡面16。导线沿导线测量导线面伸入,并经截止止挡面止挡形成剥线长度指示,方便导线的剥线长度控制,方便接线操作。
本具体实施例中,所述壳体1顶面具有台阶部,操作窗口110对应在台阶部的低层面151上;台阶状结构设计下,能够更好的适应接线端子的平卧安装布置,使得整体结构紧凑,且利用台阶部的纵向面152和低层面151构成所述导线测量导向面。该结构设计下,壳体顶面采用台阶部设计,能够很好的适应接线端子和驱动器主体空间布局设计,整体结构紧凑,且利用台阶部的台阶面供导线剥线长度测量时导线伸入测量操作,结构紧凑,且该设计下导线沿驱动器的壳体横向伸入,测量操作方便。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种筒灯驱动器,包括壳体、设于壳体内的驱动器主体以及快接端子组件,其特征在于:还包括有供快接端子组件组装的端子壳,快接端子组件固定装配在端子壳内形成快接端子模块,端子壳内设有定位安装结构以及导线出入孔,所述壳体内设有端子装配座体以及导线插拔口,端子装配座体上设有供快接端子组件的操作件外露的操作窗口,快接端子模块经定位安装结构定位安装在端子装配座体,快接端子模块的导线出入孔与导线插拔口对应配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述筒灯驱动器,其特征在于:所述快接端子模块平卧安装在壳体内,操作窗口设于壳体的顶面上,导线插拔口设于壳体的前端侧板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述筒灯驱动器,其特征在于:所述端子壳包括桶状底壳以及盖于桶状底壳口部的盖壳,桶状底壳的底设有导线出入孔,所述快接端子组件包括矩形框状导电架以及U型弹性导电夹片,U型弹性导电夹片卡装在矩形框状导电架内,矩形框状导电架一侧板为与U型弹性导电夹片的夹线片对应配合构成夹线口的夹线板,矩形框状导电架的夹线板中部具有一个断口,该矩形框状导电架在断口处具有向内翻转形成的卷耳,卷耳形成与导线出入孔对应配合的导线插入耳孔,操作件为枢装在矩形框状导电架上的扳钮,在矩形框状导电架上位于夹线板横向两侧的侧板一端设有枢轴定位缺口,扳钮上枢轴定位配合在枢轴定位缺口内,扳钮与断口定位配合并穿过断口,扳钮具有顶压U型弹性导电夹片的夹线片以控制夹线口张开的抵压部,U型弹性导电夹片压装在卷耳与矩形框状导电架的侧板之间,在矩形框状导电架上与夹线板相对的一侧板端部设有卡口,在U型弹性导电夹片端部横向凸起有卡入卡口内的卡舌,所述矩形框状导电架插装在桶状底壳内,枢轴定位缺口对应在桶状底壳口部,盖壳压紧矩形框状导电架且将扳钮的枢轴限制在枢轴定位缺口内,在桶状底壳上设有一端贯通桶状底壳口部的扳钮让位槽,扳钮让位槽与断口位置对应。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述筒灯驱动器,其特征在于:所述端子壳上设有接线窗口,所述矩形框状导电架上与断口相对的底板端部延伸有伸出接线窗口的接线舌板,接线窗口包括设于桶状底壳口部的第一让位缺口,盖壳具有经内凹、外凸形成盖腔的隆起,隆起周边具有扣装在桶状底壳口部边缘的扣边,所述隆起对应第一缺口的一侧壁内缩至桶状底壳口部内侧,从而在所述隆起内缩一侧形成侧向凸出的侧凸扣边,及在盖壳顶部形成与侧凸扣边位置对应的让位空间,侧凸扣边沿厚度方向贯通设有与第一缺口对应配合的第二缺口,接线舌板上一体成型有两端可被挤压形变形成套状导线压固结构的U型导线压接夹,U型导线压接夹的两压接形变端端部具有交错分布且压接后拼合的拼合结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述筒灯驱动器,其特征在于:所述拼合结构包括分别成型在U型导线压接夹的两压接形变端端部上的锯齿,U型导线压接夹两侧的锯齿错位分布。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述筒灯驱动器,其特征在于:所述接线舌板呈斜向外倾斜延伸出接线窗口,且盖壳的隆起对应第二缺口的壁具有避让U型导线压接夹的斜面。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述筒灯驱动器,其特征在于:所述快接端子模块组装有两个快接端子组件,端子壳具有供两个快接端子组件一一对应组装的桶状底壳以及两个盖壳,两个桶状底壳之间一体成型连接有底壳中间连接部,两个桶状底壳之间具有与底壳中间连接部位置对应的间隔,底壳中间连接部具有定位插孔,定位插孔内设有卡接台,两个桶状底壳相互远离的一侧设有卡接板,两个盖壳之间一体成型连接有盖壳中间连接部,盖壳中间连接部上设有卡脚,卡脚插装在定位插孔内并卡接于卡接台上,两个盖壳相互远离的一侧设有卡接耳,桶状底壳的卡接板插入卡接耳的耳孔内并卡接固定在卡接耳上,端子装配座体包括上支撑面、与上支撑面相对布置的下支撑面、与桶状底壳的底抵靠限位的限位壁、插入所述间隔内的中间定位插片以及与限位壁位置相对的限位挡片,限位挡片与盖壳止挡限位配合。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述筒灯驱动器,其特征在于:所述壳体顶面设有剥线长度指示结构,剥线长度指示结构包括截面形状呈L型的导线测量导向面,导线测量导向面的末端具有截止止挡面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述筒灯驱动器,其特征在于:所述壳体顶面具有台阶部,操作窗口对应在台阶部的低层面上,台阶部的纵向面和低层面构成所述导线测量导向面。
