频谱是通信领域的稀缺资源,随着5G技术发展和5G业务的不断增长,对频谱资源的需求量也急剧上升,作为解决频谱供需矛盾的有效方式之一,DSS(Dynamic spectrum sharing,动态频谱共享)受到广泛关注。通过DSS技术能够实现4G/5G动态频谱共享,从而在有限频谱资源上满足4G/5G用户各自的流量需求,利用频谱的瞬间动态共享为4G和5G设备提供最佳性能。
发明内容
但是,DSS技术中需要避免LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)与NR(New Radio,新空口,可以用来指代5G网络)之间的信号冲突。
在相关技术中,例如,在如图5所示的共享频带资源的方案中,在50M带宽的频谱资源中,运营商的LTE频域配置在0-20M的范围,并且LTE PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel,物理下行控制信道)分配有编号为“0、1”的2个OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing,正交频分复用)符号,紧接着LTE PDCCH的2个OFDM符号,为NR PDCCH分配编号为“2”的1个OFDM符号。根据图5可知,NR PDCCH的频域范围是小于等于20M的,因此,由于该NR PDCCH的符号数只有1个且带宽受限,所以难以调度50M的大带宽的PDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared Channel物理下行共享信道)。
另外,根据图5可知,在20M-50M的NR独占频域中,NR PDSCH的符号位置是超 前NR PDCCH和NR DMRS(Demodulation Reference Signal,解调参考信号)的符号位置的,因此,不可避免地会影响到NR终端的解调性能。进而,在图5所示的相关技术的频谱资源分配方案中,NR SSB(Synchronization Signal and PBCH block,同步信号块)等信号与LTE CRS RE都存在于0-20M的频域中,所以容易发生冲突,需要采用LTE打孔、NR打孔或M子帧等解决方案,从而增加了技术上的复杂度,同时LTE和NR性能和容量受损严重。

根据本公开的一个方面,提供一种频谱共享装置,用于在LTE即长期演进与NR即新空口为1:1配置的场景中共享频谱资源,其中,所述频谱共享装置包括处理电路,所述处理电路被配置为:进行初始化及参数配置,将NR控制信道配置在NR独占频域;检测NR物理资源块即NR PBR的占用带宽;基于检测出的所述NR PRB的占用带宽,对用于开启/关闭DSS即动态频谱共享功能的功能开关进行打开/关闭控制;以及基于所述功能开关的打开/关闭状态,执行频谱资源的分配。
根据本公开的另一方面,提供一种频谱共享方法,用于在LTE即长期演进与NR即新空口为1:1配置的场景中共享频谱资源,其中,所述频谱共享方法包括如下步骤:进行初始化及参数配置,将NR控制信道配置在NR独占频域;检测NR物理资源块(NR PBR)的占用带宽;基于检测出的所述NR PRB的占用带宽,对用于开启/关闭DSS即动态频谱共享功能的功能开关进行打开/关闭控制;以及基于所述功能开关的打开/关闭状态,执行频谱资源的分配。
根据本公开的另一方面,提供一种计算机可读存储介质,包括可执行指令,当所述可执行指令由计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述频谱共享方法。
根据本公开,在4G/5G频谱资源共享中,能够减少LTE与NR 1:1配置时的LTE和NR性能和容量损失。本专利方法不仅适用于50M DSS,也适用于大于50M DSS,比如55M,60M,80M,100M等DSS,还适用于小于50M DSS,比如30M,35M,40M,45M 等DSS。

在下文中,将参照附图详细地描述本公开内容的优选实施例。需要注意的是,在本说明书和附图中,用相同的附图标记来表示具有基本相同的功能和结构的结构元件,并且省略对这些结构元件的重复说明。
以下,结合附图说明本公开的实施例的频谱共享技术的例示性的实施例。
图1是示意地示出本公开的实施例的频谱共享装置2000中的频谱资源分配的图。
如图1所示,相对图5的相关技术,本公开:
1)将NR SSB/RMSI/OSI等关键信号迁移到NR独占的20M~50M的30M大小的频域,从而有效地解决了与LTE CRS所占用的RE资源冲突的问题,并在50M内做(LTE/NR)动态频谱共享。其中,LTE动态频谱共享范围为0-20M,NR静态频谱共享(SSS,Static Spectrum Sharing)范围为30~50M,见图中深色虚横线和深色虚箭头部分,不超过黑色实横线;NR动态频谱共享(DSS)范围为0~20M,见图中浅色虚横线和浅色虚箭头部分。从而减少了LTE和NR性能和容量损失,同时方案实现复杂度降低。
2)将NR PDCCH从左下面第3个符号(仅1个符号),迁移到NR独占频域,并扩展到2~3个OFDM符号(深色实箭头),频域也从小于等于20M提升到30M,从而提升了NR的PDCCH容量,增加了能够调度的NR用户数,并提升了CCE(控制信道元素) 的聚合等级,改善了NR边缘用户体验。
3)当NR业务量变小时,NR业务采用从50M向20M(带宽为30M)向下调用的方式来调用NR频谱资源。并且,NR业务不超过30M时,没有必要采用DSS,所以关闭了NR/LTE动态频谱共享DSS功能,NR/LTE不会发生控制信道、业务信道的信号重叠或冲突,实际上采用的是静态频谱共享SSS方式。
4)当NR业务量变大时,启动动态频谱共享DSS功能,NR PDSCH从上面的30M延展到下面的LTE的20M,延展到LTE 20M区域的NR PDSCH通过RE(Resource Element,资源元素)级速率匹配来避免与LTE CRS(Cell Reference Signal,小区参考信号)所占用的RE资源冲突。
5)当LTE业务量变大时,还可以采用CFI(Control Format Indicator,控制格式指示)动态指示,将LTE PDCCH从2个OFDM符号提升到3个OFDM符号(浅色实箭头),从而突破传统方案中的2个OFDM符号的限制(第3个OFDM符号分配给了NR PDCCH),从而提升了LTE的PDCCH容量(即增加了能够调度的LTE用户数)。
另外,这里,“50M”仅是作为资源共享的带宽大小的一个例子,考虑保护带宽等,例如,共享带宽大小也可以为30M,35M,40M,45M,55M,60M,80M,100M等。
图2是示意地示出本公开的实施例的频谱共享装置2000的例示性的配置框图。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,频谱共享装置2000可以包括处理电路2010。频谱共享装置2000的处理电路2010提供频谱共享装置2000的各种功能。在一些实施例中,频谱共享装置2000的处理电路2010可以被配置为用于执行频谱共享装置2000中的频谱共享方法。
处理电路2010可以指在计算系统中执行功能的数字电路系统、模拟电路系统或混合信号(模拟和数字的组合)电路系统的各种实现。处理电路可以包括例如诸如集成电路(IC)、专用集成电路(ASIC)这样的电路、单独处理器核心的部分或电路、整个处理器核心、单独的处理器、诸如现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的可编程硬件设备、和/或包括多个处理器的系统。
在一些实施例中,处理电路2010可以包括初始化及参数配置单元2020、NR PRB(物理资源块)检测单元2030、DSS功能开关控制单元2040、DSS/SSS功能执行单元2050。其中,初始化及参数配置单元2020被配置为执行后述图3的步骤S1001、图4的流程图中的步骤S2001、S2002,NR PRB检测单元2030被配置为执行后述图3的步骤S1002、图4的流程图中的步骤S2003,DSS功能开关控制单元2040被配置为执行 后述图3的流程图中的步骤S1003以及图4的S2004~S2005、S2008,DSS/SSS功能执行单元2050被配置为执行后述图3的流程图中的步骤S1004以及图4的流程图中的步骤S2006~S2007、S2009~S2010。
在一些实施例中,频谱共享装置2000还可以包括存储器(未图示)。频谱共享装置2000的存储器可以存储由处理电路2010产生的信息以及用于频谱共享装置2000操作的程序和数据。存储器可以是易失性存储器和/或非易失性存储器。例如,存储器可以包括但不限于随机存取存储器(RAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)以及闪存存储器。
另外,频谱共享装置2000可以以芯片级来实现,或者也可以通过包括其它外部部件而以设备级来实现。
应当理解,上述初始化及参数配置单元2020、NR PRB检测单元2030以及DSS/SSS功能执行单元2040仅仅是根据其所实现的具体功能所划分的逻辑模块,而不是用于限制具体的实现方式。在实际实现时,上述各个单元可被实现为独立的物理实体,或者也可由单个实体(例如,处理器(CPU或DSP等)、集成电路等)来实现。
图3是简单地示出本公开的一些实施例的频谱共享装置2000中执行的频谱共享方法的例示性的流程图。以下,结合图3简要说明本公开的频谱资源共享,首先,在步骤S1001中,在初始化流程中,将NR SSB/RMSI(Remaining minimum system information,剩余最小系统信息)/OSI(Other System Information,其他系统消息)等控制信道配置在20M-50M,即NR的独占频域。进而,在初始化过程中,将LTE PDCCH配置在0-20M的LTE频域,并分配2~3个OFDM符号。
然后,在步骤S1002中,检测NR PRB资源占用情况。在一些实施例中,每隔预定时间,例如1S、10S等,定期地检测NR PRB最大占用带宽。在一些实施例中,也可以在设定的时间检测NR PRB最大占用带宽。另外,在一些实施例中,也可以不检测NR PRB最大占用带宽,而检测NR PRB平均占用带宽。
在步骤S1003中,根据检测出的NR PRB资源占用情况,对用于开启/关闭DSS功能的功能开关进行打开/关闭控制。具体的打开/关闭控制过程,在后面详细描述。
然后,在步骤S1004中,基于功能开关的状态(打开/关闭),相应地执行频谱资源分配(DSS/SSS)。
以下结合图4,详细说明本公开的频谱共享方法。图4是更详细地示出本公开的一些实施例的频谱共享装置2000中执行的频谱共享方法的例示性的流程图。
首先,在DSS开机阶段,初始化及参数配置单元2020进行初始化和参数配置。具体而言,在步骤S2001中,初始化及参数配置单元2020将NR SSB/RMSI/OSI等易与LTE CRS信号发成冲突的关键信号配置在20M-50M即30M带宽的NR独占频域。由此,有效地解决与LTE CRS所占用的RE资源冲突的问题,而且不需要采用LTE打孔、NR打孔和M子帧等方案,从而降低了50M DSS技术方案的复杂度。
进而,在步骤S2002中,初始化及参数配置单元2020将LTE PDCCH配置在0-20M的LTE频域,并为其分配OFDM符号。在一些实施例中,当LTE的业务量超过预先设定的阈值时,将LTE PDCCH的OFDM符号从2个增加到3个(如图1左下的浅色箭头所示),从而打破传统方案中仅有2个OFDM符号的限制(如图5所示,相关技术中将第3个符号分配给了NR PDCCH),能够提升LTE的PDCCH容量,增加了能够调度的LTE用户数。
然后,在步骤S2003中,NR PRB检测单元2030例如每隔预定时间,如1秒,检测NR PRB占用带宽。其中,物理资源模块PRB是空中接口的物理资源分配单位,是频域上12个连续的载波资源,在15KHz的载波间隔的情况下是180KHz。另外,在此,作为预定时间例示了1秒的间隔,但检测NR PRB的时间间隔是可以根据具体需要适当地设定的,例如也可以是10秒等。进而,也可以并非每隔预定时间定期执行NR PRB资源占用检测,而是在预先设定的定时执行。
在一些实施例中,在该步骤S2003中,NR PRB检测单元2030检测NR PRB的最大占用带宽。在一些实施例中,在该步骤S2003中,NR PRB检测单元2030检测NR PRB的平均占用带宽。具体检测哪一种占用带宽,可以根据需要进行设定。
接下来,在步骤S2004中,DSS功能开关控制单元2040基于由NR PRB检测单元2030检测出的NR PRB带宽占用情况,对用于开启/关闭DSS的功能开关进行打开/关闭控制。具体而言,DSS功能开关控制单元2040将NR PRB占用带宽与NR独占带宽(30M)进行比较,在NR PRB占用带宽小于等于30M即小于等于NR独占带宽的情况下(步骤S2004中“否”的情况下),在频域上,NR PRB是不需要向LTE频域延展的,因此处理进入步骤S2005,DSS功能开关控制单元2040关闭DSS功能开关(DSS_switch=off)。
接下来,在步骤S2006中,DSS/SSS功能执行单元2050在NR独占频域(20M-50M)为NR PDCCH配置编号为“0、1”的两个OFDM符号。
然后,在步骤S2007中,DSS/SSS功能执行单元2050执行SSS即静态频谱共享, 将NR PDSCH配置在NR独占的频域(20M-50M),并且采用从50M到20M(带宽30M)向下调用的方式调用NR频谱资源。此时,LTE控制信道、业务信道不会发生冲突,从而能够有效减少LTE和NR性能和容量损失。
返回步骤S2004的说明,在NR PRB占用带宽大于30M即大于NR独占带宽的情况下(步骤S2004中“是”的情况下),为了NR业务的顺利展开,NR PRB需要向LTE频域延展,此时处理进入步骤S2008,DSS功能开关控制单元2040开启DSS功能开关(DSS_switch=on)
然后,在步骤S2009中,DSS/SSS功能执行单元2050在NR独占频域(20M-50M)为NR PDCCH配置编号为0-2的三个OFDM符号。通过增加NR PDCCH的符号数量,能够提高NR PDCCH的容量、增加NR可调度的用户数,能够提升CCE聚合等级,从而改善NR边缘用户体验。
在步骤S2010中,DSS/SSS功能执行单元2050配置为:NR PDSCH从上面的20M-50M的NR独占频域向下方的0-20MLTE频域延展,并且配置为延展到LTE的0-20M区域的NR PDSCH通过RE级速率匹配来避免与LTE CRS所占用的RE冲突。
根据本公开的例示性的实施例的频谱共享装置2000,通过将NR SSB/RMSI/OSI等关键信号(易跟LTE CRS发生冲突)迁移NR独占区域,将NR PDCCH从1个OFDM符号提升到2~3个OFDM符号,频域也从小于等于20M提升到30M,从而能够提升NR的PDCCH容量、增加NR可调度的用户数、提升CCE聚合等级、改善NR边缘用户体验。
另外,根据本公开的例示性的实施例的频谱共享装置2000,不需要采用LTE/NR打孔或M子帧方案,通过NR SSB/RMSI/OSI等信号位置迁移、PDCCH容量提升和静态、动态频谱资源共享技术相结合的方法,有效地解决了LTE/NR冲突避让问题,减少了LTE和NR性能和容量损失,同时降低了实现LTE与NR冲突避让的技术方案的复杂度,提高了DSS组网灵活性和资源利用率,提升了4G/5G用户体验,并降低了DSS运维和优化成本,有助于迅速推进5G业务快速开展和5G SA用户的激增。
进而,根据本公开的例示性的实施例的频谱共享装置2000,还能够根据检测到的LTE PBR的大小而增加LTE PDCCH的OFDM符号数量,因此,能够提升LTE的PDCCH容量、增加LTE能够调度的用户数,能够灵活应用频谱资源,从而提升系统的资源利用率。
接下来,图6示出了可以实现根据本公开的实施例的计算设备300的示例性配置。计算设备300是可以应用本公开的上述方面的硬件设备的实例。计算设备300可以是 被配置为执行处理和/或计算的任何机器。计算设备300可以是但不限制于工作站、服务器、台式计算机、膝上型计算机、平板计算机、个人数据助手(PDA)、智能电话、车载计算机或以上组合。
如图6所示,计算设备300可以包括可以经由一个或多个接口与总线302连接或通信的一个或多个元件。总线302可以包括但不限于,工业标准架构(Industry Standard Architecture,ISA)总线、微通道架构(Micro Channel Architecture,MCA)总线、增强ISA(EISA)总线、视频电子标准协会(VESA)局部总线、以及外设组件互连(PCI)总线等。计算设备300可以包括例如一个或多个处理器304、一个或多个输入设备306、以及一个或多个输出设备308。一个或多个处理器304可以是任何种类的处理器,并且可以包括但不限于一个或多个通用处理器或专用处理器(诸如专用处理芯片)。各处理器304例如可以分别对应于图2中的处理电路2010,被配置为能够实现本公开的频谱共享装置2000的功能。输入设备306可以是能够向计算设备输入信息的任何类型的输入设备,并且可以包括但不限于鼠标、键盘、触摸屏、麦克风和/或远程控制器。输出设备308可以是能够呈现信息的任何类型的设备,并且可以包括但不限于显示器、扬声器、视频/音频输出终端、振动器和/或打印机。
计算设备300还可以包括或被连接至非暂态存储设备314,该非暂态存储设备314可以是任何非暂态的并且可以实现数据存储的存储设备,并且可以包括但不限于盘驱动器、光存储设备、固态存储器、软盘、柔性盘、硬盘、磁带或任何其他磁性介质、压缩盘或任何其他光学介质、缓存存储器和/或任何其他存储芯片或模块、和/或计算机可以从其中读取数据、指令和/或代码的其他任何介质。计算设备300还可以包括随机存取存储器(RAM)310和只读存储器(ROM)312。ROM 312可以以非易失性方式存储待执行的程序、实用程序或进程。RAM 310可提供易失性数据存储,并存储与计算设备300的操作相关的指令。计算设备300还可包括耦接至数据链路318的网络/总线接口316。网络/总线接口316可以是能够启用与外部装置和/或网络通信的任何种类的设备或系统,并且可以包括但不限于调制解调器、网络卡、红外线通信设备、无线通信设备和/或芯片集(诸如蓝牙
TM设备、802.11设备、WiFi设备、WiMax设备、蜂窝通信设施等)。

Claims (17)
- 一种频谱共享装置,用于在长期演进(LTE)与新空口(NR)为1:1配置的场景中共享频谱资源,其中,所述频谱共享装置包括处理电路,所述处理电路被配置为:进行初始化及参数配置,将NR控制信道配置在NR独占频域;检测NR物理资源块(NR PBR)的占用带宽;基于检测出的所述NR PRB的占用带宽,对用于开启/关闭动态频谱共享(DSS)功能的功能开关进行打开/关闭控制;以及基于所述功能开关的打开/关闭状态,执行频谱资源的分配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的频谱共享装置,其中,所述处理电路进一步被配置为:每隔预定时间,检测所述NR PRB的最大占用带宽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的频谱共享装置,其中,所述处理电路进一步被配置为:每隔预定时间,检测所述NR PRB的平均占用带宽。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的频谱共享装置,其中,所述处理电路进一步被配置为:在检测出的所述NR PRB的占用带宽大于预定阈值的情况下,打开所述功能开关,在检测出的所述NR PRB的占用带宽小于或等于预定阈值的情况下,关闭所述功能开关。
- 根据权利要求4所述的频谱共享装置,其中,所述预定阈值为30M。
- 根据权利要求4所述的频谱共享装置,其中,所述处理电路进一步被配置为:在打开所述功能开关的情况下,在所述NR独占频域中,为NR物理下行控制信道(NR PDCCH)配置三个正交频分复用符号,根据所述NR PRB的占用带宽使NR物理下行共享信道(NR PDSCH)从所述NR独占频域向LTE频域延展。
- 根据权利要求4所述的频谱共享装置,其中,所述处理电路进一步被配置为:在关闭所述功能开关的情况下,在所述NR独占频域中,为所述NR PDCCH配置两个所述正交频分复用符号,并将所述NR PDSCH配置在所述NR独占频域中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的频谱共享装置,其中,所述处理电路被配置为:在进行初始化及参数配置时,在LTE PRB大于预先设定的阈值的情况下为LTE PDCCH分配三个正交频分复用符号,否则为LTE PDCCH分配两个正交频分复用符号。
- 一种频谱共享方法,用于在长期演进(LTE)与新空口(NR)为1:1配置的场景中共享频谱资源,其中,所述频谱共享方法包括如下步骤:进行初始化及参数配置,将NR控制信道配置在NR独占频域;检测NR物理资源块(NR PBR)的占用带宽;基于检测出的所述NR PRB的占用带宽,对用于开启/关闭动态频谱共享(DSS)功能的功能开关进行打开/关闭控制;以及基于所述功能开关的打开/关闭状态,执行频谱资源的分配。
- 根据权利要求9所述的频谱共享方法,其中,每隔预定时间,检测所述NR PRB的最大占用带宽。
- 根据权利要求9所述的频谱共享方法,其中,每隔预定时间,检测所述NR PRB的平均占用带宽。
- 根据权利要求9至11中任意一项所述的频谱共享方法,其中,在检测出的所述NR PRB的占用带宽大于预定阈值的情况下,打开所述功能开关,在检测出的所述NR PRB的占用带宽小于或等于预定阈值的情况下,关闭所述功能开关。
- 根据权利要求12所述的频谱共享方法,其中,所述预定阈值为30M。
- 根据权利要求12所述的频谱共享方法,其中,在打开所述功能开关的情况下,在所述NR独占频域中,为NR物理下行控制信道(NR PDCCH)配置三个正交频分复用符号,根据所述NR PRB的占用带宽使NR物理下行共享信道(NR PDSCH)从所述NR独占频域向LTE频域延展。
- 根据权利要求12所述的频谱共享方法,其中,在关闭所述功能开关的情况下,在所述NR独占频域中,为所述NR PDCCH配置两个所述正交频分复用符号,并将所述NR PDSCH配置在所述NR独占频域中。
- 根据权利要求9所述的频谱共享方法,其中,在进行初始化及参数配置时,在LTE PRB大于预先设定的阈值的情况下为LTE PDCCH分配三个正交频分复用符号,否则为LTE PDCCH分配两个正交频分复用符号。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,包括可执行指令,当所述可执行指令由计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求9至16中的任一项所述的频谱共享方法。
