电气控制柜是一种电器设备安装放置用可封闭金属柜,用于对开关电器和电气设备提供保护,以保证一定区域内电气系统的正常运行;
现有电气控制柜在使用过程中存在以下问题:
1、现有的电气控制柜内的电器元件较多,当需要更换或维修的电器元件在柜体内较高处时,身材较小的人员无法轻易的对电器元件进行更换或维修。
2、现有的电气控制柜大部分均是双开门式或者单开门式,使用双开门或单开门式的控制柜在将柜体打开时,门盖由于惯性容易发生转动,当人员在维修更换时,容易对人员身体发生碰撞,不利于人员安全、快捷的维修或更换。
通过以上所述问题,需要提供一种便于维修的电气控制柜。

本发明的技术方案是:一种便于维修的电气控制柜,包括底座、通过多个支撑杆连接于所述底座的顶板以及柜体,多个所述支撑杆之间设有连接电气部件的平台,且所述平台位于所述柜体内;所述柜体通过滑套与所述支撑杆滑动连接,所述顶板连接有驱动所述柜体移动的驱动件;
所述驱动件驱动柜体沿着所述支撑杆的高度方向竖直向上时,所述柜体能够将所述平台关闭;所述驱动件驱动柜体沿着所述支撑杆的高度方向竖直向下时,所述柜体能够将所述平台打开;
所述驱动件包括电机、线缆以及与所述线缆配合使用的牵引轮,所述线缆的一端与所述滑套连接,所述线缆的另一端与所述电机连接,所述电机通过线缆驱动柜体竖直上下运动,以将平台打开或关闭。
进一步的,所述电机设有两组,且两组所述电机的转速相同,转向相反。

5、支撑柱转动连接于凹槽内,能够对柜体的底部进行支撑,保证柜体在平台上方时的稳固性。

本发明的工作原理是:

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于维修的电气控制柜,其特征在于,包括底座(1)、通过多个支撑杆(5)连接于所述底座(1)的顶板(3)以及柜体(2),多个所述支撑杆(5)之间设有连接电气部件的平台(6),且所述平台(6)位于所述柜体(2)内;所述柜体(2)通过滑套(51)与所述支撑杆(5)滑动连接,所述顶板(3)连接有驱动所述柜体(2)移动的驱动件(4);
    所述驱动件(4)驱动柜体(2)沿着所述支撑杆(5)的高度方向竖直向上时,所述柜体(2)能够将所述平台(6)关闭;所述驱动件(4)驱动柜体(2)沿着所述支撑杆(5)的高度方向竖直向下时,所述柜体(2)能够将所述平台(6)打开;
    所述驱动件(4)包括电机(41)、线缆以及与所述线缆配合使用的牵引轮(42),所述线缆的一端与所述滑套(51)连接,所述线缆的另一端与所述电机(41)连接,所述电机(41)通过线缆驱动柜体(2)竖直上下运动,以将平台(6)打开或关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述电机(41)设有两组,且两组所述电机(41)的转速相同,转向相反。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述顶板(3)的表面设有一过孔(31),所述牵引轮(42)位于所述过孔(31)的上方,所述过孔(31)位于所述滑套(51)的上方,使连接于所述线缆的滑套(51)能够竖直上下运动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便于维修的电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述牵引轮(42)设有多个,且多个所述牵引轮(42)的结构均不相同;多个所述牵引轮(42)相互配合使用,以将所述线缆连接于所述电机(41)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述柜体(2)的外径小于所述顶板(3)的外径。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述柜体(2)的外径小于所述底座(1)的外径。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述柜体(2)的高度小于所述平台(6)的高度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的便于维修的电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述柜体 (2)的高度加上所述平台(6)的高度大于所述支撑杆(5)的高度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的电气控制柜,其特征在于,还包括安全装置(7),所述安全装置(7)包括设于底座(1)的凹槽(71)和转动连接于所述凹槽(71)内的支撑柱(72),所述支撑柱(72)能够相对于所述凹槽(71)翻转以对柜体(2)的底部进行支撑。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的便于维修的电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述凹槽(71)内设有压力感应器,所述压力感应器与所述电机(41)线连接。
