有机溶剂箱21设置在烘干箱1的顶板上方,烘干箱1的顶板上设有与烘干箱1内部连通的抽气管20,抽气管20的另一端插入有机溶剂箱21并位于液面下方,有机溶剂箱21上还设有连接管22,连接管22位于液面上方;炭盒23设置在烘干箱1的顶板上方,炭盒23的中间位置放置活性炭24,连接管22插入炭盒23并位于活性炭24的上方;抽气泵25设置在烘干箱1的顶板内部,抽气泵25的输入端插入炭盒23的内部并位于活性炭24的下方,抽气泵25的输出端设置排气管26。
在一个可选的实施例中,箱门2上设置把手,把手上设置防滑隔热垫,箱门2上还设有搭扣,烘干箱1上设有与之配合的锁钩,搭扣与锁钩配合,搭扣既保证了箱门2与烘干箱1之间的连接紧密性,又方便了操作人员打开和关闭箱门2。
在一个可选的实施例中,烘干箱1的底板上表面设有滚珠,滚珠与支撑台14的下表面滚动接触,进一步的减小支撑台14与烘干箱1底板之间的摩擦力。
在一个可选的实施例中,横杆12上均匀设置若干个晾挂孔13,方便将晾衣架挂在横杆12上,并有效的防止服装在烘干过程中晾衣架脱落。
在一个可选的实施例中,还包括控制器和声光报警器,有机溶剂箱21的内部设置液位传感器,液位传感器与控制器通讯连接,控制器控制连接声光报警器,有机溶剂箱21的上端设有加料口,加料口上螺纹设置箱盖,当有机溶剂箱21内部液位低时,声光报警器及时发出警报。
在一个可选的实施例中,烘干箱1的底板内部设置隔热底座,电热丝18设 置在隔热底座之间,防止电热丝18直接与烘干箱1的底板接触。
在一个可选的实施例中,烘干箱1的底部设置滚轮,滚轮上设置刹车组件。
本实用新型中,打开箱门2,将挂好服装的衣架沿晾挂孔13挂在横杆12上,合上箱门2,启动电热丝18和静电除尘网17,空气经静电除尘网17的过滤除尘后,被电热丝18加热,风机19将热的空气抽入风腔15的内部,并通过出气孔16吹入烘干箱1内部的服装表面;
启动电机10,电机10转动带动大齿轮8和小齿轮9转动,竖杆11不仅围绕环形槽7转动,还随着小齿轮9的转动而自转,有效的使服装的各个面接受高温空气的烘干,加速烘干效率;启动抽气泵25,烘干箱1内部的湿气加热后沿环形槽7和抽气管20进入有机溶剂箱21,在有机溶剂的溶剂下,废气中的有毒有害物质被溶解,废气进入炭盒23,并经活性炭24的过滤消除异味,无毒无害无异味的气体经排气管26排出,非常环保。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种节能型服装加工烘干装置,其特征在于,包括烘干箱(1)、固定板(3)、内齿盘(4)、托板(5)、大齿轮(8)、电机(10)、竖杆(11)、风腔(15)、静电除尘网(17)、有机溶剂箱(21)、炭盒(23)和抽气泵(25);
    烘干箱(1)的侧面铰接箱门(2),固定板(3)水平设置在烘干箱(1)的内部,内齿盘(4)水平设置在固定板(3)的内部,且内齿盘(4)的边缘搭在内齿盘(4)上并与其转动连接;托板(5)设置在内齿盘(4)的开口内部,托板(5)上固定设置轴承(6),轴承(6)的另一端与烘干箱(1)的顶板底部固定连接,托板(5)与内齿盘(4)之间设有环形槽(7);
    大齿轮(8)设置在托板(5)上,且大齿轮(8)的转轴插入轴承(6)的内部,大齿轮(8)与内齿盘(4)之间等间隔设置若干个小齿轮(9),小齿轮(9)的一端与大齿轮(8)啮合,另一端与内齿盘(4)的内齿啮合;电机(10)固定设置在烘干箱(1)的顶部,电机(10)的输出轴插入轴承(6)的内部并与大齿轮(8)的转轴固定连接;小齿轮(9)的底部竖直向下设置竖杆(11),竖杆(11)穿过环形槽(7),竖杆(11)上水平设置横杆(12);烘干箱(1)的底部转动设置支撑台(14),竖杆(11)的底部与支撑台(14)转动连接;
    风腔(15)设置在烘干箱(1)的侧板内部,烘干箱(1)的侧壁上设有出气孔(16),出气孔(16)与风腔(15)连通;烘干箱(1)的底板内部设置空腔,静电除尘网(17)设置在空腔的进风口处,空腔的内部还设有电热丝(18)和风机(19),电热丝(18)位于静电除尘网(17)和风机(19)的输入端中间,风机(19)的输出端与风腔(15)连通;
    有机溶剂箱(21)设置在烘干箱(1)的顶板上方,烘干箱(1)的顶板上设有与烘干箱(1)内部连通的抽气管(20),抽气管(20)的另一端插入有机 溶剂箱(21)并位于液面下方,有机溶剂箱(21)上还设有连接管(22),连接管(22)位于液面上方;炭盒(23)设置在烘干箱(1)的顶板上方,炭盒(23)的中间位置放置活性炭(24),连接管(22)插入炭盒(23)并位于活性炭(24)的上方;抽气泵(25)设置在烘干箱(1)的顶板内部,抽气泵(25)的输入端插入炭盒(23)的内部并位于活性炭(24)的下方,抽气泵(25)的输出端设置排气管(26)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型服装加工烘干装置,其特征在于,箱门(2)上设置把手,把手上设置防滑隔热垫,箱门(2)上还设有搭扣,烘干箱(1)上设有与之配合的锁钩,搭扣与锁钩配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型服装加工烘干装置,其特征在于,烘干箱(1)的底板上表面设有滚珠,滚珠与支撑台(14)的下表面滚动接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型服装加工烘干装置,其特征在于,横杆(12)上均匀设置若干个晾挂孔(13)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型服装加工烘干装置,其特征在于,还包括控制器和声光报警器,有机溶剂箱(21)的内部设置液位传感器,液位传感器与控制器通讯连接,控制器控制连接声光报警器,有机溶剂箱(21)的上端设有加料口,加料口上螺纹设置箱盖。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型服装加工烘干装置,其特征在于,烘干箱(1)的底板内部设置隔热底座,电热丝(18)设置在隔热底座之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型服装加工烘干装置,其特征在于,烘干箱(1)的底部设置滚轮,滚轮上设置刹车组件。
