为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种紧凑型雨伞,包括伞架、伞面与伞柄,所述伞架包括中棒、固定于中棒上端的上巢、活动设置在中棒上的下巢以及分别与上巢、下巢铰接的伞骨;所述中棒由活动伸缩杆嵌套在一起,所述伞柄为中空柱体,所述中棒插入伞柄中并与所述伞柄底部连接,所述中空柱体内外径设置为:当伞自然收合时,所述下巢滑入所述伞柄内,且所述伞骨收合后环绕所述伞柄外侧,所述伞柄至少长度的一半进入伞骨收合后围合的内圈;所述伞柄内设有安装在所述中空柱体与中棒之间的稳定件。
其中一个优选实施例,稳定件为中心区域设有开孔的圆柱体;所述开孔的形状及孔径与所述中棒相配合。
进一步,中棒的活动伸缩杆包括第一伸缩杆与第二伸缩杆;所述第一伸缩杆和/或第二伸缩杆的断面呈类四边形或多边形;伸缩杆上设有伸缩定位结构,实现相互定位或限位,通过稳定件与伸缩杆形状的配合,可以防止伞的转动。
进一步,中空柱体顶部设有防止所述稳定件脱离的限位结构。
其中一个优选实施例,稳定件为由若干个筋条部连接组成的镂空结构。
其中一个优选实施例,稳定件滑动套设中棒外,在所述中空柱体中可沿中棒轴线方向移动。进一步,所述中空柱体内壁上设置滑槽,所述稳定件上设置有滑块,所述稳定件上的滑块安装在所述滑槽中。
优选的,所述稳定件固定套设在第二伸缩杆的末端,所述末端是与第一伸缩杆相连接的一端,当伞打开时,第二伸缩杆末端位于所述伞柄中空柱体的中上部。稳定件随着第二伸缩杆在伞柄中的收缩或伸出而实现沿中棒轴线移动。
优选的,所述稳定件滑动套设在第一伸缩杆上,且所述中空柱体的底部与所述稳定件之间设有沿中棒轴线方向伸缩的复位弹簧。此时,稳定件是通过下巢带动实现复位。为了伞柄收纳后能够稳定卡住,不意外打开,伞柄底部设有贯穿稳定件与下巢直接实现相对固定的结构;或者稳定件同时与伞柄底部及下巢间设有弹性卡扣与勾扣的配合固定结构,所述伞柄底部与稳定件间的扣合力小于所述稳定件与下巢间的扣合力。
再进一步,所述伞柄底部设有连接块,所述连接块与中空柱体可拆卸连接。
优选的,连接块设置有若干弹性卡扣,且所述稳定件或所述下巢设有与所述弹性卡扣配合实现相对固定的结构。当弹性卡扣是与下巢配合实现固定时,所述稳定件可以包含若干镂空结构可容置所述弹性卡扣贯穿,所述下巢上设有与所述弹性卡扣配合的勾扣结构;伞收合状态下,所述弹性卡扣贯穿所述稳定件钩扣于滑入伞柄的下巢。优选的,所述弹性卡扣与所述连接块一体成型。
优选的,连接块与所述稳定件相抵的一侧设有卡环,且所述稳定件相应设有与卡环配合的卡槽。所述卡环与卡槽是相对位置,也可以是连接块上设有卡槽,相应地卡环设在稳定件上。
有益效果
1.本实用新型通过对现有的折叠伞进行优化改进,将伞柄设计成一端开口的中空柱体,握持时更加舒适;中空柱体可容置中棒的下巢,使得伞柄至少长度的一半进入伞骨收合后围合的内圈,伞骨收合后,更加整齐、紧密,相较于传统形式的雨伞有利于体积的减小,缩小占用空间,从而方便携带,其伞柄更符合人体工学而易于持握。
2.本实用新型通过稳定件与中棒、中空柱体的相互配合,使得人员在握持时中棒不易折断或晃动,能承受较大的侧向弯折力,更加稳定与舒适,防止伞柄结构主体因支撑力不足而产生断裂或损坏的情况发生。
综上,本实用新型提供的紧凑型雨伞握持方便舒适且收合后伞体体积小,同时中棒强度高更加稳定。

本发明的最佳实施方式
请参阅图1-图6,一种紧凑型雨伞,包括伞架、伞面与伞柄,所述伞架包括中棒1、固定于中棒1上端的上巢、活动设置在中棒1上的下巢以及分别与上巢、下巢铰接的伞骨;所述中棒由活动伸缩杆嵌套在一起,所述伞柄2为中空柱体21,所述中棒1插入伞柄2中并与所述伞柄2底部连接,所述中空柱体21内外径设置为:当伞自然收合时,所述下巢滑入所述伞柄2内,且所述伞骨收合后环绕所述伞柄2外侧,所述伞柄2至少长度的一半进入伞骨收合后围合的内圈;所述伞柄2内设有套设在中棒1外且安装在所述中空柱体21中的稳定件22,考虑到整体结构小型化的要求,伞柄的内外径设计根据不同的伞,内径为恰好可容置下巢最大外径滑动,外径则充分考虑材料强度,设计适当壁厚即可。
进一步,中棒1包括单重或多重连接的活动伸缩杆,其中第一伸缩杆11的底部固定于伞柄2中;第一伸缩杆11上设有伸缩定位结构,可实现与第二伸缩杆12的定位或限位。伸缩定位结构可以是弹珠、弹节、弹片等。可参阅图2与图3所示。所述第一伸缩杆11或第二伸缩杆12的断面呈类四边形或多边形;伸缩杆选择类四边形或多边形断面,是为了防止第一伸缩杆11或第二伸缩杆12与稳定件22之间发生旋转,不利于伞柄2的握持,而且类四边形或多边形断面可以改进圆形断面侧向承受力不足的问题。未与稳定件连接的其他伸缩杆其断面依然可以是圆形,也可以是椭圆形断面,或者采用与第一伸缩杆11或第二伸缩杆12相同形状的断面。
进一步,稳定件22为中心区域设有开孔220的圆柱体,且固定在伞柄2的中下部;所述开孔220的形状及孔径与中棒1的伸缩杆相配合。当伞自然收合状态下,下巢滑进伞柄2的中空柱体21,直至稳定件22所在的位置。此时,伞骨收合后环绕伞柄2外侧,伞柄2长度至少一半进入伞骨收合后围合的内圈,由此缩短伞折叠后整体的体积,方便携带。
进一步,将稳定件22滑动套设中棒1外,在所述中空柱体21中可沿中棒1轴线方向移动。更具体地,稳定件22固定套设于中棒1第二伸缩杆12的末端,如图6所示,所述末端指的是与第一伸缩杆11相连接的一端,当伞打开时,第二伸缩杆12末端位于所述伞柄中空柱体21的中上部。这样稳定件22随着第二伸缩杆12在伞柄2中的收缩或伸出而实现在伞柄2内沿中棒1轴线方向的移动。
进一步,所述中空柱体底部211与中空柱体21可拆卸连接,所述中空柱体底部211设有连接块23。
进一步,如图2至图3所示,连接块23设置有若干弹性卡扣231。伞收合状态下,通过第二伸缩杆12带动稳定件22向伞柄2底部移动,所述弹性卡扣231与下巢配合实现固定,此时,稳定件22包含若干镂空结构222可容置所述弹性卡扣231贯穿;伞收合状态下,所述弹性卡扣231贯穿所述稳定件22钩扣于滑入伞柄2的下巢勾扣结构(图中未示出)中,该勾扣结构可以卡环或勾槽等可与弹性卡扣231配合实现相对固定的结构。将伞撑开时,仅需要克服弹性卡扣231的弹力,通过第二伸缩杆12带动稳定件22复位,下巢即可滑出伞柄2。优选的,所述弹性卡扣231与所述连接块23一体成型。
进一步,中空柱体顶部212设有防止稳定件22脱离的限位结构25,例如可以螺纹套接一限位套。通过限位套的作用,使得稳定件22始终位于伞柄2内,并通过限位套的拧开,从而使得伞柄2的拆卸更加方便容易;同时,为了避免长期与伞布接触摩擦出现刮花现象,限位套采用金属材质制成。
进一步,为了伞柄2的美观以及防止伞柄2底部的连接块23脱落,可以在伞柄2底部螺旋套接一底套3。

请参阅图1-图9,图示中的一种紧凑型雨伞,一种紧凑型雨伞,包括伞架、伞面与伞柄,所述伞架包括中棒1、固定于中棒1上端的上巢、活动设置在中棒1上的下巢以及分别与上巢、下巢铰接的伞骨;所述中棒由活动伸缩杆嵌套在一起,所述伞柄2为中空柱体21,所述中棒1插入伞柄2中并与所述伞柄2底部连接,所述中空柱体21内外径设置为:当伞自然收合时,所述下巢滑入所述伞柄2内,且所述伞骨收合后环绕所述伞柄2外侧,所述伞柄2至少长度的一半进入伞骨收合后围合的内圈;所述伞柄2内设有套设在中棒1外且安装在所述中空柱体21中的稳定件22,考虑到整体结构小型化的要求,伞柄的内外径设计根据不同的伞,内径为恰好可容置下巢最大外径滑动,外径则充分考虑材料强度,设计适当壁厚即可。
其中,伞柄2中设有稳定件22的目的是用来加强伞柄2与中棒1之间的作用力,提升伞柄2的结构强度并强化使用过程中的支撑性能,以此使伞柄2持握更为稳固。稳定件22嵌入在中空柱体21中,起到加固并稳定中棒1与伞柄2之间的作用,从而可达成增强中棒1强度的良好功效。稳定件22考虑到强化与支撑的作用,可以是固定式,比如,固定在伞柄2的中下部,伞柄2中上部仍可用于下巢滑入;也可以设计成沿中棒1的滑动结构,在伞柄2内壁上设计形成滑槽(图中未示出),稳定件22上对应设置滑块(图中未示出),滑块安装在滑槽中,可在伞柄2中上下滑动,此时,可以最大限度减小伞收合后的尺寸。
优选的,伞柄长度为4cm-15cm,且外侧为方便人员握持的弧线结构。
其中一个优选实施例,稳定件22为中心区域设有开孔220的圆柱体,且固定在伞柄2的中下部;所述开孔220的形状及孔径与中棒1的伸缩杆相配合。当伞自然收合状态下,下巢滑进伞柄2的中空柱体21,直至稳定件22所在的位置。此时,伞骨收合后环绕伞柄2外侧,伞柄2长度至少一半进入伞骨收合后围合的内圈,由此缩短伞折叠后整体的体积,方便携带。
其中一个优选实施例,稳定件22呈镂空状,可减小整体重量,镂空结构221由若干个筋条部以放射状排列组成,与中棒1形成夹角。
进一步,中棒1包括单重或多重连接的活动伸缩杆,其中第一伸缩杆11的底部固定于伞柄2中;第一伸缩杆11上设有伸缩定位结构,可实现与第二伸缩杆12的定位或限位。伸缩定位结构可以是弹珠、弹节、弹片等。可参阅图2与图3所示。所述第一伸缩杆11或第二伸缩杆12的断面呈类四边形或多边形;伸缩杆选择类四边形或多边形断面,是为了防止第一伸缩杆11或第二伸缩杆12与稳定件22之间发生旋转,不利于伞柄2的握持,而且类四边形或多边形断面可以改进圆形断面侧向承受力不足的问题。未与稳定件连接的其他伸缩杆其断面依然可以是圆形,也可以是椭圆形断面,或者采用与第一伸缩杆11或第二伸缩杆12相同形状的断面。
其中一个优选实施例,稳定件22滑动套设中棒1外,在所述中空柱体21中可沿中棒1轴线方向移动。更具体地,稳定件22固定套设于中棒1第二伸缩杆12的末端,如图6所示,所述末端指的是与第一伸缩杆11相连接的一端,当伞打开时,第二伸缩杆12末端位于所述伞柄中空柱体21的中上部。这样稳定件22随着第二伸缩杆12在伞柄2中的收缩或伸出而实现在伞柄2内沿中棒1轴线方向的移动。
进一步,所述中空柱体底部211与中空柱体21可拆卸连接,所述中空柱体底部211设有连接块23。
优选的,如图2至图3所示,连接块23设置有若干弹性卡扣231。伞收合状态下,通过第二伸缩杆12带动稳定件22向伞柄2底部移动,并直接与弹性卡扣231配合实现固定(图中未示出);另一种设计方案是将弹性卡扣231与下巢配合实现固定,此时,稳定件22包含若干镂空结构222可容置所述弹性卡扣231贯穿;伞收合状态下,所述弹性卡扣231贯穿所述稳定件22钩扣于滑入伞柄2的下巢勾扣结构(图中未示出)中,该勾扣结构可以卡环或勾槽等可与弹性卡扣231配合实现相对固定的结构。将伞撑开时,仅需要克服弹性卡扣231的弹力,通过第二伸缩杆12带动稳定件22复位,下巢即可滑出伞柄2。优选的,所述弹性卡扣231与所述连接块23一体成型。
优选的,如图4与图5所示,连接块23与所述稳定件22相抵的一侧设有卡环232,且所述稳定件22相应设有与卡环232配合的卡槽223。通过稳定件22的卡槽223与连接块23的卡环232相互配合卡接固定,从而使得握持伞柄2在收纳时能够有一定的卡接效果,使伞柄2收纳后能够稳定卡住,不意外打开。开伞时,通过第二伸缩杆12带动稳定件22复位。卡槽223与卡环232的位置可以交换,即连接块23上设卡槽223,稳定件22上设与之配合的卡环232。
作为其中一个优选实施例,稳定件22也可以套设在中棒1的第一伸缩杆11上。进一步,所述中空柱体21的底部211与所述稳定件22之间设有沿中棒1轴线方向伸缩的复位弹簧24或其它复位件,如图8与图9所示。当伞自然收合,下巢将稳定件22顶入伞柄2中,如图9中所见,此时弹簧24收缩,使得整个伞柄2可进入伞骨收合后围合的内圈;当伞撑开时,下巢从伞柄2伸出,弹簧24恢复形变,而稳定件22始终在伞柄2内,从而稳定伞柄2使之不摇晃。此时,稳定件22是通过下巢的带动实现复位。复位弹簧24可以设置在第一伸缩杆11的内部(图中未示出),也可以是环绕在第一伸缩杆11的外侧,正如如8与图9中所画出的。
此时,为了伞柄2收纳后能够稳定卡住,不意外打开,连接块23设有弹性卡扣231,如图8与图9所示,弹性卡扣231贯穿稳定件22与下巢实现相对固定,或者与稳定块22配合实现固定;此时,所述连接块23与稳定件22间的扣合力小于所述稳定件22与下巢间的扣合力。也可以是通过类似图4与图5中所示结构,稳定件22的卡槽223与连接块23的卡环232相互配合卡接固定,此时相应地,在下巢与稳定件22之间形成类似前述弹性卡扣231与勾扣的配合结构(图中未示出),将伞撑开时,下巢将带动稳定件22,克服卡环232与卡槽223间的扣合力,沿中棒向上滑动,在到达上限位置时,下巢即可与稳定件22分离从而滑出伞柄2,设计中,为了操作的顺畅性,所述连接块23与稳定件22之间的扣合力小于所述稳定件22与下巢间的扣合力,即使下巢与稳定件22间的分离力要大于卡环232与卡槽223间的分离力。当不装设复位件时,也可以是在伞巢上形成弹性卡钩,稳定件22上对应设置与卡钩配合的卡扣,以便伞下巢在开伞时带动稳定件22复位,此时,稳定件22利用与伞柄2或中棒1间的摩擦力实现位置的固定。
进一步,中空柱体顶部212设有防止稳定件22脱离的限位结构25,例如可以螺纹套接一限位套。通过限位套的作用,使得稳定件22始终位于伞柄2内,并通过限位套的拧开,从而使得伞柄2的拆卸更加方便容易;同时,为了避免长期与伞布接触摩擦出现刮花现象,限位套采用金属材质制成。
紧凑型雨伞进行收纳的原理:首先人员将折叠伞收起,再推送伞柄2,带动伸缩杆伸缩,使得下巢滑入伞柄2,进一步缩短整个伞的长度,方便整个雨伞的收纳,在使用时,伞柄2能够正常抽出,握持更加舒适,容易握住,使用者体验感好。相对于将稳定件22滑动套设在第一伸缩杆11的技术方案,稳定件22固定套设于第二伸缩杆12末端的设计更优,一是后者不需要复位装置即可实现稳定件22的复位,结构更简单;二是后者减少了复位弹簧24或其他复位装置的安装空间,相较于前者可以进一步缩短整个伞的长度。
优选的,为了伞柄2的美观以及防止伞柄2底部的连接块23脱落,可以在伞柄2底部加一底套3。

  1. 一种紧凑型轻便雨伞,包括伞架、伞面与伞柄(2),所述伞架包括中棒(1)、固定于中棒(1)上端的上巢、活动设置在中棒(1)上的下巢以及分别与上巢、下巢铰接的伞骨;所述中棒(1)由活动伸缩杆嵌套在一起,其特征在于:所述伞柄(2)为中空柱体(21),所述中棒(1)插入伞柄(2)中并与所述伞柄(2)底部连接,所述中空柱体(21)内外径设置为:当伞自然收合时,所述下巢滑入所述伞柄(2)内,且所述伞骨收合后环绕所述伞柄(2)外侧,所述伞柄(2)至少长度的一半进入伞骨收合后围合的内圈;所述伞柄(2)内设有安装在所述中空柱体(21)与中棒(1)之间的稳定件(22)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑型雨伞,其特征在于:所述稳定件(22)为中心区域设有开孔(220)的圆柱体;所述开孔(220)的形状及孔径与所述中棒(1)相配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑型雨伞,其特征在于:所述中空柱体顶部(212)设有防止所述稳定件(22)脱离的限位结构(25)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种紧凑型雨伞,其特征在于:所述中棒(1)的活动伸缩杆包括第一伸缩杆(11)与第二伸缩杆(12);所述第一伸缩杆(11)和/或第二伸缩杆(12)的断面呈类四边形或多边形。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种紧凑型雨伞,其特征在于:所述稳定件(22)为由若干个筋条部连接组成的镂空结构(221)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种紧凑型雨伞,其特征在于:所述稳定件(22)滑动套设于中棒(1)外,在所述中空柱体(21)内沿中棒(1)轴线方向移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种紧凑型雨伞,其特征在于:所述伞柄(2)底部设有连接块(23),所述连接块(23)设置有若干弹性卡扣(231),且所述稳定件(22)或所述下巢设有与所述弹性卡扣(231)配合实现相对固定的结构。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种紧凑型雨伞,其特征在于:所述中空柱体(21)内壁上设置滑槽,所述稳定件(22)上设置有滑块,所述稳定件(22)上的滑块安装在所述滑槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种紧凑型雨伞,其特征在于:所述稳定件(22)固定套设在第二伸缩杆(12)的末端,所述末端是与第一伸缩杆(11)相连接的一端;当伞打开时,第二伸缩杆(12)末端位于所述伞柄(2)中空柱体(21)的中上部。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种紧凑型雨伞,其特征在于:所述稳定件(22)滑动套设在第一伸缩杆(11)上,且所述中空柱体(21)的底部与所述稳定件(22)之间设有复位弹簧(24)。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的一种紧凑型雨伞,其特征在于:所述连接块(23)与所述稳定件(22)相抵的一侧设有卡环(232),且所述稳定件(22)相应设有与卡环(232)配合的卡槽(222)。
