一种防水紧固件,包括固定板(1)、连接柱(2),连接柱(2)一端与固定板(1)固定连接,连接柱(2)另一端设置轴向延伸的螺纹孔(201),螺纹孔(201)为盲孔,连接柱(2)上套有密封圈(3)。如此设置提高了产品螺钉固定处的防水性能,可保证产品的正常使用,防水的持久性也好,延长了产品的使用寿命。

技术领域
本公开实施例涉及但不限于机械零件领域,具体而言,涉及但不限于一种防水紧固件。
背景技术
随着5G技术的发展,频段越来越多,所用的频谱也越来越高,其中5G频谱的FR2频段已经是毫米波,这种频段绕物性能比较差,若被建筑物等遮挡,会对信号有较大的影响。所以在5G时代,通信设备越来越有往室外发展的趋势,室外通信设备具有体积小,重量轻,外观美观的特点。因为需在室外使用,室外通信设备的防水性能要求较高。
室外通信设备的壳体存在需要螺钉固定的部位,目前为了增加螺钉固定处的防水性能,通常采用机牙螺钉紧固,与机牙螺钉配合的螺母则采用热熔或模内注塑工艺固定,在室外温差变化及产品工作产生温升时,铁塑分离的风险高,易造成防水失效。另外,也有采用自攻螺钉来固定的,但自攻螺钉紧固仍然存在漏水的可能,且自攻螺钉不利于拆卸,会使产品维护及返修的难度加大,很容易造成被连接部件甚至整体报废的情况。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供的防水紧固件,主要解决的技术问题是目前紧固件连接处的防水性能差,且拆卸不便,产品维护及维修难度大。
为解决上述技术问题,本公开实施例提供一种防水紧固件,包括固定板、连接柱,所述连接柱一端与固定板固定连接,所述连接柱另一端设置轴向延伸的螺纹孔,该螺纹孔为盲孔,所述连接柱上套有密封圈。

具体实施方式
为了使本公开的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本公开实施例作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
实施例一:
为了解决紧固件连接处的防水性能差,且拆卸不便,产品维护及维修难度大的问题,提供一种防水紧固件,请参见图1-图4,包括固定板1、连接柱2。固定板1、连接柱2均通过钣金加工而成,所述连接柱2一端通过铆接与固定板1固定连接,所述固定板1上设有与连接柱2铆接的铆接孔。所述连接柱2另一端设置轴向延伸的螺纹孔201,该螺纹孔201为盲孔,盲孔可避免雨水从螺纹孔201进入需防水的产品内部。所述连接柱2上套有密封圈3,所述密封圈3过盈配合在连接柱2上,用于被连接部件与连接柱2之间的密封,密封圈3由橡胶制作而成。
在一实施方式中,所述固定板1上固定连接有一个或多个连接柱2。连接柱2的多少可根据产品被连接部件实际需要螺钉固定的位置数量决定,使得紧固结构更紧凑,简化了装配步骤。
在一实施方式中,所述固定板1至少设有两个安装部101,安装部101用于安装在被连接部件需保持干燥的一端。所述固定板1的安装部101设置螺钉过孔102,被连接部件需保持干燥的一端设有螺孔,该螺孔为盲孔。安装时,通过螺钉穿过安装部101的螺钉过孔102与被连接部件的螺孔配合,将固定板1固定在被连接部件需保持干燥的一端,即产品内部。或者被连接部件上不设置螺孔,采用自攻螺钉穿过螺钉过孔102与被连接部件固定即可。固定板1与被连接部件之间的固定好、拆卸简便。或者,固定板1可通过密封圈3的作用直接压紧固定在被连接部件上设置的安装槽中,固定板1为非圆形结构以防止固定板1在使用时转动。本实施例采用在固定板1上设置安装部101,安装部101上设置螺钉过孔102。
在一实施方式中,所述连接柱2为圆柱形,所述密封圈3为圆环形,所述螺纹孔201位于连接柱2的轴心,圆柱形的连接柱2加工更简单。
所述固定板1用于与被连接部件4需保持干燥的一端固定。连接柱2用于与被连接部件4设置的通孔配合,该通孔贯穿被连接部件4。连接柱2的螺纹孔201用于与螺钉6配合将被连接部件4紧固。密封圈3用于被连接部件4与连接柱2之间的密封,被连接部件4设有安 装密封圈3的密封槽,该槽设于通孔端部。使用时,如被连接部件4为产品的壳体,待连接部件5为产品外部需安装的部件,例如壳盖、外结构件等。该防水紧固件通过安装部101将固定板1安装在被连接部件4需保持干燥的一端,即产品壳体内部,此时连接柱2即配合在产品壳体的通孔中,密封圈3即被压紧配合在产品壳体的密封槽中。装配时直接采用螺钉6穿过待连接部件5上设置螺钉过孔,与连接柱2的螺纹孔螺纹配合,由此便可实现待连接部件5与被连接部件4之间的固定,即完成产品壳盖、外结构件等在壳体上的固定。
本公开实施例提供的防水紧固件,通过固定板1安装在了被连接部件需保持干燥的一端,密封圈3被压紧在被连接部件与连接柱2之间,防止了被连接部件与连接柱2之间缝隙处的漏水,提高了密封性能,使得产品位于防水紧固件的连接处具备好的防水性能,可保证产品的正常使用,防水的持久性也好,延长了产品的使用寿命。同时,该紧固件安装及拆卸简便,拆卸时从连接柱2的螺纹孔中拧出螺钉6便可解除被连接部件与待连接部件之间的固定,拆卸快捷、不具破坏性,为产品的维护及返修提供了便利。
实施例二:
其余结构与第一实施例相同,其不同在于,所述连接柱2与固定板1为一体结构,连接柱2、固定板1采用压铸工艺一体成型。采用压铸制成的一体结构具备高的加工效率及一致性,更有利于批量生产。另外,该防水紧固件可制作多种型号,作为标准件使用。
所述固定板1的安装部101设置弹性卡子,产品的被连接部件需保持干燥的一端设置卡接槽或卡接孔,安装部101的弹性卡子与卡接槽或卡接孔卡接固定,将固定板1安装在产品的被连接部件需保持干燥的一端。固定板1与被连接部件之间的安装简单快捷,增加了加工效率。
根据本公开实施例提供的防水紧固件,通过固定板安装在被连接部件内部,连接柱即固定在被连接部件上,连接柱的螺纹孔与螺钉配合实现了被连接部件的固定。密封圈位于被连接部件与连接柱之间,保证了连接柱与被连接部件之间的密封性。可实现包括但不限于该防水紧固件提高了产品螺钉固定处的防水性能,可保证产品的正常使用,防水的持久性也好,延长了产品的使用寿命。且该紧固件从连接柱的螺纹孔中拧出螺钉便可解除被连接部件与待连接部件之间的固定,拆卸简单快捷、不具破坏性,为产品的维护及返修提供了便利。

  1. 一种防水紧固件,其中,包括固定板(1)、连接柱(2),所述连接柱(2)一端与固定板(1)固定连接,所述连接柱(2)另一端设置轴向延伸的螺纹孔(201),该螺纹孔(201)为盲孔,所述连接柱(2)上套有密封圈(3)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防水紧固件,其中,所述固定板(1)上固定连接有一个或多个连接柱(2)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的防水紧固件,其中,所述固定板(1)至少设有两个安装部(101)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的防水紧固件,其中,所述固定板(1)的安装部(101)设置螺钉过孔(102)。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的防水紧固件,其中,所述固定板(1)的安装部(101)设置弹性卡子。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的防水紧固件,其中,所述连接柱(2)一端通过铆接与固定板(1)固定连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的防水紧固件,其中,所述连接柱(2)与固定板(1)为一体结构。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的防水紧固件,其中,所述密封圈(3)过盈配合在连接柱(2)上。
  9. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的防水紧固件,其中,所述连接柱(2)为圆柱形,所述密封圈(3)为圆环形,所述螺纹孔(201)位于连接柱(2)的轴心。
