该部分机构能够通过过安装板底部设置的伸缩杆以及滚轮,可对机电设备的位置进行调整,机电设备安装时能使机电设备上的螺丝孔位与安装座上的紧固螺钉安装槽快速的对齐,提高机电设备的安装效率,而且在调整时不需要外部设备的辅助,使得机电设备在较小的空间内也能快速的完成安装,便于机电 设备的安装和实用。
进一步的是,所述螺杆底部固定连接有一圆柱形的顶块14,所述固定架开设有凹槽,所述顶块设置于所述凹槽内并与所述固定架转动连接。
进一步的是,所述蜗杆的一端设置有驱动手轮15,所述驱动手轮与所述蜗杆共轴固定连接。
进一步的是,所述蜗杆的一端设置有驱动电机16,所述驱动电机的输出端与所述蜗杆的共轴固定连接。
本发明装置通过支撑腿和安装板可以将安装的机电设备顶起,并通过安装板底部设置的伸缩杆以及滚轮,可对机电设备的位置进行调整,机电设备安装时能使机电设备上的螺丝孔位与安装座上的紧固螺钉安装槽快速的对齐,提高机电设备的安装效率,而且在调整时不需要外部设备的辅助,使得机电设备在较小的空间内也能快速的完成安装,便于使用,并通过蜗杆带动驱动齿轮转动,使驱动齿轮带动螺杆转动,使螺杆推动连接杆和伸缩杆的自由端向下移动,从而使底座的升高,使得支撑腿顶起,方便机电设备的位置进行调整,使得机电设备在不同的使用环境能使用同一个安装架,可降低机电设备在不同位置安装时所消耗的财力,便于机电设备安装使用,便于推动底座移动,避免推板推坏机电设备。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种机电设备用便捷移动的安装架,其特征在于,包括安装板(1)与设置于该安装板底部的支撑腿(2),所述安装板的底部设置有若干个伸缩杆(3),所述伸缩杆的固定端与所述安装板的底侧面固定连接,所述伸缩杆的自由端的设置有移动滚轮(4),所有所述伸缩杆均通过连接杆相连接,所述安装板底部还设置有固定架(9),所述固定架为凹形,所述连接杆贯穿所述固定架内部,所述连接杆中心设置有螺杆(6),所述螺杆与所述连接杆螺纹连接,所述螺杆的底部与所述固定架相连接,所述螺杆的顶部设置有驱动齿轮(7),所述驱动齿轮与所述螺杆共轴固定连接,所述驱动齿轮与一蜗杆(8)相啮合,所述蜗杆驱动该驱动齿轮转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机电设备用便捷移动的安装架,其特征在于,所述安装板顶部设置有若干阵列排布且平行的安装槽(10),所述安装槽的截面为方便紧固螺钉放置与安装的倒T形槽,所述安装槽贯穿安装板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的机电设备用便捷移动的安装架,其特征在于,所述T形槽内设置有若干个供机电设备安装的紧固螺钉(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的机电设备用便捷移动的安装架,其特征在于,所述倒T形槽的尺寸与所述紧固螺钉的螺帽的尺寸相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的机电设备用便捷移动的安装架,其特征在于,所述安装板的顶部设置有安装卡块(12),所述安装卡块通过旋转座转动连接,所述安装卡块还设置有伸缩气缸(13),所述伸缩气缸的固定端与所述安装板转动连接,所述伸缩气缸的自由端与所述安装卡块转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的机电设备用便捷移动的安装架,其特征在于,所述螺杆底部固定连接有一圆柱形的顶块(14),所述固定架开设有凹槽,所述顶块设置于所述凹槽内并与所述固定架转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的机电设备用便捷移动的安装架,其特征在于,所述蜗杆的一端设置有驱动手轮(15),所述驱动手轮与所述蜗杆共轴固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的机电设备用便捷移动的安装架,其特征在于,所述蜗杆的一端设置有驱动电机(16),所述驱动电机的输出端与所述蜗杆的共 轴固定连接。
