连接建立方法、装置和用户设备
本申请要求于2021年2月4日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202110157571.6、申请名称为“连接建立方法、装置和用户设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请属于通信技术领域,具体涉及一种连接建立方法、装置和用户设备。
背景技术
目前,当用户设备(user equipment,UE)在新空口(new radio,NR)小区注册网络时,UE可以先通过随机接入过程,与该NR小区的基站建立无线资源控制(radio resource control,RRC)连接,以使得UE进入连接态,然后再在该NR小区进行NR网络的注册。
然而,由于可能会出现NR小区的基站发生异常的情况,因此,在UE与该NR小区的基站建立RRC连接之后,UE会根据该NR小区的基站的指示,释放该RRC连接,然后再向该NR小区的基站发送RRC连接建立请求,并重复上述步骤,直至达到UE的RRC连接建立请求的最大发送次数。从而,导致UE与基站建立RRC连接的耗时较长。
如此,会导致UE注册网络的效率较低。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种连接建立方法、装置和用户设备,能够解决UE注册网络的效率较低的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种连接建立方法,应用于UE,该方法包括:在第一小区的第一网络设备释放UE与第一网络设备间的第一连接的情况下,若第一小区满足预设条件,则获取目标计数器的计数值,并在计数值大于或等于预设门限值的情况下,禁止向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,以及,向第二小区的第二网络设备发送目标连接建立请求;该目标计数器用于记录第一网络设备释放第一连接的释放次数;若第一小区不满足预设条件,则向第二小区的第二网络设备发送目标连接建立请求。其中,上述目标连接建立请求,用于请求建立UE与第二网络设备间的第二连接。

在本申请实施例中,在第一小区的第一网络设备释放UE与该第一网络设备间的第一连接的情况下,若该第一小区满足预设条件,则UE可以获取该第一网络设备释放该第一连接的释放次数,并在该释放次数大于或等于预设门限值的情况下,UE禁止UE向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,并向第二小区的第二网络设备、发送用于请求建立UE与该第二网络设备间的连接的连接建立请求,或者,若该第一小区不满足预设条件,则UE可以向第二小区的第二网络设备、发送用于请求建立UE与该第二网络设备间的连接的连接建立请求。由于在第一网络设备释放第一连接时,UE可以先确定第一小区是否满足预设条件,并在确定该第一小区满足预设条件的情况下,再确定该第一网络设备释放该第一连接的释放次数是否大于或等于预设门限值,这样,若该释放次数大于或等于预设门限值,则UE可以确定该第一网络设备发生异常,并禁止UE向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,以及,向第二网络设备发送连接建立请求,或者,在确定该第一小区不满足预设条件的情况下,UE可以确定该第一网络设备发生异常,并直接向第二网络设备发送连接建立请求,即,在一个小区(即第一小区)的网络设备发生异常时,UE并不会重复向该一个小区的网络设备发送连接建立请求,因此,可以减少UE与网络设备建立连接的耗时,如此,可以提升UE注册网络的效率。

本申请实施例提供的连接建立方法可以应用于UE进行网络注册的场景。
假设UE在NR的SA小区进行NR的SA网络的注册,在相关技术中,UE可以先与该SA小区的网络设备建立RRC连接,以使得UE进入连接态,然后再在该SA小区进行SA网络的注册。但是,由于可能会出现该SA小区的网络设备异常的情况,例如,该网络设备为支持SA和NSA的双模基站,而该双模基站仅配置完成NSA网络和核心网设备间的连接,并未配置完成SA网络和核心网设备间的连接。继而,在UE与该网络设备建立RRC连接之后,该网络设备会向核心网设备发送INITIAL UE MESSAGE,而该网络设备并未配置完成SA网络和核心网设备间的连接,这样,该网络设备会向UE发送RRC连接释放消息,以使得UE可以根据该RRC连接释放消息, 释放与该网络设备间的RRC连接。从而,UE会再向该网络设备发送RRC连接建立请求,并重复上述步骤,直至达到UE的RRC连接建立请求的最大发送次数,才会向其他网络设备发送RRC连接建立请求。因此,导致UE与网络设备建立RRC连接的耗时较长。
然而,在本申请实施例中,在UE根据SA小区的网络设备发送的RRC连接释放消息、释放UE与该网络设备间的RRC连接之后,UE可以先确定UE的禁用小区列表(sa forbidden cell list)中是否包括该SA小区的小区标识(NR cell identifier,NCI),并在确定该禁用小区列表中不包括该SA小区的NCI的情况下,获取UE的SA注册失败计数器(sa regiter fail count)的计数值,以获取该网络设备释放该RRC连接的释放次数(即该计数值,也即接收到该网络设备发送的RRC连接释放消息的次数)。然后,UE可以在确定该释放次数大于或等于预设门限值的情况下,禁止向该SA小区对应的SA网络的所有网络设备发送RRC连接建立请求,并向其他小区(例如NSA小区、LTE小区、3G小区等)的网络设备发送RRC连接建立请求。或者,在确定该禁用小区列表中不包括该SA小区的NCI的情况下,UE可以直接向其他小区(例如NSA小区、LTE小区、3G小区等)的网络设备发送RRC连接建立请求。可以理解,在SA小区的网络设备发生异常时,UE并不会重复向该SA小区的网络设备发送RRC连接建立请求,因此,可以减少与网络设备建立RRC连接的耗时。

本申请实施例提供的连接建立方法,在第一小区的第一网络设备释放连接建立装置与该第一网络设备间的第一连接的情况下,若该第一小区满足预设条件,则连接建立装置可以获取该第一网络设备释放该第一连接的释放次数,并在该释放次数大于或等于预设门限值的情况下,连接建立装置禁止连接建立装置向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,并向第二小区的第二网络设备、发送用于请求建立连接建立装置与该第二网络设备间的连接的连接建立请求,或者,若该第一小区不满足预设条件,则连接建立装置可以向第二小区的第二网络设备、发送用于请求建立连接建立装置与该第二网络设备间的连接的连接建立请求。由于在第一网络设备释放第一连接时,连接建立装置可以先确定第一小区是否满足预设条件,并在确定该第一小区满足预设条件的情况下,再确定该第一网络设备释放该第一连接的释放次数是否大于或等于预设门限值,这样,若该释放次数大于或等于预设门限值,则连接建立装置可以确定该第一网络设备发生异常,并禁止连接建立装置向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,以及,向第二网络设备发送连接建立请求,或者,在确定该第一小区不满足预设条件的情况下,连接建立装置可以确定该第一网络设备发生异常,并直接向第二网络设备发送连接建立请求,即,在一个小区(即第一小区)的网络设备发生异常时,连接建立装置并不会重复向该一个小区的网络设备发送连接建立请求,因此,可以减少连接建立装置与网络设备建立连接的耗时,如此,可以提升连接建立装置注册网络的效率。
下面将举例说明,连接建立装置是如何将第一小区的标识加入禁用小区列表的。
可选地,本申请实施例中,结合图2,如图3所示,在上述步骤102中的“禁止向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求”之前,本申请实施例提供的连接建立方法还可以包括下述的步骤201,并且上述的步骤102具体可以通过下述的步骤102a实现。
步骤201、若第一小区满足预设条件,则连接建立装置获取目标计数器的计数值,并在计数值大于或等于预设门限值的情况下,连接建立装置将第一小区的标识加入连接建立装置的禁用小区列表。
本申请实施例中,上述禁用小区列表中包括M个小区的标识,该M个小区中的每个小区为连接建立装置禁止发送连接建立请求的小区。
进一步可选地,本申请实施例中,针对M个小区的标识中的每个小区的标识,在一个小区的网络设备释放连接建立装置与该一个小区的网络设备间的连接的情况下,若该一个小区满足预设条件,则连接建立装置可以获取一个计数器的计数值(该一个计数器的计数值用于记录、该一个小区的网络设备释放连接建立装置与该一个小区的网络设备间的连接的释放次数),并在该一个计数器的计数值大于或等于预设门限值的情况下,将该一个小区的标识加入禁用小区列表,以将M个小区的标识加入禁用小区列表。
可以理解,在连接建立装置将第一小区的标识加入禁用小区列表中之后,若M+1个小区中的任一个小区的网络设备、释放连接建立装置与该任一个小区的网络设备间的连接的情况下,则连接建立装置可以直接禁止向该任一个小区对应的网络的所有网络设备发送连接建立请求,并向其他小区的网络设备发送连接建立请求。
步骤102a、连接建立装置禁止向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,并向第二小区的第二网络设备发送目标连接建立请求。
需要说明的是,针对步骤102a的说明,可以参考上述步骤102中的具体描述,本申请实施例在此不再赘述。
如此可知,由于连接建立装置可以将第一小区的标识加入禁用小区列表,这样,在第一小区的网络设备释放连接建立装置与该网络设备间的连接时,连接建立装置可以直接向其他小区的网络设备发送连接建立请求,而并不是重复向该网络设备发送连接建立请求,因此,可以减少连接建立装置与网络设备建立连接的耗时,如此,可以提升连接建立装置注册网络的效率。
当然,可能会出现第一网络设备是在一段时间内发生异常的情况,这样,连接建立装置也可以是在一段时间内禁止向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求。
下面将举例说明,连接建立装置是如何在一段时间内禁止向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求。
可选地,本申请实施例中,结合图2,如图4所示,上述步骤102具体可以通过下述的步骤102b实现。
步骤102b、若第一小区满足预设条件,则连接建立装置获取目标计数器的计数值,并在计数值大于或等于预设门限值的情况下,连接建立装置启动定时器,且在定时器 超时前,禁止向目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,以及,向第二小区的第二网络设备发送目标连接建立请求。

本申请实施例中,由于第一网络设备可能是在某一段时间内发生异常,因此,连接建立装置可以启动定时器,以在一段时间内禁止向目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求。
如此可知,由于连接建立装置可以在一段时间内禁止向目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,因此,可以避免第一网络设备发生的异常已经解决,而连接建立装置仍禁止向目标网络的网络设备(该目标网络的网络设备中包括第一网络设备)发送连接建立请求的情况,如此,可以提升连接建立装置与网络设备建立连接的灵活性。
可选地,本申请实施例中,结合图4,如图5所示,在上述步骤102b之后,本申请实施例提供的连接建立方法还可以包括下述的步骤301。

如此可知,在定时器超时后,连接建立装置可以向所有小区的网络设备发送连接建立请求,因此,连接建立装置可以与该所有小区中信号参数最强的小区的网络设备建立连接,如此,可以提升连接建立装置与网络设备建立连接的灵活性。

当然,连接建立装置还可以通过调整连接建立装置发送连接建立请求的时间间隔,以减少连接建立装置与网络设备建立连接的耗时。
下面将举例说明,连接建立装置是如何调整连接建立装置发送连接建立请求的时间间隔的。

步骤104、若第一小区满足预设条件,则连接建立装置获取目标计数器的计数值,并在计数值小于预设门限值的情况下,连接建立装置减少目标时间间隔,以及,按照减少后的目标时间间隔,向第一网络设备发送第一连接建立请求。
进一步可选地,本申请实施例中,减少后的目标时间间隔具体可以为5s。
本申请实施例中,若计数值小于预设门限值,则可以认为第一网络设备可能发生异常,因此,连接建立装置可以减少目标时间间隔,并按照减少后的目标时间间隔向第一网络设备发送第一连接建立请求,即频繁地向第一网络设备发送第一连接建立请求,这样,若第一网络设备发生异常,则第一网络设备会频繁地释放连接建立装置与该第一网络设备间的连接,以使得目标计数器的计数值大于或等于预设门限值。
如此可知,连接建立装置可以按照目标时间间隔,向第一网络设备发送连接建立请求,并在第一网络设备释放第一连接的释放次数小于预设门限值的情况下,减少目标时间间隔,并再次向第一网络设备发送连接建立请求,因此,可以快速地确定第一网络设备是否发生异常,从而,可以减少连接建立装置与网络设备建立连接的耗时,如此,可以提升连接建立装置注册网络的效率。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的连接建立方法,执行主体可以为上述实施例中的连接建立装置,或者该连接建立装置中的用于执行连接建立方法的控制模块。本申请实施例中是以连接建立装置执行连接建立方法为例,说明本申请实施例提供的连接建立方法的装置的。
图6示出了本申请实施例中涉及的连接建立装置的一种可能的结构示意图。如图6所示,连接建立装置60可以包括:获取模块61、禁止模块62和发送模块63。
其中,获取模块61,用于在第一小区的第一网络设备释放连接建立装置60与第一网络设备间的第一连接的情况下,若第一小区满足预设条件,则获取目标计数器的计数值;该目标计数器用于记录第一网络设备释放第一连接的释放次数。禁止模块62,用于在计数值大于或等于预设门限值的情况下,禁止向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求。发送模块63,用于向第二小区的第二网络设备发送目标连接建立请求。上述发送模块63,还用于若第一小区不满足预设条件,则向第二小区的第二网络设备发送目标连接建立请求。其中,上述目标连接建立请求,用于请求建立连接建立装置60与第二网络设备间的第二连接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,本申请实施例提供的连接建立装置60还可以包括:加入模块。其中,加入模块,用于将第一小区的标识加入连接建立装置60的禁用小区列 表。其中,上述禁用小区列表中包括M个小区的标识,每个小区为连接建立装置60禁止发送连接建立请求的小区。
在一种可能的实现方式中,本申请实施例提供的连接建立装置60还可以包括:启动模块。其中,启动模块,用于启动定时器。上述禁止模块62,具体用于在启动模块启动的定时器超时前,禁止向目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述发送模块63,还用于在定时器超时后,向目标小区的网络设备发送连接建立请求。其中,上述目标小区包括以下任一项:目标网络所在的小区、第二小区。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述发送模块63,还用于按照目标时间间隔,向第一网络设备发送第一连接建立请求;该第一连接建立请求,用于请求建立第一连接。本申请实施例提供的连接建立装置60还包括:调整模块。其中,调整模块,用于在计数值小于预设门限值的情况下,减少目标时间间隔。上述发送模块63,还用于按照调整模块减少后的目标时间间隔,向第一网络设备发送第一连接建立请求。
本申请实施例提供的连接建立装置,由于在第一网络设备释放第一连接时,UE可以先确定第一小区是否满足预设条件,并在确定该第一小区满足预设条件的情况下,再确定该第一网络设备释放该第一连接的释放次数是否大于或等于预设门限值,这样,若该释放次数大于或等于预设门限值,则UE可以确定该第一网络设备发生异常,并禁止UE向第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,以及,向第二网络设备发送连接建立请求,或者,在确定该第一小区不满足预设条件的情况下,UE可以确定该第一网络设备发生异常,并直接向第二网络设备发送连接建立请求,即,在一个小区(即第一小区)的网络设备发生异常时,UE并不会重复向该一个小区的网络设备发送连接建立请求,因此,可以减少UE与网络设备建立连接的耗时,如此,可以提升UE注册网络的效率。

本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述连接建立方法实施 例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为系统级芯片、系统芯片、芯片系统或片上系统芯片等。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。此外,需要指出的是,本申请实施方式中的方法和装置的范围不限按示出或讨论的顺序来执行功能,还可包括根据所涉及的功能按基本同时的方式或按相反的顺序来执行功能,例如,可以按不同于所描述的次序来执行所描述的方法,并且还可以添加、省去、或组合各种步骤。另外,参照某些示例所描述的特征可在其他示例中被组合。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种连接建立方法,应用于用户设备UE,所述方法包括:
    在第一小区的第一网络设备释放所述UE与所述第一网络设备间的第一连接的情况下,若所述第一小区满足预设条件,则获取目标计数器的计数值,并在所述计数值大于或等于预设门限值的情况下,禁止向所述第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,以及,向第二小区的第二网络设备发送目标连接建立请求;所述目标计数器用于记录所述第一网络设备释放所述第一连接的释放次数;
    若所述第一小区不满足预设条件,则向第二小区的第二网络设备发送目标连接建立请求;
    其中,所述目标连接建立请求,用于请求建立所述UE与所述第二网络设备间的第二连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述禁止向所述第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    将所述第一小区的标识加入所述UE的禁用小区列表;
    其中,所述禁用小区列表中包括M个小区的标识,每个小区为所述UE禁止发送连接建立请求的小区。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述禁止向所述第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求,包括:
    启动定时器,并在所述定时器超时前,禁止向所述目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述禁止向所述目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述定时器超时后,向目标小区的网络设备发送连接建立请求;
    其中,所述目标小区包括以下任一项:所述目标网络所在的小区、所述第二小区。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在第一小区的第一网络设备释放所述UE与所述第一网络设备间的第一连接的情况下,若所述第一小区满足预设条件,则获取目标计数器的计数值之前,所述方法还包括:
    按照目标时间间隔,向所述第一网络设备发送第一连接建立请求;所述第一连接建立请求,用于请求建立所述第一连接;
    所述方法还包括:
    在所述计数值小于预设门限值的情况下,减少所述目标时间间隔,并按照减少后的目标时间间隔,向所述第一网络设备发送所述第一连接建立请求。
  6. 一种连接建立装置,所述连接建立装置包括:获取模块、禁止模块和发送模块;
    所述获取模块,用于在第一小区的第一网络设备释放所述连接建立装置与所述第一网络设备间的第一连接的情况下,若所述第一小区满足预设条件,则获取目标计数器的计数值;所述目标计数器用于记录所述第一网络设备释放所述第一连接的释放次数;
    所述禁止模块,用于在所述计数值大于或等于预设门限值的情况下,禁止向所述第一小区对应的目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求;
    所述发送模块,用于向第二小区的第二网络设备发送目标连接建立请求;
    所述发送模块,还用于若所述第一小区不满足预设条件,则向第二小区的第二网络设备发送目标连接建立请求;
    其中,所述目标连接建立请求,用于请求建立所述连接建立装置与所述第二网络设备间的第二连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接建立装置,其中,所述连接建立装置还包括:加入模块;
    所述加入模块,用于将所述第一小区的标识加入所述连接建立装置的禁用小区列表;
    其中,所述禁用小区列表中包括M个小区的标识,每个小区为所述连接建立装置禁止发送连接建立请求的小区。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的连接建立装置,其中,所述连接建立装置还包括:启动模块;
    所述启动模块,用于启动定时器;
    所述禁止模块,具体用于在所述启动模块启动的所述定时器超时前,禁止向所述目标网络的网络设备发送连接建立请求。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接建立装置,其中,所述发送模块,还用于在所述定时器超时后,向目标小区的网络设备发送连接建立请求;
    其中,所述目标小区包括以下任一项:所述目标网络所在的小区、所述第二小区。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的连接建立装置,其中,所述发送模块,还用于按照目标时间间隔,向所述第一网络设备发送第一连接建立请求;所述第一连接建立请求,用于请求建立所述第一连接;
    所述连接建立装置还包括:调整模块;
    所述调整模块,用于在所述计数值小于预设门限值的情况下,减少所述目标时间间隔;
    所述发送模块,还用于按照所述调整模块减少后的目标时间间隔,向所述第一网络设备发送所述第一连接建立请求。
  11. 一种用户设备UE,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的连接建立方法的步骤。
  12. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的连接建立方法的步骤。
  13. 一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的连接建立方法的步骤。
  14. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品被存储在非易失的存储介质中,所述计算机程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的连接建立方法的步骤。
  15. 一种电子设备,包括所述电子设备被配置成用于执行如权利要求1至5中任 一项所述的连接建立方法的步骤。
