Description

多功能的高效加湿结构 技术领域
本发明涉及加湿器结构技术领域,尤其是一种多功能的高效加湿结构。
背景技术
加湿器是一种增加房间湿度的家用电器。加湿器可以给指定房间加湿,也可以与锅炉或中央空调系统相连给整栋建筑加湿。加湿器行业在中国的发展有近20年的历史,经过多年的空气质量概念普及、产品研发、市场培育,加湿器这一相对陌生的小家电产品的功能和作用逐渐被接受。
目前我国市场上的家用加湿器主要包括:电加热式加湿器、超声波加湿器和挥发式加湿器三类。
其中电加热式加湿器其工作原理是将水在加热体中加热到100度,产生水蒸气,用风机将蒸气送出。所以电加热式加湿器是技术最简单的加湿方式,缺点是能耗较大,不能干烧,安全系数较低、加热器上容易结垢。市场前景不容乐观。电热式加湿器一般和中央空调配套使用,而且使用场景受限,一般不单独使用。
超声波加湿器采用超声波高频震荡1.7MHZ频率,将水雾化为1-5微米的超微粒子,能清新空气,增进健康,营造舒适的环境。超声波优点是,加湿强度大,加湿均匀,加湿效率高;节能、省电,耗电仅为电热1/10至1/15;使用寿命长,湿度自动平衡,无水自动保护;兼具医疗雾化、冷敷浴面、清洗首饰等功能。
挥发式加湿器则是加湿领域刚刚采用的新技术,通过分子筛蒸发技术,除去水中的钙、镁离子,彻底解决“白粉”问题。通过水幕(湿帘)洗涤空气,在加湿的同时还能对空气中的病菌、粉尘、颗粒物进行过滤净化,再经风动装置将湿润洁净的空气送到室内,从而提高环境湿度和洁净度。
市场前景主要还是以超声波加湿器和挥发式加湿器为主,现有技术中超声 波缺点是对水质要求比较高,而且有关超声波加湿器所喷出的是肉眼可见的小颗粒,里面还有大量的水垢和细菌等等,人一旦吸入会对身体造成一定的伤害;空气中原有的尘埃和细菌等,会通过依附这些小颗粒进而产生二次污染;辐射伤害,超声波会对人体的细胞造成一定的杀伤力;长期使用会对关节炎、糖尿病等的出现和加重影响很大。
现有技术中挥发式加湿器通过分子筛蒸发技术,水分子蒸发需要吸热,其中由于热补偿量低,通常几分钟以后还没有达到室内预设的加湿量就已经逐渐降低加湿效果。据调查了解:人体能适应的湿度在30%-80%,但是湿度过高,却可能让人感觉越不舒服,受到天气温度的影响,冬天一般建议室内湿度要低于70%,湿度指数为50%~60%的环境最感舒适。市场上的挥发式加湿器一般对二十平方的房间加湿,从湿度指数为30%加湿到湿度指数为60%需要半个小时左右,到了冬天温度更低,水挥发慢,加湿效率更低。而且对于写字楼办公室或者医院病房就更体现不出效果,一般办公室是一百平方以上,普通病房六床位约五十平方,常见功率的加湿器至少需要1-2个小时,加湿效率较低。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有挥发式加湿器存在加湿速度慢、加湿量小的不足,提供一种能够提高热补偿量,进而提高加湿效率,且具有杀菌效果,结构简单,使用方便的一种多功能的高效加湿结构。
以上技术问题是通过下列技术方案解决的:
一种多功能的高效加湿结构,包括:
外壳,所述外壳包括罩壳和壳盖,所述壳盖可拆卸式安装在罩壳上;
风轮、湿帘和风道,所述风道固定安装在罩壳内,所述风轮和湿帘分别安装在风道的左右两端;
支架和若干加热器,所述支架固定安装在风道上且位于湿帘右侧,若干加热器均匀嵌接安装在支架上;
水箱,所述水箱可拆卸式嵌接安装在罩壳内且位于风道正下方。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述加热器包括连接部和若干发热部,所述连接部用于安装在支架上,若干发热部呈均匀布置在连接部下端,相邻发热部直 接设有容气流通过的缝隙。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述加热器为PTC加热器。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述壳盖上设有用于进风的进风口;所述罩壳上设有用于风的出风口。
本发明能够达到如下效果:
本发明提供了一种多功能的高效加湿结构,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:提供一种能够提高热补偿量,进而提高加湿效率,且具有杀菌效果,结构简单,使用方便的一种多功能的高效加湿结构。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例,一种多功能的高效加湿结构,参见图1-3所示,包括:
外壳1,所述外壳1包括罩壳11和壳盖12,所述壳盖12可拆卸式安装在罩壳11上;
风轮2、湿帘4和风道3,所述风道3固定安装在罩壳11内,所述风轮2和湿帘4分别安装在风道3的左右两端;
支架6和若干加热器5,所述支架6固定安装在风道3上且位于湿帘4右侧,若干加热器5均匀嵌接安装在支架6上;
水箱7,所述水箱7可拆卸式嵌接安装在罩壳11内且位于风道3正下方。
参见图2所示,所述加热器5包括连接部51和若干发热部52,所述连接部51用于安装在支架6上,若干发热部52呈均匀布置在连接部51下端,相邻发热部52直接设有容气流通过的缝隙53。
参见图3所示,所述壳盖12上设有用于进风的进风口121;所述罩壳11上设有用于风的出风口111。
本实施例中所述加热器5为PTC加热器5。PTC加热器5热阻小、换热效率高的优点,是一种自动恒温、省电的电加热器5。但其他实施例并不限于此,也可以采用波浪条纹状或网状的金属电阻丝等加热方式。
本实施例的工作原理:通过风轮2的转动,离心风道3产生吸力,外部空气依次经过进风口121、加热器5、湿帘4和离心风道3,然后从出风口111吹出。其中加热器5的作用:第一,给水分子蒸发提供所需的热量;第二,外部空气经过高温的加热器5(表面温度高于120℃)可以杀死空气中的细菌。
上述实施例的加湿结构与现有技术中相同功率的加湿器对比:1、现有技术中相同功率的挥发式加湿器对二十平方的房间加湿,从湿度指数为30%加湿到湿度指数为60%需要三十分钟,本实施例中加湿结构仅需要十五分钟,且在冬天也有很好的效果;2、现有技术中相同功率的挥发式加湿器没有杀菌效果,本实施例中加湿结构具有杀菌效果。
本实施例中加热器主要用于给水分子蒸发提供所需的热量,但其他实施例并不限于此,例如当水箱7不加水或者湿帘4不工作的状态下,外部空气经过高温的加热器5从出风口吹出的则是热气,可以给室内供暖等。
本申请中主要记载多功能的高效加湿结构以常见的挥发式加湿器技术为基础作出的发明创造,对于本实施例中未记载的关于加湿器电控等结构均为现有技术,但凡基于本申请作出的常规置换均坐落于本申请的保护范围之内。
本发明提供了一种多功能的高效加湿结构,能够提高热补偿量,进而提高加湿效率,且具有杀菌效果,结构简单,使用方便,可靠性高。

  1. 一种多功能的高效加湿结构,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,所述外壳包括罩壳和壳盖,所述壳盖可拆卸式安装在罩壳上;
    风轮、湿帘和风道,所述风道固定安装在罩壳内,所述风轮和湿帘分别安装在风道的左右两端;
    支架和若干加热器,所述支架固定安装在风道上且位于湿帘右侧,若干加热器均匀嵌接安装在支架上;
    水箱,所述水箱可拆卸式嵌接安装在罩壳内且位于风道正下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能的高效加湿结构,其特征在于,所述加热器包括连接部和若干发热部,所述连接部用于安装在支架上,若干发热部呈均匀布置在连接部下端,相邻发热部直接设有容气流通过的缝隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能的高效加湿结构,其特征在于,所述加热器为PTC加热器。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多功能的高效加湿结构,其特征在于,所述壳盖上设有用于进风的进风口;所述罩壳上设有用于风的出风口。
