目前的屏幕摄像头支架行业中,常采用旋转支架将一些小摄像头类产品固定到显示器或电视机或笔记本电脑屏幕上。
在众多成本较低的屏上摄像头旋转支架的方案中,常有360度或多角度旋转的需求,其一般采用半球或球状机构固定实现多角度的旋转。但是,由于上述方案结构中仅通过螺丝进行锁紧固定,尽管结构生产成本比较低,但其对物料的尺寸精度要求非常高,制造过程中对螺丝的锁紧力的管控要求也非常高。用户端在长期使用、旋转角度后,螺丝会逐步松动,进而导致扭力大幅下降甚至失效,或螺丝锁死在结构上导致扭力过大导致卡死或难以转动的问题。形成了一直困扰行业的一个难题。

为了让摄像头50能够在底板10上移动或转动,本方案还包括下活动件30与上活动件20,下活动件30与上活动件20分别设置在底板10的下侧以及上侧,且下活动件30及上活动件20分别与底板10滑动配合,通过上活动件20与下活动件30分别与底板10的上侧与下侧配合,使上活动件20和下活动件30均能固定在底板10上旋转和/或位移,进而通过将摄像头50设置在上活动件20中,以达到支撑固定摄像头50的目的,并且让摄像头50能够在底板10上的通孔11范围内进行旋转和/或位移实现镜头取景方向的角度和位置调节。
在上活动件20与下活动兼之间设置有固定件22,固定件22活动穿接于通孔11,固定件22的长度大于通孔11的长度,以使固定件22的两端能够分别与上活动件20及下活动件30进行配合,下活动件30与上活动件20之间通过固定件22活动连接并可在相互靠近和远离的方向上相对运动,上活动件20与下活动件30通过相互靠近或相互远离,以控制两者之间对底板10的压力,从而控制摄像头50角度朝向调节过程中与支架间的相对扭力,本例中,摄像头50在底板10上的移动范围取决于通孔11与固定件22之间的间隙范围,固定件22能够在通孔11内旋动以及移动,当然,也可将万向旋转支架仅设置成摄像头50只能转动的形式,只要将通孔11的大小设置成与固定件22相互匹配,以使固定件22只能在通孔11内旋转的大小即可。
为了能够对上活动件20及下活动件30与底板10之间的压紧力进行调节,从而控制摄像头50在底板10上移动、旋转的相对扭力,本方案还包括压力调节件40,压力调节件40设置在底板10的下侧并与上活动件20和/或固定件22连接,压力调节件40形成有限位部41,下活动件30位于限位部41与底板10之间并与下活动件30之间形成有弹性间隙42,由于上活动件20与下活动件30 之间活动连接,因此,下活动件30在靠近和远离上活动件20的过程中,下活动件30能够在远离和靠近限位部41的方向上往复移动,在弹性间隙42内设置有弹性件43,弹性件43的两端分别抵顶于限位部41及下活动件30,并且,弹性件43处于压缩状态,从而让下活动件30保持在靠近上活动件20方向的趋势。
由于弹性件43分别抵顶在限位部41与下活动件30之间,因此上活动件20、下活动件30分别与底板10之间的旋转及位移或仅旋转能够保持在一个比较稳定的扭力范围内,并且可通过调节压力调节件40的弹力大小来调整摆转扭力,实现扭力可调的功能,具体的,弹性件43的弹力大小取决于限位部41与下活动件30之间的弹性间隙42,通过调节弹性间隙42的间距,以改变弹性件43在压缩状态下的回弹力,从而调节下活动件30与上活动件20共同夹紧底板10的夹紧力。
为了让摄像头50能够在底板10上转动的同时,还能改变其取景方向与底板10间的相对角度,底板10的上侧形成有朝向上凸起的导向体12,通孔11贯通于导向体12,上活动件20置于导向体12的上侧并能沿导向体12表面移动,上活动件20的移动方向以及角度取决于导向体12表面结构。本实施例中,导向体12表面为弧面,在一实施例中为球面,上活动件20形成有与导向体12滑动配合的上滑动面21,上滑动面21的弧度与导向体12表面弧度相匹配,使上活动件20能够在凸出的球面上绕通孔11的外周朝不同方向调节相应的倾斜角度,从而使安装在上活动件20上的摄像头50绕球面的导向体12的球心摆转以调整取景方向的角度。
为了提高本方案的结构紧凑性,底板10的下侧形成有容置槽13,容置槽13与导向体12相对设置,以使导向体12呈板状结构,而在一实施例中,导向 体12与底板10为一体成型的结构,在具体加工过程中,可通过冲压、铸造、铣削、注塑等加工方法让底板10一侧上形成有一个朝一侧凸出,另一侧朝凸出侧内陷的结构,而在一实施例中,通孔11开设于导向体12以及容置槽13的中部,在一实施例中,通孔11的中轴线与导向体12的球心相交。下活动件30以及压力调节件40均置于容置槽13内;在一实施例中,下活动件30与压力调节件40位于容置槽13内是时在水平方向上不凸出于容置槽13的槽口,从而能够降低底板10的整体厚度,让万向旋转支架结构更为紧凑,一体性更强、体积更小。
在一实施例中,容置槽13表面为弧面,在一实施例中为球面,导向体12表面弧度与容置槽13表面弧度相同,使导向体12表面与容置槽13的表面之间厚度整体保持一致,下活动件30形成有与容置槽13滑动配合的下滑动面31,下滑动面31的弧度与容置槽13表面的弧度相匹配,使上活动件20与下活动件30分别在导向体12和容置槽13内移动时,两者的间距不会发生过多的变化,减少上活动件20与下活动件30的相对运动,能够减少机械结构的磨损,从而延长支架的使用寿命,当然,如上活动件20与下活动件30之间因长期使用,与导向体12以及容置槽13之间发生摩擦而导致上滑动面21和下滑动面31磨损,弹性件43会通过将下活动件30持续抵向上活动件20的方式消除下活动面与上活动面之间与导向体12表面及容置槽13表面的间隙,保证压紧力处于一个能够让支架保持稳定状态的范围。
本方案的万向旋转支架还包括遮蔽板14,遮蔽板14设置在底板10的下侧,用于完全覆盖容置槽13的外部,在一实施例中遮蔽板14与容置槽13为密封配合,以使遮蔽板14遮蔽容置槽13以使容置槽13内形成一个密闭的空间,这样 能够减少灰尘、水分以及其他异物进入容置槽13当中,降低外部因素对下活动件30以及压力调节件40的影响,延长容置槽13内机械结构的使用寿命,提高支架的稳定性。
在一实施例中,固定件22一端与上活动件20固定连接,固定件22的另一端通过通孔11活动贯穿于下活动件30并与压力调节连连接,固定件22与上活动件20一体成型,通过注塑、铸造、冲压、铣削等加工方式一体加工成型,便于压力调节件40的连接,也能提高装配效率。
固定件22可以为柱状结构,固定件22沿其长度方向的一端与上活动件20一体成型,其另一端穿过通孔11以及下活动件30后与压力调节件40连接,由于固定件22为圆柱状,因此下活动件30上贯通有供固定件22活动穿接的定位孔32,在固定件22以及定位孔32之间,分别设置有用于限制下活动件30相对于固定件22旋转,以限制其周向自由度的定位结构,可通过在固定件22表面以及定位孔32表面分别加工平面结构,以使两者间的平面结构配合来限制避免下活动件30转动。在一实施例中,固定件22由远离上活动件20的一端朝靠近上活动件20的一端截面面积逐渐扩大,而定位孔32也形成有一定与固定件22表面相匹配的锥度,以使下活动件30通过定位孔32套入固定件22一定距离后能够具有一定楔紧的效果,提高上活动件20与下活动件30之间的稳定性。
在固定件22的中部贯通有固定孔221,压力调节件40为螺丝,螺丝的螺杆上加工有外螺纹,而固定孔221的内部加工有与上述外螺纹相匹配的内螺纹,螺丝的螺杆螺接于固定孔221,弹性件43的两端分别抵顶于螺丝的螺头以及下活动件30,由于螺丝与固定孔221为螺纹配合的关系,因此,压力调节件40以及下活动件30并不会因为弹性件43对两者之前施加一个相互远离的力而相互 分离。
本实施例中,弹性件43为弹簧,弹簧的直径大于螺丝的螺杆且小于螺丝的螺头,螺丝的螺头形成限位部41,而在下活动件30朝向螺丝的螺头的一侧,形成有用于卡住弹簧的凹槽,而为了让下活动件30与上活动件20能够通过固定件22在底板10上绕通孔11周部运动,下活动件30与上活动件20的大小需要做得足够大,从而避免在两者移动过程中从通孔11中脱离或嵌入通孔11当中,因此,下活动件30的大小理论上大于螺丝的螺头,而弹簧可以是锥形弹簧,外径大的一端抵紧在下活动件30上,外径小的一端抵紧在螺丝的螺头上,让弹性件43对下活动件30施加的压力更加稳定。
通过实施上述方案,能够让摄像头结构在置于屏幕上方时自由调节摄像头50取景方向与屏幕间的相对角度,并且,支架能够让摄像头50的调节保持一定的扭力,避免支架在长期使用后因机械磨损而失效,延长支架的使用寿命。
于本文的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、等方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述和简化操作,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”,仅仅用于在描述上加以区分,并没有特殊的含义。

Claims (10)
- 一种万向旋转支架,其中,包括:底板,所述底板上开设有通孔;下活动件与上活动件,所述下活动件与所述上活动件分别设置在所述底板的下侧以及上侧,且所述下活动件及所述上活动件分别与所述底板滑动配合;固定件,所述固定件活动穿接于所述通孔,所述下活动件与所述上活动件之间通过所述固定件活动连接并可在相互靠近和远离的方向上相对运动;压力调节件,设置在所述底板的下侧并与所述上活动件和/或所述固定件连接,所述压力调节件形成有限位部,所述下活动件位于所述限位部与所述底板之间并与所述下活动件之间形成有弹性间隙,所述弹性间隙内设置有弹性件,所述弹性件的两端分别抵顶于所述限位部及所述下活动件,以使所述下活动件与所述上活动件共同夹紧所述底板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的万向旋转支架,其中,所述底板的上侧形成有朝向上凸起的导向体,所述通孔贯通于所述导向体;所述上活动件置于所述导向体的上侧,所述导向体表面为弧面,所述上活动件形成有与所述导向体滑动配合的上滑动面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的万向旋转支架,其中,所述底板的下侧形成有容置槽,所述容置槽与所述导向体相对设置,所述下活动件以及所述压力调节件均置于所述容置槽内;所述容置槽表面为弧面,所述下活动件形成有与所述容置槽滑动配合的下滑动面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的万向旋转支架,其中,所述导向体表面弧度与所述容置槽表面弧度相同。
- 根据权利要求3所述的万向旋转支架,其中,还包括遮蔽板,所述遮蔽板设置在所述底板的下侧,所述遮蔽板完全覆盖于所述容置槽的外部,以使所述遮蔽板遮蔽所述容置槽以使所述容置槽内形成一个密闭的空间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的万向旋转支架,其中,所述固定件一端与所述上活动件固定连接,所述固定件的另一端通过所述通孔活动贯穿于所述下活动件并与所述压力调节连连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的万向旋转支架,其中,所述固定件与所述上活动件一体成型。
- 根据权利要求6所述的万向旋转支架,其中,所述固定件为柱状结构,在所述固定件的中部贯通有固定孔;所述压力调节件为螺丝,所述螺丝的螺杆螺接于所述固定孔,所述弹性件的两端分别抵顶于所述螺丝的螺头以及所述下活动件。
- 根据权利要求8所述的万向旋转支架,其中,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧的直径大于所述螺丝的螺杆且小于所述螺丝的螺头。
- 一种摄像头结构,其中,包括:如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的万向旋转支架以及摄像头,所述摄像头设置于所述上活动件。
