Description

一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉 技术领域
本发明涉及一种烧烤炉,特别涉及一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉。
背景技术
很多人喜欢户外烧烤活动,因此户外烧烤炉也越来越受大众欢迎。市面上大多数的颗粒烤炉外形简单,功能少,而且大部分的生物质颗粒烧烤炉是露天烧烤,食物在烧烤炉内由于水分迅速被烤干,很容易导致食物烤焦、烤糊,影响烤出的食物的口感。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,在现有的烧烤炉基础上增加了蒸汽系统,往烧烤箱内输入蒸汽,使得食物在被烧烤的过程中还兼具有被蒸的效果,烤出的食物外焦里嫩,提升了食物口感。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例的使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,包括:烧烤箱,内部设有烧烤架;燃料箱,设于所述烧烤箱一端,所述燃料箱内设有料斗和蒸汽系统,所述料斗用于储存生物质颗粒燃料并提供给所述烧烤箱;所述蒸汽系统包括蒸汽管,所述蒸汽管穿过所述烧烤箱向所述烧烤箱内输入蒸汽;条形箱,部分穿设于所述烧烤箱;所述条形箱两端分别设有进料口和燃烧室,所述进料口设于所述料斗下方,所述燃烧室设于所述烧烤架下方,所述条形箱内设有传输装置以将从所述进料口进入的燃料输送至所述燃烧室。
根据本发明实施例的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,至少具有如下有益效果:本发明的蒸汽烧烤炉在食物烧烤的过程中往烧烤箱内输入蒸汽,使得食物在被烧烤的过程中同样具有蒸的效果,相比目前大部分使用炭火的露天烧烤炉,即使没有烧烤经验也不会容易将食物烤焦、烤糊,且烤出的食物外焦里嫩,有效提升了烤出的食物口感。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述蒸汽系统包括水箱、水泵和蒸汽发生器,所述水泵从所述水箱抽水并泵送至所述蒸汽发生器,所述蒸汽发生器将水雾化为蒸汽并提供 至所述蒸汽管。

根据本发明的一些实施例,所述箱体容器另一端设有连接管;所述水箱一端设有出水管,另一端连接有抵板,所述出水管嵌入所述连接管内,所述抵板与所述箱体容器的开口端相抵。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述水箱远离所述出水管的一端端面设有两个间隔设置的插槽,两个所述插槽之间设有限位抵柱;所述抵板朝向所述水箱的一侧设有与所述插槽相匹配的嵌入板,两个所述嵌入板之间还设有弹性片;所述插槽开口朝上,所述嵌入板插入所述插槽内,所述弹性片与所述限位抵柱的底部相抵。

参照图1至图10,本发明实施例的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,包括:烧烤箱100,内部设有烧烤架101;烧烤架101底部设有储物柜180,烧烤箱100安装于储物柜180上。储物柜180底部设有滚轮便于在户外进行移动,烧烤箱100为中空的圆柱体状,储物柜180顶部设有与烧烤箱100外周壁形状一致的半圆槽,烧烤箱100嵌入储物柜180顶部的半圆槽内,即烧烤箱100有一半的空间是嵌入在储物柜180内的,节省了空间占用。烧烤箱100包括烧烤架101和箱盖102,烧烤架101设有两层,两层烧烤架101上下间隔设于烧烤箱100内;箱盖102与烧烤箱100外周壁铰接,能朝一侧打开以便于操作烧烤架101上的食物。箱盖102为四分之一圆,箱盖102与烧烤箱100的铰接处为烧烤箱100的顶部,箱盖102打开时烧烤架101的四分之一将处于打开状态,烧烤架101将被暴露出来,便于烧烤食物。箱盖102上还设有温度计用于监测烧烤箱100内的温度。烧烤架101设有两层,均为水平设置,上层的面积小于底层的面积。
燃料箱200,设于烧烤箱100一端,燃料箱200内设有料斗210和蒸汽系统,料斗210用于储存生物质颗粒燃料并提供给烧烤箱100;蒸汽系统包括蒸汽管261,蒸汽管261穿过烧烤箱100向烧烤箱100内输入蒸汽。料斗210顶部设有滤网213,滤网213 上方设有斗盖214,斗盖214与料斗210铰接,用于对料斗210顶部进行密封。如图2所示,斗盖214与料斗210靠近条形箱300的一侧铰接,斗盖214能绕铰接处旋转,实现斗盖214朝一侧打开;滤网213嵌入料斗210内,料斗210上部的内壁设有朝内凸出的凸缘用于支撑滤网213。往料斗210内投料时经过滤网213初次过滤,可以使得进入料斗210内的生物质颗粒燃料不会因为颗粒过大堵住出料口211或无法进入传输装置。料斗210一侧的斗壁还设有观察孔215,观察孔215上安装有透明玻璃,可以从外部通过观察孔215看到料斗210内燃料的多少,以便于增添燃料。
条形箱300,部分穿设于烧烤箱100;条形箱300两端分别设有进料口301和燃烧室302,进料口301设于料斗210下方,燃烧室302设于烧烤架101下方,条形箱300内设有传输装置以将从进料口301进入的燃料输送至燃烧室302。目前大部分使用的烧烤炉为露天烧烤炉,下面使用炭火进行烧烤,没有烧烤经验的很容易就将食物烤焦、烤糊,且容易被烫伤;普通的生物质颗粒烤炉同样存在容易将食物烤焦、烤糊的问题;本发明的蒸汽烧烤炉在食物烧烤的过程中往烧烤箱100内输入蒸汽,使得食物在被烧烤的过程中同样具有蒸的效果,烤出的食物外焦里嫩,有效提升了烤出的食物口感。
在本发明的一些实施例中,蒸汽系统包括水箱240、水泵250和蒸汽发生器260,水泵250从水箱240抽水并泵送至蒸汽发生器260,蒸汽发生器260将水雾化并提供至蒸汽管261。具体的,如图3所示,水箱240、水泵250和蒸汽发生器260均设置于燃料箱200内,水泵250和蒸汽发生器260均为市面上可以买到的现有设备,蒸汽管261连通至烧烤箱100内,且通至双层烧烤架101的中间。水箱240内设有液位报警器,当液位低于设定值将发出警报。本发明的蒸汽系统和传输装置等均通过电控板控制。使用时,启动电源,设置好烧烤使用温度,进入烧烤模式,在烧烤10~15分钟后,蒸汽系统在电控板的控制下开始启动,水泵250启动将水抽到蒸汽发生器260中,蒸汽发生器260开始工作,50秒后,蒸汽通过蒸汽管261道进入烧烤箱100中。工作30~50秒后,停止输入蒸汽。6~8分钟左右一个循环进行工作,直至食物烧烤熟。
在本发明的一些实施例中,燃料箱200内设有一端开口的箱体容器270,箱体容器270一端设有开口且开口端延伸出燃料箱200,水箱240滑动安装于箱体容器270内。具体的,如图4所示,箱体容器270的前端设有开口,且开口端设有朝外凸出的沿边, 燃料箱200前侧的箱壁上设有与箱体容器270的切面形状一致的方形孔,箱体容器270穿设于方形孔内,箱体容器270开口端的沿边与燃料箱200的外表面相抵。箱体容器270远离开口端的另一端连接有一支架,支架与燃料箱200的底部固定连接,箱体容器270远离开口端的一端设有凸出部,该凸出部活动穿设于支架上,并能相对支架滑动。箱体容器270前后两端分别靠支架和方形孔支撑。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,箱体容器270另一端设有连接管271;水箱240一端设有出水管241,另一端连接有抵板280,出水管241嵌入连接管271内,抵板280与箱体容器270的端面相抵。具体的,连接管271是连接至水泵250,出水管241是连通至水箱240的底部,出水管241能插入连接管271内,实现水泵250从水箱240内抽水。出水管241插入连接管271内的部分的外周壁设有硅胶套,硅胶套起到增加摩擦和密封的作用;即当把水箱240向内推至与箱体容器270相抵位置时,出水管241会插入连接管271内,硅胶套会与连接管271的内壁接触,在水泵250抽水的过程中起到密封作用,防止出水管241内的水流入箱体容器270内;同时增加了连接管271与出水管241的摩擦力,防止水箱240从箱体容器270的开口端滑出。
在本发明的进一步实施例中,水箱240远离出水管241的一端端面设有两个间隔设置的插槽242,两个插槽242之间设有限位抵柱243;抵板280朝向水箱240的一侧设有与插槽242相匹配的嵌入板281,两个嵌入板281之间还设有弹性片282;插槽242开口朝上嵌入板281插入插槽242内,弹性片282与限位抵柱243的底部相抵,用于防止嵌入板281向上拔出。具体的,如图4所示,插槽242为上下贯通的槽,嵌入板281是竖直向下插入插槽242内,在嵌入板281向下插入插槽242内时,弹性片282的外壁会与限位抵柱243相抵,在嵌入板281向下的运动过程中,弹性片282发生弹性形变,嵌入板281向下插入到位后,弹性片282恢复原形状,嵌入限位抵柱243的底部,防止了抵板280向上抽出。
需要注意的是,抵板280的面积大于箱体容器270的开口端的面积,因此。水箱240插入箱体容器270内之后,抵板280能对箱体容器270的开口端进行密封。
在本发明的一些实施例中,料斗210底部设有出料口211和可开闭的清洁口212,出料口211与进料口301连通,清洁口212连通大气。出料口211和清洁口212间隔 设置,清洁口212底部设有弧形通道,弧形通道连通料斗210一侧的大气,以将料斗210内的燃料从料斗210一侧卸出。生物质颗粒在储存输送过程中会产生碎屑,特别是在储存料斗210内,长期使用的底部容易积累大量的碎屑,影响生物质颗粒的输送;且当储料斗210中放满了燃料之后,一旦输送装置发生卡壳,难以对其处理。本发明的料斗210底部设有出料口211和清洁口212,清洁口212一般处于关闭状态,当需要对料斗210进行清洁或故障处理时可以将燃料从清洁口212排出,便于对料斗210进行清洁和处理。
在本发明的一些实施例中,清洁口212上设有盖板220,盖板220滑动穿设于料斗210,用于对清洁口212进行密封。
在本发明的一些实施例中,盖板220一端设有便于插拔的抠板221,抠板221设有限位槽222;料斗210设有能活动的限位螺栓231,限位螺栓231能活动插入或退出限位槽222内以进入或退出对盖板220的限位。具体的,如图7、图10所示,料斗210后侧设有条形槽,盖板220的板体能够穿过条形槽并压盖于清洁口212上,但是条形槽宽度很小,抠板221无法穿过,用于对盖板220插入料斗210内的深度进行行程限位。抠板221的限位槽222为开口槽,限位螺栓231可以从限位槽222开口的一侧滑动进入限位槽222内,限制盖板220的水平滑动。限位螺栓231的滑动方向与盖板220的滑动方向为同一水平面相互垂直的两个方向,即盖板220的滑动方向为前后方向,限位螺栓231的滑动方向为左右方向。
需要注意的是,供盖板220穿过的条形槽设于料斗210靠近清洁口212的一侧,防止盖板220插入料斗210都对出料口211进行覆盖。
在本发明的一些实施例中,料斗210外壁设有限位板230,限位板230设于抠板221上方,限位螺栓231穿设于限位板230。具体的,限位板230通过螺栓连接于料斗210的外壁,限位板230上设有一槽孔,限位螺栓231穿设于槽孔内并可以沿槽孔相对限位板230滑动,限位螺栓231沿槽孔滑动时,限位螺栓231的下部可以滑入或滑出限位槽222。
在本发明的一些实施例中,传输装置为传送螺杆310,传送螺杆310设于条形箱300内,传送螺杆310连接有能驱动其绕自身轴线旋转的驱动装置,传送螺杆310旋转 时能将燃料从进料口301输送至燃烧室302内。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,,条形箱300内设有输料管320,传送螺杆310设于输料管320内,输料管320一端外周壁设有料孔321与进料口301连通,另一端与燃烧室302连通。具体的,如图5所示,进料口301与出料口211对应设置,进料口301具有朝下延伸并相互靠拢的斜坡,进料口301的底部形状刚好与料孔321的形状一致,使得用于燃烧的燃料能够全部从料孔321落入传送螺杆310的间隙内。输料管320为中空的管体,沿其轴向方向两端贯穿,一端与燃烧室302连通,另一端穿过条形箱300的箱壁,用于保护传送螺杆310延伸出条形箱300的端部。
进一步的,输料管320远离燃烧室302的一端延伸出条形箱300,条形箱300远离燃烧室302的一端的外侧设有安装板,安装板上安装有驱动电机311,驱动电机311与输料管320内的传送螺杆310的端部连接,用于驱动传送螺杆310绕自身轴线旋转。
在本发明的一些实施例中,条形箱300还设有进风口303,进风口303与进料口301相对设置,进风口303底部设有风机304用于向条形箱300内鼓风。具体的,如图6所示,风机304从风口朝内吹风,由于进料口301与输料管320的料孔321孔壁紧密贴合,因此风无法从进料口301逸出,同样的,条形箱300为密封的箱体,因此风只能朝燃烧室302的方向流动,向燃烧室302内提供氧气,提升燃烧效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,烧烤箱100内还设有隔热件140、分热罩150和接油盘160,接油盘160设于烧烤架101下方,接油盘160两端分别与烧烤架101的两端的端壁连接;分热罩150设于接油盘160下方,隔热件140设于分热罩150下方,隔热件140与烧烤箱100连接并罩设于燃烧室302上。具体的,如图2所示,隔热件140压盖于条形箱300上方,用于减少热量向四周散发。分热罩150为梯形状,用于将热量向四周散发,使得烧烤架101的不同位置均具有同样的温度,能获得同样的烧烤效果,避免热量过于集中与烧烤架101的中部。隔热件140的两侧设有短侧板141,短侧板141为倾斜设置,短侧板141上设置有朝外侧凸出的定位凸起142;分热罩150相对的两侧设有与短侧板141斜度一致的长侧板151,长侧板151的底部设有与定位凸起142相匹配的定位槽152,定位凸起142能嵌入定位槽152内以实现对分热罩150进行定位。接油盘160为左右方向倾斜设置,且靠近燃料箱200的一端高于另一端,使得滴落的 油能够沿斜面向置物架110一端流动。
需要注意的是,接油盘160相对的两侧不与烧烤箱100的内壁接触,便于热空气从接油盘160的侧边与烧烤箱100内壁之间的间隙向上流动。
在本发明的一些实施例中,接油盘160远离燃料箱200的一端设有接油盒161,接油盒161中部设有沥油槽162;沥油槽162穿过烧烤箱100将接油盘160上滴落的废油流出。
在本发明的一些实施例中,烧烤箱100远离燃料箱200的一端设有接油支架170,接油支架170上挂有油桶171,用于承接沥油槽162流出的废油;接油支架170设于置物架110下方。具体的,如图2、图9所示,接油盘160上低落的油沿接油盘160的斜面流动至接油盒161内,沥油槽162与接油盒161连通,且沥油槽162位于接油盒161的位置最低点,废油从沥油槽162流出至油桶171内。设置接油支架170和油桶171,可防止废油直接流落至地上污染环境。
在本发明的一些实施例中,烧烤箱100底部设有通孔,通孔外周设有连接板130,连接板130上挂接有灰桶131用于承接燃烧室302掉落的灰烬;烧烤箱100上方设有用于排烟的烟囱103。具体的,如图2所示,连接板130设置于烧烤箱100底部通孔的外周,灰桶131挂接于连接板130上。灰桶131与连接板130为卡扣连接。燃烧室302底部为滤网213,因此烧完的灰烬会从滤网213落出,落入灰桶131内,便于对灰烬进行清理,同时灰桶131可以保证储物柜180内的干净整洁。连接板130是为了防止灰烬从底部通孔的间隙处落出。连接板130设有两个相对设置的倒L型槽,L型槽为开口槽且开口朝下;灰桶131顶部的外周壁设有两个相对的卡销,卡销从L型槽的底部插入,然后水平旋转,即可将灰桶131挂接于连接板130上,实现两者的连接。
在本发明的一些实施例中,烧烤箱100与燃料箱200连接处设有隔热板201。热隔板套设于条形箱300上,用于防止条形箱300过热。
在本发明的一些实施例中,烧烤箱100的箱盖102打开侧设有前置板120,前置板120与烧烤箱100连接。具体的,如图1、图2所示,前置板120同样是为了增加户外烧烤时可用于放置烧烤材料的面积,同时前置板120位于箱盖102的开口侧,即烧烤炉的前端,避免了在烧烤时人体与烧烤箱100直接接触被烫伤。前置板120底部还设 有挂钩,增加便捷性。
需要注意的是,前置板120与烧烤箱100为可拆卸连接,在运输时可以将前置板120拆下收纳于储物柜180内,减少空间占用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,置物架110一端设有定位螺栓104,置物架110一侧设有挂板113,定位螺栓104嵌入挂板113内。具体的,如图2所示,置物架110右端设有定位螺栓104,定位螺栓104设有两组,每组两个,且每组的两个定位螺栓104为上下间隔设置,两组定位螺栓104水平间隔设置。挂板113同样设有两组且设于朝向烧烤箱100的一侧,挂板113上设有供定位螺栓104嵌入的限位孔114和U型槽115;每个挂板113上设有一个限位孔114和一个U型槽115,限位孔114设于U型槽115的上方。限位孔114为葫芦型孔,下部的孔径较大,上部为条状的槽,下部的孔径大于上部条状槽的宽度。限位孔下部较大的孔能供定位螺栓104的头部穿过,但是上部的条状槽的宽度只能供定位螺栓104的螺杆部分穿过。U型槽115为开口槽,槽口朝下,U型槽115的槽宽同样只能供定位螺栓104的螺杆部分穿过。安装时,每组定位螺栓104上方的定位螺栓104嵌入挂板113上的限位孔114内,下方嵌入挂板113的U型槽115内。上方的定位螺栓104安装时,先是从限位孔114的下部穿入,同时,上方的定位螺栓104穿入限位孔114后,将U型槽115对准下方定位螺栓104的螺杆,然后驱动置物架110向下,上方的定位螺栓104嵌入限位孔114,下方的定位螺栓104嵌入U型槽115,完成安装。拆卸时将安装过程反过来。置物架110与烧烤箱100为可拆卸连接,在运输时可以将置物架110拆下收纳于储物柜180内,减少空间占用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,置物架110两侧设有朝下延伸的侧板111,两块侧板111之间设置有抽拉板112。具体的,如图8所示,抽拉板112类似于抽屉,左右两侧侧板111的底部朝相向的方向延伸,抽拉板112的两侧落于侧板111底部向相向延伸的部分上,抽拉板112可相对侧板111前后滑动。抽拉板112的中部具有凹槽,可以用于放置多个烧烤用品。置物架110和抽拉板112均设有沥水孔。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,其特征在于,包括:
    烧烤箱(100),内部设有烧烤架(101);
    燃料箱(200),设于所述烧烤箱(100)一端,所述燃料箱(200)内设有料斗(210)和蒸汽系统,所述料斗(210)用于储存生物质颗粒燃料并提供给所述烧烤箱(100);所述蒸汽系统包括蒸汽管(261),所述蒸汽管(261)穿过所述烧烤箱(100)向所述烧烤箱(100)内输入蒸汽;
    条形箱(300),部分穿设于所述烧烤箱(100);所述条形箱(300)两端分别设有进料口(301)和燃烧室(302),所述进料口(301)设于所述料斗(210)下方,所述燃烧室(302)设于所述烧烤架(101)下方,所述条形箱(300)内设有传输装置以将从所述进料口(301)进入的燃料输送至所述燃烧室(302)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述蒸汽系统包括水箱(240)、水泵(250)和蒸汽发生器(260),所述水泵(250)从所述水箱(240)抽水并泵送至所述蒸汽发生器(260),所述蒸汽发生器(260)将水雾化为蒸汽并提供至所述蒸汽管(261)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述燃料箱(200)内设有箱体容器(270),所述箱体容器(270)一端设有开口且开口端延伸出所述燃料箱(200),所述水箱(240)滑动安装于所述箱体容器(270)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述箱体容器(270)另一端设有连接管(271);所述水箱(240)一端设有出水管(241),另一端连接有抵板(280),所述出水管(241)嵌入所述连接管(271)内,所述抵板(280)与所述箱体容器(270)的开口端相抵。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述水箱(240)远离所述出水管(241)的一端端面设有两个间隔设置的插槽(242),两个所述插槽(242)之间设有限位抵柱(243);所述抵板(280)朝向所述水箱(240)的一侧设有与所述插槽(242)相匹配的嵌入板(281),两个所述嵌入板(281)之间还设有弹性片(282);所述插槽(242)开口朝上,所述嵌入板(281)插入所述插槽 (242)内,所述弹性片(282)与所述限位抵柱(243)的底部相抵。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述料斗(201)底部设有出料口(211)和可开闭的清洁口(212),所述出料口(211)与所述进料口(301)连通,所述清洁口(212)连通大气。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述传输装置为传送螺杆(310),所述传送螺杆(310)设于所述条形箱(300)内,所述传送螺杆(310)连接有能驱动其绕自身轴线旋转的驱动装置,所述传送螺杆(310)旋转时能将燃料从所述进料口(301)输送至燃烧室(302)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述条形箱(300)内设有输料管(320),所述传送螺杆(310)设于所述输料管(320)内,所述输料管(320)一端外周壁设有料孔(321)与所述进料口(301)连通,另一端与所述燃烧室(302)连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述条形箱(300)还设有进风口(303),所述进风口(303)与所述进料口(301)相对设置,所述进风口(303)底部设有风机(304)用于向所述条形箱(300)内鼓风。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种使用生物质颗粒的蒸汽烧烤炉,其特征在于:所述烧烤箱(100)内还设有隔热件(140)、分热罩(150)和接油盘(160),所述接油盘(160)设于所述烧烤架(101)下方,所述接油盘(160)两端分别与所述烧烤架(101)的两端的端壁连接;所述分热罩(150)设于所述接油盘(160)下方,所述隔热件(140)设于所述分热罩(150)下方,所述隔热件(140)与所述烧烤箱(100)连接并罩设于所述燃烧室(302)上。
