Description
本申请涉及遮阳伞技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种电动遮阳伞架。
现有技术下的遮阳伞架,采用手动收展的方式设计,在进行收展时尤为不便,因此,本申请人在中国专利,专利号为2020221128504的专利文件中公开了一种自动遮阳伞架,包括支撑杆和伞骨,所述伞骨包括上下分布的第一骨架和第二骨架,且所述第二骨架的自由端分别对应铰接于第一骨架,所述第一骨架设有用于限制第一骨架和第二骨架间距的限位件;所述支撑杆和所述第一骨架之间连接有第一支杆,所述第一支杆和所述第二骨架之间铰接有第二支杆,所述第一支杆和所述支撑杆之间铰接有第三支杆,所述第一支杆远离伞骨的一端铰接有安装于支撑杆上的调节盒,所述调节盒内转动连接有卷线轮,所述卷线轮上缠绕有牵引绳,所述牵引绳的自由端沿第一支杆穿第一骨架的中心处和第二骨架的中心处固定连接,所述调节盒内安装有用于驱动和定位卷线轮的第一驱动部;所述卷线轮和所述调节盒内壁安装有的第一差速器,所述第一差速器远离卷线轮的一端安装有第一手柄,所述第一手柄位于调节盒外部。
其中为了实现伞架的电动驱动和定位,用到的第一驱动部和第二驱动部均为蜗轮蜗杆减速电机,为了实现伞架的手动驱动和定位,用到了齿轮差速器,虽然该结构达到了所需的技术效果,然而,从该结构的紧凑性和制造成本等角度来看,还需要做进一步的改进。
针对上述现有技术的不足,本申请的目的是提供一种电动遮阳伞架,具有结构精巧紧凑、制造成本低和实用性强的优点。
本申请的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种电动遮阳伞架,包括:
支撑杆,所述支撑杆沿支撑杆的长度方向设有齿条;
折叠伞架,安装于支撑杆的顶端;
调节盒,包括转动连接于调节盒内壁驱动齿轮和卷线轮、驱动部以及安装于驱动齿轮和驱动部之间、卷线轮和驱动部之间用于传动和定位的齿轮减速器;
所述驱动齿轮啮合于齿条上,所述卷线轮缠绕有用于收缩折叠伞架的牵引绳。
优选的,所述驱动齿轮和所述卷线轮均通过转动轴转动连接于调节盒,所述转动轴的一端凸出于调节盒外设有非圆形凸块;还包括把手,所述把手设有与凸块匹配的凹槽。
优选的,所述调节盒内安装有蓄电池和控制模块,所述驱动部和所述蓄电池分别与控制模块电连接。
综上所述,本申请具有的有益效果:该遮阳伞架需要张开时,首选通过驱动部驱动卷线轮转动收线,使得卷线轮将牵引绳收紧,从而张开折叠伞架;
该遮阳伞架需要闭合时,首选通过驱动部驱动卷线轮转动放线,使得卷线轮将牵引绳放松,在折叠伞架的重力作用下,折叠伞架自动下落收合;
该遮阳伞架需要调节角度时,通过驱动部带动驱动齿轮在齿条上向上或向下啮合转动,从而实现调节,需要定位遮阳伞架开合度和角度,均通过齿轮减速器实现,齿轮减速器的内部原理是利用各级齿轮传动来达到降速的目的,由各级齿轮副组成,用小齿轮带动大齿轮就能达到机械减速的目的,采用多级这样的结构,就能够大大的增加机械的减速作用,增大扭矩的作用,从而利用该原理实现折叠伞架在一定范围内的开合度和角度定位作用,结构不仅比应用蜗轮蜗杆减速机更简单紧凑精巧,而且成本低,实用性强,易于推广。

一种电动遮阳伞架,参见图1至图4,包括:
支撑杆1,所述支撑杆1沿支撑杆1的长度方向设有齿条11;
折叠伞架2,安装于支撑杆1的顶端;
调节盒3,包括转动连接于调节盒3内壁驱动齿轮31和卷线轮32、驱动部4以及安装于驱动齿轮31和驱动部4之间、卷线轮32和驱动部4之间用于传动和定位的齿轮减速器5;
所述驱动齿轮31啮合于齿条11上,所述卷线轮32缠绕有用于收缩折叠伞架2的牵引绳6。
该遮阳伞架需要张开时,首选通过驱动部4驱动卷线轮32转动收线,使得卷线轮32将牵引绳6收紧,从而张开折叠伞架2(折叠伞架2具体结构参考本申请人之前申请的遮阳伞架相关专利结构);
该遮阳伞架需要闭合时,首选通过驱动部4驱动卷线轮32转动放线,使得卷线轮32将牵引绳6放松,在折叠伞架2的重力作用下,折叠伞架2自动下落收合;
该遮阳伞架需要调节角度时,通过驱动部4带动驱动齿轮31在齿条11上向上或向下啮合转动,从而实现调节,需要定位遮阳伞架开合度和角度,均通过齿轮减速器5实现,齿轮减速器5的内部原理是利用各级齿轮传动来达到降速的目的,由各级齿轮副组成,用小齿轮带动大齿轮就能达到机械减速的目的,采用多级这样的结构,就能够大大的增加机械的减速作用,增大扭矩的作用,从而利用该原理实现折叠伞架2在一定范围内的开合度和角度定位作用,结构不仅比应用蜗轮蜗杆减速机更简单紧凑精巧,而且成本低,实用性强,易于推广。
在本实施例中,驱动部4为电机,分别设置有两个,齿轮减速器5也设置有两个,分别对应安装驱动齿轮31和卷线轮32。
具体的,所述驱动齿轮31和所述卷线轮32均通过转动轴33转动连接于调节盒3,所述转动轴33的一端凸出于调节盒3外设有非圆形凸块34;还包括把手7,所述把手7设有与凸块34匹配的凹槽。把手7便于使用者手动操作,避免发生驱动部4损坏而无法使用的情况。
在本实施例中,凸块34为六角螺帽,当然根据实际情况,还可以采用其他非圆形结构。为了便于手动操作,使用者可根据实际情况加长把手7的摇臂,从而更省力。
在本实施例中,该遮阳伞架中齿轮减速器5能够承受10公斤的折叠伞架2重量,当然根据实际情况,为了实现对不同尺寸或不同材质产生的不同折叠伞架重量的定位,以及为了实现对折叠伞架2的开合度和角度的定位,可适当对齿轮减速器5中的齿轮副进行增加,增加齿轮速比,从而增大扭矩,提高负载能力。
具体的,所述调节盒3内安装有蓄电池8和控制模块9,所述驱动部4和所述蓄电池8分别与控制模块9电连接。这样更便于使用者统一操作使用,如咖啡店的店员的早上和晚上需要张开和闭合遮阳伞时,可通过控制模块9实现自动化操作,不仅操作简单,而且节省人力,科技感十足。
在本实施例中,可在控制模块9中增加遥控单元(图中未示出),从而便于使用者通过手机或其他遥控设备远程操控该遮阳伞架。

- 一种电动遮阳伞架,其特征是,包括:支撑杆,所述支撑杆沿支撑杆的长度方向设有齿条;折叠伞架,安装于支撑杆的顶端;调节盒,包括转动连接于调节盒内壁驱动齿轮和卷线轮、驱动部以及安装于驱动齿轮和驱动部之间、卷线轮和驱动部之间用于传动和定位的齿轮减速器;所述驱动齿轮啮合于齿条上,所述卷线轮缠绕有用于收缩折叠伞架的牵引绳。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动遮阳伞架,其特征是:所述驱动齿轮和所述卷线轮均通过转动轴转动连接于调节盒,所述转动轴的一端凸出于调节盒外设有非圆形凸块;还包括把手,所述把手设有与凸块匹配的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种电动遮阳伞架,其特征是:所述调节盒内安装有蓄电池和控制模块,所述驱动部和所述蓄电池分别与控制模块电连接。
