Description

一种衣物处理装置及洗烘一体设备 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器技术领域，具体地说，涉及一种衣物处理装置及洗烘一体设备。
背景技术
目前，洗衣机作为洗衣设备，以方便洗涤、排水等优点，越来越受消费者的青睐。相关技术中的洗衣机通常不具备烘干模块，这主要是考虑到采用常规方式在洗衣机中安装烘干模块，往往需要增大洗衣机的体积，从而增大整体的空间占用，而不增加烘干模块，则会使得用户在使用洗衣机时无法实现洗衣、烘干功能的一体化，存在一定的不便，因此，目前市面上出现了洗烘一体设备，该洗烘一体设备包括洗衣机和干衣机，干衣机叠放在洗衣机上，在不增大整体的空间占用的基础上，既可以实现洗衣功能，也可以实现干衣功能。
由于洗烘一体设备中，干衣机叠放在洗衣机上，具体地，干衣机叠放在洗衣机的台面上，干衣机的底部与洗衣机台面的顶部之间形成叠放间隙，导致洗烘一体设备的整体感较差，并且，由于叠放间隙的存在，洗涤水或尘埃等异物质会进入叠放间隙内而堆积在叠放间隙内，导致洗烘一体设备的美观度下降。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种衣物处理装置及洗烘一体设备，通过在箱体的顶部设侧面装饰板，侧面装饰板高于台面的部分遮盖叠放间隙，使得侧面装饰板能够遮挡叠放间隙，避免洗涤水或尘埃等异物质进入至叠放间隙内而堆积在叠放间隙内，达到提高该洗烘一体设备的整体感和美观度的目的。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是：
本发明提供一种衣物处理装置，包括箱体和设于箱体顶部的台面，箱体的顶部设有向上延伸的侧面装饰板，侧面装饰板高于台面。
进一步地，箱体顶部的左右两侧分别设有向箱体内水平凸伸的箱体翻边，台面的左右两侧分别设于对应的箱体翻边上，箱体翻边相对台面向箱体外凸伸与台面之间形成长条形缺口，侧面装饰板呈长条形，长体形侧面装饰板嵌入长条形缺口内。
进一步地，台面的左右两侧均设侧面装饰板，侧面装饰板的一侧设有朝向台面凸伸的第一凸出部，台面底部的外周边缘向下凸伸形成一圈台面翻边，台面翻边上设通孔，第一凸出部在通孔中沿前后方向滑动，第一凸出部的前侧设供通孔前侧的台面翻边插入的插接槽。
进一步地，第一凸出部呈方形，第一凸出部上设沿上下方向延伸的缺口部，缺口部与侧面装饰板围成槽口朝前的插接槽。
进一步地，第一凸出部上设有与通孔滑动连接的滑动部，滑动部相对第一凸出部向上凸伸和/或相对第一凸出部向下凸伸；
优选地，第一凸出部的顶部设沿左右方向延伸、与通孔上侧滑动连接的上滑动部，第一凸出部的底部设沿左右方向延伸、与通孔下侧滑动连接的下滑动部，上滑动部和下滑动部相对设置。
进一步地，第一凸出部上设有槽口朝向台面、且间隔设置的前凹槽和后凹槽，后凹槽具有朝后敞开的敞口。
进一步地，侧面装饰板的一侧设有朝向台面凸伸、且沿前后方向延伸的第二凸出部，第二凸出部的底部与台面的顶部抵接，第二凸出部下部的侧面装饰板封盖台面的侧面；第一凸出部设于第二凸出部的下部。
进一步地，第二凸出部上设经连接件与台面固定连接的安装部。
进一步地，第二凸出部上设有沿上下方向贯穿第二凸出部的安装孔，安装孔构成安装部，连接件为螺钉，螺钉的螺杆贯穿安装孔、且与安装孔的内壁面抵接，螺钉的顶部与安装孔顶部的第二凸出部抵接。
进一步地，第二凸出部的前端设有相对侧面装饰板向前凸伸的第一插接部；
优选地，第二凸出部的后端设有相对侧面装饰板朝向台面凸伸的第三凸出部，第三凸出部后端具有由前向后向下倾斜的上表面，第三凸出部下表面与台面的顶部抵接，第三凸出部上表面设有相对上表面向上凸出的第二插接部。
本发明还提供一种洗烘一体设备，包括干衣机，还包括上述技术方案提供的衣物处理装置，该衣物处理装置为洗衣机，干衣机叠放在洗衣机台面的顶部与台面之间形成有叠放间隙，侧面装饰板高于台面的部分遮盖叠放间隙。
采用上述技术方案后，本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
通过在箱体的顶部设插侧面装饰板，侧面装饰板高于台面的部分遮盖叠放间隙，使得侧面装饰板能够遮挡叠放间隙，避免洗涤水或尘埃等异物质进入至叠放间隙内而堆积在叠放间隙内，达到提高该洗烘一体设备的整体感和美观度的目的。

如图1和图2所示，本发明提供一种衣物处理装置，包括箱体和设于箱体顶部的台面12，箱体11的外周相对台面12向外凸伸与台面12之间形成长条形缺口13，长条形缺口13内插设有侧面装饰板2，侧面装饰板2相对台面12向上凸伸，凸伸至高于台面。
本发明的实施例中，该衣物处理装置可为干衣机4或洗衣机1，该衣物处理装置可用于上烘干机、下洗衣机堆叠的一体设备，该衣物处理装置为洗衣机1；该衣物处理装置还可用于上烘干机、下烘干机堆叠的一体设备，该衣物处理设备为下烘干机；或者，该衣物处理设备还可用于上洗衣机、下洗衣机堆叠的一体设备，该衣物处理设备为下洗衣机；箱体的顶部安装侧面装饰板2，可以是箱体左侧顶部、右侧顶部、前侧顶部和后侧顶部中的至少一侧安装侧面装饰板2。
如图9所示，该洗衣机1用于洗烘一体设备上，洗烘一体设备包括干衣机4和该洗衣机1，干衣机4叠放在洗衣机台面12的顶部与台面12之间形成有叠放间隙，侧面装饰板2相对台面12向上凸伸的部分遮盖叠放间隙。
通过在长条形缺口13内插侧面装饰板2，侧面装饰板2相对台面12向上凸伸的部分遮 盖叠放间隙，使得侧面装饰板2能够遮挡叠放间隙，避免洗涤水或尘埃等异物质进入至叠放间隙内而堆积在叠放间隙内，提高了该洗烘一体设备的整体感和美观度。
具体地，洗衣机箱体11的左右两侧均设有向箱体内凸伸的箱体翻边，台面12的底部与箱体翻边贴合，且固定于箱体翻边上，箱体翻边分为两个部分，分别为第一部分和第二部分，第一部分位于第二部分的内侧，台面12设于第一部分上，台面12的侧面和第二部分之间形成长条形缺口13，长条形缺口13内插设有侧面装饰板2，左侧的侧面装饰板2的外侧面与箱体左侧的外侧面齐平，右侧的侧面装饰板2的外侧面与箱体右侧的外侧面齐平；洗衣机台面12的顶部为一平面，干衣机箱体的底部为一平面，两个平面贴合形成叠放间隙。
如图1-8所示，本发明的实施例中，侧面装饰板2的一侧设有朝向台面12凸伸的第一凸出部21，台面12底部的外周边缘向下凸伸形成台面翻边121，台面翻边121上设通孔1211，第一凸出部21在通孔1211中沿前后方向滑动，第一凸出部21的前侧设供通孔1211前侧的台面翻边121插入的插接槽211。
本发明的实施例中，台面12呈四方形，侧面装饰板2呈长条形，在台面12的侧面沿前后方向延伸；侧面装饰板2的一侧设第一凸出部21，第一凸出部21朝向台面12凸伸，台面12底部设有的台面翻边121上设通孔1211，第一凸出部21向朝向台面12的方向插入通孔1211内，并在外力的作用下第一凸出部21在通孔1211内从后向前滑动，直到第一凸出部21上的插接槽211与通孔1211前侧的台面翻边121插接，实现侧面装饰板2与台面12的装配；
如图3所示，第一凸出部21向台面12的方向插入通孔1211内，通孔1211对第一凸出部21起到定位的作用，第一凸出部21在通孔1211内从后向前滑动，通过对第一凸出部21起到导向的作用，实现通孔1211前侧的台面翻边121能够准确地插入第一凸出部21前侧的插接槽211内，提高侧面装饰板2与台面12装配的装配效率。
如图7所示，本发明的实施例中，第一凸出部21呈方形，第一凸出部21上设沿上下方向延伸的缺口部2111，缺口部2111与侧面装饰板2围成槽口朝前的插接槽211。
本发明的实施例中，第一凸出部21分为第一部分和第二部分，第一部分和第二部分沿前后方向分布，第一部分分为内部分和外部分，内部分和外部分沿左右方向分布，外部分设缺口部2111，缺口部2111呈条形，沿上下方向延伸，缺口部2111具有上开口、下开口和前开口，前开口为插接槽211的槽口；
通孔1211前侧的台面翻边经前开口进入至插接槽211内，通孔1211前侧的台面翻边夹持在侧面装饰板2和第一凸出部21之间，台面翻边分别与侧面装饰板2和第一凸出部21抵接，实现通孔1211前侧的台面翻边121紧实地插入至插接槽211内。
如图5和图7所示，本发明的实施例中，第一凸出部21上设有与通孔1211滑动连接的 滑动部212，滑动部212相对第一凸出部21向上凸伸和/或相对第一凸出部21向下凸伸。
本发明的实施例中，第一凸出部21上设滑动部212，滑动部212在前后方向上与通孔1211滑动连接，也就是第一凸出部21的上部设滑动部212、第一凸出部21的下部设滑动部212、或者第一凸出部21的上下部均设滑动部212，滑动部212相对第一凸出部21向上或向下凸伸；在第一凸出部21上设滑动部212，能够减少第一凸出部21在通孔1211内滑动的阻力，提高第一凸出部21滑动的速度，从而提高第一凸出部21与通孔1211前侧的台面翻边的插接效率；
具体地，第一凸出部21的顶部设沿左右方向延伸、与通孔1211上侧滑动连接的上滑动部2121，第一凸出部21的底部设沿左右方向延伸、与通孔1211下侧滑动连接的下滑动部2122，上滑动部2121和下滑动部2122相对设置；
第一凸出部21的上下部均设有滑动部，第一凸出部21的顶部设向上凸伸的上滑动部2121，第一凸出部21的底部设向下凸伸的下滑动部2122，第一凸出部21上下均设滑动部，提高第一凸出部21的滑动速度和滑动的平稳性，上滑动部2121和下滑动部2122相对设置，能够进一步提高第一凸出部21滑动的平稳性；
上滑动部2121和下滑动部2122均沿左右方向延伸，且延伸至第一凸出部21的左右边缘，增大上滑动部2121和下滑动部2122的延伸长度，使得第一凸出部21在滑动过程中上滑动部2121和下滑动部2122能够始终与通孔1211有接触，避免第一凸出部21出现滑动错位；上滑动部2121和下滑动部2122设于第一凸出部21沿前后方向延伸的长度的中部，该中部为第一部分和第二部分分割的位置。
如图5所示，本发明的实施例中，第一凸出部21上设有槽口朝向台面12、且间隔设置的前凹槽213和后凹槽214，后凹槽214具有朝后敞开的敞口2141。
本发明的实施例中，第一凸出部21分为沿前后方向分布的第一部分和第二部分，第一部分分为内部分和外部分，内部分和外部分沿左右方向分布，外部分设缺口部2111，内部分设槽口朝前的前凹槽213，第二部分设槽口朝前的后凹槽214，前凹槽213和后凹槽214之间设有部分第一凸出部21，该部分第一凸出部21用于分割前凹槽213和后凹槽214；
第一凸出部21在外力的作用下在通孔1211内由后向前滑动，前凹槽213和后凹槽214可作为手指的放置部，拇指和食指可分别放置在前凹槽213和后凹槽214内，手指在用力推第一凸出部21时，拇指可抵接在前凹槽213的前侧壁上，食指可抵接在用于分割前凹槽213和后凹槽214的部分第一凸出部21上，方便用户对第一凸出部21施加推动的作用力。
如图4、图5、图6和图7所示，本发明的实施例中，侧面装饰板2的一侧设有朝向台面12凸伸、且沿前后方向延伸的第二凸出部22，第二凸出部22的底部与台面12的顶部抵接， 第二凸出部22下部的侧面装饰板2封盖台面12的侧面。
本发明的实施例中，侧面装饰板2的一侧设第二凸出部22，第二凸出部22朝向台面12凸伸，第二凸出部22与第一凸出部21凸伸方向相同，第二凸出部22沿前后方向延伸，第二凸出部22的底部抵接在台面12的顶部，第一凸出部21沿前后方向滑动时，第二凸出部22沿前后方向在台面12上滑动，第二凸出部22的设置对第一凸出部21的滑动起到导向的作用，使得第一凸出部21始终在台面12上滑动，避免侧面装饰板2在滑动时出现错位，第二凸出部22的上部封盖叠放间隙；
具体地，第一凸出部21内部中空形成空腔，空腔具有开口，开口朝向台面12设置，也就是，第一凸出部21由上凸出部和下凸出部间隔设置形成，第一凸出部21的空腔内设沿前后方向分布的若干隔板，若干隔板将空腔分割为若干相互独立的腔室，降低侧面装饰板2的重量；
具体地，第二凸出部22下部的侧面装饰板2设若干第一凸出部21，若干第一凸出部21沿前后方向间隔分布，若干第一凸出部21的设置能够增大侧面装饰板2与台面12之间的装配强度，第一凸出部21位于第二凸出部22的下部，使得第一凸出部21能够与台面12上的通孔1211装配；优选地，若干第一凸出部21沿前后方向均匀分布。
如图6和图7所示，本发明的实施例中，第二凸出部22上设经连接件3与台面12固定连接的安装部221。
本发明的实施例中，为了进一步增强侧面装饰板2在台面12上的稳定强度，于是将第二凸出部22经连接件3与台面12上的安装部221固定连接；
具体地，第二凸出部22上设有沿上下方向贯穿第二凸出部22的安装孔2211，安装孔2211构成安装部221，连接件3为螺钉31，螺钉31的螺杆贯穿安装孔2211、且与安装孔2211的内壁面抵接，螺钉31的顶部与安装孔2211顶部的第二凸出部22抵接；第二凸出部22分为上凸出部和下凸出部，安装孔2211贯穿下凸出部，安装孔2211的内壁面对螺钉31的螺杆具有导向的作用，螺钉31的顶部与安装孔2211顶部的下凸出部抵接，增大螺钉31的螺紧力。
如图5所示，本发明的实施例中，第二凸出部22的前端设有相对侧面装饰板2向前凸伸的第一插接部222。
本发明的实施例中，洗衣机1的前侧设缺口，洗衣机前侧设封盖缺口和叠放间隙的前装饰板，前装饰板用于封盖叠放间隙，前装饰板具有开口朝后的插接口，第一插接部222外露于侧面装饰板2前侧的部分插入插接口内，实现侧面装饰板2与前装饰板之间的装配；
第二凸出部22的前端设第四凸出部，第四凸出部相对侧面装饰板2向台面12凸出，第四凸出部的高度低于第二凸出部22的高度，第二凸出部22和第四凸出部之间具有高度差， 为其他部件提供避让空间，第四凸出部内部中空形成空腔，空腔的开口朝向台面12，空腔内沿前后方向被分割为若干相互独立的腔室，第一插接部222设于第四凸出部的前端，第一插接部222相对侧面装饰板2的前侧向前凸伸。
如图4和图5所示，本发明的实施例中，第二凸出部22的后端设有相对侧面装饰板2朝向台面12凸伸的第三凸出部23，第三凸出部23高于第二凸出部22，第三凸出部23后端具有由前向后向下倾斜的上表面231，第三凸出部23下表面232与台面12的顶部抵接，第三凸出部23上表面231设有相对上表面231向上凸出的第二插接部2311。
本发明的实施例中，第三凸出部23的前端与第二凸出部22的后端之间设有沿前后方向延伸的连接板；台面12的后侧设后连接件5，后连接件5为U型连接件，台面12的后侧嵌入U型槽内，U型槽一侧与干衣机连接，另一侧与洗衣机连接，U型槽的上侧壁倾斜设置，与第三凸出部23的上表面231贴合抵接，并且，U型槽的上侧壁设与第二插接部2311插接的插接口，实现台面12与洗衣机、干衣机和侧面装饰板2之间的装配强度；第三凸出部23的下表面232与台面12抵接，增大侧面装饰板2与台面12之间的装配强度。
如图10和图11所示，本发明提供一种台面结构，包括台面12，台面12的外周设有向上延伸的侧面装饰板2，侧面装饰板2与台面12一体成型。
本发明的实施例中，第二衣物处理装置叠放在第一衣物处理装置上，第一衣物处理装置和第二衣物处理装置可为洗衣机和干衣机，该台面结构1可用于洗衣机或干衣机上，洗衣机箱体11的顶部设该台面12结构，或干衣机箱体的顶部设该台面12结构；因此，该台面12结构可用于上烘干机、下洗衣机堆叠的一体设备，该台面12结构设于洗衣机箱体11的顶部；该台面12结构还可用于上烘干机、下烘干机堆叠的一体设备，该台面12结构设于下烘干机箱体的顶部；或者，该台面12结构还可用于上洗衣机、下洗衣机堆叠的一体设备，该台面12结构设于下洗衣机箱体11的顶部；该台面12结构不限于用于上述堆叠的一体设备。
优选地，台面12结构用于洗衣机上，洗烘一体设备包括干衣机和设有该台面12结构的洗衣机，干衣机叠放在洗衣机台面12的顶部与台面12之间形成有叠放间隙；
通过在洗衣机台面12的外周设向上延伸的侧面装饰板2，侧面装饰板2向上延伸至与干衣机的箱体相交，使得侧面装饰板2能够遮挡叠放间隙，避免洗涤水或尘埃等异物质进入至叠放间隙内而堆积在叠放间隙内，并且，侧面装饰板2与台面12一体成型，使得台面12外观比较美观，从而提高上述洗烘一体设备的整体感和美观度。
侧面装饰板2和台面12采用的材质为塑料；侧面装饰板2与台面12一体成型，避免侧面装饰板2与台面12的连接处具有缝隙，使得台面12的外观比较美观，并且减少了侧面装饰板2与台面12连接处的应力集中，增强了台面12结构的结构强度。
如图11所示，本发明的实施例中，台面12呈方形，台面12的左右两侧面分别设侧面装饰板2，侧面装饰板2由台面12的前侧延伸至台面12的后侧。
本发明的实施例中，台面12的左侧面和台面12的右侧面均设侧面装饰板2，侧面装饰板2不仅遮挡叠放间隙，而且遮挡对应的台面12的侧面，提高了该洗烘一体设备的整体度；侧面装饰板2由台面12的前侧延伸至台面12的后侧，增大了侧面装饰板2对叠放间隙和台面12侧面的遮挡范围；
具体地，洗衣机箱体11的左右两侧均设有向箱体内水平凸伸的折边，台面12和侧面装饰板2的底部与折边贴合，且固定与折边上，折边分为两个部分，分别为内部分和外部分，内部分位于外部分的内侧，台面12的底部与内部分贴合，侧面装饰板2的底部与外部分贴合，并且，侧面装饰板2的外侧面与洗衣机箱体11的外侧面对齐；台面12呈方形，台面12的左侧面和右侧面均为长条形的竖直面，也就是侧面装饰板2向上竖直延伸至高出台面12的顶部，侧面装饰板2向下竖直延伸至低于台面12的底部。
如图12和图13所示，侧面装饰板2与台面12之间的装配方式为：侧面装饰板2的一侧设朝向台面12凸伸的安装凸台24，安装凸台24的内部中空，安装凸台24的前侧设开口241，安装凸台24的底部设卡孔242，卡孔242具有沿前后方向分布的卡接部2421和定位部2422，定位部2422在卡接部2421的前端，定位部2422与开口241连通，卡接部2421与定位部2422连通，洗衣机箱体11顶部的折边上设安装孔，安装孔上设螺钉，螺钉作为卡凸，定位部2422用于供卡凸插入，定位部2422与开口241连通；卡接部2421用于对滑入的卡凸进行卡接固定，安装时，由后向前推动侧面装饰板2，卡凸经开口241进入定位部2422内，定位部2422对卡凸起到定位导向的作用，使得卡凸能够准确地卡入卡接部2421内；定位部2422设于卡接部2421的前端，定位部2422的后端与卡接部2421的前端连通，卡接部2421的中心与定位部2422的中心在一条直线上。
如图10和图12所示，本发明的实施例中，台面12的中部设一圈向上凸伸的加强筋6，加强筋6的延伸轨迹呈方形，加强筋6与台面12同轴设置，加强筋6左右两侧分别延伸至与台面12左右两侧的侧面装饰板2的内侧。
本发明的实施例中，加强筋6设于台面12的中部，且加强筋6与台面12同轴设置，能够增加台面12的美观，并且由于台面12的顶部上叠放有干衣机，台面12对干衣机具有支撑的作用，加强筋6能够增大台面12的结构强度，从而增强台面12对干衣机的支撑强度；
加强筋6的左右两侧延伸的程度相同，分别延伸至与台面12左右两侧的侧面装饰板2的内侧；加强筋6的前侧向前延伸与台面12的前侧之间具有第一间距，加强筋6的后侧向后延伸与台面12的后侧之间设有第二间距，第一间距小于第二间隙；台面12的后侧设后侧装饰 部，后侧装饰部遮挡台面12的后侧，后侧装饰部与台面12一体成型，后侧装饰部相对台面12的顶部向上凸伸，且相对台面12的底部向下凸伸。
加强筋6对应的位置的台面12向上凹陷形成加强部，加强部向下凹陷超出台面12的底部，且加强部的底壁为与台面12平行的平面；加强筋6的左右两侧分别低于台面12左右两侧的侧面装饰板2，
加强筋6延伸轨迹为方形，加强筋6包括左侧加强筋61和右侧加强筋，前侧加强筋62和后侧加强筋，前侧加强筋62和后侧加强筋的高度相等，左侧加强筋61和右侧加强筋的高度相等，前侧加强筋62和后侧加强筋的高度低于左侧加强筋61和右侧加强筋，左侧加强筋61和右侧加强筋分别与台面12左右两侧的侧面装饰板2贴合，前侧加强筋62的左右两端分别与台面12左右两侧的侧面装饰板2贴合，后侧加强筋的左右两端分别与台面12左右两侧的侧面装饰板2贴合；左侧加强筋61和右侧加强筋的高度低于台面12左右两侧的侧面装饰板2的高度；前侧加强筋62与台面12的前侧之间设第一间距，后侧加强筋与后侧装饰部之间设有第二间距。
如图12所示，本发明的实施例中，加强筋前侧的左右两端和加强筋后侧的左右两端均设第一加强部7，第一加强部7由台面12的顶部向下凹陷形成。
本发明的实施例中，第一加强部7设于台面12上，加强筋和多个第一加强部7的组合能够进一步增强整个台面12的结构强度，第一加强部7的设置进一步拓宽了使得台面12的结构强度得到加强的加强区域；
第一加强部7用于与干衣机底部的地脚装配的，干衣机的底部一般设有四个底脚，底脚用于支撑和平衡干衣机与地面或其他接触面接触的，干衣机叠放在洗衣机的台面12上，干衣机的底脚与洗衣机台面12的顶部接触；
干衣机的底脚相对干衣机的底部向下凸伸，第一加强部7由台面12的顶部向下凹陷形成，第一加强部7为凹槽状结构，第一加强部7的槽口朝上，当干衣机叠放在洗衣机台面12上时，干衣机的底脚嵌入凹槽状的第一加强部7内，干衣机的底脚可完全嵌入第一加强部7内，与第一加强部7的底部相抵，干衣机的底脚可部分嵌入第一加强部7内；干衣机左右两侧的底部分别与左侧加强筋61和右侧加强筋抵接，干衣机前后两侧的底部分别与前侧加强筋62和后侧加强筋相隔一段距离。
一般而言，干衣机底部的底脚呈圆柱状，因此，为了与干衣机底脚适配，第一加强部7呈内部中空的圆柱状，第一加强部7的底部为封闭端，顶部为开口端，干衣机的底脚经顶部开口嵌入第一加强部7内。
如图10、图11和图12所示，本发明的实施例中，加强筋的前侧设若干第二加强部8， 第二加强部8由台面12向下凹陷形成。
本发明的实施例中，由于干衣机的部分重量集中在加强筋的前侧，加强筋的前侧除了设有两个第一加强部7外，加强筋的前侧还设若干第二加强部8，第二加强部8能够辅助第一加强部7对干衣机进行支撑，进一步增大台面12的结构强度；
若干第二加强部8可用于与台面12底部的部件固定连接的；具体地，上述部件为加强梁，加强梁设于台面12的底部，加强梁沿左右方向延伸，加强梁的左右两端装于台面12上，能够对台面12进行支撑，增加台面12的结构强度，使得台面12能够支撑较大重量的干衣机；
为了实现台面12与加强梁之间的连接，台面12借助第二加强部8与加强梁实现连接，借助第二加强部8连接的原因在于避免台面12因连接承重出现易断裂的地方。
加强梁包括沿左右方向延伸的水平部和水平部左右两端分别向下弯折形成的弯折部，水平部上设有若干沿左右方向分布的安装孔，若干安装孔构成安装部，弯折部安装于洗衣机箱体11上；台面12与加强梁之间具有直接的连接关系，提高加强梁对台面12加强支撑的稳定性；洗衣机箱体11顶部的前后两侧均设加强梁，加强梁沿台面12的左右方向延伸，加强梁通过与台面12配合安装来辅助台面12对干衣机的支撑，增加台面12的结构强度，加强梁和台面12均为钣金件。
一个弯折部设于水平部的左端与洗衣机箱体11的左侧连接，另一个弯折部设于水平部的右端与箱体的右侧连接；对于一个弯折部而言，弯折部包括水平部延伸方向的一端向下弯折，且背向加强梁倾斜的第一弯折边和第一弯折边远离水平部的一侧水平延伸形成的第二弯折边，第二弯折边与箱体连接。
水平部上设压型，压型能够增大水平部的结构强度，从而增大加强梁的结构强度；压型由水平部的顶部向下凹陷形成，压型为凹槽状压型。
具体地，若干第二加强部8沿左右方向分布于加强筋前侧的两个第一加强部7的相对侧之间；进一步优选地，第二加强部8向下凹陷至超出台面12的底部，第二加强部8的底壁82为与台面12平行的平面，第二加强部8的底壁82上设第一安装孔81。第二安装部位于前侧加强筋62和台面12的前侧之间，并且，若干第二加强部8设于加强筋前侧的两个第一加强部7的相对侧之间，能够增加台面12前侧的结构强度，使得干衣机的重量能够分散在两个第一加强部7和若干第二加强部8上，避免干衣机的重量集中；第二加强部8为凹槽状，且为圆形，第二加强部8具有底壁82，底壁82上设第一安装孔81，第二加强部8的底壁82与前侧的加强梁通过第一安装孔81和加强量上的安装孔固定连接，第二加强部8的底壁为与台面12平行的平面，使得第二加强部8的底壁82能够与加强梁的顶部紧密贴合，能够增加二者之间的安装强度。
优选地，第一加强部7的相邻位置处设第二加强部8，进一步增强台面12在第一加强部7处的结构强度。
本发明的实施例中，加强筋后侧设第三加强部9，第三加强部9的左右两端分别延伸至台面12左右两侧的侧面装饰板2的内侧，第三加强部9由台面12向下凹陷形成。
本发明的实施例中，加强筋的后侧设一个第三加强部9，第三加强部9沿左右方向延伸至台面12左右两侧的侧面装饰板2的内侧，第三加强部9沿前后方向延伸分别与加强筋的后侧和后侧装饰部相抵，提供台面12后侧的结构强度；第三加强部9由台面12向下凹陷形成，第三加强部9为凹槽状，第三加强部9具有底壁，底壁上设若干第二安装孔91，若干第二安装孔91沿左右方向分布，并分布于加强筋后侧的两个第一凹槽的相对侧之间，第二安装孔91的底壁与后侧的加强梁通过第二安装孔91固定连接，后侧的加强梁和前侧的加强梁的结构相同，第三加强部9的底壁为与台面12平行的平面，使得第三加强部9的底壁能够与加强梁的顶部紧密贴合，能够增加二者之间的安装强度；优选地，为了进一步辅助第一加强部7，增强台面12的结构强度，该第三加强部9布满了加强筋的后侧与后侧装饰部之间的台面12，并且，第三加强部9左右两端分别设避让部92，为两个第一加强部7提供避让，使得第一加强部7能够与第三加强部9邻近。
如图14所示，此外，第三加强部9内嵌设有后连接件5，后连接件5为钣金件，后连接件5包括第二水平部51和第二竖直部52，第二水平部51完全嵌入后侧的第三加强部9内，第第三加强部9上设若干与第二安装孔91对应的安装孔，第二水平部51、第三加强部9和后侧的加强梁固定连接；相邻的两个后连接件5的安装孔之间设压型，该压型向上凸伸；第二竖直部52的前侧与干衣机的后侧贴合，第二竖直部52与干衣机经螺钉连接件固定连接；第二水平部51和第二竖直部52之间设有加强筋，减少第二水平部51和第二竖直部52过渡处的应力集中；第二水平部51的左右两端之间具有对两个第一加强部7进行避让的避让空间。
如图12和图14所示，本发明的实施例中，台面12前侧的左右两端和台面12后侧的左右两端均设有向下凸伸的翻边10，翻边10上设第三安装孔101。
本发明的实施例中，翻边10包括前翻边102和后翻边103，台面12前侧的左右两端均设向下凸伸的前翻边102，前翻边102上设第三安装孔101，洗衣机箱体11的前侧设有向箱体内弯折的箱体翻边111，前翻边102和箱体翻边111沿上下方向延伸，前翻边102和箱体翻边111上下分布，前翻边102、箱体翻边111和干衣机箱体经过前连接件14连接，前连接件14包括第一水平部141和第一竖直部142，第一水平部141与干衣机箱体的前侧贴合，经螺钉连接件固定连接，第一竖直部142位于前翻边102和箱体翻边111的前侧，且与前翻边102和箱体翻边111贴合，经螺钉连接件固定连接；
台面12后侧的左右两端均设向下凸伸的后翻边103，后翻边103沿上下方向延伸，后翻边103位于洗衣机箱体11的后侧，且与洗衣机箱体11的后侧贴合，经螺钉连接件固定连接
如图15-19所示，本发明提供一种衣物处理装置，包括箱体和设于箱体顶部的台面12，箱体的顶部设向上凸伸的卡凸15，台面12的底部设卡孔16，卡孔16具有沿前后方向分布的卡接部161和定位部162；定位部162用于供卡凸插入；卡接部161与定位部162相连通，用于对滑入的卡凸15进行卡接固定。
本发明的实施例中，该衣物处理装置可为干衣机或洗衣机1，该衣物处理装置可用于上烘干机、下洗衣机堆叠的一体设备，该衣物处理装置为洗衣机1；该衣物处理装置还可用于上烘干机、下烘干机堆叠的一体设备，该衣物处理设备为下烘干机；或者，该衣物处理设备还可用于上洗衣机、下洗衣机堆叠的一体设备，该衣物处理设备为下洗衣机。
通过在台面12的底部设卡孔16，卡孔16具有定位部162和卡接部161，定位部162在卡凸15卡入卡接部161之前对卡凸15具有定位的作用，使得卡凸15能够比较准确地卡入卡孔16内，增加台面12与箱体装配的装配效率。
卡孔16设置在台面12上的具体位置为：台面12底部的外周边缘设有一圈翻边，该翻边的左右两侧均设与台面12相对、且平行的第一翻边112，第一翻边112沿前后方向延伸，第一翻边112上沿前后方向设若干个卡孔16，第一翻边112和台面12之间具有一定的间距形成容纳卡接在卡接部内的卡凸15的容纳空间；
卡凸15设置在台面12上的具体位置为：洗衣机箱体11左右两侧均设有向箱体内水平凸伸的第二翻边122，第二翻边122沿前后方向延伸，第二翻边122上设若干相对第二翻边122向上凸伸的卡凸15，若干卡凸15沿前后方向分布。
需要说明的是，定位部162可从前向后移动后卡凸15卡接于卡接部161内，或者，定位部162可从后向前移动后卡凸15卡接于卡接部161内。
如图18和19所示，本发明的实施例中，卡接部161与定位部162沿前后方向分布，卡接部161的后端与定位部162的前端连通。
本发明的实施例中，卡接部设于定位部的前端，可以认定位部162套于卡凸的外部后，定位部162从前向后移动，卡凸15再卡接于卡接部161内；
卡接部161的后端设第一开口，定位部162的前端设第二开口，卡接部161在第一开口处设两个第一端部，定位部162在第二开口处设两个第二端部，一个第一端部与一个第二端部连接，另一个第一端部与另一个第二端部连接，第一开口和第二开口连通，实现卡接部161的后端与定位部162的前端连通；
其中，卡接部161和定位部162的形状可为圆形、方形等等；为了实现卡凸15与卡接部 161卡接紧密，以及套设在卡凸15外部的定位部162移动的比较顺畅，可根据卡凸15的形状选择卡接部161和定位部162的形状。
具体地，卡接部161的中心与定位部162的中心在一条直线上，也就是卡接部161和定位部162正对，便于定位部162移动一段距离后卡凸15准确地卡接在卡接部161内，实现卡凸15和卡接部161的快速卡接。
由于洗衣机箱体11的前侧设前侧装饰板，前侧装饰板相对洗衣机箱体11的顶部向上凸伸，由于前侧装饰板的存在，台面12的定位部162需从前向后移动，避免前侧装饰板对卡凸卡接于卡接部内进行阻挡。
如图19所示，本发明的实施例中，卡接部161和定位部162均呈圆形，卡接部161的轴心和定位部162的轴心的连线沿前后方向延伸，卡接部161的径向尺寸小于定位部162的径向尺寸。
本发明的实施例中，卡孔16由两个径向尺寸不同的圆形孔前后连通构成，其中，定位部162为径向尺寸大的圆形孔，卡接部161为径向尺寸小的圆形孔；
定位部162和卡接部161在第一翻边112上分布，为了实现卡凸15径直地进入卡接部161内与卡接部161卡接，于是，卡接部161的轴心和定位部162的轴心的连线沿前后方向延伸，也就是卡接部161的轴心和定位部162的轴心的连线与台面12的左侧板或右侧板平行；
具体地，卡接部161后端的第一开口位于卡接部161的中部，两个第一端部以卡接部161的轴心为中心对称布置，定位部162前端的第二开口位于定位部162的中部，两个第二端部以定位部162的轴心为中心对称布置，位于同侧的第一端部和第二端部连接，定位部162的轴心和卡接部161的轴心的连线均穿过第一开口和第二开口的中部；
卡凸15与卡接部161在装配时，定位部162由上到下套在卡凸15的外部，台面12在外力的推动下从前向后移动，使得卡孔的定位部162从前向后移动，当定位部162移动到一定位置时，卡凸15经第一开口和第二开口卡接至卡接部161内；
第一翻边112沿前后方向延伸，第一翻边112针沿左右方向具有内侧和外侧，卡孔16设于第一翻边112上，卡孔16的轴心到第一翻边112内侧的距离大于卡孔16的轴心到第一翻边112外侧的距离。
如图18所示，本发明的实施例中，第一翻边112的前端与台面12的前端间隔设置，第一翻边112上沿前后方向分布有两个卡孔16和缺口17，缺口17设于两个卡孔16之间。
本发明的实施例中，第一翻边112的前端与台面12的前端之间设有间距，且第一翻边112上设缺口17，间距和缺口17均是为安装其他部件提供避让空间；
缺口的开口朝内，缺口17位于第一翻边112的中部，一个卡孔16位于第一翻边112的 前端，另一个卡孔16位于第一翻边112的后端，两个卡孔16轴心的连线在一条直线上，且两个卡孔16轴线的连线沿前后方向延伸，也就是两个卡孔沿前后方向排列布置，实现两个卡凸15同步地卡接于卡接部内，增大台面12与洗衣机箱体11之间的装配强度。
如图16、图17和图19所示，本发明的实施例中，卡凸15呈柱状，卡凸15外周设有一圈径向凹陷的凹槽151，定位部162套设于凹槽内卡凸的外部，定位部162从前向后移动至卡凸卡接于卡接部161内。
本发明的实施例中，卡凸15呈柱状，卡凸15外周设有一圈径向凹陷的凹槽151，凹槽151将卡凸15分为凹槽151外卡凸15和凹槽151内卡凸15，其中，定位部162套设于凹槽内卡凸的外部，定位部162从前向后移动至凹槽内的卡凸卡接于卡接部161内。
由于卡凸15外周设有一圈径向凹陷的凹槽151，因此，凹槽151内卡凸15的径向尺寸小于凹槽151外卡凸15的径向尺寸；
装配时，定位部162由上到下穿过凹槽151外的卡凸15，对准凹槽151内的卡凸15，在外力的作用下，从前向后推动台面12，套设在卡凸15外部的定位部162移动到位时卡凸15经第一开口和第二开口卡接于卡接部161内，定位部162对凹槽151内的卡凸15具有定位导向的作用，使得凹槽151内的卡凸15能够准确地卡入卡接部161内。
具体地，卡凸15外周的底部设有一圈沿径向凹陷的缺口部1511，缺口部1511与洗衣机箱体11的顶部之间形成凹槽151；缺口部1511具有外周开口和向下的开口，缺口部1511与洗衣机箱体11的顶部之间形成凹槽151，更进一步地，缺口部1511与第二翻边122之间形成凹槽151，使得卡凸15分为上卡凸152和下卡凸153，上卡凸152位于凹槽151外，下卡凸153位于凹槽151内，装配时，定位部162由上到下穿过上卡凸152，穿过上卡凸152后，定位部162对准下卡凸153，且第一翻边112抵接在第二翻边122上，第一翻边112夹持在第二翻边122和上卡凸152的底部之间，第二翻边112和上卡凸152对第一翻边112在第二翻边122上的移动具有导向的作用，套设在卡凸15外侧的定位部162移动到位经第一开口和第二开口卡接于卡接部161内，第一翻边112始终夹持在第二翻边122和上卡凸152的底部。
如图17所示，本发明的实施例中，凹槽151外卡凸15的径向尺寸从上到下逐渐增大，凹槽151外卡凸15的底部的径向尺寸大于定位部162的径向尺寸。
本发明的实施例中，凹槽151外卡凸15的径向尺寸从上到下逐渐增大，使得定位部162由上到下越来越难穿过凹槽151外的卡凸15，加之，凹槽151外卡凸15的底部的径向尺寸大于定位部162的径向尺寸，使得定位部162在凹槽151外卡凸15的底部需借助较大的外力才能穿过凹槽151外卡凸15，能够使得定位部在移动时不易从卡凸15上脱离，从而增强移动和卡接的准确性。
本发明的实施例中，凹槽151外卡凸15的外周上套设有能够产生径向变形的弹性套，弹性套覆盖凹槽151外卡凸15的外周，弹性套的上部与凹槽151外卡凸15的上端面抵接，弹性套的下部与凹槽151外卡凸15的下端面抵接。
本发明的实施例中，在凹槽151外卡凸15的外周设弹性套，弹性套可为橡胶套，弹性套套设在凹槽151外卡凸15的外周能够增大凹槽151外卡凸15外周的径向尺寸，使得定位部162能够卡在卡凸15外周的底部，并且，由于弹性套具有一定的弹性，能够在外力的作用下产生变形，因此，定位部162在外力的作用下能够穿过比自身径向尺寸大的凹槽151外卡凸15底部的径向尺寸。
如图15和17所示，本发明的实施例中，第一翻边112分为支撑侧面装饰板2的第一部分1121和第二部分1122，第一部分1121位于第二部分1122的外侧，卡凸15设于第二部分1122上，第二部分1122相对第一部分1121向上凸伸。
本发明的实施例中，卡凸15设有第一部分1121上，第二部分1122用于放置支撑侧面装饰板2，洗衣机台面12上叠放有干衣机，洗衣机台面12的顶部与干衣机底部之间形成叠放间隙，侧面装饰板2设于洗衣机台面12上，且侧面装饰板2相对洗衣机台面12的顶部向上凸伸，侧面装饰板2由上到下包括上侧装饰板和下侧装饰板，侧面装饰板2向上凸伸的部分为上侧装饰板，上侧装饰板用于封盖叠放间隙，下侧装饰板用于封盖台面12的侧面。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种衣物处理装置，包括箱体和设于箱体顶部的台面，其特征在于，箱体的顶部安装有向上延伸的侧面装饰板，侧面装饰板高于台面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，箱体顶部的左右两侧分别设有向箱体内水平凸伸的箱体翻边，台面的左右两侧分别设于对应的箱体翻边上，箱体翻边相对台面向箱体外凸伸与台面之间形成长条形缺口，侧面装饰板为条形板状结构，侧面装饰板插入长条形缺口内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，侧面装饰板设有向台面凸伸的第一凸出部，台面底部的外周边缘向下凸伸形成一圈台面翻边，台面翻边上设通孔，第一凸出部在通孔中沿前后方向滑动，第一凸出部的前侧设供通孔前侧的台面翻边插入的插接槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，第一凸出部呈方形，第一凸出部上设沿上下方向延伸的缺口部，缺口部与侧面装饰板围成槽口朝前的插接槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，第一凸出部上设有与通孔滑动连接的滑动部，滑动部相对第一凸出部向上凸伸和/或相对第一凸出部向下凸伸；
    优选地，第一凸出部的顶部设沿左右方向延伸、与通孔上侧滑动连接的上滑动部，第一凸出部的底部设沿左右方向延伸、与通孔下侧滑动连接的下滑动部，上滑动部和下滑动部相对设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，第一凸出部上设有槽口朝向台面、且间隔设置的前凹槽和后凹槽，后凹槽具有朝后敞开的敞口。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，侧面装饰板的一侧设有朝向台面凸伸、且沿前后方向延伸的第二凸出部，第二凸出部的底部与台面的顶部抵接，第二凸出部下部的侧面装饰板封盖台面的侧面；第一凸出部设于第二凸出部的下部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，第二凸出部上设经连接件与台面固定连接的安装部；
    优选地，第二凸出部上设有沿上下方向贯穿第二凸出部的安装孔，安装孔构成安装部，连接件为螺钉，螺钉的螺杆贯穿安装孔、且与安装孔的内壁面抵接，螺钉的顶部与安装孔顶部的第二凸出部抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，第二凸出部的前端设有相对侧面装饰板向前凸伸的第一插接部；
    优选地，第二凸出部的后端设有与第二凸出部凸伸方向相同的第三凸出部，第三凸出部后端具有由前向后向下倾斜的上表面，第三凸出部下表面与台面的顶部抵接，第三凸出部上表面设有相对上表面向上凸出的第二插接部。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，侧面装饰板与台面一体成型。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，台面呈方形，台面的左右两侧分别设侧面装饰板，侧面装饰板由台面的前侧延伸至台面的后侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，侧面装饰板向上竖直延伸至高出台面的顶部，侧面装饰板向下竖直延伸至低于台面的底部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，侧面装饰板低于台面底部的部分设有朝向台面、内部中空的安装凸台，安装凸台前侧设开口，安装凸台底部设供其他部件滑动卡入的卡孔，卡孔与开口连通；
    优选地，卡孔具有定位部和卡接部，定位部与开口连通，卡接部与定位部相连通，定位部用于供其他部件经开口插入，卡接部用于对滑入的卡凸进行卡接固定。
  14. 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，台面的中部设有一圈向上凸伸的加强筋；
    优选地，加强筋的延伸轨迹呈方形，加强筋与台面同轴设置，加强筋的左右两侧分别延伸至台面左右两侧的侧面装饰板的内侧。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，加强筋前侧的左右两端和加强筋后侧的左右两端分别设第一加强部，第一加强部由台面向下凹陷形成；
    优选地，第一加强部向下凹陷至超出台面的底部，第一加强部的底壁为与台面平行的平面。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，加强筋的前侧设若干第二加强部，第二加强部由台面向下凹陷形成；
    优选地，若干第二加强部沿左右方向分布于加强筋前侧的两个第一加强部的相对侧之间；
    进一步优选地，第一加强部的相邻位置处设第二加强部；
    进一步优选地，第二加强部向下凹陷至超出台面的底部，第二加强部的底壁为与台面平行的平面，第二加强部的底壁上设第一安装孔。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，加强筋后侧设第三加强部，第三加强部的左右两端分别延伸至台面左右两侧的侧面装饰板的内侧，第三加强部由台面向下凹陷形成；
    优选地，第三加强部前侧的左右两端分别设避让第一加强部的避让部；
    进一步优选地，第三凹槽向下凹陷至超出台面的底部，第三凹槽的底壁为与台面平行的平面，第三凹槽的底壁设若干沿左右方形分布的第二安装孔；
    进一步优选地，若干第二安装孔分布于加强筋后侧的两个第一凹槽的相对侧之间。
  18. 根据权利要求10-17任一项所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，台面前侧的左右两端和台面后侧的左右两端分别设向下凸伸的翻边，翻边上设第三安装孔。
  19. 根据权利要求1-18任一项所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，箱体的顶部设向上凸伸的卡凸，台面的底部设卡孔，其特征在于，卡孔具有沿前后方向分布的卡接部和定位部；定位部用于供卡凸插入；卡接部与定位部相连通，用于对滑入的卡凸进行卡接固定。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，卡接部设于定位部的前端，卡接部的后端与定位部的前端连通；
    卡接部的中心与定位部的中心在一条直线上。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，卡接部和定位部均呈圆形，卡接部的轴心和定位部的轴心的连线沿前后方向延伸，卡接部的径向尺寸小于定位部的径向尺寸。
  22. 根据权利要求19-21任一项所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，卡凸呈柱状，卡凸外周设有一圈径向凹陷的凹槽，凹槽内的卡凸插入定位部内，且相对定位部滑动，凹槽内的卡凸与卡接部卡接；
    优选地，卡凸外周的底部设有一圈沿径向凹陷的缺口部，缺口部与箱体的顶部之间形成凹槽。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，凹槽外卡凸的径向尺寸从上到下逐渐增大，凹槽外卡凸的底部的径向尺寸大于定位部的径向尺寸。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，凹槽外卡凸的外周上套设有能够产生径向变形的弹性套，弹性套覆盖凹槽外卡凸的外周，弹性套的上部与凹槽外卡凸的上端面抵接，弹性套的下部与凹槽外卡凸的下端面抵接。
  25. 根据权利要求19-24任一项所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，台面底部的左右两侧均设有与台面相对的第一翻边，卡孔设于第一翻边上，第一翻边和台面之间形成容纳卡凸的容纳空间。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，第一翻边的前端与台面的前端间隔设置，第一翻边上沿前后方向分布有两个卡孔和缺口，缺口设于两个卡孔之间。
  27. 根据权利要求19-26任一项所述的衣物处理装置，其特征在于，箱体左右两侧均设有向箱体内凸伸的第二翻边，第二翻边上设相对第二翻边向上凸伸的卡凸；
    优选地，第二翻边分为支撑侧面装饰板的第一部分和第二部分，第一部分位于第二部分的外侧，卡凸设于第二部分上，第二部分相对第一部分向上凸伸。
  28. 一种洗烘一体设备，包括干衣机，其特征在于，还包括权利要求1-27任一项所述的衣物处理装置，该衣物处理装置为洗衣机，干衣机叠放在洗衣机台面的顶部与台面之间形成有叠放间隙，侧面装饰板相对台面向上凸伸的部分遮盖叠放间隙；或者，侧面装饰板向上延伸至与干衣机的箱体相交。
