背景技术
以往,存在收看广播的内容的广播接收设备。这样的广播接收设备为了以与内容中包含的主体部分的画质匹配的显示设定进行显示,而从外部服务器获取信息。

然而,在内容中不仅包含主体部分,还包含商业部分(commercial)等主体部分以外的图像。而且,若广播接收设备将内容以与主体部分的画质匹配的显示设定来显示,则会导致以与商业部分的画质不匹配的显示设定来显示。
本申请要解决的问题是获得能够防止以不适当的设定来显示商业部分的广播接收设备、服务器设备、信息记录播放设备及显示系统。
本申请实施方式的广播接收设备具备第一接收部、第一判定部、变更部、以及显示控制部。所述第一接收部接收标志信息和显示设定信息,该标志信息设定有是否按照内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性来区别所述主体部分和商业部分,该显示设定信息表示所述内容中包含的所述主体部分的画质的每个特性的显示设定。所述第一判定部基于所述标志信息、和播放对象的所述内容中包含的所述主体部分的画质的特性,判定是否对该内容的所述主体部分与所述商业部分进行区别。在被判定为对所述主体部分与所述商业部分进行区别的情况下,所述变更部根据所述内容的场景,对基于所述显示设定信息的所述主体部分的显示设定、和所述商业部分的显示设定进行变更。所述显示控制部基于所述显示设定使所述内容显示于显示部。

第一实施方式
图1是示出第一实施方式的画质调整系统1的构成的一个例子的图。画质调整系统1具备管理服务器10及电视设备20。管理服务器10与电视设备20经由网络30可通信地连接。另外,图1所示的画质调整系统1具备管理服务器10及电视设备20各一台。但是,画质调整系统1不限于具备一台这些设备,也可以具备多台。
管理服务器10是个人计算机、云计算等服务器设备。另外,管理服务器10不限于一台服务器设备,也可以由多台服务器设备构成。管理服务器10存储有:表示内容的画质的特性各自的特征的特征内容信息106(参照图2);用于确定内容的画质的特性的内容特性信息107(参照图2);表示与内容的画质的特性匹配的显示设定的显示设定信息109(参照图2);以及表示内容的各场景的内容的内容场景信息110(参照图2)。而且,管理服务器10将特征内容信息106、内容特性信息107、显示设定信息109及内容场景信息110发送到经由网络30连接的电视设备20。

接收部5002具有与接收部2002同样的功能。即,接收部5002接收内容特性信息107,该内容特性信息107具有检测标志,该检测标志设定有是否按照内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性来区分主体部分与商业部分。接收部5002是第二接收部的一个例子。
操作控制部5003具有与操作控制部2003同样的功能。
内容管理部5004具有与内容管理部2004同样的功能。内容管理部5004基于具有检测标志的内容特性信息107和播放对象的内容中包含的主体部分的画质的特性,来判定是否要对内容的主体部分与商业部分进行区别。内容管理部5004是第二判定部的一个例子。
场景管理部5005具有与场景管理部2005同样的功能。
受理部5006具有与受理部2006同样的功能。
连接控制部5007控制经由线缆41的与电视设备20a的连接。例如,连接控制部5007控制HDMI(注册商标)CEC(Consumer Electronics Control:消费电子控制)的连接。例如,连接控制部5007从电视设备20a接收对应机种信息和功能状态信息。对应机种信息是表示是否为具有基于从管理服务器10a获取到的显示设定信息109使内容显示的功能的机种的信息。功能状态信息是表示基于从管理服务器10a获取到的显示设定信息109使内容显示的功能是否成为有效的信息。
另外,连接控制部5007输出受理部5006的判定结果。连接控制部5007是输出部的一个例子。更详细而言,连接控制部5007输出是否为基于显示设定信息109的显示设定的应用对象的判定结果。即,在由受理部5006判定为是应用对象的情况下,连接控制部5007输出具有画质特性码的判定结果,该画质特性码表示播放中的内容的主体部分的画质的特性。另外,在由受理部5006判定为是应用对象外的情况下,连接控制部5007输出表示为应用对象外的判定结果。此外,表示为应用对象外的判定结果也可以是表示为应用对象外的画质特性码。
另外,连接控制部5007输出内容。更详细而言,连接控制部5007从存储部504、光盘读写器505读出内容。然后,在受理部5006对于读出的内容确定了画质特性码的情况下,连接控制部5007将画质特性码及内容输出到电视设备20a。
另外,连接控制部5007也可以将来源(source)信息发送到电视设备20a。来源信息是表示获取了向电视设备20a输出的内容的获取源的信息。例如,来源信息是表示蓝光光盘、DVD、地面波数字广播等获取源的信息。在此,有的情况下,构成内容的数据根据获取源而不同。因此,连接控制部5007通过发送来源信息而能够在内容的画质的特性的确定中使用。
电视设备20a的CPU214通过读取在ROM等中存储的程序并执行,从而在RAM中生成各功能部。具体而言,电视设备20a中作为功能部具备内容获取部2001、接收部2002、操作控制部2003、内容管理部2004、场景管理部2005、连接控制部2009、受理部2006a、画质变更部2007及显示控制部2008。
内容获取部2001、接收部2002、操作控制部2003、内容管理部2004、场景管理部2005、画质变更部2007及显示控制部2008具有与第一实施方式同样的功能。
连接控制部2009控制与录像机50的连接。更详细而言,连接控制部2009接收由受理部5006判定的判定结果的输入。连接控制部2009是输入部的一个例子。连接控制部2009从录像机50接收具有画质特性码的判定结果、及内容的输入,该画质特性码表示播放中的内容的主体部分的画质的特性。另外,连接控制部2009也可以从录像机50接收来源信息的输入。另外,连接控制部2009利用CEC将本设备的对应机种信息和功能状态信息发送到录像机50。
受理部2006a具有与第一实施方式的受理部2006同样的功能。另外,受理部2006a在与录像机50连接的情况下,将连接控制部2009接收到的判定结果通知给画质变更部2007。即,受理部2006a将具有画质特性码的判定结果通知给画质变更部2007,该画质特性码表示播放中的内容的主体部分的画质的特性。
与第一实施方式同样,在由受理部2006a判定为根据内容而检测商业部分的情况下,画质变更部2007根据内容的场景来变更显示设定信息109对主体部分的显示设定与商业部分的显示设定。即,在根据连接控制部2009接收到的判定结果判定为对主体部分与商业部分进行区别的情况下,画质变更部2007根据内容的场景来变更显示设定信息109对主体部分的显示设定与商业部分的显示设定。
与第一实施方式同样,显示控制部2008基于由画质变更部2007设定的显示设定,使内容显示于显示面板210。由此,显示控制部2008使内容中包含的商业部分和主体部分以与各自的画质的特性匹配的显示设定进行显示。
接下来,说明第二实施方式的画质调整系统1a的各设备执行的处理。图12是示出第二实施方式的画质调整系统1a执行的显示处理的一个例子的序列图。
录像机50的操作控制部5003接收使内容播放的操作(步骤S21)。
内容管理部5004将表示要播放的内容的内容信息发送到管理服务器10a(步骤S22)。另外,内容管理部5004将要播放的内容的节信息通知给场景管理部5005(步骤S23)。
管理服务器10a的通信部1003a将根据被发送的内容信息确定的内容的场景信息发送到录像机50(步骤S24)。
录像机50的场景管理部5005基于从内容管理部5004通知的节信息和从管理服务器10a接收到的场景信息,判定是否变更了播放中的内容的场景(步骤S25)。在场景未变更的情况下(步骤S25:否),场景管理部5005等待。
场景变更了的情况下(步骤S25:是),场景管理部5005通知变更后的场景是商业 部分、还是主体部分(步骤S26)。
受理部5006判定是否为基于显示设定信息109的显示设定的应用对象(步骤S27)。更详细而言,受理部5006基于内容特性信息107来确定画质特性码,该画质特性码表示播放中的内容的画质的特性。另外,受理部5006基于与确定出的画质特性码建立关联的检测标志,来判定是否为检测商业部分的检测对象的内容。在是检测对象外的内容的情况下,受理部5006判定为是应用对象。在是检测对象的内容的情况下,受理部5006以变更后的场景为主体部分的状况作为条件而判定为应用对象。在是检测对象的内容的情况下,受理部5006以变更后的场景为商业部分的状况作为条件而判定为应用对象外。
受理部5006使是否为基于显示设定信息109的显示设定的应用对象的判定结果输出到连接控制部5007(步骤S28)。即,在是应用对象的情况下,连接控制部5007将画质特性码输出到电视设备20a。另外,在是应用对象外的情况下,受理部2006将是应用对象外的状况通知给电视设备20a。
受理部2006a将连接控制部2009接收到的判定结果通知给画质变更部2007(步骤S29)。
画质变更部2007基于被通知的判定结果来变更显示设定(步骤S30)。画质变更部2007在作为判定结果被通知了画质特性码的情况下,变更成由画质特性码确定的显示设定。画质变更部2007在作为判定结果被通知了是应用对象外的状况的情况下,不应用显示设定信息109进行的显示设定。
如上所述,画质调整系统1a的各设备执行显示处理。
如以上所述,第二实施方式的录像机50从管理服务器10接收内容特性信息107和显示设定信息109。另外,录像机50基于内容特性信息107的检测标志和播放对象的内容的画质的特性来判定是否对主体部分与商业部分进行区别。然后,录像机50将判定结果输出到电视设备20a。电视设备20a接收判定结果的输入。电视设备20以是区别对象的状况作为条件,在变更后的场景为主体部分的情况下与变更后的场景为商业部分的情况下,变更显示设定。而且,电视设备20基于显示设定,使内容显示于显示面板210。因此,电视设备20能够防止以不适当的设定来显示商业部分的情况。
此外,本实施方式的各设备(管理服务器10、管理服务器10a、电视设备20、电视设备20a、录像机50)中执行的程序能够用可安装的形式或可执行的形式的文件记录在CD(Compact Disc:光盘)-ROM(Read Only Memory:只读存储器)、软盘(FD)、CD-R(Recordable:刻录盘)、DVD(Digital Versatile Disk:数字通用盘)等计算机设备可读取的记录介质中而提供。另外,也可以经由互联网等网络来提供或发布该程序。
说明了本申请的实施方式,但是,该实施方式是作为例子而示出的,并不意图限定申请的范围。该新的实施方式能够以其它的各种各样的形态来实施,在不脱离申请的主旨的范围能够进行各种省略、置换、变更。这些实施方式及其变形包含在申请的范围、主旨中,并且,包含在权利要求书记载的技术方案及其等同的范围中。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种广播接收设备,其中,具备:
    第一接收部,其接收标志信息和显示设定信息,所述标志信息设定有是否按照内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性来区别主体部分和商业部分,所述显示设定信息表示所述内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性的显示设定;
    第一判定部,其基于所述标志信息、和播放对象的内容中包含的所述主体部分的画质的特性,判定是否对该内容的主体部分与商业部分进行区别;
    变更部,在判定为对所述主体部分与所述商业部分进行区别的情况下,所述变更部根据所述内容的场景,对基于所述显示设定信息的所述主体部分的显示设定、和所述商业部分的显示设定进行变更;以及
    显示控制部,其基于所述显示设定,使所述内容显示于显示部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的广播接收设备,其中,
    所述广播接收设备还具备检测部,所述检测部根据内容而检测所述商业部分,
    在由所述第一判定部判定为通过检测所述商业部分从而进行区别的情况下,所述变更部通过使所述检测部检测到的所述商业部分,不作为基于所述显示设定信息的显示设定的应用对象,而是变更成所述商业部分的显示设定。
  3. 一种服务器设备,其中,具备:
    存储控制部,其使存储部存储标志信息和显示设定信息,所述标志信息设定有是否按照内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性来区别主体部分和商业部分,所述显示设定信息表示所述内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性的显示设定;
    更新部,其更新所述标志信息和所述显示设定信息中的至少任一个;以及
    发送部,其发送所述标志信息和所述显示设定信息中的至少任一个。
  4. 一种信息记录播放设备,其中,具备:
    第二接收部,其接收标志信息,所述标志信息设定有是否按照内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性来区别主体部分和商业部分;
    第二判定部,其基于所述标志信息、和播放对象的所述内容中包含的所述主体部分的画质的特性,判定是否对该内容的主体部分和商业部分进行区别;以及
    输出部,其输出所述第二判定部的判定结果。
  5. 一种显示系统,具备服务器设备、以及基于从该服务器设备发送的信息来显示内容的广播接收设备,其中,
    所述服务器设备具备:
    存储控制部,其使存储部存储标志信息和显示设定信息,所述标志信息设定有是否按照内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性来区别主体部分和商业部分,所述显示设定信息表示内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性的显示设定;
    更新部,其更新所述标志信息和所述显示设定信息中的至少任一个;以及
    发送部,其发送所述标志信息和所述显示设定信息中的至少任一个,
    所述广播接收设备具备:
    第一接收部,其接收所述标志信息和所述显示设定信息;
    第一判定部,其基于所述标志信息、和播放对象的内容中包含的主体部分的画质的特 性,判定是否对该内容的主体部分和商业部分进行区别;以及
    变更部,在判定为对所述主体部分与商业部分进行区别的情况下,所述变更部根据所述内容的场景,对基于所述显示设定信息的主体部分的显示设定、和所述商业部分的显示设定进行变更;以及
    显示控制部,其基于所述显示设定,使所述内容显示于显示部。
  6. 一种显示系统,具备服务器设备、存储内容的信息记录播放设备、以及基于从所述服务器设备发送的信息而显示所述内容的广播接收设备,其中,
    所述服务器设备具备:
    存储控制部,其使存储部存储标志信息和显示设定信息,所述标志信息设定有是否按照内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性区别主体部分和商业部分,所述显示设定信息表示内容中包含的主体部分的画质的每个特性的显示设定;
    更新部,其更新所述标志信息和所述显示设定信息中的至少任一个;以及
    发送部,其发送所述标志信息和所述显示设定信息中的至少任一个,
    所述信息记录播放设备具备:
    第二接收部,其接收所述标志信息;
    第二判定部,其基于所述标志信息、和播放对象的所述内容中包含的所述主体部分的画质的特性,判定是否对该内容的主体部分和商业部分进行区别;以及
    输出部,其输出所述第二判定部的判定结果,
    所述广播接收设备具备:
    输入部,其接收所述判定结果的输入;
    变更部,在根据所述判定结果而判定为对主体部分和商业部分进行区别的情况下,所述变更部根据所述内容的场景,对基于所述显示设定信息的主体部分的显示设定、和所述商业部分的显示设定进行变更;以及
    显示控制部,其基于所述显示设定,使所述内容显示于显示部。
