本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,提供一种水果高效粉碎装置,主要解决水果粉碎装置不能形成一体化粉碎的技术问题,本发明通过对水果消毒、清洗、阶级粉碎等一体化系统进行粉碎,能够分开收集含有具有不同果肉含量的果汁。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案为:一种水果高效粉碎装置,包括清洗箱和粉碎箱,所述清洗箱与所述粉碎箱并排设置,所述清洗箱顶部开设有第一进料口,所述清洗箱内上部设有消毒箱,所述第一进料口开向所述消毒箱内部,所述消毒箱底部设有第一道开关和第一排料口,所述第一道开关在所述第一排料口的上方;所述清洗箱内中部横向设置有第一传送带,所述第一传送带的一端设置在所述第一排料口的下方,另一端的下方设置有输送架,所述第一传送带的正上方设有喷水系统;在所述清洗箱内靠近所述输送架的一侧倾斜设置有第二传送带,靠近所述第二传送带的所述清洗箱侧壁开设有敞口,所述第二传送带的底端设置在所述输送架的下方,所述第二传送带的顶端贯穿所述敞口延伸到所述粉碎箱上。
所述粉碎箱内设置有第一粉碎室、引流室、第二粉碎室以及压榨室,所述第一粉碎室侧面的上部开设有第二进料口,所述第一粉碎室内设有第一粉碎机构,所述第一粉碎室底部设置有第二道开关,所述引流室设置在所述第一粉碎室的下方,所述引流室内设有相互对接的第一斜板和第二斜板;所述第二粉碎室设置在所述引流室的侧面,所述第二粉碎室内上部设有第三道开关,所述第二粉碎室底部设有第四道开关,在所述第三道开关和第四道开关之间设置有第二粉碎机构,所述压榨室设置在所述第二粉碎室的下方,所述压榨室内上部设有第三斜板,所述压榨室内中部设有第五道开关,所述压榨室底部设有第一液压缸,在所述第五道开关下方设置有第二液压缸,所述第二液压缸端部固定连接有碾压板,所述压榨室的底面设有过滤网。
作为本发明更为优化的技术方案,所述喷水系统包括进水管和喷水管,所述进水管一端连通到所述喷水管上,另一端贯穿所述清洗箱侧壁延伸至外部,所述喷水管上间隔设置有若干个喷嘴,所述喷嘴上设有控制阀。
作为本发明更为优化的技术方案,所述输送架为三角形架子,所述输送架的传送面上设置若干个滚筒。
作为本发明更为优化的技术方案,所述第二传送带的顶端贯穿所述敞口延伸到所述第二进料口,所述消毒箱底部的侧壁设有第一排水口,所述清洗箱底部的侧壁设有第二排水口,靠近第一斜板的所述第一粉碎室侧壁设有第三进料口,靠近第三斜板的所述引流室侧壁设有第三排水口。
作为本发明更为优化的技术方案,所述第一斜板为网状结构,所述第二斜板和第三斜板为密封结构,所述第三斜板上设有第六道开关,所述第二斜板将所述引流室分隔为上排腔室和下排腔室,所述上排腔室的底侧设有第四排水口,所述下排腔室的底侧设有第五排水口。
作为本发明更为优化的技术方案,所述压榨室侧壁设有第六排水口,所述第六排水口下方设有集渣箱,所述压榨室的下方设有集汁箱。
作为本发明更为优化的技术方案,所述第一传送带上设有围栏。
作为本发明更为优化的技术方案,所述第二传送带上间隔设有若干个收纳箱,所述收纳箱底部设有凹纹,所述凹纹为圆形、线条、曲线中的一种或几种。
作为本发明更为优化的技术方案,所述清洗箱上还设有风扇,所述风扇通过支杆延伸到所述第二传送带斜面的上方,所述风扇为长方形。
作为本发明更为优化的技术方案,所述第一粉碎机构包括第一电机和第一粉碎棒,所述第一粉碎棒上设有若干立刀,所述立刀垂直设置在所述第二粉碎棒内;所述第二粉碎机构包括第二电机和第二粉碎棒,所述第二粉碎棒上设有若干个切刀和立刀,所述立刀具有收缩功能垂直设置在所述第二粉碎棒内。
有益效果
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:本发明从消毒水果开始到逐级粉碎水果得到含有不同含量果肉又健康的果汁。并且能够进行分类收集果渣,形成一体化制备系统,每个操作环节有序且相互作用,缺一不可,整个装置能够源源不断的粉碎水果,不断的产出果汁,这对企业的生产线得到了很大的经济效益。
1、本发明在粉碎水果上,设置第一粉碎室、第二粉碎室、引流室以及压榨室,通过不同等级的切碎水果,通过引流室得到不同阶级的果汁,通过压榨室得到最后阶级的果汁,最终得到分类收集的果汁和果渣。在整个粉碎箱内完成不同等级的粉碎水果,且实现一体化操作,使得整个装置运行流畅,人工成本投入低。
本发明通过设置清洗箱和粉碎箱,在清洗箱内进行水果消毒和清洗,通过传送方式将水果输送到粉碎箱内粉碎,在粉碎箱内进行多等级的切碎水果,得到含有不同果肉含量的果汁,满足人们的各种口感需求,实现企业的经济效益。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:结合图1-7,一种水果高效粉碎装置,包括清洗箱1和粉碎箱2,所述清洗箱1与所述粉碎箱2并排设置,所述清洗箱1顶部开设有第一进料口3,所述清洗箱1底部的侧壁设有第二排水口8,所述清洗箱1内上部设有消毒箱4,所述第一进料口3开向所述消毒箱4内部,所述消毒箱4底部设有第一道开关和第一排料口7,所述消毒箱4底部的侧壁设有第一排水口5,所述第一道开关在所述第一排料口7的上方;所述清洗箱1内中部横向设置有第一传送带9,所述第一传送带9上设有围栏91,所述第一传送带9的一端设置在所述第一排料口7的下方,另一端的下方设置有输送架12,所述输送架12为三角形架子,所述输送架12的传送面上设置若干个滚筒121,所述第一传送带9的正上方设有喷水系统,所述喷水系统包括进水管10和喷水管11,所述进水管10一端连通到所述喷水管11上,另一端贯穿所述清洗箱1侧壁延伸至外部,所述喷水管11上间隔设置有若干个喷嘴,所述喷嘴上设有控制阀,工作时,进水管10连接外部的水管。将水果从第一进料口3投入到消毒箱4,消毒箱4内次氯酸钠消毒液,在水果清洗前先进行10-30分钟消毒,消毒完毕后,打开第一排水口5将消毒液排出,再打开第一道开关和拉出拉条6,使得消毒好的水果掉落到第一传送带9上,水果在第一传送带9被传送的过程,打开喷嘴上的控制阀进行清洗水果,由于大量的水果在被传送过程会有所流动,因此在喷洗的过程,水果也会翻滚,从而能使得水果全方位的清洗,为控制第一传送带9上水果不要推挤,可将拉条6拉出短一些使得第一排料口7开得小一点,让水果缓慢掉落到第一传送带9上,而第一传送带9上设置围栏91,目的是防止水果在喷洗过程中掉出第一传送带9。
水果清洗完毕后进行传送到粉碎箱2,在传送过程环节,在所述清洗箱1内靠近所述输送架12的一侧倾斜设置有第二传送带15,所述第二传送带15上间隔设有若干个收纳箱33,所述收纳箱33底部设有凹纹331,所述凹纹331为圆形、线条、曲线中的一种或几种,在本实施例中,凹纹331主要为圆形和曲线,目的是保证水果在收纳箱33内稳定,不易滑动,有利于传送到粉碎箱2内。靠近所述第二传送带15的所述清洗箱1侧壁开设有敞口13,所述第二传送带15的底端设置在所述输送架12的下方,所述第二传送带15的顶端贯穿所述敞口13延伸到所述粉碎箱2上。所述清洗箱1上还设有风扇14,风扇14为长方形,所述风扇14通过支杆延伸到所述第二传送带15斜面的上方,在水果在第二传送带15上被运送过程中,风扇14对水果进行吹干,长方形的风扇14能够进行大面积的吹风,而水果能稳定在收纳箱33内,所以在吹干过程水果不会掉出收纳箱33。另外,需要强调的是,由于输送架12上是间隔设置滚筒121,所以水果在输送架12上滚动到第二传送带15的过程,已经能够将水果上的水进行第一次掉落,此时被运送到第二传送带15上的水果沾的水分已经较低,再进行第二次吹干,使得水果在进行粉碎前能够排净水分。
在水果粉碎过程,所述粉碎箱2内设置有第一粉碎室16、引流室、第二粉碎室17以及压榨室18,他们之间形成梯度,利于粉碎的水果掉落。所述第一粉碎室16侧面的上部开设有第二进料口19,所述第二传送带15的顶端贯穿所述敞口13延伸到所述第二进料口19,所述第一粉碎室16内设有第一粉碎机构,所述第一粉碎室16底部设置有第二道开关,所述引流室设置在所述第一粉碎室16的下方,所述引流室内设有相互对接的第一斜板25和第二斜板,靠近第一斜板25的所述第一粉碎室16侧壁设有第三进料口,第一斜板25用于将第一粉碎室16内的水果片引进第二粉碎室17内,第二斜板用于阻断第一粉碎室16内的果汁掉落到引流室的底部。所述第二粉碎室17设置在所述引流室的侧面,所述第二粉碎室17内上部设有第三道开关,所述第二粉碎室17底部设有第四道开关,在所述第三道开关和第四道开关之间设置有第二粉碎机构,所述压榨室18设置在所述第二粉碎室17的下方,所述压榨室18内上部设有第三斜板,靠近第三斜板的所述引流室侧壁设有第三排水口22。所述压榨室18内中部设有第五道开关,所述压榨室18底部设有第一液压缸26,在所述第五道开关下方设置有第二液压缸30,所述第二液压缸30端部固定连接有碾压板31,所述压榨室18的底面设有过滤网。所述压榨室18侧壁设有第六排水口32,所述第六排水口32下方设有集渣箱29,所述压榨室18的下方设有集汁箱27。
更为具体的结构是,所述第一斜板25为网状结构,所述第二斜板和第三斜板为密封结构,所述第三斜板上设有第六道开关,所述第二斜板将所述引流室分隔为上排腔室和下排腔室,所述上排腔室的底侧设有第四排水口23,所述下排腔室的底侧设有第五排水口。
具体粉碎机构为,所述第一粉碎机构包括第一电机20和第一粉碎棒21,所述第一粉碎棒21上设有若干立刀211,所述立刀211垂直设置在所述第二粉碎棒内;所述第二粉碎机构包括第二电机24和第二粉碎棒,所述第二粉碎棒上设有若干个切刀212和立刀211,所述立刀211具有收缩功能垂直设置在所述第二粉碎棒内。在第一粉碎棒21上设有立刀211,粉碎得到的水果片较大,分散出来的果肉较少;在第二粉碎棒上设有切刀212和立刀211,粉碎得到的水果片较小,分散出来的果肉较多。
在水果粉碎过程中,第二传送带15的顶端延伸到第二进料口19,每经过第二进料口19处的收纳箱33,水果会掉落到第二进料口19,随后进入到第一粉碎室16进行第一阶段粉碎,得到第一阶段水果片和第一阶段果汁,第一阶段粉碎后,打开第二道开关,第一阶段水果片通过第一斜板25流到第二粉碎室17内进行第二阶段粉碎,而第一阶段果汁会通过第二斜板引流到上腔室并从第三排水口22排出。打开第三道开关,在第二粉碎室17内的第一阶段水果片掉落到第二粉碎棒上进行粉碎,得到第二阶段水果片和第二阶段果汁,打开第四道开关,第二阶段水果片和第二阶段果汁进到压榨室18,在压榨室18内,先关闭第六道开关,第二阶段果汁通过第三斜板引流到下腔室并从第四排水口23排出,再打开第五道开关和第六道开关,此时关闭第一液压缸26,第一液压缸26没有伸入到压榨室18内,第二阶段水果片落到压榨室18底部,启动第二液压缸30使其在压榨室18内对第二阶段水果片进行压榨,得到果渣和第三阶级果汁,最后果渣通过第一液压缸26推移并从第六排水口32排出落到集渣箱29,第三阶级果汁通过压榨室18底面的过滤网流进集汁箱27。
在制备过程中,根据企业制备标准要得到含有不同果肉含量的果汁,通过控制装置内每个操作环节的运行时间即可达到制备含有不同果肉含量的果汁,而最后通过压榨室18对水果碎片进行压榨,使得水果汁彻底榨出,减少浪费。

  1. 一种水果高效粉碎装置,包括清洗箱(1)和粉碎箱(2),其特征在于:所述清洗箱(1)与所述粉碎箱(2)并排设置,
    所述清洗箱(1)顶部开设有第一进料口(3),所述清洗箱(1)内上部设有消毒箱(4),所述第一进料口(3)开向所述消毒箱(4)内部,所述消毒箱(4)底部设有第一道开关和第一排料口(7),所述第一道开关在所述第一排料口(7)的上方;所述清洗箱(1)内中部横向设置有第一传送带(9),所述第一传送带(9)的一端设置在所述第一排料口(7)的下方,另一端的下方设置有输送架(12),所述第一传送带(9)的正上方设有喷水系统;在所述清洗箱(1)内靠近所述输送架(12)的一侧倾斜设置有第二传送带(15),靠近所述第二传送带(15)的所述清洗箱(1)侧壁开设有敞口(13),所述第二传送带(15)的底端设置在所述输送架(12)的下方,所述第二传送带(15)的顶端贯穿所述敞口(13)延伸到所述粉碎箱(2)上;
    所述粉碎箱(2)内设置有第一粉碎室(16)、引流室、第二粉碎室(17)以及压榨室(18),所述第一粉碎室(16)侧面的上部开设有第二进料口(19),所述第一粉碎室(16)内设有第一粉碎机构,所述第一粉碎室(16)底部设置有第二道开关,所述引流室设置在所述第一粉碎室(16)的下方,所述引流室内设有相互对接的第一斜板(25)和第二斜板;所述第二粉碎室(17)设置在所述引流室的侧面,所述第二粉碎室(17)内上部设有第三道开关,所述第二粉碎室(17)底部设有第四道开关,在所述第三道开关和第四道开关之间设置有第二粉碎机构,所述压榨室(18)设置在所述第二粉碎室(17)的下方,所述压榨室(18)内上部设有第三斜板,所述压榨室(18)内中部设有第五道开关,所述压榨室(18)底部设有第一液压缸(26),在所述第五道开关下方设置有第二液压缸(30),所述第二液压缸(30)端部固定连接有碾压板(31),所述压榨室(18)的底面设有过滤网。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种水果高效粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述喷水系统包括进水管(10)和喷水管(11),所述进水管(10)一端连通到所述喷水管(11)上,另一端贯穿所述清洗箱(1)侧壁延伸至外部,所述喷水管(11)上间隔设置有若干个喷嘴,所述喷嘴上设有控制阀。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种水果高效粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述输送架(12)为三角形架子,所述输送架(12)的传送面上设置若干个滚筒(121)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种水果高效粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述第二传送带(15)的顶端贯穿所述敞口(13)延伸到所述第二进料口(19),所述消毒箱(4)底部的侧壁设有第一排水口(5),所述清洗箱(1)底部的侧壁设有第二排水口(8),靠近第一斜板(25)的所述第一粉碎室(16)侧壁设有第三进料口,靠近第三斜板的所述引流室侧壁设有第三排水口(22)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种水果高效粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述第一斜板(25)为网状结构,所述第二斜板和第三斜板为密封结构,所述第三斜板上设有第六道开关,所述第二斜板将所述引流室分隔为上排腔室和下排腔室,所述上排腔室的底侧设有第四排水口(23),所述下排腔室的底侧设有第五排水口。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种水果高效粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述压榨室(18)侧壁设有第六排水口(32),所述第六排水口(32)下方设有集渣箱(29),所述压榨室(18)的下方设有集汁箱(27)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种水果高效粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述第一传送带(9)上设有围栏(91)。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种水果高效粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述第二传送带(15)上间隔设有若干个收纳箱(33),所述收纳箱(33)底部设有凹纹(331),所述凹纹(331)为圆形、线条、曲线中的一种或几种。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种水果高效粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述清洗箱(1)上还设有风扇(14),所述风扇(14)通过支杆延伸到所述第二传送带(15)斜面的上方,所述风扇(14)为长方形。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种水果高效粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述第一粉碎机构包括第一电机(20)和第一粉碎棒(21),所述第一粉碎棒(21)上设有若干立刀(211),所述立刀(211)垂直设置在所述第二粉碎棒内;所述第二粉碎机构包括第二电机(24)和第二粉碎棒,所述第二粉碎棒上设有若干个切刀(212)和立刀(211),所述立刀(211)具有收缩功能垂直设置在所述第二粉碎棒内。
