- 根据权利要求26-32中任一项所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,所述执行第二操作,还包括:在所述目标gap期间,终端媒体访问控制MAC实体执行以下一项或多项:不发送混合自动重传请求HARQ反馈信息、SR和信道状态信息CSI;不发送探测参考信号SRS;在UL-SCH上不发送数据,除了随机接入消息Msg3或MSGA的载荷;不监听物理下行控制信道PDCCH;不接收下行共享信道DL-SCH。
- 根据权利要求26所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括第一数据收发恢复单元,用于:在所述目标gap的结束时间点之前恢复数据收发;或者,在所述目标gap的结束时间点之后恢复数据收发。
- 根据权利要求28、30或34所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,所述数据收发包括以下至少一项:在UL-SCH上发送数据;在DL-SCH上接收数据;监听PDCCH。
- 根据权利要求26所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括重建单元,用于:若终端返回网络失败,发起重建过程;其中,所述返回网络失败包括以下至少一项:不能驻留或同步服务小区;无线链路失败。
- 根据权利要求26所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括DRX处理单元,用于:在所述目标gap在非连续接收DRX非活动时间期间运行或生效的情况下,终端执行DRX非活动时间的过程;在所述目标gap的运行时间或生效时间与DRX活动时间存在重合的情况下,在所述目标gap期间,终端执行第四操作;其中,所述第四操作包括以下至少一项:不开启DRX持续时间定时器drx-onDurationTimer;在DRX活动时间发送第一指示信息或第二指示信息。
- 根据权利要求26-37中任一项所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括定时器启动单元,用于:启动目标定时器,所述目标定时器用于指示所述目标gap正在运行或生效;其中,所述启动目标定时器包括:无线资源控制RRC启动所述目标定时器;MAC启动所述目标定时器;物理层启动所述目标定时器。
- 根据权利要求38所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,所述启动所述目标定时器包括:在所述目标gap的起始时间点启动所述目标定时器,其中,所述目标定时器的长度等于所述目标gap的长度或所述目标gap的长度加上第一预设时长;或者,在所述目标gap生效之后的第一时间点启动所述目标定时器,其中,所述目标定时器的长度等于所述第一时间点到所述目标gap的结束时间点的长度或所述第一时间点到所述目标gap的结束时间点的长度加上第一预设时长。
- 根据权利要求38或39所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括定时器停止单元:在满足第一预设条件的情况下,终端停止所述目标定时器;其中,所述第一预设条件包括以下至少一项:所述目标gap结束;终端返回网络;终端停止执行所述目标gap期间的目标任务;终端完成所述目标gap的使用。
- 根据权利要求38或39所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括第二执行单元,用于执行以下至少一项:MAC或物理层向RRC发送第三指示信息,所述第三指示信息用于指示所述目标定时器超时或所述目标gap超时;在终端处于RRC连接RRC_CONNECTED状态且所述目标定时器超时或所述目标gap超时的情况下,执行第五操作;其中,所述第五操作包括以下至少一项;执行操作进入RRC空闲RRC_IDLE状态;在挂起配置参数suspendConfig已配置的情况下,执行操作进入RRC非激活RRC_INACTIVE状态。
- 根据权利要求26-37中任一项所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括第三执行单元,用于:在终端处于RRC_CONNECTED状态,且所述目标gap超时的情况下,执行以下至少一项:执行操作进入RRC_IDLE状态;在suspendConfig已配置的情况下,执行操作进入RRC_INACTIVE状态。
- 根据权利要求26-37中任一项所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括第四执行单元,用于:在终端处于RRC_CONNECTED状态,且从MAC层或物理层接收到所述目标gap超时的情况下,执行以下至少一项:执行操作进入RRC_IDLE状态;在suspendConfig已配置的情况下,执行操作进入RRC_INACTIVE状态。
- 一种间隙gap处理装置,包括:第一发送单元,用于向终端发送目标gap的配置信息;第一检测单元,用于网络侧设备检测终端使用或不使用所述目标gap。
- 根据权利要求44所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,所述第一检测单元用于:在所述目标gap期间,检测到所述终端停止数据收发;接收到所述终端发送的第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示终端使用所述目标gap的全部或部分gap。
- 根据权利要求44所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,第一检测单元用于:接收到所述终端发送的第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示终端忽略或不使用或退出所述目标gap;接收到所述终端发送的数据或信令。
- 根据权利要求44所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括第五执行单元,用于:在检测到终端使用所述目标gap的情况下,网络侧设备执行第六操作;其中,所述第六操作包括以下至少一项:在所述目标gap期间停止下行数据发送;监测终端停止使用所述目标gap。
- 根据权利要求44所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括第六执行单元,用于:在检测到终端不使用所述目标gap的情况下,网络侧设备执行第七操作;其中,所述第七操作包括以下至少一项:在所述目标gap期间,进行数据收发;监测终端使用所述目标gap。
- 根据权利要求44所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括第二数据收发恢复单元,用于:在满足第二条件的情况下,执行或恢复数据收发;其中,所述第二条件包括以下至少一项:网络侧设备检测到所述目标gap结束或终端的数据收发恢复;到达第二时间点,所述第二时间点为所述目标gap的结束时间点之后的时间点。
- 根据权利要求49所述的间隙gap处理装置,其中,还包括第七执行单元,用于:若网络侧设备在所述目标gap结束之后未能恢复数据收发,释放终端连接,并使得终端进入到RRC空闲RRC_IDLE或RRC非激活RRC_INACTIVE状态;或者,若网络侧设备在所述目标gap结束之后的第一预设时长内未能恢复数据收发,释放终端连接,并使得终端进入到RRC_IDLE或RRC_INACTIVE状态。
- 一种终端,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至18中任一项所述的间隙gap处理方法的步骤。
- 一种网络侧设备,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求19至25中任一项所述的间隙gap处理方法的步骤。
- 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至18任一项所述的间隙gap处理方法的步骤,或者实现如权利要求19至25中任一项所述的间隙gap处理方法的步骤。
- 一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1至18任一项所述的间隙gap处理方法,或者实现如权利要求19至25中任一项所述的间隙gap处理方法。
